I purchased a microwave oven in the last week of Nov 2009.
New microwave oven was having problem and I made a complaint within warranty period on 24th Dec09. Then following things happened:

1. Person came for Demo & the same day said that there was problem in fuse.
2. Again after 2 days microwave oven stopped working & complained on 24th Dec09, person said that one part need to be replaced
3.14 days has passed but still nothing has happened

one month has passed but still the new microwave is not working
I called to customer care & i got the nos [protected],[protected] but no result. Again i got the no of area manager [protected] but no proper response

ELECTROLUX/MICROWAVE OVEN — post warranty service

i have a microwave oven in dead state and keptaside for about one year.several attempts were made to get a service personal.but all invain till date.
I bought Electrolux 23J101 (Black) Convection 23 Ltr Microwave Oven + Sealed Pack from gizmoforest (A Registered seller on Ebay India). on 07/11/14, and it got delivered to me 1 week ago, and Its not working from day 2nd of its delivery to me. I called customer care they promised repair in 24 hours however no service.

I would not recommend any product of Electrolux specially from Ebay as when its not working you don't know where to go as you don't even have your known seller with you with physical presence.

I don't know if I will use the product ever as its useless for me from day 2nd and no help from its service providers.

    I purchased ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE OVEN on 14/1/2008 from "M/s SALUJA's", Jodhpur.There arrised a problem in T-T motor.I complained at authorised service centre named as "S.D.Refrigeration" before 1 month.The service man came and took the T-T motor with him and didn't return the new one back till the date.On calling them on the given contact numbers, they give further dates again & again.
    I complained to area manager "Mr. Deepak Mathur" also, but he also didn't take seriously.
    In view of this, we demand that the matter be taken up seriously and such pathetic quality of after sales service be investigated.

      I select a gift as refrigerator from my mileage of 'BPCL from where we buy huge qty. of fuel and lubes. And my gift was reached at my address approx. before 2 years. But I had lost warranty paper of said refrigerator. And from the beginning, i was facing trouble like low cooling, trouble in ice preparation in upper freezer area etc.. So we could not store item like icecream, ice etc..

      Our machines details are as per below -

      - Model - ERP 245 FF, - Capacity - 235 Ltrs.

      As it was buy from our mileage and we had lost warranty paper of said machine, none of a dealer ready to repair or to accept our complaint in Baroda. As we faith in your brand and product belongs to your company, We request yourself to take prompt and immediate action to sortour our complaint.

        I'm from Dehradun- Since last year 2008 our fridge 270 Lts (electrolux-Kelvinator 2004) was not working - cooling not functioning properly, coling in the upper i.e (ice chamber) have extra heavy cooling, but there is no cooling in the bottom (vegetable chamber) complaint filed with customer service number of time, - biometer/timer (as told by the service centre) was replaced & we paid the price whatsoever, some other part was also changed on cost but fridge is still in same condition, not working properly,every one month or more the the fridge shows the same problem.This is happening from last year. VERY INTERESTING : This summer 2009, one of the technical engineer from the service center (who attended the call, gave a suggestion to sell the fridge to someone else stating that the problem cannot be sorted out. But i want to know, is there anyone who will purchase my old (above stated) refigerator? Due to avoiding daily tensions at home, we have bought a new refigerator this summer 2009, naturally of some other make. Shame on a company like Electrolux. We will never recommend nor will I purchase any of your products again.

        perchased one 250 leter doubble door Refrigerator on 14/12/2007

        There is problem in coolling
        Called a service engineer he identified there is problem in compresser and told that there is expanses for Rs2000/- I was agree on this but why he is not attending this he is giving time again and again my phone no is [protected]

        ELECTROLUX KELVINATOR — Poor service response despite being under warranty

        I bought Kelvinator thinking it to be the best brand.

        My AC has been defective for more than fortnight now. ref is DEL [protected] as registered by himani. around 14 Jun service engineers came and said gas has leaked and AC will have to be taken to your workshop as its under guarantee. On 20 Jun vide challan no 374 dated 20 Jun 2010 the AC was picked up. Despite daily repeated follow-ups yr vservice Agency has been daily telling lies and saying will be delivered today late evening and I still await it till date.

        I have been repeatedly speaking to Ajay yr service centre rep at [protected] and also yr service centre ph picked by by a lady whose name I dont remember.

