Dear Sir,
I purchased one Electrolux ED 20CSSJ/20 ltr MICROWAVEN from Great Eastern Techno City, 15B, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata: 700 o20 ,vide Tax cash memo no : TC/CM/06101/09-10 dated 17th Septembet 2009. The Company promised me to give one Bajaj GX 8- Mixer Grinder , one gift Dry Iron (Thorugh scrach card.). I paid Rs: 6990/- for the same. The Company ( Ms. Great Eastern, 15B, Sarat Bose Road. Kol: 20 ) promised me to provide the same after a week as the Grinder and dry Iron was not available with them. Repeatedly I persued the matter with the Company but without any vain. Now the shop is refusing to talk with me.
Kindly take up the matter . Ms. Great Eastern Company is a authorised shop of Electrlux and Bajaj Electricals.

    I had bought a 245Ozone Frost Free refrigerator of Electrolux on 30th Oct 2005. the refrigerator had a front door problem which the company had replaced in the first month itself. After that it was running smoothly for 4 years till 28th August 2009. The cooling stopped and we contacted the authorised service station nearest to our location ( DUMDUM). The experience turned out to be a night mare as the persons we had contacted and had come to inspect the machine ( Mondal refrigerator company) . They informed us that the machine needs to be taken to their workshop for repairing. We agreed and also logged on to internet and had also reported the malfunctioning of the machine.

    on 5th Sep the machine was taken away by Mondal refrigerator co at 1230 hrs. At 1300 hrs , another gentleman from Paul refrigeration co comes with a detailed job cart and claims that they are the original service centres and Mondal refrigerator comes has been de listed long back.

    There was no notification in the website regarding this change neither Mondal refigerator .Mondal refrigarator still claims that they are authorised Electrolux service centre.

    My machine has been pending with Mondal ref since 5th Sep and has not been serviced yet.

    I will like to mention that please be aware of this very very poor service of the products of Electrolux and company's support in this regard.

    I am going ahead in filing complain and lodging FIR against both- Mondal and Electrolux for their negligence.

      Washing machine is not working due to some internal damages as reported by one of their employees a month back. The internal repairments are not done in spite of constant reminder calls and complaining about the same issue.
      Please get the repairment done as soon as possible.

That time I was forwarded my P.F transfer request to co ( hard request ).the matter knows Mr. Renu and Amol ( HO HR) , but now I am finding till the date that was not transfer to my account.           Respected Sir,

          We had purchased an Electrolux Refrigerator Model number ER45FF last May 2008, from Vijay Sales in Mumbai. Exactly one year later after the warranty period was expired the fridge stopped cooling. We placed a complaint and a technician came and changed the timer, ad we had to shell out Rs. 3,100.00 inclusive of his Rs. 400.00 service charges. after a few days we realized that the vegetables and chillies kept in the vegetable tray we freezing ( tomatoes were solid rock), we again called the technician and he came and saw and declared that if you change the temperature it will work fine as my fridge was working perfect, heleft after changing the fridge bulb as that was also not working... it did not end there... after that our full fridge turned into a freezer, milk froze in the chiller and curd in the shelf. We contacted them again, this time the technician told us that the Temper was not working and he had changed the temperature control for observation...... which was news to us. He turned up the next day and changed the temper and the bulb again as the bulb got fused again. The story remains the same.. my Rerfigerator has turned into a full Freezer .

          I hope this complain will be treated by you in the right spirit and due corrective measures will be taken by you to avoid further harassment on my bent.

            sir,
            i have put an complain regarding my micro-wave model EM17EG80WH
            ELECTROLUX. this micro-wave was purchased from Vijay sales goregaon(east) Mumbai india. my micro wave glasstray was accidently broken. my complaint was put up on 10/09/09 through Vijaj sales quoting my model no and nature of complaint.
            my first complaint no. was mum[protected]. the engineer came to my place on 12/09/09 around 03:00pm. the guy came and...

