damaged I have complained every where and written application also been given i have complained almost 50 times but no action had been taken so far i am also attaching my bill (photocopy) for the proof i want u to take strict action v.soon

3 months before we filed complaint ,they r telling us that ill come tomorrow from three months but not yet came .they are running multiple brand service center with only 1 or 2 enggs.non professionals.()

    I have washing machine Libra purchase 8 years back, and not under warrantty period, so I have complaint(pmum[protected]) to their service centre and complaint was attended by their authorised service centre dealer at Vikroli park site(PE ELECTRONICS LIMTED, YASH ENTERPRISES-[protected]) in the month of Sept 2011, with replacement of one part (Gear box) costing to me Rs.3000/ for one year warantee, But since replacement they change that part three time but it not working, after replacement it work only 3 to 4 days.now it is totaly shut and nobody want to turnup against my last complaint which is register before 15 days.

      AC reinstalled(fourth attempt) :JUNE 2011
      Found faulty on OCT 2011(same problem-No cooling)

      In the above, all the service attempt ends with refilling gas.(it is expensive).
      All together they charged me about 4000 rupees during this period.Even the compressor is under warranty period, they charged for the repair done in compressor. Frankly telling , I could not able to use this AC during summer seasons.During the hot seasons it was under repair.
      On 5 th October(This is the fifth time faulty) I registered a compliant with TEKWINS, PALAKKD,
      The AC is now with the service people.
      Unfortunately the service center available in palakkad,karala was closed last week.
      I got a contact number of a technician and made a call.He told me that the unit is in Trichur now. How will i get back? The compressor is still in guarantee period.they are trying to lag the service indefinitely.
      What Acton should i take?

      Electrolux — AC cooling is not Good

      I have purchased Electolux 1.0 Ton Split AC from Vijay Sales in Mira Bhayander Road.It get Installed after 10 days after i purchase. From there onwards my ironical days started. first water coming out of tray in room . After few days. cooling almost gone.My fan gives much cool air than AC. I am fedup of this product. I cursed myself why i purchased this AC. I wont suggest any one to purchase This brand at all.
      We have purchase one Electrolux Refrigerator from Reliance Iscon mall shopping centre on Dt.12/01/08
      We made complains for low cooling but it was ignored from service staff, Suddenly fridge stopped to cooling we personally rush to there office and made complains, resulting we ware come to know that Compressor wasnot working and it has to take back to there workshop for more observation, after ten days i was told to replace compressor and charged Rs.1500/even it is under Warranty period. we paid amounts and within week again problem was start no complain was followed and again we have to rush Iscon malls office and they refer to city office and asked to contact Mr.Nishal patel. again fridge to be send bact to there workshop and after ten days we have ask to payRs. 1500/ for further repairing. After Five days again trouble start and we made an complains to thair city office no complains number was given we have wait three days nobody has come. again we personally visit his office and ask for complain number the number was given and it is [protected]
      we told from city office that within 12 hours service man will come and see but after 74 hours nobody has come and again we have to contact Mr.Nishal patel he told me that within 12 hours service will be taken but today as on 16th Nov.up to 15 hours nobody has try to contact .

      i purchase an electrolux 1.5 ton split a.c for my home just a week back. but from day first it is not providing the cooling. only fan and swing are working but there is no cooling yet. a person from local service center visited and replied that the gas is leakage from the a.c but he can not do anything as the owner of the service center has asked him to let the customer talk to company only.

        we are the dealer of philips&electrolux products (pe electroincs).we have one compliant regarding the stock we received from the beginning dut we have noticed few days before .the compliant was the company is sending us the dent stock (repaired stock) of refrigerator.we think that's the mistake was happened when the stock was dispatched from go down but we noticed that it was not mistake and they have send the stock with knowing every thing because this in not one consignment stock i have at present , it happened every time we received the stock beeause the purchased dates are different at present we have fifteen refrigerators in that nine refrigerators are dent stock .we have paid money for new stock as per there price for new stock and our customers are also paying money for the new stock.hear we have stock from the date

