i am a user of washing machine (electrolux) but it is not working properly and its cover of the sppining part is broken since i have registered a complaint to the local dealer he is till now not able to give the proper response towards it and only he is doing that misleading us by which we are facing alot of problem. and decided now that neither we and nor from our relatives or any person whom we know and they ask any suggestion for the equipments to buy we are certainly not gonna recommend anymore for this brand, and now we are going to move to the consumer forum for the same.
the local dealer's details is as below :..
please donot have any concern or ask about the proper assistance about the product strictly to him then you decide should it be bought or not from there.

I had purchased this machine from Ambala Cantt, from day first the machine is not properly working, Sir, with reference to my previous complaint my PCB was replaced and told me that new PCB is installed in it, but today when the PCB again giving the problem and not functioning i had gone to your service station at Kurukshetra. the person told me that the PCB is repaired not New, and the service man also broken the panel sheet of my machine during the taking off the PCB. now i am requesting you to please replace my PCB /Machine. every year year the machine is not functioning in winter when it is highly needed and the complaint is attended and put pending upto summer.

We are very much harassed by the machine / your service, Mentally as well as physically. Please look into the matter and repair my machine at the earliest otherwise i have to knock the door of our hon' ble Court.

    This is to bring to your notice that our split AC of Model No. <EAS19CRDDM> and serial no. <[protected]-5100229> was bought on 17.08.2005 by "Murli Manohar Musical Store, City Center, Bokaro steel City, Jharkhand". The AC is not cooling according to the temperature shown in the remote and most of the times it doesn't cool only. And moreover the fan above is making a loud noise while we switch on the AC. The compressor was recently replaced but this problem is just not getting solved as none of the authorised service centers have turned out to be helpful. So kindly look on the matter and try contacting.

    Electrolux Split Airconditioner — NOT WORKING

    We had bought an Electrolux Split Air conditioner on 18.11.07 with Ac no. EA12SCRPA[protected], it stopped working on 14th Feb, 2008, then after many days after complaining the service agent Cooling Sales took the Ac for reparing & gave me back after 20 days i.e.on 15th March, 2008 & now again it stopped working 4th April & still that day I am trying to complain but the helpline no is not working & their agent says he cant help, contact the helpline which is not working.
    Now we want to know what we have to do, first of all it shouldnt stop working so early. Either repair it or get it changed.

    I had bought a It electrolux split ac from atul electronics, mulund on 24th of november 2008. The product send had a manufacturing date of april 2007. After installation there has been no cooling what so ever.I have given a complaint on which there has been no action yet.

    This is with regards that i have bought the Electrolux Split A/c from Sapna electronics,Mulund on July 09,from the time i had installed this a/c ,there's a comlaint ,as this A/c is not in function properly right from the inception,i have complained several times to the dealer (Sapna Electronics),aslo i had called personnaly to videocon Care Centre,they had send their technician severeal times ,but fail to resolve the problem,than again i called up Videocon Care centre & spoken to Shailesh who's a mechanic,who came to see the problem, he said we need to take this entire set to our workshop to clean it with nirogen & vaccum it ,as there's a oil blockage ,now i need the replacement of this split Aircondioner as it is warranty period,kindly do the AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

      Dear Sir,
      I have a Electrolux Micro Owen in the warranty period. I have logged complian in the call Centre[protected]with reference complian id Num ASA971103 with my cell num:[protected] on 11th of july i.e on saturday. Till Date no body have attended the call. I have many times called call centre they have given me the service centre Cell num ([protected]). On 14th i have called the service cetre named as Reliable Services.(Durgapur Benna city) they adviced that it will be attended within 2or 3 days but till date no one have attended the call and i am desperately writing to all of you finding no more options as a customer.

      Request you to look inthis matter!!!

        My Electrolux Kelvinator Refridegrator is not working from one month before.Yesterday I asked one local service engineer to rectify the problem.Eventhough he identified and replaced the spoiled OLP still he said the compressor is not functioning.so, for changing compressor he told me that he will charge Rs.2800 including service charge.