            Dear Electrolux,
            We have purchased a AC in Sep 06 from a dealer in sarojini nagar (Aakash electronics) and on Ac a sticker is sticked which is claiming that the No. 1 AC in India and 6 year warranty on compressor.
            from last four days AC is not cooling and after regular 5-6 calls, the executive came on 4th day and he explaine that the compressor needs to be changed and he told he will charge 2000 INR from us to repair that and be also charged 350 INR only to explian that compressor requires repair.
            So for a under warranty AC we are paying :
            1) 1ST visit: 350 only to tell that compressor is not working
            2) Repair: 2000 INR
            3) IInd visit to repair: 350
            whereas after consulting with coustemer care we came to know that charges of gas is 450 or 600 INR.

            Kindly let us know Why we are paying aroung 4000 INR for a under warranty AC.

              Dear Sir,
              We are purchase 1 Ref.Electrolux Kelvinator 220 Alpha.Before 4 months our Ref. Compresure is not in working condition,so we change compresure from Your service centre(System Electronics & Refrigeration,352,near manoranjan ,shopping centre,kota,Raj.) . We have purchased new compressor on 29.05.09 from System Electronics & Refrigeration but 10 days back it got malfunctioned/not working,.

              Your service centre has refused to repair at free of cost, whereas compressor is in warranty period.
              You are requested to take appropriate action.;

                This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux Make Model No.EKL 235FF Double Door Sl.No.[protected] w ) on 18/06/03 from Jain Electronics ,Shopping center, Shop No.-9 BINA, Distt-Sonebhadra (U.P.). Yesterday (05/09/09) from afternoon we feel very light smell of burning but it is not clear this smell is coming from where.Today morning 06/09/09 when wakeup see that in Refrigerator upper freezing zone is completely burn,& smoke is out from upper door then immediate power off,it is very horrable scene to us because last 25 years we users of refrigerator but this type of trouble is not seen or not hear.so pl. necessary action immediately.

                  I bought one Electrolux 0.8 ton AC on the evening of September 3, 2009. After installation it worked for 10 minutes ( the swing however did not work at all) After that ten minutes it abruptly stopped. Immediately I phoned up the dealer , M/s ACE TECHNIOMARK, J-36/37, Sector 18, NOIDA, and they in turn registered a compalaint with the customer service centre. When none came till 10.45 in the morning I called up the customer care centre who assued that my compalint is already pending from the evening of 3rd September 2009 and that some service engineers would come to my residence soon. At around 11.15 two service enginneers came and tried to resurrect the dead AC but they could not. They ultimately said the motor is faulty and has to be replaced with a new motor.I refused to get it repaired and reminded the dealer of his promise of replacement within 15 days if the machine is found defective. He ultimately agreed to give anew AC. Well so far it has not come, but I hope he will send a relacement. However this has been bitter experience for me. Now I will never recommend Electrolux product to any one !
                  This is from the complainant himself. Further to this I received a replacement. Only when the old one was being removed did I realise that the product I was supplied the dealer was an old one rusted and all.

                    I am the electrolux customer ,i had purchased a full size double door refrigerator 1 year back and in 9 month compressor start giving proble i had logged a complain and in 1 and half month my compressor get changed .
                    Now after one year and two month again same problem happen and i had loged a complain on 24th july 2009.the referance no is RAI[protected] ,no action is taken by the dealer/service provider ,again i had loged a complain on 8th august 2009 with eferance no RAI[protected] ,but till date i have not get any response and i have calling many time to the servcie provider ,they are telling that last month service provider network has changed and they are not responsible for the old cutomer service.they will only entertain the customer who had purchased after there dealership/service provider ship.
                    i suppose this is a big froud of very reputed company ...the public is investing there hard work saving to this multinational company and they are cheating us.

                      Sir,

                      I lodged this complaint on 8th of july ' 09 but i think it didnot go through.