            I have purchased an Electrolux Microwave on 16 Nov 2010 from R Super, G Noida.
            On Oct 2011 it stopped working. I have register a complaint at Customer care vide compliant no. Plkw[protected] dt Oct 2011. After many reminders an engineer visited and inspected. He has told that its transformer got defective it need to be replaced. After few days I have called him for defect rectification. He told that new transformer demand has been raise to company and will install soon it received.
            After few day I contacted the C Care to resolve the issue but no result achieved. I have make at least 500 calls to C Care, every time they gave assurance to resolve the issue but not yet happened. From last 45 days I have asking to provide mail id and contact details of higher officials but they have not connect not given the contact details.
            Now I totally harassed and no other way left except going to Consumer court. It has almost 4 months over but they not provide any support.
            So I am requesting you to look in to matter and suggest further

              I have bought ELectrolux convection microwave oven model EK23CBS4-MMZ in Dec 2011.During usage only 1st time on convection mode the glass plate got automatically cracked , when i called up service centre they said glass plate is not covered under warranty so I have to buy new Glass plate,but it was clear that Glass plate has cracked in 1 st time only bcoz of its poor quality as it was not able to take heat.
              When i asked them that it is poor quality of plate then why i have to bear the cost of it they said to contact their Regional ASM Mr Vinay mobile no[protected] to resolve this problem but to my surprise he never reply any calls & even their service centre said our ASM never takes any call so only way is to buy new plate at Fix MRP only otherwise Microwave oven will not work.I have never seen such poorest quality & response from any other electronics firm Like Electrolux. I hope some senior person will resolve my complaint as your service managers dont believe in taking customer calls.

                i am fully disturbed with the way, the service centre is dealing with the consumers. Sometimes, the in-chargeof the service Centre says that the modal of the washing machine is old. I mean to say that their attitude is not positive.

                  Subject: Complaint regarding Electrolux Refrigerator - No cooling - Problem since last 4 months

                  I have an Electrolux Double Door Frost Free Refrigerator capacity of 270 litres Model no. 275FF, Serial no. 5617 purchased on 13th September, 2006. In the month of October, 2011 the fridge started malfunctioning there was no cooling. I registered a complaint through Electrolux customer care. The technician from the company's authorized service outlet M/s. P.E.Electronics Ltd. 8, Narendra Nagar, Dunlop, Kolkata-56 visited and inspected the refrigerator and informed me that there was minor problem with thermostat which required slight adjustment. He fixed it and told me that hence forth there will be no problem. The technician vide invoice no. 2451 dated 10th October, 2011 charged Rs. 276/-.

                  After few days the same problem persists and there was no cooling in the refrigerator. I again registered a complaint through Electrolux customer care. The technician from company's authorized service outlet M/s.P.E.Electronics Ltd. visited and inspected the refrigerator on 29th November, 2011 and informed me that there was problem with compressor and it needs replacement. The technician vide invoice no. 2928 dated 29th November, 2011 charged Rs.276/- . They informed me that they will come and replace the compressor.

                  On 13th December, 2011 the technician from company's authorized service outlet M/s.P.E.Electornics Ltd. visited and replaced the old compressor of the refrigerator with new one and told us that the new compressor is under 2 years warranty. The technician vide invoice no. 3051 dated 13th December, 2011 charged Rs.4,700/-. Inspite of replacing the compressor and spending so much money for service and repairing I am still facing the problem with the refrigerator. There is no cooling.

                  On 1st January, 2012 I again placed a service request through web site of Electrolux and a service request number PKOL[protected] dated 2/1/2012 was given to me. On 2nd January, 2012 a technician from company's authorized service outlet M/s. P.E.Electronics Ltd. visited and inspected the refrigerator and informed that there may be problem with the cooling coil. The technician informed that he will speak to his service center and solve the problem by next day. Thereafter no one attended the complaint and presently my refrigerator is not in functional state. I am not in a position to use the refrigerator.

