I Bought electrolx microwave oven as on 20-06-10 from next, r-mall, mulund. But the product is defective ,I follow the company since last 30-40 days but they are not given proper answer and delay my complain .

    Electrolux double door refrigerator model no.ERL 285 FF purchased on[protected]. Out of warranty. Cooling stopped. Complained to their service centre (Videocon[protected]. Complaint No.GHA [protected] dtd[protected] after repeated requests mecanic visited and on[protected] and new (old style) condensor screwed to the back of refrigerator and gas filled. We paid Rs.950 for condensor and Rs.1130 for gas. No cooling started. Again contacted service centre (Electromech Eng., C-98, Lohiya Nagar, Ghaziabad) no one visited. against complained (Comp No.GHA[protected] dtd[protected] After repeted follow up mechanic came and told that gas is over filled. He released some gas. Cooling started. In the freezer compartment ice cream melts, frozen vegetables not freezing and start rotting. Since then i have complained numerous time with local service centre and their call centre (gha [protected] - 29-6-10, gha [protected] 20-7-10). After complaint on 20-July they send a mechanic who checked the temperator of cooling coil in freezer compartment and told that gas is to be re filled. Since then I am almost calling them daily and not getting satisfying answer. Day befoe yester day their mechani visited and said that refrigerator need to be taken to their work shop. I contacted today and I was told that they can only pick my refrigerator next week. I am tired of their attitude towards their customers. I would like to request every not to buy any product from such companies who are not properly taking care of their customers.

      electrolux fridge — poor service

      i have bought electolux fridge before 7 years from vaibhav electronics, city:himatnagar, dist:sabarkantha, gujarat, now there is some problem in door, so i went to the vaibhav sales and ask for same complain to solve.than he has told me that now company has given this service work to franchise so u go and complain over there, i went there and complain of problem and then the service people come to my home and said we need take your friddge to our service station and they have shifted it to some other place of my home from kitchen. but since last 10 days nobody are coming to my home to take my fridge to service station. i had given call to him more than three time but now they are not responding at all.now this is vacation time and guest are coming fridge is not in kitchen and it is disturbing us in our routine work. so plz. be needful as soon as convinient for you. mittal trivedi, B:10, jalaram jyoy society, mahavirnagar, himatnagar, ph:[protected], mail:[protected]@yahoo.co.in

      electrolux fridge — NO COOLING AND VERY VERY INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY.

      DATE:24.10.2009.

      I PURCHASED ELECTROLUX FRIDGE IN JUNE 2006 FROM M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS. PANVEL,NAVI MUMBAI.
      IT STARTED GIVING PROBLEM SINCE JUNE 2008.IT WAS REPAIRED TWICE ONCE FOR REPLACEMENT OF TIMER AND FOR REPLACEMENT OF CONDENSER.
      BUT IT DIDNOT WORK. SINCE JULY ' 09 IT IS NOT WORKING. AFTER A LOT OF COMPLAINTS TO M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS,THROUGH THIS WEB SITES,THOUGH MOST OF THE TIMES AFTER WRITING IN THESE WEB SITES THE COMPLAINTS DISAPPEARS (AND I DONT KNOW WHETHER IT GETS REGISTERED OR NOT AS I COULDNOT TRACE IT,THIS HAPPENED WITH ME TODAY ONLY SO I AM WRITING AGAIN ) , TO THE CUSTOMER CARE ,THE FRIDGE WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIR BY M/S TEKCARE INDIA THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF M/S ELECTROLUX AT PANVEL ON 8TH OF SEPTEMBER '09.

      SERVICE CENTRE INFORMED ME AT THE END OF SEPT. 09 THAT THE FRIDGE IS NOT REPAIRABLE AND THEY TALKED TO THEIR SENIORS TO TAKE A SUITABLE DECISION.
      ON 1ST OCT ' 09 ONEV MR. PADMAKAR FROM M/S ELECTROLUX CALLED ME FROM KINGS ELECTRONICS, PANVEL AND OFFERED MEREPLACEMENT FRIDGE FROM THE EXISTING MODEL OF THE COMPANY.HE FURTHER TOLD THAT I HAVE TO PAY 40% OF THE PRICE AT WHICH I PURCHASED THIS FRIDGE AND ASKED ME TO CONVEY MY DECISION WITHIN A DAY OR TWO.
      I VISITED M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS AND INFORMED THEM THAT I DONOT ACCEPT THIS REPLACEMENT OFFER AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.M/S KINGS TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE UNAWARE ABOUT THE REPLACEMENT OFFER GIVEN BY MR. PADMAKAR AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CONTACT HIM AND LET ME KNOW.
      I VISITED M/S KINGS A FEW DAYS LATER AS I DIDNOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THEM. THEY TALKED TO MR.PADMAKAR AND ASKED ME TO TALK TO HIM. I TOLD MR PADMAKAR ABOUT MY DECISION BUT HE INSISTED THAT I HAVE TO TAKE THE REPLACEMENT.