        I bought Kelvinator Freeze on January 10 within 4 months fast colling zone door is damaged and bottle rack is brocken, I have raised two service request and trying to follow up since three months but company and dealer so not showing to replace damaged part even I am ready to pay the charges, dealer is not taking responsibility to force company to provide serive and company serivce is so pathetic even calling so many time and remider the service request but no responce only blaming to Hydrabad delivery dept, How the Kelvinator company is irresonsible, I have no seen any company to hold customers service request more than two weeks, could you please take some one resposiblility and resolve my issue,

        it is about the complaint No.KAR[protected] VIDE WHICH a service engineer has attended my refrigerator problem and replaced BiMetal & Timer but after two days the problem remained as it was at the time before attending the complaint. the service engineer was contacted many times but not any interest was shown by the service engineer. The accessories replaced are under warranty period for three months. could you please take some action and resolve my issue,

          I purchased one Electrolux double door refrigerator manufactured by Electrolux 8 month back. Just after Three month back a leakage in the cooling gas pipeline was detected and it stopped functioning. On call the Electrolux engineer came on 26th Oct’09 and suggested that the system should be replaced but today I am not carry new compressor new compressor available within 8 days after complaint, and he want to bill but till date ( 26th Oct’09) bill was not found so he say if your bill has been found please inform me I change the your compressor. After two day I am informed to engineer on 30th Oct’09 bill & warranty card available in my home please repair my Electrolux but till date my refrigerator has not repair. I have many times talk to Incharge he say tomorrow engineer came to you house but till date my refrigerator has not repair. Last I have complain to customer care on 7th Dec’09 at around 11:30 AM Complain No : - PT79307007 he say your refrigerator repair within 48 hours, but till date & times ( 9th Dec’09 06:16 PM) no body come to my home or call to my mobile no. I request please do the needful.

          Refrigerator — very bad service

          I purchased one Electrolux double door refrigerator manufactured by Electrolux 1year back. Just Three month back the refrigerator wasn't getting cool properly. On repeated calls the Electrolux engineer came on 7th sept 2011 and suggested that the system was filled with full of ice and thats the reason for not getting cool and he poured boiled water in the fridge to melt the ice and charged an amount of Rs 350/- and went off but from that moment the fridge was totally failed to function and again from 9th sept to till date we are making calls once in a couple of days but they are not responding properly, we are totally dissatisfied with the customer care and lost our patience. I realized that I made a mistake by buying electrolux refridgerator

            SHORT LIFE OF PRODUCT, POOR SERVICE, DONT BUY
            My ELECTROLUX Refrigerator Model ERP285FF showed a complaint No Cooling on 6th April 2011. I registered a complaint with the Authorized Service Center M/s TEKWINS ELECTRONICS, Chittur Road, Palakkad, The timer was not working and no gas was there in the line. They tested and brazed the pipe near compressor and recharged the gas. They charged Rs 2450/-. But after running about 8 hours it is found that there is no sufficient cooling in the freezer. After inspection the technician told that there may be leakage in the condenser portion which is concealed and they cannot do anything. Then I registered a complaint with customer care on 14th April 2011 with complaint number PCOC[protected] and till date nobody called or visited the site. When ever I call the customer care they give some promises that today they will call, tomorrow they will call like that. After repeated enquiry I got a Service Engineer in Kochi and I got a reply that if the leakage is from concealed condenser line, it is not reparable. It may be noted that the refrigerator is only 5 years old. When enquired I knew that this type of complaint is common in Electrolux Refrigerators as they use inferior quality tubes for manufacturing condenser. Also the timer damages frequently resulting heavy loss to customer.