                  I have made several complaints to the authorized service outlet M/s. P.E. Electronic Ltd. but now they are not attending my complaint. I have even made calls to Electrolux Customer Care no. [protected] on 5th January, 2012 and 6th January, 2012 but the only response I am getting from the Customer Care is that technician will get back to us shortly. I am facing inconvenience and hardship with the refrigerator. I am highly disappointed with the response of the authorized service outlet of Electrolux. No one is attending the complaint. The refrigerator is not working past one week. After sales service of Electrolux is very poor. I request and urge the concerned authority to expedite and resolve the problem of my refrigerator as soon as possible and take serious action against the service centre for harassing us and not attending the complaint.

                  Electrolux Refrigerator (Double Door) — Incompetent Service technician and Very Poor Customer Service

                  I had purchased the Electrolux Refrigerator around 3 to 4 years back. In Feb 2009 the refrigerator was not able to generate proper cooling. The technician advised for the replacement of Timer. On 5th Feb.2009 the new timer was replaced. But thereafter again 3 to 4 times the refrigerator was breakdown for the same reasons. Customer service is very poor and have to follow up several times. Last week they had repaired and as usual it has break down again. We have again complained on their toll free no. [protected]. The complain no. issued by them is ASN[protected]. We are following with local office at Baroda but no body is attending the call since last 2 days.Current temperature in baroda is 45 deg. celsius and with out refrigerator its very difficult to cope up especially when my parents are alone there.

                  Please help me to get this problem resolved urgently and permanently.

                  Electrolux Refrigerator — NOT WORKING & NO COOLING

                  I purchased one electrolux refrigerator model 180PR with 5 years warrantly in M/s.Vee jey Enterprises at Tirupathi.

                  Due to several personal problems transfered to MANTRALAYAM since April,2008.

                  This item worked one year without any complaints later it is not working properly. Some times earthing problems & some times no cooling. Now it is not working. In the month of Sep'09 given complaint thru.net and some body came from kurnool and simply told there is no GAS.

                  As per his advice filled the gas by him and worked another 15 days only. Later the problem is re-entered. The same problems. There is no cooling.

                  Please arrange your service personal immediately and solve our problems.

                  Most urgent.

                  I have complaint many times to PE Electolux Customer Care but so far anybody from PE Electolux Service Engineer has not reached to repair my refrigerator. I have also send a e mail to Electolux Customer Care, electolux.[protected]@pemail.in replied us our Service Engineer contact you shortly but so far nobody came to repair my refrigerator.

                    WITH REGARD TO THE ABOVE, IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE ELECTROLUX IN INDIA IS VERY POOR AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR A CUSTOMER FROM THE COMPANY.                       Since 11oct11my electrolux refrigerator is out of order due to a compressor problem.
                      I called GX systems Bangalore to get it attended.rep of GX systems visited on 12th and informed that the gas has to recharged and that he would send somebody to that next day. He collected Rs300/-for the visit.Next day another technician came, charged the gas and collected additional Rs1100/-from me for the job. After the compressor was switched on ,it was found that the compressor was running continuously for more than 24hrs without cutting.Cooling was very poor,Ice was not forming on ice trays and the compressor was overheated.
                      GXsystem was called again.Their technician came checked and said that the compressor was defective and has to replaced. He also noted it was below the 5yr warranty and noted the purchase and bill details. After that there has been no response from GX systems till now.
                      Further chronological follow up by me given below