      AFTER THAT I DIDNOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM M/S ELECTROLUX THOUGH I WAS PUTTING COMPLAINTS THROUGH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, THIS ELUSIVE WEB SITES.

      TODAY WHILE COMPLAINING TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT CELL THEY GAVE ME A NUMDER OF SOME MR.DESUZA,BUT WHEN CONTACTED HE SAID HE DOESNOT LOOKAFTER ,AND GAVE THE NUMBER OF MR. T .HALDAR INSTEAD.
      MR. HALDAR TALKED TO MR PADMAKAR AFTER LISTENING TO MY PLIGHT AND ASKED ME TO TALK TO MR.PADMAKAR.
      NOW MR. PADMAKAR SAYS THE FRIDGE IS REPAIRABLE( JUST SEE THE FUN OF IT ,AFTER SO MANY DAYS HE SAYS IT IS REPAIRABLE ) I ASKED HIM WHY IWAS TOLD IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE. HE TOLD ME THAT AS I DIDNOT WANT THE CONDENSER AT THE BACK OF THE FRIDGE THATS WHY HE GAVE ME THE REPLACEMENT OFFER.

      HE IS A GREAT LIAR AND FROM THE NEXT TIME I DONOT WANT ANY CORRESPONDENCE WITH THIS FELLOW.THIS IS ONE OF THE REASON I LOST COMLPET FAITH ON THIS
      COMPANY.
      THE FACT IS , EARLIER ALSO THE FRIDGE DEVELOPED COOLING PROBLEM AND CONDENSER WAS PUT AT THE BACK OF THE FRIDGE.
      AFTER SWITCHING ON THE FRIDGE TREMENDOUS HEAT DEVELOPED AND THE WALLS OF KITCHEN AS WELL THE UTENSILS AND CONTAINERS IF KITCHEN GOT HEATED UP.

      THAT TIME YOUR THIS PADMAKAR VISITED AND WAS NEVER ACCEPTED THAT HEAT COULD BE GENERATED. HE ASLO SAID THAT WE DIDNOT SHOW HIM THE FRIDGE AND DID NOT TELL HIM WHAT WE WANTED.
      WE TOLD HIM THAT TIME THAT WE PURCHASED THIS FRIDGE AS ITS BACK WAS FREE AND NOW THE CONDENSER UNIT IS PUT AT THE BACK AND IT LOST ITS AESTHETIC LOOK.WE ASKED HIM WHETHER IT CAN BE REPAIRED WITHOUT PUTTING THIS CONDENSER UNIT AT THE BACK.
      I ASK M/S ELECTROLUX WHAT TYPE OF CUSTORMER SERVICE MAN IS HE?WHEN WE COMPLAINED WE WANT THE COMPANY TO FIX THE PROBLEM IT IS UNDERSTOOD, WHAT THEN WAS MR.PADMAKAR WAS ACCEPTING US TO TELL HIM ?WHEN I CALLED HIM LATER HE TOLD ME WE DIDNOT ALLOW HIM TO SEE THE FRIDGE, WE DID NOT TELL HIM WHAT WE WANTED ETC. ETC.WE ARE SUFFERING FOR SUCH A LONG TIME WITHOUT FRIDGE AND HE IS NOT BOTHERED TO OFFER A SOLUTION.

      IT IS THE COMPANY WHICH IS TO DECIDE WHAT TO DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND NOT ME, THE CUSTOMER.

      I ASKED MR. HALDAR TO GIVE ME THE DATE ON WHICH I SHALL GET THE DELIVERY OF THE REPAIRED FRIDGE.HE CONSULTED MR. PADMAKAR AND GAVE ME 28TH OCT AS THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
      I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM M/S ELECTROLUX ,IF THIS TIME THE FRIDGE DOESNOT WORK I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK (RS 15000). I HAD DONE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE IN PURCHASING THIS FRIDGE AND SUFFERING FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS WITH HOPELESS SERVICE.