            I have purchased double door Electrolux Refrigerator(Dealer : JAHIND ASSOCIATES, 316 ARCOT ROAD, KODAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI-600024.) through C.S.D from Chennai area depot. Office Reciept No 5021 dated 14-07=2006 amount 10, 403.00. DD No-392406 dated 13 july 2006, IOB, chnennai-93. In may 2011 this refrigeratorhad a problem in cooling system. I made a complaint to the dealar(Bombay) on 16 may 2011 complaint No-PCHN-[protected]. One Engineer came from JAIHIND ASSOCIATES, 316 ARCOT ROAD, KODAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI-600024, on 17 May 2011. He said the problem is with Compressor & Pump the engineer explained that the compressor can be replaced with no charge as it is comes within the warranty period but the pump & Gas costs nearly 2500/= . I accepted the amount to pay & asked to rectify the problem, he said I will send a mechanic tomorrow, but till 30 May 2011 no one came. I enquired the dealer again regarding this, they said that the compressor is no stock. so, I made the secound complaint to Bombay. Complaint No-PCHN[protected].
            Sorry Sir ! I am not able to understand that does a single compressor replacement needs 15 to 16 days to do it. Is this a good customer service ? How can you give dealership to like this type dealer / company who cannot fulfill the customer need in time ? Please Sir help to save the EX-SERVICEMEN money & property.
            I had registered a complaint on 8th November 2014, that my Refrigerator is not working. The complaint no is EPUN[protected] after one month a technician came to the house and told me that the compressor is not working, which has 5yr warranty, after that again I received a SMS that my call has been registered with no.EPUN[protected].on 10th Dec 2014. Till date no one had come for the service. Now at 4.18pm on 23rd Dec. I got a call from a no.[protected], saying that the compressor has come and will be installed on 25th Dec 2014.For which will have to pay for the services the amount of RS 1800.no issue of the servicing charges but i am complaining for the inconvenience caused by them, For one and a half month i am suffering because of their negligence .I want compensation from the company for making me suffer. Please do the needful.

              I was purchaed one washing machine (front loading)Electrolux Spa Model from authorised dealer M/s. King Electronics Panvel. In last week of Oct-09 a door was locked and not opened;hence I was contact to authorised dealer as mention above, his office staff gave to Mobile No.viz[protected] (Mr.Tayade),[protected] (Mr.Haldar) and [protected] Mr.Rubani). When I was contacted Mr.Tayde on 28.10.2009 he came and opend the door and charged Rs.250/-as service charge& adviced that the doorlever to be replaced and cost of the part is Rs.350/-.I agree and request him to do the needful.
              But from that day no responce recieved from Tayade so I book the complaint on toll free No.[protected] on 07.11.2009.But also no body bother.I also contact Mr. Haldar on above mention Mob.No.he may the Boss of Company service centre but his answer is very shockable; he told me Electrolux company was took over by Vediocon and spare parts are now available in market and he suggestion was please purchase new washing machine.This experiance was very horible.
              So above experiance I want advice what to do? If company is not take any responsibility for servicing.

                I purchased Electrolux Microwave capacity 17 ltrs model no. EM-256C90SS serial no 74501336 on 24th December 2008.

                On 6th August 2009 i.e in less then 8 months its door latch is broken. It is to mention that in between we were out of station for about 4 months, that means the product could not work for mere 4 months.

                We called the authorised service agency of Jamshedpur[protected] on 6th August 09 and lodged the complaint. We followed up every day requesting to attend the complaint and give us the complaint no. for reference. On 14th August we called up the toll free no. of Electrolux and lodged the same complaint “microwave door latch broken”. On 17th August the local (Jamshedpur) service agency called us that complaint will be attended in a day or two. On request they give the complaint no. RN49814022 dated 14th August 09. We asked that the complaint has been lodged on 6th and everyday we have been speaking but the date of the complaint is 14th. The reply was that they dont have record of the complaint before 14th.

                We followed up alternate day requesting to attend the complaint and in the last week of august one person came to inspect the microwave, enquired about date of purchase and went back assuring us that in a day or two it will be attended.

                We have been calling alternate day as the standard reply was that the service engineer will reach today or tomorrow. On 25th September service engineer attended with some spare parts of the door, after one hour of effort he told that the door is not likely to be repaired as this model is not available. His personal opinion was that the microwave to be replaced as he is not in position to commit, he would communicate to the Electrolux.

                We have been calling up service agency and 26th they advised us to directly contact Electrolux officials. On 27th October through service agency I could speak to the Electrolux official and he said that action has been taken to repair or replace the machine and in 10 days time it will happen. I arranged to get the name & mobile no of the Electrolux official Mr Ravi Chourasia [protected] and spoke to him on 6th November. He replied that he needs time to trace the details. On 9th November I called & he gave standard reply that in 10 days time machine should be replaced. On 18th November I again called up and the reply was that he will look in to the matter. I reminded him that the complaint is pending for more then 3 months and no visible commitment to resolve the matter, his reply is the matter has come to his notice recently and about the past he can't comment. I requested him to give me a call if he resolves the issue and as expected till now I have not received any call from Electrolux official or Service agency.

