Hi all

I bought new electroluxmachine and after some time it had some issue related to water sensor we register a complaint and engineer visited and he said sensor having some issue machine under warranty better to raise a complain to change this we raised request to change this and there is no action on this since one month we did lot of follow-up with area manager Mohan Gudda service station Incharge but there is no one taking action it is already company and very bad service related to warranty if they are not able to provide any service to customer why they are giving fake commitment .

    Hello all
    We had a issue with our electrolux fridge and a electrician named :
    Mission perfection. Address: #427/3, k. H double road shanti nagar bangalore-560027. Mob : [protected], [protected] — electrician name: nabidulla, had come to our house to repair, the fridge for which he has charged 4800+350 (Filter charges)= 5150.00, the fridge was not working after giving so much money and in spite of repeated calls they dint answer and when we asked for a refund, they agreed and they didn't give the refund and this a purely a case of fraud and cheating. Please help us to get the refund. Any one dealing with them is at your own risk as they are fraud people who don't know how to repair the component and they cheat common man.       Greetings from kolkata
      I am sorry to say that it is indeed a painful situation i am into and encountering the hardest ordeal ever in my life. Needless to point out from my remonstrance that the cause of my suffering is the service protocols of your august company electrolux.
      I had purchased a refrigerator on 22nd of june 2016 from ezone south city mall. I was informed during the time of purchase that the parts are easily available and in times of problem the company would change it within 72 hours of the complaint.
      The details of the purchase are as under.

      From the beginning of october only we found that the refrigerator was not cooling adequately.
      So many of our items got perished due to inadequate cooling
      On 22 nd of october 2016 we lodged the complaint at [protected]

      There has been two visits since then but my problem is not resolved.
      I was made to believe that the spare is not available here it would be coming from delhi. I was told this on 26th of october 2016. Today is 29th october 2016 and my machine is still not been attended.
      It has become a substantial ordeal and i am not able celebrate diwali happily due to this delay
      My wife is under medical attention and a fully functional refrigerator is an urgent requirement.
      I am a valued customer, my purchased product is under warranty so why do i have to suffer this ordeal. Please do the needful to get me out of this dire straits.
      It would be of great help if somebody from the organisation gives me a clear indication about the date and time when my problem would be resolved.
      If an at all there is a substantial delay i would request you to provide me an alternative back up machine because i am a valued customer and i should not suffer owing to the un availability of parts in kolkata.

        @electrolux @electroluxindia.. It's been more than 12 days that the service guy has taken the main circuit board from my #electrolux microwave... Saying he will get it fixed in 3-4 days.. It's been more than 12 days now with the festival almost here.. I am left with no microwave to cook any delicacies.. Customer care call center number tells me that only the service manager will be able to help me with this... Whereas the service manager never answers the call #worstcostumerservice

          I have purchased Electrolux washing machine in vijay sales Maninagar branch
          So now some day before some abnormal sound in machine I have complaint in Electrolux and engineer will come 2 Oct and he said some parts need to be replaced in this machine and i'll come within 3 days
          But at that time he will commit to me and still date he will not come, call to vijay sales but ever time call is always busy
          I it's strongly say to all please give solutions for my complaint I will trust to vijay sales and he will not support to me

            I had given a complaint on 1st October, you assure all problems to be solvedby 24 hrs, no one came before 4th October . The engineer came and said that a part needs to be replaced . TILL DATE nobody has come post that . My Electrolux Window AC, is non operational .

            I have been continously following up with customer care who takes no onus and in turn gives the number of the service centre for us to follow up, who in turn never sends anybody .

            You can easily be taken to court given that you commit service within 24 hours .