        We purhcased a Electrolux refrigerator and after 4 years there was some problem in cooling efficiency after reporting to the outsourced authrorised service centre Sahyog services , Ahmedabad, they took the unit and charged 1200 Rs plus freight and gave 3 months warrany , within 6 weeks the same problem re occured and they took the unit back for a week and charged us freight without giving any service unit, after 4 week the same problem re occured and the service centre was again asking for 1200 Rs and frieght to which we reminded them about the charged paid earlier and the warranty ,I even took the matter to a Electrolux representative in Ahmedabad Mr Vishlesh Shah , he said he would look into the matter and get back in couple of hours , I ve been trying to call him since two days but he is not picking up my call and he jsut asked the service centre to charge a service charge of 250 and freight , this is not expected from a company like Electrolux , I would really appreciate if you take some stern action
        We purhcased a Electrolux refrigerator and after 2 years there was some problem in cooling efficiency after reporting to the outsourced authrorised service centre Take Care (I) Pvt Ltd ( NK Electrical & Refrigeration near Rattan Talkies Chowk Main Road, Ranchi ), they took the unit and charged 800 Rs plus freight and gave 3 months warrany, within 6 weeks the same problem re occured and they took the unit back for a week and charged us freight without giving any service unit, after 4 week the same problem re occured and the service centre was again asking for 800 Rs and frieght to which we reminded them about the charged paid earlier and the warranty, I even took the matter to a Electrolux representative in Ranchi Md Sajid, he said he would look into the matter and get back in couple of hours, I ve been trying to call him since two days but he is not picking up my call and he just asked the service centre to charge a service charge of 250 and freight, this is not expected from a company like Electrolux, I would really appreciate if you take some stern action

          This is to inform you that I have made a complaint to the company in their phone number [protected] on 3rd July '10, as my Kelvinator Refrigerator is not functioning properly. Mr. Sumit of customer care has taken my complaint and gave me a complaint number GW[protected] dt. 03/07/10 and also told me that the complaint will be attended within 48 hours.

          Today is 18th July and no one from company's side has attended the complaint. In the mean time I have talked to their customer care 3 times. All the time Ms. Nisha, Mr. Amit & Mr. Shankar of customer care have repeatedly told the same thing that my complaint will be attended very shortly.

          I am making this complaint to you as no one from the company is listening my grievance properly. Please look into this matter urgently.

          I have send my PF application form in the year 2007.Its almost 4 years and there is no progress from company's end.I had spoken to Mr Amol once and he confirmed me that the application has been received and the same would be processed

            Dear Gentlemen,

            According to your advice, I repaired my above mentioned washing machine (Eletrolux EW845F) through "Paul & Company,Belghoria,Kolkata-700 056, (complaint No.KL69B09037 dated 09/11/09) with a service (with spare parts) charge of around Rs.4500/-.During the service period I find the people of the said service center are very rough and non-cooperative.

            However, recently ( again hardly after six moths), the machine started to malfunction similarly as earlier and I made a complaint (No.Kol[protected] dated 8/07/10) with you and again service people of the same center of Belghoria inspected the machine and gave me repair estimation of another Rs.4000/-.

            You can easily see that within six moths period, I am asked to spend more than Rs.8000/- by your said authorized service center, with which I easily can acquire a new branded washing machine!!

            Under the above circumstances, I require your advice, whether I should go for a exchange offer or go for a repeat repair service through an another service center, as I am terribly dissatisfied with "Paul & Company" who even during your monsoon free service inspection period, took the usual inspection charge.

              Hi,

              I bought a 245 ltr Electrolux refrigerators on around february, 2007 and i have lodge a complaint customer care (Toll free no:[protected] on 3rd week of June and the engineer visited my place after 4 days and he inform us that he will update the complaint and service center (SAM Applience) will take my refrigerators. Ater cheasing for more than 5-6 days finally they took my fridge on 14th July, 2010.

              They have informed that there was some issue in compressor and they have already give the requisition to the store and they will replace and update me.

              But they did not inform me, So again i called SAM applience, the 3rd pary vendor of Electrolux, and they are telling me that it cant be replaced. So, thia is realy not possible to under stand what exactly they are trying to do with me.

