I recieved a product on 6 january which i did not even order. It was due to this i faced issues as neither did i order the product nor registered. The message recieved is as follows:
Out for Delivery:Black Anarkali Kurti - S with tracking ID SPYC[protected], will be delivered between 10:30AM - 02:30PM today by an EKART Service Partner (call [protected], PIN 120). Please pay Rs.1499.0 by cash..

Ordered for multipurpose kitchen rack from a website link advertised on Facebook delivered by ekart logistics. Item specified on the box is also multipurpose kitchen rack however item received is a cheap pancake pan. Paid rs. 1700 for this item and the website we ordered from is now on another name and there is no way to return this product

Recently, I have got details of the parcel when I searched that its in mother hub Jaipur as I don't have any number in Jaipur .

My tracking id is GSLP[protected], this parcel is showing in transit since 1st January. I went to ekart office near my home and they are saying that parcel is still not arrived at their place. Today is 6th January and really it's very bad thing done by ekart members. I want my ordered items ASAP. I have ordered from kindlife store.

I have ordered for men's T shirt .But I got women's wear

Vide Order No.010010723108276384519, dtd.31.08.2022 SBI Rewardz placed an order under copy marked to me for one set of Cotton colors Floral cotton Bath Towels (52"X25")- multicolor. I was out of headquarters for 4 months, During second week of September, 2022, the delivery boy of e-kart phoned me to delivery the item ordered and I requested to delivery the same to my Neighbours which he did the same. After return to Headquarters during first week of December, 2022, I have taken the item from my Neighbours and opened the packet, I am so surprise d that the item received was DELL Optical Mouse MS116 instead of above ordered item placed by SBI Rewardz. When contacted SBI Rewardz, they informed that the matter may be taken up with e-kart who delivered the same and they are no way connected with it once order placed. This has already been complained on 30.12.2022 through this complaint registration form but no reply nor a receipt has been received. I do not understand how do I get a solution. I have lost my money also. Plz. do the needful.

The package was handed over to security guard in tampered condition and the contents were empty upon checking the parcel on the following day when we reached home. As per the security person, the package was given in the same condition and felt lightweight/empty.