              I bought a electrolux washing machine (ef60erwh 6 kgs fully automatic front loading washing machine) order date 07 nov 2015 and invoice date 09th nov 2015 from flipkart order no. od[protected]. the machine was installed after 8 months in the month of july 15th 2016 (around 18th july), it worked for just one day. it took 7 days from electrolux engineer to visit and find out that the pcb of the washing machines is not working. then i had to wait for 25 days for new pcb to arrive. the new pcb did not work. i have been following up with flipkart and electrolux since then but no resolution.in last 10 months since i bought this product it worked for just one wash and only one time. no customer services from electrolux or flipkart. the product is under warranty but no one comes from electrolux to rectify the problem. flipkart is selling 2nd products and companies like electrolux provide second hand use machine at deep discounts. please take some action. cancel license of electrolux. i am a banker by profession. these companies are lease bothered about customer services.

                My washing machine motor is not working properly. i complained twice in call center.

                This is my recent complaint number : eblr[protected]

                Service center person harish (contact number: [protected]) came with second hand motor. and he is arguing that was new one. after some argument he agreed that machine is second hand. and he charging rs. 7000 which is equal to new machine.

                From past three months i am following him by phone he is not responding.

                I contacted area sales manager mr. mohan ([protected]) for solution. even he is also not responding from past fifteen days.

                This kind of fraud doing by electrolux people in market.

                I am really frustrated with electrolux service. i never suggest this fraud company to anybody in future.

                I have attached that second hand or used machine image with barr number, as well as my washing machine model number.

                  Hi sir... We have purchased washing machine last year in october end... After 1 month of washing machine we continuously facing problems... We complaint so many time but nobody takes action from your side... They simply come nd check nd say this machine is ok no problem... Spin tub which is totally bent one sided nd wash tub sometimes rotate only in one direction nd in that when we put clothes they get knot badly nd even we will not available to solve it... Nd till know so many clothes get teared so you tell me... Till know we complaint so much but none of from your side take action... So it's my humble request you to take action...
                  Please it's request it's more than 20 time we did complaint...

                    Sir, i bought a semi auto. washing machine in oct 2014, for the last one months it is not functioning properly the wash tub does not rotate properly, i made a online complaint on 25.09.2016 about it and the same day i got a message that mr. nadish (engineer) will visit at my place very soon but after 4 days he called me on 29.05.2016 to visit and he came on 2.10.2016 insted of 1.10.2016 but he didn't get the problem again he came on 3.10.2016 but could not cure the problem more over i had to call him aproxx. 30 times from 29.05.2016 to 3.10.2016 most of the time his ph. was swithed off. after his visit i got a confirmation call whether i am satisfied with the services or not and i explained the things to that person and he assured me to get the problem resolved very soon but till date (5.10.2016) nothing extra has happened, i really fed up with customer care service/after sale service of electrolux, it was my first product from electrolux and defenetly will be last one.

                        Hi Team,

                        Please check the below emails in detail. This has been an ongoing issue with my washing machine for too long. The technician is not able to fix our washing machine.

                        We are really fed up, unhappy and disappointed with your service as well as product.

                        I request you to please look into this issue on priority and resolve it asap.

                        The technician has replaced almost all the parts but still the machine is facing too many issues, the tech has visited twice and has not yet able to resolve the problem. My parents are facing too many issues.

                        Either fix machine OR REPLACE THE MACHINE WITH NEW ONE OR REFUND THE MONEY!!! Its BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW..

                          In august my microwave model no. EK23CBS4 was not not working hence i called service centre and then they gave me Mr. Mansih's number [protected]. He sent a service engineer and he took the pcb of my microwave telling that it needa to be replaced. Its been a month now i have called manish many tines but he just giving the reason that the part is not yet available. When i measaged him to return my pcb he stopped answering my call.

                          Please take some steps against this irresponsible action.

                            On dated 03.08.16 a complaint was registered for repair of refrigerator with complaint no - echd [protected]. Company engineer was visited and checked the refrigerator. He told that thermostat is not working and it will be replaced with new one after placing order. I agree to replace it. At night i found that the thermostat is hanging inside the refrigerator. Next day i called the service engineer about it, he replied i will attend it shortly. After 10 days he said that thermostat is not available with company and i will make the hanging thermostat fix in his right position. After so many reminders till date it is not attended and creating problems to use the refrigerator.