        My question is. Is it worthful for me to spend this much amount for this type service?

        and How long my fridege can run without the this type of problem?

          Electrolux Refrigerator — Service not rendered

          Hello,

          I purchased Electrolux refrigerator in Feb-09. Within 3 months the light bulb inside goes away.

          I have given a complaint to Electrolux service no and my complain ref no. is BAN[protected].
          Their service person called up once and given a time to come to our house but did not turned up. After 2 days he calls up and I asked him to come at 7:00 pm. He says not possible and hangs up.
          Since then there is no word.

          There is definite lack of service ownership from the guy who has been hired for it.

          I need to know how to proceed further in rectifying the fault.

          I purchased Electrolux refrigerator from Gupta Distributors, City Complex, Baropathar, Buxi Bazar, Cuttack-1, Ph[protected], TIN No-[protected] in 31.05.06 which contains 5 years warranty on compressor. Currently its compressor is completely out of order.
          I have given complaint the above distributor several times and my last Electrolux complain ref no. is 860. None of them are responding to me.
          Since then there is no word.

          There is definite lack of service ownership from the guy who has been hired for it.

          I need to know how to proceed further in rectifying the fault.

            I purchased a DFF44 double door model electrolux refrigerator about 4 years ago. A few months back, its cooling levels dropped down considerably. I realised that this may have been because the plastic tube on the edges of the door frame had worn out. Around mid May 2009, I registered 2 complaints with Electrolux customer care helpline no.[protected]

            1. to replace the tube
            2. to remove dents and repaint door

            I was given a complaint number mum[protected].
            Within 2 days an electrician named Mr. Azim came to meet me. At just a glance he told me that the door would have to be taken to service station for the tube to be replaced. Knowing that there would be untoward delays in completing repair jobs, I asked for a replacement door so that my refrigerator could continue to function. To which the technician agreed and promised he would come with it the next day. As service charge, he took Rs. 400 from me. I have not received a call or seen him ever since. Meanwhile, I called the customer care number once again asking them to take stock of the situation and the reply I recieved was that their records stated that the complaint was resovled. I was shocked. They registered a fresh complaint no. mum[protected]. After making several calls, Azim informed me that Mr. Shamin and Mehraj Sheikh who were in charge of that particular service centre were responsible for the delay. When I spoke to Mr. Shamin Sheikh he gave me excuses saying that the replacement door was still to arrive from the company, the painter had gone on leave and so on. Whom do I hold responsible for this grevious act of irresponsibility and grave negligence. Such a reputed company like Electrolux, taking customers for a ride is unthinkable. It is indeed a shame. If my complaint is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will go to any extent to defame Electrolux's reputed name. So please beware and take appropriate action as well to book the culprits.

              I have purchased electrolux refrigerator (double door ).@ year[protected].i faced problem in year 2004
              of cooling many times. i made complaint to service centre ., some electronic pcb was changed and
              i paid them nearly Rs3500/-. same problem i faced in year 2007, 2nd time electronic pcb was replaced and charged Rs 3500/-.

              Electrolux — Refrigerator cooling problem from start

              Hi,
              I have purchased a Refridgerator, when they fitted at my home then power was not there so we could not check the cooling or other functionality but next day I found that there was no cooling in Refridgerator, so I called to dealer but he (KD Elctronics, Ghaziabad) said that their engineer will check first and will let us know the status. Their engineer visited and said that cooling gas is no more in the fridge. After that I called to dealer and he said that they will refill it...but I said I need replacement because I didn't use it even one day..that was the just show-piece for me. But dealer was not agree then I mailed to service center and they called me and told me to wait for next 15 days...because It will take this time..... I was totally helpless and I again called to dealer and he said that come here with fridge and we shall replace it with new fridge and if you can come then only when we can do this...else we shall refill it....and I mailed to Electrolux Worldwide...then one day dealer agent came at my home with new fridge and replace it.... but now after 1 yr. again no cooling with this fridge...and I paid 900/= for refilling the gas.... so ELECTROLUX items are ridiculous...and I'll suggest to all not to purchase any more... SAY NO to Electrolux