                  The Fridge has stopped working on 11/11/2009 . Complaint lodged with local service centre vide complaint no THA [protected]., The service engineer visited us on 12/11/2009 and informed us that the Compressor was faulty and required replacement. Although we had requested immediate action based on the amount of food stuff, we were told that it will take a week to replace the compressor. Till Date, that is 22/11/2009, we are told that the compressor has mot reached the service centre. Follow up complaint with the dealer was lodged on 20/11/2009 vide complaint no. 0911B200044. The fridge is inoperative from 11/11/2009 and the loss due to having to manage food items stored in this large fridge is very high.

                  How does the company expect any customer to keep waiting for so long?

                  Why does the Compnay not provide a temporary replacement in case it is taking such a long time to replace the compressor?

                  Why can't the Company keep some spare compressors at the service centres?

                  Why should any customer buy Electrolux if the company turns a blind eye to customer service?

                  We have now been told that the compressor would reach the service centre on 24th/ 25th and as soon as they receive it they will fix the same.

                  Is there any way I can force a better service from the suppliers?

                  Is there any way the company can be pulled up for holding the customers at ransom?

                    under guarantee and warranty period our washing machine got nonfunctioning.first complaint was lodged at the call centre on[protected] dt 29.9.09.which till date has not been attended.since then we have made numerous calls have been made but all in vain...of which we can give the details of complaints made...0n 6th nov again a fresh complaint was lodged with a token no [protected] was given the assurance that the complaint will be attended very soon but till date no reply from the service centre..saying that the spare is not available..kindly please look into the matter...thanking you ...keyur ...mumbai

                        I REALLY DONOT REMEMBER HOW MANY TIMES I COMPLAINED IN THIS SITE FOR MY ELECTROLUX FRIDGE (MODEL NO: ERL: 245FF).
                        aS FAR AS I REMEMBER LAST TIME I COMPLAINED IT WAS ON 24TH. OF OCT' 09 AND I RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SAYING

I AM COMPLAINING TO CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NO AND WRITING IN THIS SITE SINCE AUGUST ' 09 . TILL DATE I AM WITHOUT FRIDGE AND I WOULD LIKE TO ASK M/S ELECTROLUX FOR HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT ?

                        ON 24TH OCT ' 09 I TALKED TO YOUR MR. T. HALDAR.HE TOLD ME THE FRIDGE IS REPAIRABLE AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON NEXT WEDNESDAY IE.28TH. OF OCT ' 09.

                        INTERESTINGLY I RECEIVED A CALL IN THE EVENING OF 24TH OCT '09 ASKING ME WHY I WAS NOT ACCEPTING THE REPLACEMENT OFFER.I ENQUIRED WHO IT WAS CALLING AND THE FELLOW HESITANTLY DECLAIRED HIMSELF AS MR. MAHESHWARI.

                        PREVIOUSLY I WAS TOLD BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE FELLOW AT PANVEL THAT THE FRIDGE IS NOT REPAIRABLE AND ONE MR. PADMAKAR FROM YOUR COMPANY OFFERED ME A REPLACEMENT OFFER WHICH I REJECTED AND ASKED FOR THE MONEY BACK INSTEAD.
                        I WAITED PATINETLY FOR THE ARRIVAL OF THE COVETED FRIDGE ON 28TH OF OCT '09, BUT IT DIDNOT.
                        A DAY OR TWO LATER I CALLED MR. T. HALDAR AGAIN AND INFORMED ABOUT THE DELIVERY FAILURE PROMISED BY HIM. I WAS TOLD THAT AS THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY THE FRIDGE COULDNOT BE CHECKED ABD TESTED AND IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY NEXT IE. ON 31ST OF OCT '09.
                        AGAIN DELIVERY FAILURE AND TILL DATE NO COMMUNICATION FROM M/S ELECTROLUX.

                        WHAT A SERVICE BY ELECTROLUX. !