                      27Oct-called customer service.They said compressor Will be available only by 29oct and complaint will be attended after that
                      30Oct-Reminder call to your customer service. He gave the second complaint ref of 19th Oct and said that a rep will call within 24hrs
                      5Nov-Nobody called customer service reminded.They said they will call later to give the progress
                      9Nov-No call received. Called your customer service again.Rep said that his senior would call within 4hrs.
                      10Nov-Nobody called.I called customer service again and asked to speak to senior manager. The rep first said he has not come to office,then he said he is busy in a meeting and finally he said I cannot speak to me and asked me to send email and that they would respond thereafter
                      It has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience dealing with your customer service
                      My frig is out of action over a month.Hope that you would respond to this email urgently and and arrange to change the compressor without further delays

                      Further calls on 5,9,10,11,14,16,17,18,19,21,22,28,29,30 Nov and
                      1,3,9and 11 Dec made by me resulted only in evasive replies by your
                      customer service personnel.

                      My frig is out of action over 2 months and I am getting only evasive
                      replies about replace ment of defective compressor covered under
                      warranty
                      .Hope that you would respond to this email urgently as I am left with

                      Refrigerator — DEFECTIVE COMPRESSOR

                      I HAD PURCHASED A REFERIGERATOR FROM SMILE STORE KANPUR THRU BILL NO 67979 DTD 10th FEB 2007 MODEL NO RAI8PVMSIXTL . AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY, BUT AFTER TWO YEARS SUDDENLY COOLING IN THE REFERIGERATOR STOPPED FOTR WHICH I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IN KANPUR ON 4/3/2009 AND I GOT MY COMPLAIN REGISTER THRU COMPLAIN NO [protected], MY COMPLAIN WAS ATTENTED ON 17/3/2009. SOMEBODY FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE CAME AND CHANGED THE COMPRESSOR. AND CHARGED Rs 1094.18 THRU RECEIPT NO 1608 DTD 17/3/2009.

                      BUT THE COMPRESSOR WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY ( NO COOLING ), I AGAIN COMPLAIN THE MATTER TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ON 23/3/2009 AS A RESULT MY COMPLAIN WAS ATTENTED BY Mr PANKAJ, HE CAME AND HE SUGGESTED TO SWITCH OFF THE REFERIGERATOR FOR ONE NIGHT AND RESTART ON THE NEXT MORNING WHICH I DID . BUT THE RESULT WAS ZERO .

                      I AGAIN CONTACTED Mr PANKAJ OVER TELEPHONE AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL CHANGE THE COMPRESSOR BUT AT MOMENT THE COMPRESSOR ARE OUT OF STOCK. AND I HAVE LODGED THE SAME COMPLAIN TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ON 27/3/2009. TILL DATE NEITHER MY COMPRESSOR OF REFEREGERATOR CHANGED NOR ANY BODY CAME TO My HOME.

                      CONSEQUENCES :

                      AS A RESULT EVERY THING I KEEP IN THE REFEREGERATOR GETS SPOILED AND I CANNOT STORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THERE FORE I HAVE TO GO SHOPPING EVERY DAY AT THE COST OF LOOSING PRECIOUS WORKING TIME . THE MOST DISTURBING FACTOR IS THAT BECAUSE OF THE FRIDGE NOT WORKING PROPERLY MY 10 MONTHS OLD SON HAS TO SUFFER THE MOST SO MANY TIMES WE COULD NOT GIVE THE BABY MILK IN THE MIDNIGHT.
                      THIS INCONVINENCE IS MORE THAN ANY ECONOMIC OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE THAT SAMSUNG COULD HAVE INFLICTED ON ME.

                      Electrolux Refrigerator — defective compressor

                      Ref my complaint dated 27dec2011already registered with you.
                      The firm did not so far attend to warranty replacement of defective compressor and i had already suffered without refrigerator since 12 oct11.
                      Hence I have scrapped the refigerator and bought another new frig costing about Rs12000/- to store my food items.
                      I hereby claim from the company the cost of Rs12000/-of a new frig of similar capacity and additional Rs 5000/- as the compensation for the loss and damges to food items and the harrasment I had been put through due to indifferent attitude of the company to my several calls..

