      मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से एक सामान मंगाया है जिसको इकार्ट कुरियर के द्वारा डिलीवरी किया गया है और जो सामान हमने Order किया है उसके जगह दूसरा सामान भेजा गया है और हमने इस सामान को वापस करने के लिए आग्रह किया है फ्लिपकार्ट के द्वारा बताया गया है 14 तारिक तक पिकअप हो जायेगा लेकिन मेरा अभी तक रिटर्न पिकअप नहीं हुआ है और इकार्ट और फ्लिपकार्ट के द्वारा डिलीवरी किये हुए पता को गलत बताया जा रहा है अगर पता गलत है तो आर्डर किया हुआ सामान डिलीवरी कैसे हुआ इकार्ट के तरफ से अलग अलग मैसेज क्यों दिया जा रहा है कभी पता गलत है तो कभी मिसमैच प्रोडक्ट है जबकि मेरे पास कोई इकार्ट का बॉय मुझसे संपर्क नहीं किया है मेरा रिटर्न पिकअप 14 को ही होना था लेकिन आज 16 तारिक हो गया है लेकीन मेरा रिटर्न पिकअप नहीं हुआ

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          With reference to above referred order id ordered on Flipkart platform, It's painful for me to write this letter that said order is not delivered to me yet as Delivery agent has obtained OTP from me confirming that he is nearby my home & ensures to deliver within next few minutes. But subjected order is not delivered to me till today against scheduled delivery date of 12 Jan 2023.

          I have been a good standing relationship with Flipkart being a plus member since inception & ordered each and every item of my need including grocery which can be established through my order history.

          Hence, I kindly request you to make arrangements to deliver my product or else provide recordings of conversation between us & agent happened on 12 Jan 2023 and KYC of said agent so that I can lodge FIR against him.

            My mobile number is correct for the orders.
            Today my shipments are out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

            My shipment is from pickrr (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

                I didn't order the product one person called me, he say i Oder Flipkart I'm come to nearly your home, then I checked my sms, the message also you book order from Flipkart today order delivery so I hope I order the product, means i forgot when oder then I pay and bought the product then i open the cover i shock the product full fake and Damage and use product ( Man's pant) then i call to Flipkart costomer care they say i didn't order anything.. return I'll call the delivery person the call didn't connect

                  My package has been out for delivery from 9th Jan 2023. You guys have the sheer audacity to update the status as “customer unreachable” when no one has bothered to contact me.
                  Your service is on par with DTDC for incompetence. At least they have a contact number for customer support. You guys hide behind a crappy website with no contact details.

                  Where is my package?

                      I had recieved an parcel on 19th december which i havnt ordered, still delivery boy forced me to recieve it as it was on my name and address, after opening parcel, some old and torn clothes was inside it. Within half an hour, i returned it to EKARTs OFFICE, situated at OMKAR NAGAR, NAGPUR. They had collected that parcel and commited a refun as early as possible. As i had paid COD through GPAY, they said it will take 4 days to refund the amount. After that from 23/12/2022, im calling them and visited in office too, stilll amount is not credited/ refund in my account. Everytime they said, we are trying and by tomorrow evening, your money will be refunded, today on 11th of jan 2023, I didnt gety my money.

                        I have placed an order via flipkart on January 3rd with the order ID - OD[protected]. I was given an Ekart Tracking ID - FMPP[protected]. When I tried to track it, it seems it's a invalid ID. On reporting this issue several times with the flipkart customer care no actions were taken.

                          Today 10.1.23 still the product not delivered, there is no update on the shipment. Otherwise pls tell me I'll come to the hub and collect it. Why should I wait till. are you fools? Apply your mind. Give me a solution. you're taking everything for granted. I have seen your tracking status that, customer not responded, big irresponsible fools are working in your company so that you're blaming customers for your mistake.

                                Hi Team,

                                I ordered a TV and EKART is my delivery partner and its been 5 days no delivery or contact has been made.

                                I "Shashikant Paliwal" Phone Nos - [protected], had ordered a 65 inch TV via Flipkart on 6th Januray'2023. I have ordered this for my 62 years old Mother as she wished to have a new one on her Birthday which was on 8th.

                                Since I am a new customer my address was not saved and while filling the address and by "Use my location" it somehow took the wrong pincode and TV was not delivered, however I have checked and changed it manually later. On 7th January, I got a call that the TV is in Hadapsar Pune, and I live in Wakad Pune which is around 20kms away from my home.

                                I had a word with the agent and updated him about the issue. He has assured me that the TV will be delivered by 7th January evening only, but nothing happened. Then He promised me for 8th Jan. I have made several calls to that agent and Flipkart customer care but no one was ready to help. Everyone was playing with customer's time and sentiments.

                                If I was updated in the first place that the order will take more than a week I could have canceled that order and raised a new one. I am very disappointed with the services which I have received. Customer care team was not able to help me in resetting the password or updating mail ID as well.
                                I am making 3-4 calls everyday to Flipkart and Wish master. Flipkart has not even taken time to escalate the issue which I understand because every agent was repeating the same lines. Or the agency whom you have given the services doesn't care about Flipkart's reputation and doing what they wish to.

                                Akshay Thombare ([protected]), who has my TV at his hub (Hadapsar has blocked my number, my wife's number and responding at all. You tell me one thing, will it take 8-10days to cover 20kms when you have all the resources? I hope flipkart checks all the prerequisites before tying up with any logistics. I was ready to spend more money and could take my parcel from his location. But he denied and assured me that I would deliver my parcel on time.

                                Now, I can see everyday delivery time is changing from 8th -9th- 12th-13- and now it is showing as 15th January. What kind of services you are providing and after this what you all expect us to do. I think I have made the biggest mistake after being a part of Flipkart.

                                I need clarity when I'll receive my 65inch TV )date and time). If not, do I get the compensation for wasting my time, energy, money (payment should be made from CC which bank will charge), and effort.

                                I am very disappointed with the services and will definitely not recommend anyone and those who are using will ask them to stop or else they will be at my place some day.

                                Please hire someone who could understand the issues and have a tendency to deal with the issues and resolve them.

                                    Greetings!

                                    I have booked a product delivery for a customer order via Ekart vide AWB No. SRTP[protected].

                                    This has not been moving since last thursday and its quite a trouble to us.

                                    Can I please have the exact status of my consignment and by when can i expect the delivery.

                                    Just FYI - the delivery was scheduled for 6th Jan and we are sitting on 9th Jan today