                        TODAY I CALLED MR. T. HALDAR ON MOBIL BUT HE DID NOT ATTEND IT.I CALLED HIM TWICE , ONCE AROUND 2.30 PM AND NEXT AT 3 PM.
                        AT AROUND 2.45 PM I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE . THE LADY THERE ASKED FOR THE COMPLAINT NO AND I GAVE IT(THA [protected]) TO HER AND ASKED FOR THE COMPANY'S CHIEF'S(CHAIRMAN /CMD) TELEPHONE NUMBER & E MAIL.

                        THE LADY STARTED GIVING SOME NUMBERS OF IN- CHARGES AND WHEN I INSISTED VEHEMENTLY FOR THE CHIEF'S NUMBER SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDNOT HAVE IT.I TOLD HER TO GET IT FOR ME. AFTER SOMETIME SHE GAVE THE NAME OF CHAIRMAN AS MR.PRASANJIT HALDER ,PH. NO: [protected].( IS HE THE CHAIRMAN OF THIS LOUSY COMPANY ? )

                        I TOLD HER NOT TO FOOL ME AS I ALREADY TALKED TO THIS NUMBER.! SHE HANDED OVER THE PHONE TO ONE MR. VEENESH.

                        MR. VEENESH SAID HE IS UNABLE TO CONTACT THE CONCERNED PERSON AND WILL CALL BACK TODAY EVENING.

                        I CAN ONLY HOPE NOW AND PROBABLY GOD CAN ONLY HELP .

                        I THEN DECIDED TO CALL MR. T .HALDAR WHOSE NUMBER I GOT FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE. I WROTE ABOUT MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH HIM IN MY LAST COMPLAINT ON 24TH OCTOBER & 7TH NOVEMBER.
                        I TALKED TO HIM ON 11TH NOV AND REMINDED HIM THAT HE PROMISED DELIVERY ON 31ST.
                        OCTOBER .
                        AS USUAL HE STARTED PROMISING ME TO DELIVER THE FRIDGE AT DIFFERENT DAYS .HE PROMISED DELIVERY ON 12TH NOV. IT FAILED AND HE GAVE ME 13TH NOV , IT FAILED. THEN 14TH. IT ALSO FAILED.

                        I CALLED MR. HALDER ON 14TH EVENING AND TOLD HIM TO KEEP THE FRIDGE WITH HIM AND RETURN THE MONEY BACK TO ME.I WANTED RS.15OOO/=, THE COST PRICE + ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE I INCURRED FOR REPAIRING THIS FRIDGE ON PREVIOUS TWO OCCASIONS IE,RS 3000/= , TOTAL RS. 18000/=.

                        NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TILL DATE. TODAY I CALLED MR. HALDAR AND ASKED FOR THE MONEY . HE TOLD ME HE WILL DELIVER THE FRIDGE TODAY ITSELF.

                        NOW I REALLY DOUBT WHETHER THIS FRIDGE WILL WORK AT ALL OR NOT?

                        I WANT ASSURANCES FROM THE COMPANY, M/S ELECTROFUX ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THIS FEIDGE IF AT ALL IT IS DELIVERED TO ME THIS TIME.

                        EARLIER AFTER FITTING CONDENSER UNIT AT THE BACK ,WHEN ITVWAS DELIVERED AND SWITCHED ON, TREMENDOUS HEAT WAS GENERATED MAKING EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN HOT.WHEN TOLD TO YOUR BRILLIANT OFFICER MR. PADMAKAR HE SAID IT CANOT BE SO AS IF WE WERE LYING.

                        IF THIS FRIDGE DOESNOT WORK THIS TIME I WANT RS.18000/= RETURNED IMMEDITELY.

                          I have worked with Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd,Gurgoan for almost 2 and half year.
                          After then I have joined Voltas Ltd and I requested Voltas for PF transfer , they have also send PF transfer form and communication to Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd but PF is still not transffered from last 5 years.

                          PF not transffered — PF not transferred

                          Hi this is Vineet ,

                          I tried to view my PF balance account through various sites but getting the same reply saying

                          "user name or Account number is invalid"

                          Some months back i applied for transfer of PF from my previous company ( PF account number KN/BN/24731/886) to current company PF account ( a/c number-KN/35070/3250)
                          When contacted to both the company HRs they are diverting the issue & blaming on each other.No one providing concrete solution
                          Is there any other way to know the status of PF ?? Is there any way to transfer PF/ withdraw PF by own??
                          Is there any other person with whom i can contact regarding such situation ??