                              I have logged a complaint no ELKW[protected] on 30th aug and my call was assigned to service centre in faizabad which was resigned one(Surprisingly company was not aware).After making atleast 7 calls to customer care finally my call was assigned to a different service centre on 5th sep 2016 and Complaint no ELKW[protected] was provided.Engineer visited my house and after inspection he said that parts will come atleast after 7-10 days..Is this called service where my family is suffering in this heat without AC.

                                My name is Mohit. I had purchased an Electrolux AC about 2 months earlier. The problem with the AC started a couple of weeks back. The problem - The AC started spewing water into my room and did not cool at all.

                                I booked a service call and the service engineer showed up and said that the outlet pipe was not fixed properly during the installation process. He said that he did some temporary repairs done and now the AC should work fine.

                                The sane night the same problem started and I had to book another service request with a note stating that the person who had installed the AC needs to come fix the problem.

                                The service response this time was pathetic at this stage. I had to call over 8 times over 2 days to ensure the technician showed up. Finally after a great level of control over my frustration the technician shows up and tells me he has fixed the problem with the outlet pipe but needs to check the AC again by running it.

                                Unfortunately, there was a power cut and the technician advised me that he would be somewhere in the locality and would come back to fix the issue. Exactly after 20 mins the power comes on and I call him. His reply was that he cant make it and came up with excuses.

                                I was forced to call the local branch manager and after constant nagging and a series of calls, another techinician shows up the next day. He says the AC wasn't installed properly to begin with and there has been a gas leak in the unit leading to the flooding in my room.

                                He fixes the issue the not the very same day but the day after that and, today it just been a day since he has apparently "fixed" the problem and a new problem arises.

                                The AC works for like 10mins and shows an error "E6." It does not cool my room in anyway!

                                I am frustrated with the [censored] that has been going on and utterly pissed off!

                                Either REPLACE MY AC OR PAY ME MY MONEY BACK!

                                Im sick of the waiting and phone calls to you guys!

                                If the service quality is this damn poor, then honestly the brand and you people are a joke.

                                Kindly revert back with a solution asap. Thank you!

                                we have purchased Electrolux 1.5 ton AC Model No. SQ52.CD1-CG. SR. NO.[protected] from Radio Mundial, vasco da gama, goa on 11.02.2014 and now on 4th of Nov 2016 stopped working, after complaining to authorised dealer 02days after service engineer visited our factory to resolve the problem and he found that compressor is not working. The service engineer gave us the cell phone number of the authorised service provider of Electrolux. The problem is that after continues follow ups there is no positive response from the service provider. This AC is fitted at Target Innovations, D1/3, Sancoale Industrial Estate, Zuarinagar. Sancoale Goa.
                                Hope for your prompt services at the earliest.

                                  I purchased a 5 star electrolux
                                  Ac from vijay sales on[protected].
                                  Ince then it had been a nightmare to me. I been contacting service engineer again and again for continous ac problem in my ac, sometimes it shoe error code e6 and sometime e2, engineers had visited me 5-6 times, took 4-5 hours and they are unable to rectify the isssue, they changed ac gas 2 times and did everything they could, but the error code are not going ac is not working. Me and my family are luving in extreme hot and humid condition without ac. No idea when will they ac will get replace. I want replacemnet in 3-4 days time max. Its untolerable now
                                  Never expected this kind of serice from you guys, worst ac company you guys are, you just make junks nothing else.

                                    Electrolux had sold me a manufacturing defect air conditioner in 2013, in the year 2013 itself the air conditioner had started giving problem and i have requested them stating that the air conditioner had a manufacturing defect and they were also knowing that but intentionally started harassing me. Time and again i have requested to replace the air conditioner after the necessary depreciation but they said that we have trapped you and no one will do anything and the same thing happened.in the month of june itself they have collected rs 2400

                                      Bought from flipkart :electrolux 6 kg fully automatic front load washing machine (ef60erwh)

                                      Washing machine not working, i called them 180+ time, still the issue not resolved and unnecessary the customer care harassing me they confirmed me that the next day service engineer will go to your home and repair your washing machine.
