We have had purchased a Electrolux 1.5 tonne Airconditioner bearing CAT No. ES18M5C from your dealer M/s. Kay Dee Electronics, 2/67E, Ram nagar Colony, Church road, Agra-282002 against invoice no. CR 342
Dt.[protected].
Within 2 months of installation, the cooling of AC has dropped significantly and has started up making an intermittent rattling sound.we registered the complaint on the toll free No. viz.[protected] getting a complaint No. egzb[protected] dt. 13 Aug 2016. For 4-5 days no body attended the problem and afterwards when the engineer came he simply told us that something is broken in the indoor unit for which the unit is making the rattling sound and also not cooling the room.Moreover, they were not having that spare part so they left the problem unresolved and promised us that it will be rectified within a week.

Again, two months have passed and no resolution of the problem took place so we again registered a complaint on your toll free(as above) number with a complaint No.egzb[protected] dt. 03 Oct 2016.This time the executive of your toll free number has also sent us the service code on our mobile no. [protected] that is supposed to be given to the service engineer if and only if we are satisfied with the service.
ALAS, the service engineer came on the third day of the complaint and told us that the unit is fine, it has no problem with the cooling and the sound is also ok. we asked him to cross check the cooling with his temperature meter but he did not and made an excuse that he do not have any such meter.Its like a plumber not having his wrench then why did he come at all when he do not have his tools...Moreover, we did not give him the code neither has he asked for it and from that day nobody has even bothered to check the problem.
At last because of our untiring effort and pressure we got the broken part replaced but cooling did't improved.But when the summers of 2017 started we can easily notice the low cooling of the AC and we further made complaints getting the following customer reference nos. received by their Toll free numbers as below...

Airconditioner is running but cooling is not sufficient or not proper
The gas leaks in around 2 months or so...which drops down the cooling of AC.Your engineer has checked all the fittings twice and no leaks in fitting was found.May be the in-built fitting of AC is leaking.Now recently they again filled the gas at around 65 psi.

But the water dripping continues...The engineer tried all his caliber and skills by tilting the AC also but to no use...
we fear another breakage in the unit of drainage tray...

    Dear Sir,

    I bought a split AC yesterday model, ES18M5C, from VIJAY SALES,
    Sector 18 Noida. It was installed today, however the same could not
    be ON .

    I am very surprised that I bought a new product of well known brand
    ELECTOLUX with a belief that I am purchasing a very genune product
    but I am very sorry to inform you that I am really very disappointed
    that this new brand split AC IS NOT even started/on.

    I understand that Electrolux would be getting done quality check of
    their product before selling through dealer but as per this
    experience, I am forced to think that quality of your product are not
    being checked before entering it Market to sell your customer.

    I called to customer care to inform the same but he told me very
    carelessly that the complaint shall be resolved in 2-3 day.

    Since I am sold a faulty split AC hence, I request to you please get
    replaced my faulty AC as soon as possible .

      I logged a complaint for my washing machine (in warranty period). Its been 4 days and no one taking care to visit & fix the issue.

      Their staff just giving false commitment & i'm now really disturbed with such ignorance & such poor customer service.

      I called up the area incharge & told him about the situation & seriousness of the issue. But i dont think they even bother about customer feedback or any issues, since they always commit saying "it will be done today only", but it never happened.

        Ac is having issues of overheating fan motor from the 2nd month. Service people have come about 6 times so far and the 6 times is due to the delay in the service schedule dates. Every time it starts whistling and it is unusable. Whistling comes almost every 2nd day and sometimes every day. Service company says they cannot fix this and only keep replacing the fan motor which is the only thing that they have control. We are tired of having this ac which does not work and the issue never resolved. At this point only desirable resolution is a refund or replace the equipment as it seems like a defective one.