                      I purchased the above mentioned fridge with model no: ERL 245 FF from M/s Kings Electronics, Panvel, Navi Mumbai vide invoice no: RO691 dated 07/06/2006.
                      In the last few days of august 2008 I found the cooling is not proper and contacted M/s Kings Electronics and lodged the complaint.
                      M/s Kings Electronics forwarded the complaint to M/s Tekcare India Pvt. Ltd.Panvel and Mr. Ajaz attended it on 1st. Nov ' 08 and changed the timer at the cost of Rs.800 with service charge of Rs. 200.
                      Again in late May 2009 it developed problem and I lodged a complaint with M/s Kings Electronics.Mr Rabbani Of M/s Tekcare India Pvt. Ltd.visited on 4th of June ' 09 and took the fridge to their workshop for filling gas On june 6th he returned the fridge with condenser mesh fixed at the back of the fridge . He informed that there was gas leakage and it couldnot be repaired so he put the condenser at the back.

                      With the mesh fixed at the back the frigde became the old typed which I exchanged (though the old fridge had no problem) just for the asthetic look for a clean new fridge with no clumsy wire mesh at the back..So the purpose is lost.
                      After the fridge was switched on, tremendous heat was generated and the containers and walls of the kitchen became very hot and the cooling was also not proper. We contacted M/s Kings Electronics, they informed that it will take some time to become normal.It took 3-4 days to become normal. It cost me Rs.2500.00

                      But later on I found water getting collected inside the fridge and on the doors, contacted M/s Kings Electronics and lodged complaint no: 17GFR006. It may be 2-3 weeks since i lodged the complaint but no one turned up. One week back I received a call about the fridge, asking me when they should come for checking. As the next day was sunday I asked them to come after 11am on that sunday but no one turned up.
                      As I was busy with office job I could not follow up regularly. But on 7th. of aug. when I called M/s Kings Electronics about the status of my complaint they informed me that it was closed. When I asked why, they informed that the technicians came three times but found the house locked thats why it was closed.I asked to revive the complaint as the job was not done and nobody attended the complaint.

                      On 8th one technician turned up at around 4 pm and after checking informed me on telephone( as I was away in my office) that the drain line got chocked, so he cleaned it and there will be no water accumulation inside the fridge.When I got back my wife told me that the technician put some piece of paper also at the base of the fridge to tilt it backside. My wife put water in the ice trays of the fridger at around 4.30 pm after the technician corrected the problem but till 9th, ( th ) morning no ice formed.

                      Again I called M/s Kings and they sent two technicians last sunday at 7pm.After checking they told that they will sent their report to the company and didnot do any job in the fridge.

                      Till this morning no ice formed in the ice trays.

                      I WOULD REQUEST M/S ELECTROLUX TO PLEASE REPLACE THIS FRIDGE AT THE EARLIEST.

                        I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 8TH. OF JULY' 2009 REGARDING THE ABOVE FRIDGE . THAT

                        DAY I COMPLAINED ABOUT WATER BEING COLLECTED AT THE DOORS.

                        A TECHNICIAN WAS SENT BY M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS, PANVEL ON 8TH EVENING AT ABOUT 4

                        PM. HE CHECKED AND INFORMED ME ON TELEPHONE( AS I WAS IN THE OFFICE) THAT WATER

                        DRAIN LINE GOT JAMMED, HE CLEANED IT AND NOW NO WATER COLLECTION WILL BE THERE.

                        THE TECHNICIAN ALSO PUT SOME PAPER BELOW THE FRIDGE TO MAKE IT TILTED TOWARDS THE BACK SIDE.

                        MY WIFE PUT WATER IN ICE TRAY OF THE FRIDGER AT 4.30 PM AFTER THE TECHNICIAN SAID

                        HE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. TILL TODAY MORNING(10TH JULY '09) THE WATER IN THE

                        FRIDGER DID NOT TURN INTO ICE AND WATER IS STILL GETTING COLLECTED INSIDE THE FRIDGE.

                        WE CONTACTED M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS YESTERDAY (9TH JULY '09) AND INFORMED THAT

                        WATER IN THE FRIDGER IS NOT TURNING TO ICE AND WATER IS GETTING COLLECTED INSIDE THE FRIDGE.

                        M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS SENT TWO TECHNICIANS AT AROUND 7 IN THE EVENING.THEY

                        CHECKED THE FRIDGE AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SENT THEIR REPORT TO THE COMPANY.