                  I purchased your 310 ltr double door frost free refrigerator Model No.BR37WD1/LID around four years back.The problem with your product is that the freezer works well but the main part shows no cooling. This complaint has been lodged to your local service centre(at Sonipat, Haryana)but its of no use.We are fed up with the product as well as your service centers.Now the referigerator has become nothing more than an almirah. Your well qualified service engineers are fooling us since last 60 days, they are not even able to detect the problem.After many phone calls they come and every time change one or the other part but yield no result.Initially freezer was working but ever since your so called efficient mechanic came for the repair, the freezer has also stopped working.
                  Everytime we talk to the local service centre he has one or the other excuse.When finally we could not control and had an argument with him, he reported the headoffice that customer denied the repair work.
                  Do we expect such low quality servicing from such huge brands?
                  When your experts couldnt fix the problem tell me where should I go?
                  Should I expect an early and effective response from you after this complaint?

                    We had purchased this Electroloux Kelvinator Refrigerator in May'04 from a reputed dealer in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, with a 1+4 year warranty.1Year-complete warrnty, 4years Compressor warranty.

                    The product worked quite well till around May'2006, when the first issue started, there was some component which had gone faulty and needed replacement(Out of warranty).
                    We spent around Rs 2000/- on the same and it continued to work well.
                    But again there were some issues where in there was no ice formation in the freezer, this time gas was filled and it worked for a day and now the service center people said the filter needs a replacement and that was done, again spending around Rs[protected]/-.

                    After just 20-30days again the fridge stopped cooling and this time they checked it and said Cooling Coil needs replacement, in the scorching heat of May-June '08 the fridge was taken away for 5days and now the fridge in workign condition.
                    Another year gone and this time again cooling is not there, and the service center people say the cooling coil has gone bad which requires to be replaced at the service center.

                    Now the main concern is Electrolux Kelvinator does not have their own support or center, secondly this service center by the name of Pearl Home located in Dabri, Delhi is owned by Videocon who provides service for refrigerators of different companies.
                    First of all this Pearl Home is not using standard quality products due to which so many issues, I have almost spent close to eight to ten thousand rupees on after sales issues and the fridge is just into its 5th year.

                    We had a Kelvinator Gem which worked for over 25years without any problems, in its life cylce only once the gas was refilled, and that quality and trust forced us to buy anothr kelvinator.

                    What can we do to get this company to be held liable for all the mental and physical trauma that we have undergone?

                    I am looking for help from Consumer Forum.

                    This is to inform you that, I had purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator KSP204, INVOICE NO. 646 on 17 Feb-11, from Electro Cottage 40, Sheo charan lal road, Laxaman Bazar, Allahabad, after a month it stop functioning, I have made a complaint to the company in their toll free phone number [protected] on 12th may '11, as my Kelvinator refrigerator is not functioning. No any service representative attended the problem against the complaint.                       It is a matter of great regret that in spite of Calling and sending several E-mails to your company you have not bothered to reply on a customer complain.

                      I Purchased an Electrolux double door Refrigerator form Next Retail Shop, Sikar Road, Jaipur on 05-17-09 vide bill no 9804, has not been working satisfactorily. Immediately after 2/3 days it was purchased it was attended once for service .Again after several reminders it was attended 2nd time by your third party service agency. They could do nothing and declared that the product is ok. We complained immediately after the same repair that the Fridge was not performing satisfactorily and the service technician came after 2 days for the third time but could not do any thing. as It is having several defects on I want that this product must be replace as soon as possible.