          I had purchased 1.5ton ac unit (Electrolux) from vijay sales at panvel on 13th april, 17. Same has installed on 17th april '17. Same day evening water leakage started happening from ac unit. Immediately i had logged call to ac vendor mr. Ajam & vijay sales helpdesk-panvel. They have attended call on 24th april 17. During inspection found that drain tray & swing motor wire damage due to poor installation location guided by ac technician who came for installation. There was no safety guideline given by field technician in order to avoid damage to new ac unit. Also laying of cabling entry done very pathetic due to cable got damaged by external source. Also i am doing daily follow up with m/s electrolux mr. Aachrekar & vijay sales customer care. Till date issue not resolve product is not also one month old & is in warranty. Please close call asap in order to avoid any zonal & upper level escalation from my end. Hope this is taken in positive approach & my issue gets resolved at earliest with any further mail escalation.             technician came and watch it and said that due to lack of gas not getting cool and said that we will get gas after company issued gas till that time has to wait. After calling to customer care few time finally he came on 28-April-2017 and he upload gas to machine and said problem solved. After half and hour a/c in old condition that a/c air not geeting cool. we make a call to them but he wont reply and not lifting my phone. Hence we request you kindly provide right technician and solve our problem urgently

              Hi, iam using electrolux refrigerator since last 4 years and honestly never been satisfied with the cooling since first year. Last week i have registered a complaint regarding cooling issues and again a very pathetic response from their customer care. Cooling is a compressor issue which is in warranty but they are charging for gas. Gas is part of compressor therefore it must come under warranty otherwise their warranty tag is completely to disguise customer. Moreover they have given servicing franchise to pathetic local untrained people. Ill take this matter to every corner of the digital print and all medias to at least save other customers from being cheated.

                I have lodged a Service Call for repairing of my Electrolux Washing Machine, which is more than 2 years old and now out of warranty. I agreed to pay the service charges for the repairing jobs.

                I share my experience with Electrolux Service people and hereby lodge a complaint against them.

                On 4th April, 2017, one mechanic came from Millenium Service Centre, 17, Roy Bahadur Road, Behala, N/L – 14 No. Stand, Kolkata - 700034 and only upon looking at the machine and without inspecting the same at all, advised & insisted me to allow the machine to take to their workshop. When I asked the mechanic to check the machine, he just open the top cover of the machine and told me that another mechanic will come with him for further inspection and collected Rs. 500/- (which will be adjusted later).

                On 5th April, 2017, two persons came and attended the machine and again without any visible efforts identified that there is a nut is missing and when I advised them to fix the nut, they started saying not only this you have to change so many things for better performance.

                When I asked them just to fix the nut and make the machine operational, then they again started saying and insisted me to take the machine to their workshop.

                I am unable to understand when a single nut can be fixed just to make the machine operational, why it is required to take the same to the workshop and why they were insisting me to change other parts again and again, which will cost more than Rs.6000/-. Also they have collected a sum of Rs. 230/- vide their receipt no. 9528, dated 05.04.2017 without doing anything at all.

                  I had bought the electrolux fridge 215 litre on 17 april 2017.

                  But it was not cooling well - so we called the customer - care and the dealer from where we had bought the product. But the answer was really a negative one.
                  And we are facing too much of the problems - that fridge is not cooling well.

                    I had purchased electrolux 1 ton split ac model no es12m5c-altw-id from vijay sale, kharghar navi mumbai. Technician done all installation work, while commissioning it found outdoor unit is not working, technician done troubleshooting but no luck... It seems dealer or co has delivered faulty unit... From last 3 days my others house renovation works is pending due to this... So far no response from electrolux service centre.

                      Brand new 1 ton split ac stopped working after 4 days.
                      Service staff came to house and said wrong fitting of pipes led to gas leak.
                      Will need to call the same installer who originally installed unit of which i have no idea as electrolux sent the installer.
                      When i called electrolux they said they do not have record of person who installed unit in my house. And that i should investigate on my own as to who came to my house to install the unit.
                      Now i'm stuck with a non working brand new split ac.
                      Sad to say will never but an electrolux product ever again.

                        I have a problem in my Electrolux front load salsa care washing machine... I registered a problem and was expecting some technician to solve it... After couples of days one technician came over, looked at the machine and said machine is too heavy I cant do it alone. He said said he will come next day... For seven days i have bern waiting for the service...nobody arrived... Finally i gave a call to cust care center again... The lady was very bad at communication, she said the complaint is cancelled and dont know the reason. They dont even send any msg related to complaint registered... I am still waiting for the service

                          Washing Machine Model Elita ET 60EGGL purchased on 3rd Jan-15 with a warranty period of 2 years. Machine got down on 23rd Nov-2-16 and put the complaint with Electrolux int he last week of Nov-16.