                            I Purchased the washing Machine vide invoice No.7481 dated 28 Aug 2007 from Jamal Sales Corporation Palakkad. The Machine was working well till Jun 2009 when it started giving trouble. I made repeated complaints at Customer care. The technician was sent finally and he could not diagnose the problem. Again after repeated complaints after completing the warranty period of two years the technician removed the PCB saying it has to be sent to company for testing. The machine is lying idle since Jun 2009. Please advise whom to contact.

                              I registered the complaint with customer service at Palakkad District Kerala Regarding the mall functioning of the Mechine in Jun 2009. The technician who was sent to the house was unable to fully diagnose the problem. We were informed that in case the problem reoccurs inform him and he gave the contact No. By then the trouble reoccurred the technician left the company. I re-registered the compliant with customer care. The technician sent to the house was unable to diagnose the problem again. The PCB was taken, kept for three week and not yet returned. When contacted the PCB has to replaced and I have to bear the cost of the PCB was the replay. The problems occurred during the warranty period and the customer care at Palakkad was unable to diagnose it in time.

                              How can Electrolux have such a service agency that is neither technically competent nor professional in its job and customer care. I had a good faith in the Electrolux Products. I defnitely won't be going in for another Electrolux product if this way the service is provided.                                 i think we have done a biggest mistake by investing Rs 30000/- hard earned money in your companies product thinking that we are dealing and buying a reputed companies product which will be hassle free , but iam very sorry to mention that immediately after the year it had started creating trouble for us like due to the manufacturing defects of the companies products -----

                                excess formation of ice in the defrost area
                                no cooling
                                faulty heater
                                sensors are sensitive not suited to Indian temperature
                                PCB konks off
                                PART ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCKS
                                customer suffers and there no proper response from company and we are forced to again and again invest in the repairs for the no faults of ours and at the same time the whole family suffers at home due to non-working of the essential member of the hosue-fridge

                                  Under signed baught a Electrolux refrigeration from the local promonent dealer Lotus , Sapna Sangita Road, INDORE[M.P.] in the year 2004.
                                  Today due to non fuctioning of refrigerator I intend to lodge a complaint.
                                  First I found out the bill of dealer but to my surprise in the bill no land line number of dealer was printed.A 24 hour helpline no.given in the bill was tried but same is not ion service.I then referred the manual in which the service centr no.were tried bu again the same problem that those no.not of the service centr mentioned in manual.Own visiting the website of Electrolux no cusomer care email id was available.
                                  While selling the product a lot of claims were made by dealer but when tried them they even not bothered to reply my complaint sent on mail.
                                  I feel sorry for the company that how they are behaving with the consumer.
                                  If you can redress my this complaint thru company,it will be great help.

                                        DEAR SIR,

                                        I COMLPAINED SEVERAL TIMES IN THIS SITE FOR ELECTROLUX & VIDEOCONE FRIDGES.
                                        I PURCHASED THIS FRIDGE INJUNE 2006 FROM M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS , PANVEL AT RS.15000/-.iT STARTED GIVING ALL SORTS OF TROUBLE FROM JUNE 2008 ONWARDS.

                                        IT WAS REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES BY YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE M/S TEKCARE ELECTRONICS,PANVEL.
                                        lAST ON 8TH OF SEPTEMBER IT WAS AGAIN TAKEN FOR REPAIR BUT SERVICE CENTRE INFORMED ME A COUPLE OF DAYS BACK THAT IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE AND THEY INFORMED TO THEIR SENIORS TO TAKE A SUITABLE DECISION ON THIS.

                                        ON 1ST OCTOBER '09 MR. PADMAKAR OF M/S VIDEOCONE CALLED ME FROM KINGS ELECTRONICS ,PANVEL AND OFFERED REPLACEMENT OF THGE FRIDGE FROM THE EXISTING MODELS OF ELECTROLUX / VIDEOCONE FRIDGES. I HAVE TO PAY 40% OF THE PRICE AT WHICH I PURCHASED MY FRIDGE .