                        I have purchased Electrolux Elite Washing Machine in 2001. The machine's washing and spinning drum maintanence has been done once in 2007 by an Electrolux Service Engineer. The machine's washing machines and water regulator nob is not working at present. It seems to be the worst machine I have purchased as it gives problems off and on. I am unable to find Electrolux service Centre in Chandigarh personally and it is not even listed in any website. Still I have sent a mail regarding the machine on[protected] on Electrolux company's international email ID, "[protected]@electrolux.se" but nothing has been done so far.

                        You are requested to ask the company to send your service Engineer immediately for the washing machine maintainence.

                        I had Purchased this washing machine 6.2 kg Fab Guard Turbo fromJ. D. Electronics Ahmedabad vide thier Invoice No. AH-116 dt[protected] the same was under guaratntee for 5 years. Now even after complaining vide complint no. AHM [protected] and visit of a mechanic, who said he has fixed a fuse and the motor is not guaranteed. Even after fixing fuse motors did not work. I do not understand than what type of guarantee is this. last time when I complained about a small problem the mechanic informed that only motors are under guarantee.

                            Electrolux — Servicing of SPA

                            Hi,
                            I bought Electrolux SPA around 2002/2003. I found the door defective at the time of installation. However, after repairing it ws running smoothly till I get problem in 2006. I had to pay Rs 4500 to fix the problem by the service profider "mondal Refrigerator". In 2008 August the machine strated giving problem. I called up the service provider and they took it on their csutody immediately. However, after chasing constantly I got the machine back after paying a bill of Rs 4000. They said that they have changed the fan belt which was naot available to the company and was cause of the delay. The real pain started after getting the machine back. The delivered the machine in not working condition. After visitimg couple of times they said that the motor has burnt. They are constantly saying that they will get in touch with the company and will fix the problem. However, it's one month passed till no sign of service.
                            The company is offering the worst service Sorry, no service to customers.

                              I purchased two high end appliances from this store; 1 - a Miele dishwasher and 2 - a Electrolux Refrigerator. After waiting for delivery like I was waiting for cable installation; between the hours of 12 - 5, I finally called at 5:30 to ask if the appliance was going to delivered this day. I was told that yes in fact it would be and that they were running late, of course it never occurred to them to call me to let me know they were running...

                              My electrolux refrigerator is a new one bought on 8/7/2008. It started to malfuction, thai is, it totally stopped cooling, in May, 2009. I complained about the problem to the local service centre and got the problem fixed after about two week's repeated request. Again the same problem started after a week. I again contacted the service centre but to my utter disappointment my complain has not been attended till date. Should such a faulty product be sold in our market ? Down with this company.

                                i purchased i freeze modal primium DFF 44 from Nasavri -gujrat Desai & com before 3 years, , , , , , , now on last month their was cooling problem and some noise came from freeze so we lodge complain to M/s Desai & com and they came and told that our heater was failed, so they told that they booked order to com and when com sent heater then they will put, after some days we phone when our heater will come then they told that in your comp their shortage of parts and it will take time, after 25 days, from J.H, Care Mr Hiteshbhai came and change heater and we demand for bill for 4500 which we paid then they hesitate and after we told we paid after you will give bill to us, then they gave bill and told if tomorrow heater will again failed then they will not responsible. at that time i told them ke why heater looks like old one, heater was looks like so old, like they took it from another old freeze, then they don't agree they changed heater on 8-5-2009 and we again complain on 12 th their was no cooling in it and body become so hot, , , , , then they came and told that their was fault in p.c box, and i again told them that this is old one, pl give me phone number of head office pan they don't gave me number and talked so so ruff and i took head office number from another way and i talked with MR, Valjibhai that what happened and he told that hiteshbhai will come and do need ful, they came and i told that you put old one parts then he told that i have so many parts and i have 12 months old stocks so i put that 12 months old stock so it looks old and at same time j asked mr Valji bhai on phone and he told that i have 5 years old stocks in my show room so i took that parts so it looks old, , , , , , , , , so i told that hitesh bhai told it si one year old stock, you told it is 5 years old stock and f rom Desai & com they told that they put order to the company and company sent part on that day only, who is right??????????????company sent it after order and it take 25 days then who is right??????????? all three have different answer for same things. then j asked for company's number and add but then they told that we took our old part and we will give you your money back. today they went but they will come on monday on[protected] and they agree to take their old part and give me money back, its prove that they change old heater in my freeze.they take full amount of new part and change old one. then they told that you have to put order to company direct and we don't know and tell you that when company will send heater to you, it will take time of 3-4 months also, , , , , , , then you are suffer.
                                if you sale freeze then you have to send all the parts to shops and sales department, in this hot summer your client was suffer and they don;t trust in your name and product again in future. if my problem is not solve then i have to take action through gharak suraksha, and if you don't take any action on this i will complain then after one week i lodge complain in grahak surksha, , , , , , , , , , , , ,