                        SO NOW THE FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL AND WE ARE UNABLE TO USE IT

                        I REQUEST THE ESTEEMED COMPANY TO PLEASE REPLACE THIS FRIDGE AT THE EARLIEST.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I lodged two complaints in this site on 8th and 10th instant regarding my Electrolux fridge I am staying at New Panvel, Navi Mumbai.I purchased this fridge from M/S Kings Electronics, Panvel on 07/06/2006.
                        The fridge is not working at all even after repeated repairing by M/s Caretek India Pvt. Ltd the authorised agent of M/s Electrolux in Panvel.
                        At the first instance its timer was changed(01/11/08)and worked for sometime. Again its condenser was put at the back of the fridge by M/s Tekcare India on 06/09/2009 as the fridge was not working(no cooling).Aftervthe fridge was switched on tremendous heat was generated making the wholev kitchen hot, its walls, and other items kept.We found tiny cockroaches from inside the frigde.Also last friday I found a small tiny house lizard coming out of the deep fridger.
                        After this change the fridge is not working at all.Slight cooling is there, lot of water getting collected inside the fridge, on its doors, ice does not form in the ice trays.Yesterday I had to throw away all the items that were kept in the fridger as it all stincked.

                        Last sunday two of the technicians came from M/S Caretek India, they checked the fridge but didnot do any repairing .When I asked about the problem they informed that they will send the report to the company.
                        Till that day I didnot here from M/s Caretek India, Electrolux or M/s Kings Electronics.I called on M/s Kings Electronics yesterday and they said they will send technician today to check the fridge.

                        I would sincerly request you to kindly replace this fridge and help me get out of this frequent troubles.
                        Hope you would take immediate action and expecting your reply soon.

                        I had registered my complaint with customer care on 19th. of this month.

                        Complaint no given to me is THA [protected].

                        I sent SMS on 19th & 23rd also.Till date no one from the company attended the fridge.

                        I kept the fridge off since 13th.as it is consuming power unnecessarily.It is a festivle time and I had to do without fridge.

                        Please let me know how long I have to wait to get my fridge working?

                        ELECTROLUX FRIDGE 245 LUXURY VIOLET — NOT WORKING SINCE 13TH INSTANT,NO COOLING, WATER ACCUMULATION INSIDE THE FRIDGE AND ON THE DOORS.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have already lodged a complaint with electrolux customer care vide complaint no: THA [protected] on 19th.sent SMS twice on 19th & 23rd.
                        I submitted several complaints in electrolux complaint registration forms( 8th, 10th, 26th) with details of the problems sequence wise.

                        The fridge is not working at all. I switched it off on 13th. last as all the items in it started stinking.

                        I would like to request you to act fast and solve this problem at the earliest please.

                        Electrolux Fridge 245 Luxury Violet — NOT WORKING ,NO COOLING,WATRE ACCUMULATION INSIDE AND ON THE DOORS.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am complaing regularly about the problems in the fridge in this site for the last couple of days and registered complaint with customer care on 19th and the complaint no is : THA[protected].

                        The frigde is switched off since 13 th.It had lot of problems which I already put in details in this site on several occasions.

                        M/s tekcare India, your authorised service provider in Panvel, Navi Mumdai repaired the fridge several times since june 2008. Since july 09 the fridge stopped working.

                        Since 13th no one of your company bothered to come and check the fridge.So please tell me what should I do with this fridge?