              They are just harrashing me, as i bought Electrolux.

                My Electrolux refrigerator is a 340LTR frost free Dubble Door Reff. Steel. I am facing a problem regarding its cooling,from the very first week i bought it. My Refrigerator does not cool anything, the vegetables inside it get's rotten. Within 9 months the complain of my Reff. has increased to 30 or more but this refrigerator of Electrolux is just a waste of money.As being a Renound company in the field of Electric home appliances the service is too poor & also unsatisfied with product From the customer end.

                  I had purchased microwave electrolux convection model EM20EC80SS S.no 81500432 on 2 dec 2009.

                  On 18th may we saw smoke was coming from the door so it was given to repair to service center.On the repairy we payed Rs. 650 bill no.728 on 8.06.10 .but on the same day it gave out smoke at our home.We gave it back to the same S.center to repair .This time they changed the door and charged Rs.750.bill no. 1009 dated 7.7.10 .But when we used it, again it gave out smoke as earlier . I am feeling fully cheated and robbed in this whole deal.Kindly do the right judgement of this deal and oblige.

                    Lodged a service complaint against Electrolux window a/c, still within warranty, on 24th June 2010, complaint no DEL [protected]. Its been more than 15 days and still no executive have even visited to check the default even after insistent follow up calls. The call centre is almost impossible to get through, and there is no higher authority to look in to the matter and satisfy constomer grievance. All We have got is false promises, and sweet talking. Electrolux has worst service ever and I recomend that no one should never ever buy an Electrolux product. At leaset I never will.

                      First Complaint (No. DEL [protected]) lodged on 19th June, 2010. Engineer comes in on 20th June from M/s Ruchika Services (authorised Service Partner) and declares Compressor is defective and would require replacement. Takes 100% advance and returns next day with his team and replaces the Compressor.

                      Within 2-3 days notice unusal noice and ineffective cooling. Speak to M/s Ruchika Services and was told that as Compressor is new should wait for atleast a week more and observe.

                      Complaint is lodged again on 3rd July, 2010 (Complain No. DEL[protected]). Engineer turns up again from M/s Ruchika Services and conveys he has just come to survey and would have the compressor attended the subsequent day. But till date (11th July) nobody has bothered to attend.

                      In the peak of summer this is the level of servicing & support.

                        This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make ER245L Ozone Premium AUB RED from Refrigerators and Home appliances(Pvt) Ltd 213, anna salai Chennai 600002 on 31/12/2007 and since then the machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, insulation problem, fan problem etc. The servicing has been done in first three months continuously and it was replaced thereafter after 6 months. Now again the replaced machine is troubling a lot like noise pollution, improper cooling etc.

                        So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your office. Moreover, I am in terrible situation as my daughter is appearing to ICSE Exam and I am passing on the Summer days without refrigerator.

                          My refregerator is not working at all (elctricity goes out if we switch on the refregerator). The telephone No. mentioned in the booklet says the Electrolux office is already closed/shifted at Rourkela. Hence I am unable to contact Electrolux service station.                             I am writing to voice my dissatisfaction with electrolux appliances. My story is lengthy, but after all the problems I've had you will understand my frustration, and why I will never purchase another electrolux product again, as long as I live. Electrolux is one of the oldest brand names in home appliances but that doesn't necessarily mean it's one of the most reliable, It is absolutely ridiculous and I would highly recommend that no one buy electrolux microwaves and refrigerators After many years years of cooking in my electrolux microwave i had a problem with my electrolux microwave digital touch panel and the same has been intimated to their customer care. we since making call from past one year but there was no response regarding my complaints and nobody has taken any seriousness.

                            My second experience with electrolux refrigerator even they people don't have refrigerator minor spare parts like refrigerator bulbs, door switch and plastic bottle holders and other minor accessories. I have been waiting for one year for the repair service to come and replace the defective part. This service has been scheduled six times and cancelled six times. I was on the phone so many times with my both complaints I've lost count. I have been transferred from one department to another and no one there seems to know what the other department is doing. Now that we are on a first name basis, and the word is getting out, the last few times I've called someone actually sort of knew what was going on. I was told that they will provide me full service regarding my complaint but till the date i won't have any thing in my hands.