                                  I had purchased Electrolux 1 ton Air Conditioner on 25 May 2008 from POPULAR TRADERS(Dombivli).The piece is not working properly since purchased.We complaint narly 6-7 times in a year.People from service centre(Kalyan) used to visit on complaint after 4-5 days.They used to do some work n temperorary Ac used to work for 15-20 days again it sed to come in same condition.They have changed Fan of Ac once, once they told there is leakage of gas, etc problems n temporary used to sort out that.But now my warranty period has expiry before 10 days and again there is problem of gas (Coke) Suction value leake told by there people but they r charging now 3050 Rs. due to expiry of warranty Period.After many argments now they are ready to do it in 1500 rupees.                                     • This is the final notice served on you so that you should be sending your representitive or contact with me as above mentioned mobile number with in 7 days from issue of this letter failing which we shall be constrained to report the matter to:-
                                    • Consumer forum for redressal
                                    • Action against your organization for selling under rated goods to the appropriate law enforcing authority.
                                    • Publishing the matter in the press.
                                    • We shall not be held responsible for any consequent damage arising out of the same.

                                    Electrolux / Refrigerator — Delay service

                                    complaint no - LUD-[protected] dated 14/5/2009 is still not solved till date 23/5/2009 -->
                                    The first visit was on 16/5/2009 evening ( after 2 days + 2 reminders ), reveals that the compressor has to be replaced . But till date i am waiting for replacement .

                                    Electrolux Double Door Refrigerator, Model -- E 285 FF

                                    I have bought the Electroloux Refrigerator, Model: Electrolux 320 DEO FRESH n October 2008. We are facing problems with the cooling effect starting from the summer (i.e. march-09). We have already registered a complaint through dealer (Fairdeal Electronics, Rajapuri, Dwarka, New Delhi). The service person came & replaced the sensor of the freeze. But it's still not much effective. I mean we're not getting any ice. In the refrigerator section the cooling effect is very low also. We have complained again regarding the problems to the service center. But nobody responded till date regarding the problem. What should we do regarding this now. It seems like we have made a big mistake buying a Electrolux product & having trust on Fairdeal too.

                                    I fully agree with the comments posted. I am also facing with the same problem with the customer care/authorised service centre of the company. They are not taking any interest. I am also proceeding to get legal remedies.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make (Model No.285 ERP) on 8th April’08 and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, insulation problem, fan problem etc. and the servicing has not been been done since purchasing the fridge. Recently, the machine was not exhibiting proper cooling. Specially, the lower half was not at all functioning properly and as a result water was coming out from machine all the times. Since then, I have contacted so many times to your officials like Mr. Amlan Ghosh[protected], Mr. Mallick[protected] & Mr. Niraj[protected] and nobody has given satisfactory reply.

                                    They have confessed that they cannot rectify the cooling arrangement from inside rather they proposed to install a condenser outside which is totally non-conventional and the said proposal was rejected by undersigned.