                          I had complained about my air conditioner which is dead and within the warranty period to their call centre ( [protected] ) .I was assured of service within 24 hour .Complaint # del [protected] dated 5/8/009
                          Inspite of my innumerous email at [protected]@vgmail.com nothing happened .The company is a fraud .I am buying a new air conditioner tomorrow.This mail is mail is only to warn guillable/stupid consumers like me in Delhi
                          i had bought a fridge of videocon model no S-332 from BHASIN BROTHER 101-102 NEW MARKET BEGUM BRIDGE MEERUT (UTTAR PRADESH)

                          THE PROBLEM IN MY FRIDE WATER LICKEGE INSIDE THE FRIDGE I REGULAR COMPLAIND ON THE SERVIECE CENTER .
                          MY COMPLAIN NO IS GHA[protected] AFTER THAT MY COMPLAIN IS GHA[protected] AND AGAIN GHA[protected] they vistied the fridge but cannt remove the problem in the complain dated on 01/09/09 i already mentioned that problem persist so plese change my fride but the engineer said that they forward this report after scan to our office after 5 days their would be no responce from the service center so plese look this matter seriouly

Purchased Electrolux AC through from Girias Investment Gandhinagar Bangalore bill no CRs/GN/2005 date 1-6-2014 hardly used upto today only 4 days from purchased .AC not cooling the room and after 3 hour cracking sound will come . I have raised complain 15 days back . Everyday 2 days I get call from their customer care . But no visit not service/replacement

                            We purchases a Electrolux AC and we are having a contract with Neo Micro Systems from 27/08/08 to 26/08/09. But now ther are not providing any service. We are contracting them from last 15 days as we are having problem with their product. Neither Electrolux company nor the Neo Micro System, contract service provider is coming for service.

                            NEO MICRO SYSTEMS has not provided any service since May 2009. I have paid Rs. 2000 for Annual Maintenance services but haven't received any maintenance service from them. I have been calling them but none of the phones they provided are working.

                              Hi,

                              I bought one Electrolux AC [18SCRD A1 1.5 Ton Split. SL No: 6277/3612] from Great Eastern on 24/01/2008. Recently I have complained for “NOT COOLING” properly. Now that problem is resolved after restoring gas yesterday. But the root cause of this problem is the installation of my AC is not proper & because of that gas was leaking. I had a good faith on Electrolux & I could not expect this kind of problem from Electrolux Company. I have paid 1600 rupees to resolve this problem. The service man from Electrolux mentioned “Gas Leaking” problem may re-occur again because the installation is not correct.

                              So, today again I logged another complain [Complain Number: KLA9804000] for reinstallation of my AC. Please look this matter urgently.

                              It is not possible for a customer to know whether the installation of AC is correct or wrong. Company should be responsible for that. I am very disheartened to know that the installation of my AC is not proper. If I recall correctly, one person from Electrolux came to our house to check whether the installation & everything is proper or wrong. He did not mention anything at that time.

                              Request you again to check this problem & resolve it ASAP.

                                Sub : Replacement of Refrigerator ( Electrolux 245 Ltr. chasis no 51503843, Double Door )

                                Dear Sir,


                                I am Rajesh Agarwal, purchased a 245 ltr Electrolux refrigerator, chasis no 51503843, from M/S Bhatia
                                refrigeration on[protected]. This fridge has given us trouble all the time and so your agent Bhatia Referigeration by not helping us. Bhatia refrigeration has already replaced the compressor 2 times but problem is persisting .Every time we used to send the refrigerator there, they always kept it for many days and charged us for spare part and carriage expenses. The details of which are mentioned as below.

                                Fridge was purchased on 20.6.2005

                                1st complaint was lodged on 22.02.2007 and delivered the fridge to Bhatia refrigeration .they charged 850 for gas refilling + carriage expenses and gave fridge back on 26.02.2007

                                Only after 2 days, on 28.02.2007 fridge was again sent for repair and they gave us on 6.3.2007 after 8 days and they charged us carriage expenses . They claimed that they replaced compressor as it was defected .

                                On 27.06.2007, fridge was again sent to them because of same problem and they again charged 1000 rupees for gas filling and carriage expenses.

                                On 13.07.2007, fridge was giving same problem and delivered to them, of which they didn’t do anything but showed us a piece of ice n said that it was working but it didn’t work even for a day at home. They again charged us carriage expenses.

                                On 21.12.2007, fridge was delivered to them with same problem but they didn’t do anything and kept the fridge for a month and charged us 1150 rupees (for condenser and drier) and carriage expenses.