                                        HE ASKED ME TO CONVEY MY DECISION TO A PHONE NUMBER AT KINGS ELECTRONICS,PANVEL WITHIN 2-3 DAYS TIME.

                                        I CALLED ON M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS A FEW DAYS BACK AND INFORMED MY DECISION OF NOT GOING FOR A REPLACEMENT.I TOLD THEM I WANT 60% OF MY PURCHASED PRICE BACK .

                                        M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE OFFER MR.PADMAKAR PROPOSED TO ME .THEY TRIED TO CONTACT HIM BUT COULDNOT.THEY TOOK MY MOBIL NO. AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL TALK TO MR.PADMAKAR AND LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT.

                                        ON 7TH SEPT. I CALLED ON KINGS ELECTRONICS AGAIN AS I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THEM. THEY TALKED TO MR. PADMAKAR AND LATER ON ASKED ME TO TALK TO MR PADMAKAR.I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY DECISION BUT HE INSISTED THAT I HAVE TO TAKE THE REPLACEMENT.
                                        NOW I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST M/S VIDEOCONE TO REFUND ME THAT 60% AS I DON'T WANT ELECTROLUX / VIDEOCONE FRIDGES.

                                        I AM FEDUP WITH THE SERVICE & PRODUCT QUALITY OF ELECTROLUX / VIDEOCONE AND ALSO THE OFFICERS LIKE MR. PADMAKAR WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER,WHO CAN NEVER APPRECIATE A PROBLEM FACED BY A CUSTOMER OR ACCEPTS COMPLAINTS/ PROIBLEMS.

                                        I DONOT WANT TO PAY 40% EVERY SECOND YEAR OF PURCHASE FOR SUCH A LOUSY PRODUCT ,SERVICE AND RESOURCE QUALITY.

                                        I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS IN THIS SITE GIVING MY E-MAIL ID AND MOBILE NUMBER BUT DIDNOT GET ANY REPLY / FEEDBACK.HOPE THIS SITE IS NOT DEAD.

                                        HOPE M/S VIDEOCONE WOULD BOTHER TO ANSWER MY THIS COMPLAINT AT LEAST AND SETTLE THE ISSUE FOR EVER.

                                        DEAR SIR,

                                        I LODGED COMPLAINT IN THIS SITE AFTER A LOT OF COMPLAINTS TO M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS,PANVEL ABOUT THE NONFUNCTIONING OF THE FRIDGE IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST ' 09.
                                        ON 8TH OF SEP' 09 THE FRIDGE WAS TAKEN FOR REPAIRING BY YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AT PANVEL. I WAS FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE FRIDGE REGULARLY AS I AM DIONG WITHOUT FRIDGE SINCE JULY ' 09.
                                        THE SERVICE CENTRE PROMISED ME THRICE BUT DIDNOT DELIVER. WHEN I ENQUIRED LAST THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE FRIDGE DEVELOPED THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AFTER REPAIRING AND IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED .THEY TALKED TO THEIR SUPERIORS TO TAKE A DECISION ON THIS .

                                        TWWO TO THREE DAYS BACK I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM ONE MR. PADMAKAR FROM M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS. PANVEL ASKIKG ME FOR A DECISION .THEY WILL PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW FRIDGE AS REPLACEMENT FOR THE EXISTING ONE AND I HAVE TO PAY 40% OF THE PRICE AT WHICH I PURCHASED THE PRESENT FRIDGE.HE ASKED ME TO CONVEY MY DECISION WITHIN 2 DAYS TIME TO A PHONE NUMBER OF M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS, PANVEL.
                                        MY DECISION IS THAT I DONOT WANT TO GO FOR A ELECTROLUX FRIDGE ANY MORE.I HAD ENOUGH OF IT . I PURCHASED THIS FRIDGE IN MID 2006 AND IT STARTED GIVING TROUBLE FROM 2008. I HAD TO DO WITHOUT THE FRIDGE QUITE OFTEN.MY LAST FRIDGE FROM VOLTAS SERVED ME WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM FOR 16 CONTINEOUS YAERS.

                                        HENCE I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REFUND ME THE AMOUNT AND SENE YOUR CONFIRMATION ADDRESSED TO MY E-MAIL ADDRESS GIVEN ABOVE.
