I purchased a product from Myntra and it was supposed to deliver on 27th, we've received a message saying order is rejected so we need to confirm. I confirmed that order was not rejected by us. Then I tried to connect with the agent, agent said he will not be able to deliver the product and said if I could come and collect. I reached the said address and then the agent said he will try to deliver it tomorrow as he had to go somewhere else....

This is I am not order this product please return your order...

I have order shke from filpcart the red campus . But it revicved the blue one it is completely used product.So im raise the return request.And pick up will areanged but the problem the delivery agent not recived my product and my without permission cancel my pickup plz reslove it immidealtly...

The above courier track number has not yet been delivered, Still, my courier bag is stuck in Lucknow Mother Hub, we dispatched the courier on Oct 11, 2022, but it's not delivered.

Where is my parcel # NMBP[protected]? It was expected to be delivered on 25 Oct 22 and was rescheduled later to 26 Oct 22 with no reason given. There is no status after it although it is 27 Oct 22 today and the parcel is not delivered yet.

Why is a customer care number missing and why the hell the sellers are still reliant on EKART when they can't deliver?...

The product is cancelled but I didn't cancelled .Although the delivery boy had called me and said that the order will be deliver today but the order is not delivered yet.I need the product urgently!!...

Product was picked up by delivery agent and all the tags and everything else were checked and verified by him.
Then he rejected my return request instead of approving it. Not Myntra can't even provide the reason why it was rejected.
I've been raising multiple complaint but still no resolution from their side....

Sorry to inform you that I have shipped raw honey through ekart tracking I'd SRTP[protected] not received by customer nor return back to me shipping company address. Help to track my status...

I had placed an order for a sunglass on Myntra. I did not like it after receiving so I placed return request.
Ekart logistics guy came for pickup. He says the code doesn't match so can't take it.
Even though the tags were intact and I returned alongwith all the packaging.
If the code doesn't match how is it the customer's fault? The code came alongwith that packaging....

The e commerce packets are opened and inside material stolen or replaced by some defective items . In last 7 days 4 such cases of theft With ekart ....

I ordered mammy poko pants of 48 pieces but I received mammy poko pants of 2 pieces and then I again ordered for replacement and when delivery boy came he categorically refused to take back wrong product and delivery boy refused to give my order citing the reason that how it is possible that you received only 2 pieces. Moreover, when my family member who was at home to receive the order try to share information about the facts, he said I...

I have ordered some products from Flipkart and and delivery agent refuse to deliver it my door and said if you want you order come here and get it or you will lose your money and threatened me your account will be ban or blocked from Flipkart soon....

Vendor visited on 16.10.2022 but due to non availability he was advised to visit the next day and after that wrong status was updated on the website that "no response from customer end". The product was ordered as a diwali gift but such a pathetic service and false updation by the vendor has caused a lot of harrasment and strict action should be taken against the logistics department failing which i have to escalate the matter to consumer...

This man is one of the most worst delivery boy ever, he need to learn how to talk with females, im gonna file a FIR against him, and Ekart 👎👎👎 plz remove him from the job he is not a good person at all, even he don't have Ekart id card...

My order was late it will deliver in 23 Oct but the schedule was change it will deliver on 25 oct...