                            Eventually, I suppose I will get it fixed, but after looking on your website and seeing other products complaints I know that electrolux people can't provide products good spare parts service to their costumers and I will never purchase this brand again. I hope moving all those spare parts service jobs to third world countries to save a buck, has paid off for your company products. Not only have you put Indians out of work, you have jeopardized their safety their time. This country used to pride its self on quality goods, with our Quality Circles and other quality related programs, it gave the public confidence in a safe, dependable, reliable product. In my mind, you have destroyed that ideal corporate greed will be the ruination of this country. We already have a very good start with electrolux costumer care. Thank's for you services.

                              With reference to above, I have to inform that I have purchased 245 FF OZONE LUXURY model refrigerator from M/S R K DISTIBUTAROS, Ruturaj complex, opposite A V School near crescent circle, Bhavnagar-360001 Gujarat on 16/06/2007. At the time of purchase of refrigerator, I was living in Bhavnagar at following address:-plot no 2216-I, Hill drive, Talaja road, near sanskar mandal, Bhavnagar-364002, Gujarat.
                              Since 7th June 2010, cooling system has failed in my refrigerator. When we switch on digital clock is functioning & bulb is also in working condition but cooling system doesn’t work at all. I have lodged complaint through local dealer and on 12th June 2010 one mechanic also visited my home and checked refrigerator and told me that some part is required to be replaced for which already indented to company and since then there is no response and this has created great inconvenience to me in this unbearable summer and entire food, vegetable etc. preserved in refrigerator is wasted.
                              I humbly request to depute technician immediately. Nearest service station of the company to my town is situated at Rajkot, Gujarat state.

                              Electrolux — cooling system

                              I purchased a refrigerator from Vijay Sales on dated 26/03/2009 vide order No. 17-KH[protected]. Its cooling system is not working properly. All the vegitables are getting melted in a short time. Although I have kept it at its loest point on refrigeration.

                                  I purchased the Electrolux Refrigerators on[protected]. Model no. REFEDL-244UM. After seven months I noticed that the door of deep fridger is not closing properly. The gasket is not working properly. As a result ICE WAS DEPOSITED though the refrigerator is frost free. I complained through help line and registered the complain vide docket no.KL10219000. One servicemen visited the same and just fitted the gasket in reverse way. But the problem was not solved properly, Everytime I had to take care that whether therw is a gap in between the gasket and body. Preliminarily it was working. But again the problem started. All the time the gap is there. Again complained vide docket no.KOL[protected]. Again one representative came and told that they are going to look after the matter. Every time they visited without giving any documents to the consumer. They used to take away the xerox copy of the in voice. But it is to be noticed that if the door of a refrigerator is not closed properly then the compressor has to wok more and as a result it will lose its longibity. Company should take care of this and also the service men should leave a proper documents stating his Name, time of visit, date and also should state the problem he noticed. Hope I will get a proper justice.

                                      I am one of the customers (unfortunate to be) of Electrolux. I bought Microwave oven (Electrolux MW EM22EC80 SS) from Vijay Sales, Vashi, Indian outlet (Ref Invoice no, 15-VSH01-09SICD 537 dated 26th January 2009) for INR 6,990/-. It seems that buying an Electrolux oven is the most unhappy thing of my life....

                                      It is matter of regret that my Electrolux washing Machine which was purchased from Murli Manohar Dealer at City Centre Sector IV kept giving problems right from the beginning. It is out of order since 12.10.2009. Despite making several complaints, service centre at Bokaro is not taking any care. The approach of service centre staff is quiet humiliating and dissatisfying. It has shaken our trust in the brand Electrolux itself which claims itself to be a global brand.
                                      It is requested that matter be taken on priority and my complaint rectified or I may be forced to knock the door of consumer forum.

                                      Electrolux Washing Machine — complain not addressed

                                      I have given my washing machine for repairs to an authorised service centre but its been more than nine months that it is stil yet to be repaired and returned to me. Thier simple reason is non availabilty of parts, which is not justified given the period of more than nine months till date, and yet neither has it been repaired nor returned/replaced if so.

                                      i bought electrolux washing machine on[protected]. it started having problems in the beginning. the machine broke and and has been serviced many times but it never worked smoothly. i have even complained many times but your technicians were never able to make it worked perfectly. we have to give our clothes to washer man even after having a washing machine at home. we did not get any benefit from this washing machine and we are spending money to wash our clothes. i want this machine to be replaced. its a big headache for me and my family to keep the untidy clothes for days.
