The product reached to nearest hub on 17th Jan 2023 and sitting there since then.
Unsuccessful Delivery attempt on 17th Jan 2023.
Expected delivery date was 18th Jan, 2023.
Delivery rescheduled to 20th Jan 2023.
But yet not delivered.

Since then they have just extending the issue resolution date from 20th Jan to 25th Jan and now 26th Jan.

The product reached to my nearest hub on 17th Jan 2023, once delivery agent tried to delivery prior to scheduled date but I was not available so they marked as undelivered and since then I have been trying and raising concerns but product is yet to be delivered.
Expected date of Delivery was 18th Jan 2023
Got rescheduled for 20th Jan
Flipkart has been extending resolutions dates, the initial date was 20th Jan which got extended to 25th jan and now its reflecting 26th Jan.

Actually I ordered one boat airpod in Flipkart on 17th Jan delivered on 18th Jan delivered person contact me in ekart system call So many times I ordered in Flipkart before the delivered I paid I share the OTP my neighbour will receive the product So far I have been in the snow but this time delivery person contact me I am in near by your home please share the OTP ask I share the OTP but lastly my neighbour Didn't receive any product I confirm iam not blame anybody I can't reach the delivery person again because that call systematic call so I can't reach again. I need who can deliver my product who can receive the product I want to know Only your delivery person knows it who can receive the product

Ekart Logistics — Return parcel without any contact with me by the Hub
In 21Jan 2023 i ordered a parcel from a site. When the parcel arrived at the nearest EKART HUB-they didn't try to make any contact with me. In through of EKART tracking feature i reached the hub and asked them for the parcel. They said that they already returned the parcel. Without any confirmation, without any update, they return the prepaid parcel on based of their mood. This is such a bad service.

I have ordered the item from flipkart and they shipped the item to the nearest hub i.e this ekart logistics at b.v nagar nellore andhra pradesh india. the thing that i observed for my last 2 orders is the shipped item will reach the consumers location at this logistics and these guys at logistics wont deliver the item and increase the expected delivery date and cancel the item before the increased expected date.ive noticed this and went to the logistics building to ask abt this issue.The shutter of the office is not even open completely its abt 4'o clock and they not even allowed to enter the office . i asked abt the issue and they replied that seller might noticed the price hype so he might cancelled the order.i ve assked abt what abt the previous order then they said u may gave wrong addres so they returned instead of delivering. as i was asking the queries that i got they said that they dont have to answer me.ive said once check the reviews given to you on gmaps. please consider my complaint and take action asap.i[censored] want proof then visit google maps ans see reviews abt this location link:https://www.google.com/maps/place/Ekart+Logistics+Nellore/@14.4103364, 79.9616886, 17z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x3a4cf2fd674ba9c5:0xec8164e89f445fd6!8m2!3d14.4103353!4d79....⇄

I've ordered a Laptop from Flipkart I e., Asus vivobook pro 15 with the prepaid amount of ₹53, 940 on 16 Jan 2023 at 2:43pm . The delivery was scheduled on 19 Jan by their third party service called Ekart Logistics, I was given a tracking number for which I could track my parcel on Ekart Logistics website.
The parcel status was not updated for 24 hours and it was showing that it was recieved at Jaipur itself(18th Jan), so i decide to visit the Ekart store in my city, i visited around 5pm and was greeted by their guard/name entry person and he said that no one is available in the office as the timing was of 10-5, and I could clearly saw people working there, so i proceeded to go in, their way of talking was very unprofessional and I was treated as i have done something terrible to them, after 5-10min of argument they took my Tracking I'd and tracked the parcel to which they say that the parcel has been delivered to different faculty of theirs in Jaipur, so the parcel of yours will arrive 2 days later i.e., 22jan and I came home than, just after coming home I see that they've updated the parcel info which said that the parcel is shipped to bikaner, if i wouldn't have gone to their faculty they would not have updated the parcel status¹, on 20th Jan at 6:30pm the status of parcel was showing that it has been delivered to bikaner², so i was expecting it to be out of delivery on 21st jan as it is common sense, but that is not the case, the Flipkart and Ekart is showing the delivery to be 22nd Jan although the parcel is arrived but is waiting to be delivered, It shows the quality of work the Ekart is doing under Flipkart, they didn't care about the customers not they have provided any details of the office, they change their working location every 4-5 months, when asked about their contacts they say they can't give or they didn't have one in their office and the managers phone is private and we didn't have the details.
This is not the first time, previously when I ordered a phone, the Ekart held the phone for 2 days after the delivery date for no reason, so i had to find their office and collect it myself .
The reviews on Google also tells the story, Please if someone sees this post/complaint do something, take some action.

My order was supposed to be delivered today and it hasn't been actually...the order is at one hub since the last 4 days i need my order asap

I requested flipkart for refund of my mobile.
on 18th flipkart assured me that your pickup will be done by 23rd january, 2023.

then i get message that ekart executive is out for pickup today.

in evening on 18th i got message that your pickup cancelled due to product mismatch.

on 19th january morning executive came from ekart for pickup of phone and said that update will be given on mobile application of flipkart about pickup

but till date i not get any update about pickup nor my refund is started.

I ordered Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 4 Door Wardrobe of orderID-FMPN[protected] on[protected]. It supposed to deliver on[protected]. But your delivery agent called and told not deliver to your place. I agreed that it is 10kms away, but i told him that, i will get from my own vehicle. Even though i told him that, he cancelled the order without my confirmation and not called to me also. His behavior was not good, he didn't response even after i called 10-15 times. I don't know his name but he is from gundulpet company. I want you to take strict action against on him.

Order no:WSPP[protected], order status shows that order reject, but we didn't receive either a call or mail regarding the shipment of order.now it is showing that parce has been sent back to origin.please kindly look into the matter and sent the parcel to concerned delivery address.Thankyou