                          Service person visited twice or thrice during Nov & Dec, 16 but the visits were in vein. Mean time one person informed that to change the base of the chamber by paying Rs.3800/- approximately so that the machine can be set right, which we refused since the machine was under warranty till 3rd Jan-17.

                          Since then we are following up with Electrolux every week, just to get some vague reply from their Service personal.

                          For the last two months we are hearing from them that they are very much regretted and is going to replace our machine shortly. But now we annoyed to hear that they are ready to replace the machine only if we pay them depreciation of around Rs.3800/-, which we naturally refused to accept.

                          Since the machine was purchased for the use of the only residents of two old aged couples of above 70 years to meet their day to day lively activities, and could not serve the purpose but cheated repeatedly by wrong commitments by Electrolux, we herewith put our claim for Rs.1, 00, 000/- being the labor cost and mental stress incurred for washing the clothes as well as the breach of contract by a trusted organisations like Electrolux.

                            I had registered a washing machine(Elecolux make) complaint on 08.03.17, technician came & servicing could not done due to unavailability of spares. They told to provide replacement. Today11.04.17 electrolux service in charge Mr.Pramod (Ph:[protected]) called me & to be paid Rs.1900/- more to getting replacement of another model. Why should i pay extra money for replacement?

                            I bought new AC and it has cooling issues. Its been 6dys now I complained at customer care but my issue not yet resolved neither any engineer visited.

                            I was not expecting such kind of pathetic service from a well known brand.

                            I will suggest people not to go by brand names but see which company provides good service.

                              Bought in October 2004 in Chennai. After a few years of good performance in 2014 year second half experienced no cooling and no ice formation as coil was frosted up. No trace of authorised service provider. Local technician traced problem asked for change of PCB. Spent Rs10000. In beginning 2017 local technician responded after several attempts. He has taken PCB for repair and no response even after a month and numerous tel calls. Bought a new Haier 303 litres fridge. Dealer said exchange of old DFF will give me Rs2000 that too after bargaining. A good electronics person should be able to repair the PCB. A fridge mechanic should be able or be trained to convert to a conventional fridge eliminating PCB. All our ITIs and IITs if they address this problem there can be lot of savings and avoidance of electronic plastic and scrap metal pollution of environment. May God help the ivory tower professors and teachers!

                                Im purchased electrolux fully automatic washing machine from flipkart last year in 16 April 2016. Now I facing a problem with machine...inner drum collision with outer drum.due to this outer drum which is plastic made got cuts from one place and now its damaging cloth my many cloths cuts from various places.on 30th march 2017 (Ref No. - [protected]) when I complain to customer care they register my complain and told me that their tech. person will visit within 48-72 hr. after that not any call or visit done till Monday 3rd Mar 2017. Om Monday when i Call to customer care they told me that my visit is cancel because they dont have that model no part current available...surprisingly without any visit they decide to change parts...after they told me that your complain was forwarded on priority basis and will be visited in 24 hrs...again on one visit next day...when next day i call i evening they told me that your complain is rejected because my machine is not electrolux brand...again surprisingly without any visit ...after some argument they give me no of Mr. Harshit which is his technical head...which not picking my phone. what a pathetic after sales service...
                                thats why people trust on branded item...not so called this types chip brands.

                                  My name is parvathi. We are using electrolux ac from may 2016, at January we recently shift to another home at Hyderabad. From there our problem begins. We contact customer care and they send some technician from cooling care systems. They dint fix well so from there we are facing problems like empty gas, fixing problem and water leakage inside room.

                                  Again we called customer care and they send some other persons, and they come and see the issue and bill, they are saying they dint resolve, because we fixed with cooling care systems. So we called again customer care and they give some managers numbers, they dint even lift our calls.

                                  Again we called customer care and they give cooling care systems contact number, and now they are saying they are not doing working in our area, their contract was done, so what should i do?