                                As per me, they have done nothing during this visits but only misleaded us and looted us in the name of gas and other technical things which I m not aware . Every time we took the fridge there we had to pay expenses related to transport. They had used all the way by charging us for gas etc..So that we couldn’t turn back to them for complaint. They have given very poor service which is big shame for company as well.

                                As I have already been suffered a lot from this referigerator. FYI I have paid gas filling charges 3 times n and carriage expenses everytime. For me it is like humiliation dealing with your agent (Bhatia refrigeration ) and your product. Everytime we went there with the same cooling problem, they did nothing but it has cost us 1000 rupees and carriage expenses. I hope u can now very well understand how tough it is to live without a fridge in this summer. Your product has not turned upto the expectation as it has been troubling us from the very beginning .

                                Now yesterday again i have sent the fridge to M/s Bhatia Referigeration for same problem but they are saying that gas is leaked again and need to refill the gas again.

                                I would request you to look into this matter urgently and get this defected fridge replaced immediately otherwise I will have to turn nowhere but to consumer court.

                                refregerator 245ltr double door — no proper service

                                Dear Sir,
                                I had purchase the refrigerator on march 2008. Just after an year there was a preoblem of cooling. I had contact to nearest service centre, they told me to send it to them, I had done it, within a month it started giving the same problem ,as awell as when it was giving a cracking sound, I had call your service provider again ,they came and changed two parts, at that moment it was ok .but just after an hour it started the same. I called again finally on 6th of octobor, I followed up several times, but till date no one had turned up. I had spoken a sinior person named Ketan, but result is nill.

                                So please let me know what shall I do for the next. I have your all service bill with me. This is my last try get my work done. If you cant give any service I don't have any option other than asking a help to consumer forum.

                                I wish you will do the necessary as early as possible.

                                Electrolux India Ltd. — Faulty Refrigerator

                                I have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator Model 340 DEO FRESH from M/s Sabharwal Electronics & Co. 1H-42,N.I.T. Faridabad. Dated[protected] via invoice no 2405.Since from installation, this ref. has been repaired four times and till date the product is non operational and Electrolux technicians informed during last visit on[protected] that company donot have spares for this model.Kindly help us to get the amount back from company.

                                  We are facing lot of problems in this peak summer. The cooling is very very poor even the freezer is not giving ice. What is this. Moreover, we are unable to contact any authorized dealer in our area. The person on whom we had purchased the fridge is behaving without any responsibility, (BAGGA ELECTRONICS, NIT 5, FARIDABAD).We had the proper receipt on purchase and if nothing is done we have to go to the consumer court to get justice. Please arrange to send us the right person immediately.

                                  Just printing our complaint is not enough on this email. I want my fridge to be ok, that's all to say.

                                    I purchased the high end french door refrigerator model D[protected] on April 23, 2009. I have had two service calls due to ice spitting out when whole iced nd not crushed is activated. The ice fragments go all over the floor. Electrolux states that this is normal and the solution is to put a small rug in front of the unit. I paid over $3, 500 USD for this unit. My previous $600 unit performed better. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. Today, when I complained again and asked to be transferred to the Customer Satisfaction Survey, the customer service person hung up on me. I purchased the extended warranty on the unit. I guess that the solution is to have someone on a monthly basis come out to check the unit as the manufacturer is charged for the service call.

                                      This is to inform you that undersigned purchased a Electrolux Kelvinator WASHY TALKY washing machine model no. 760FXZWT sl.no.23200276 vide Invoice- cum challan no.490/ 02-03 dated 30.11.02 from BOMBAY AGENCIES, BENACHITY, DURGAPUR-13, WEST BENGAL .

                                      The said machine while washing it stopped suddenly in the month of march-09.I approached the BOMBAY AGENCIES and they gave me a phone no. But there was no response.Afterwards I got a number [protected] and contacted them on 08.6.09 and some person visited our house and said that some parts are unservicable and it is to be procured. Still ther is no favourable reply from that end.

                                      I am 63 years of age nd undergone Bypass Surgery on 30.6.09. and my wife also aged. Without machine we feel uneasy in day to day life.