                          As per the service request number is PLKW[protected] dated 13/9/2011
                          Service technicians visited to my place they examined the machine and found that the PCB kit has short circuited and they said the machine Model is quite old, with 9 wash programs (5, 10, 15, heavy soiled, silk, whites, bed sheet, sari & eco.) wash option programs. And the model no. cannot be traced as the paper has wrought out, which is needed to replace the PCB kit so kindly post the model no. of said machine first also quote the price of the PCB and please make it available if it is not available at Varanasi service centre. Machine is top load with 9 wash program.

                          This Electrolux Fabriguard is a semi automatic washing machine it takes wash load of 7 kgs .This Electrolux washing machine has 9 preset programmes

                                ELECTROLUX / REFRIGERATOR — Not Cooling

                                I had purchased an Electolux Refrigirator(model no: 245FFOZ ENE) premium (N Blue) from your dealer L.P.ELECTRONICS, CUTTACK, ORISSA. vide Bill no.H03901 Dt.15.01.07 . After 7 days I was locate there are heavy ice create inside ice chamber and outside also. So, I complain a phone call to dealer point . After 2 days a mechanic come and adjust regulater but next day I saw same problem and I again complain to the dealer but there are no responds till six months. After six month again my son go to the dealer point and registered a written comp. after that the mechanic come and change some little part . After 4 months there are some cooling problem occured. After regular complain they did not respond I alone old man silently wait & watch . In between my 1 yerar service time over . In Oct'08 my son(working outside orissa)back & in complain the dealer point, dealer send a mechanic (Robocom Comp, Near OSL tower, Link Road, Cuttack .(off. phone no:[protected], 3263230 ) . The mechanic carry the Refrigirator to their workshop and afer service return on 16/10/2008 and Charged Rs.1540/- vide bill no: 129326. They told every thing alright and fill the gas also. But next day freez could not cooling. again complain they doing some thing but no result and after that when I am complaining they did not come till date. I am again told the dealer over phone but till date no survice man come or service my freez . Kindly do the needful.

                                electrolux kelvinator/refrigerator — refrigerator not cooling as should be

                                Dear sir

                                I had already made a telephonic complaint on 18-08-09 but till today waiting for a response from your esteemed company's side.
                                There are lot many problems in Electrolux Kelvinator 220 Ltr. e.g. there is no colling in lower part / storage space and many times the thermostat has been changed for which the company has charged me for more than rs. 1500/- each time. And it has found that every after 06-08 months of time thermostat stops working and again I have to spend around rs.1500/-

                                It has been seen form the net that many people had same problem.

                                Whether the concern authority will look into this matter.

                                So far we have faith in Kelvinator products. Now we will have to think.

                                  Panel Board of the Micro oven - Conventional (Electrolux make, Model No. EM22EC8055, SL. NO.[protected] was not working. Complaint had been lodged at Company's Service center. Service Engg. from authorized service center attended the problem on 25.07.2011 and took the panel board for repairing purpose. For the visit they charged Rs. 276/- (Receipt copy attached) and assured that it would take about 7 days for repairing. But till date we did not receive any feedback from their end. Kindly look into the matter so that we can get our repaired part immediately.

                                    I purchased electrolux refrigerator from Pinki electronics sector 22, Chandigarh on 23.10.2011 at 2.30 pm. The dealer dispatched the refrigerator at 9 Pm and intimated me telephonically. i kept on wailting till 11.50 PM but the delivery never reached to me. It reached to me at 8 am on 24.10.11. when asked cart puuler said it was late so he took the delivery at his cotage. I visited four time the shop of pinki electronics but received no response. One foot of fridge was not working hence unable to stood streight. please do something to set right this company my phone no. is [protected], #4660, sector 70, mohali. Pinki electronics do not pick the phone. I could not serve cold drinks to visitors on the eve of diwali.