                                  We are continuously following the customer care and service team for my AC issue but unfortunately till now we are unable to get any person to solve this issue. Its almost 2 months, from last 15 days i am continuously calling service persons and they dint bother.
                                  Please look my issue and do as per as soon.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I lodged a complaint regarding Electrolux Split AC previously installed in my old house vide aforesaid complaint number on 28.03.2017 about non-functioning of the AC. The technician visited for the same on 29.03.2017 and informed that there is a leakage of gas in the AC and asked me to provide him the SCode. I did not give him the SCode as per the instructions, the SCode was to be provided only if the satisfactory job was done. At the same time, I spoke with the person available at [protected] and apprised him the position and also informed that the unit is also to be relocated to another flat in the same building. Then, he advised that first, the AC would be shifted and afterwards the gas would be filled in. I requested him to do so at the earliest and accordingly the technician came on 01.04.2017 and relocated the AC unit. I also paid him a sum of Rs. 1725 (i.e. Rs. 1500 + 15% Service charge). However, no receipt was issued to me for the same. But, the gas was still not filled by him about which I again made a call on the aforesaid number. the person available on this number informed that the needful will be done on 02.04.2017 positively. However, no person came for attending the complaint on that day. Again, I spoke to the person on the given number who in turn, informed that due to non availability of staff, being Sunday, my complaint would definitely be attended to on Monday, 03.04.2017. I also informed him that a message has been received by me that my reference number is closed for which he asked me not to worry about this. Today, when I again contacted him for filling the gas in the unit, he informed that the needful would be done in a week's time. I am very much unsatisfied with the way the matter is being dealt with which is a very sorry state of affairs at the end of the company like yours.

                                      I have purchased one New Split A.C. ES18F3C (3 STAR) I.5T SPL - SET from M/s. Vijay Sales, Indirapuram, U.P. on 26.03.17. A.C. is delivered to me on 31.03.2017. Authorised engineer from M/s. Electrolux comes to my house on 02.04.2017 for installation.

                                      During the installation the person Mr. Bilal is very adament and not act according to my choice. I lives on 2nd floor and when I told him fit the a.c. outer unit on my roof and make a hole on shaft wall and pass the copper wire through the hole he refused to do it and said it is not possible and when I draw his attention to my adjoining roof where the Panasonic split a.c. of my neighbour is installed by the same method he did not bother and refused to make a hole on the wall of the shaft. Moreover, when I told him to fit the a.c. outer unit to close to my dis antenna he further refused it and fit the a.c. outer unit at a very long distance due to which 1.5 meter of copper wire was needed to install the a.c. for which he charged me Rs.1125 @ of Rs.750 per meter.

                                      Further, he refused to fix the stablizer of the a.c. in the shaft and tole me it is not possible. Here, again I draw his attention to the first floor of my house where the stablizer of Hitachi Split A.C. is fixed but he did not bother.

                                      Moreover, he holed in the wall of the my room for power cable at a distance of a.c. internal unit for which I told him to hole it behind the a.c. internal unit. Now, the power cable is visible in my room which is looking very ugly.

                                      During the installation he offered me to have his services without bill for saving of tax money. He told me that if I will not take bill he can give the stand of a.c. outer unit @ Rs.600 and if I insist on bill the same will be cost @ Rs.750. He offered the same thing on the installation charges too. He told me that if I will not take the bill the installation charges will be Rs.1500 instead of Rs.1720 with bill.

                                      I request you to send some engineer to inspect the installation of my a.c. and refund the extra charges charged by the your installation engineer Mr. Billal for extra copper wire and other things to me at the earliest. I will file the case in consumer court it I will not receive justified treatment in one month.

                                        Water leakage problem.. Since last 10 days we have been suffering a water leakage problem due toi which we are unable tom use it.. Kindly resolve this problem earliest... I have purchased this refrigrator on 16/4/2012 from jai mata electrovision rani bazaar bikaner.. Now i have shifted at jaipur. My current address is 36 p. L vatika behind govt. School charan nadi 2nd murlipura jaiupur mobile no. [protected].. It is in warranty period