                                    Meanwhile, I have been offered a proposal for replacement of ‘New Freeze’ by paying some extra money after deducting the depreciation amount (two years) from the purchase price of Rs.15, 000/- (April’08). I am not ready to pay the balance amount even as the machine is a defective one from the day. So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your Kolkata office. Moreover, I am in terrible situation as my daughter is appearing to CBSE Exam and I am passing on the Summer days without refrigerator.

                                    Electrolux / Refrigerator — Not working

                                    My refridgerator is not working since last one month. I chills the upper chamber but there is no cooling in the lower part. I called customer care but the lines are always busy attending other calls. I called a local mechanic he replaced the defrost time and it worked for a couple of days but then the lowar chamber again stopped functionong. It has caused a great inconvenience. Can it be solved????????

                                    I had lodged a complaint on 31st of May for my refregerator which is now not working since last two months. But I am surprised that the customer complaint numbers are not working or busy all the time and my complaint through this medium has remained unheard. This is a chiotic situation or a defunct customer care of Elctolux but affecting and making me suffer. I repent to have purchased an Elctrolux product but now knowing its customer services it will be my last.

                                    If anyone in Elctolux have some sence of responsibility and customer care and reads this complain, please do the needful.

                                    I have just been contacted once intimating that the fridge will be repaired on Monday but now it is Wednesday and no action taken. It looks that the customer services of Electrolux has reached a pathetic low.

                                    My complaint no JAI[protected] dated 22.06.11 is still not resolved. If I go back to the complaint log it has been 34 days. I am still wondoring that in a multinational company like Electrolux is there no monitoring system by the hiarchy? or all are sleeping? or what. My patience allows me to give it some more time before I think for other alternative. But sure I regret purchasing an Electrolux product.

                                      Sub. Unsatisfactory Servicing of Electrolux refrigerator service center.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      We have purchased Electrolux refrigerator e285ff model / chasis noo :reg no : pnc[protected] from MS Gojwari & co, Hari Singh High Steet on 4th may 2007

                                      because of of its worldwide name and goodwill.

                                      1. Within 1 month of purchase that is May 07 it was first giving troublesome noise and we called for servicing. The service engineer made a wrong diagnosis

                                      and opened timer and said this is not working ... but that was fine

                                      Then another service engineer came and didnt again diagnose the problem AND SAID THE GAS HAS FINISHED which acually again was not the problem

                                      Of and on there were technicians coming and making wrong diagnosis just hit and trial but no go . Finally they themselves said that there was a

                                      manufacturing defect in the fridge (Some internal pipe problems due to which the fridge didnt work well and asked us to return the fridge back so that this

                                      can be replaced free of charge as this was a manufacturing defect.


                                      We sent the fridge to there workshop paying an addtional transport allowance for servicing. And in collection memo it was written “Internal gas pipe

                                      problem ”.


                                      Your sevice centre representative Mr. Vinod mobile number ([protected]) on asking him about status he asked us to send the fridge back to the dealer so that

                                      this will be rplaced. No he is asking us to pay the depriciation amount of 20% for the fridge which never worked. We asked him to give us a the corporate

                                      office number refused to give the number saying he doesnt have it . Further more that executive started shouting on us and was very rude on call .

                                      The Warranty over the product is still active because the complaint is not yet resolved.

                                      We are really fedup by purchasing refrigerator from a well known company like Electrolux. Your Service center is delaying unnecessary to complete the

                                      Warranty period. The service center is giving trouble to us for several times. and now we are asked to pay the addtional amount.

                                      Please do the needful at the earliest and replace the fridge at no extra cost.We are regular buyers of your company and have n number of products from

                                      electrolux but because of this poor servcie and behaviour of the staff i might think of going to any other company rather than electrolux.

                                      Electrolux Refrigerator — Defective Refrigerator

                                      Dear/

                                      I purchased above Electrolux Brand refrigerator 445 ltr.capacity
                                      after two mont cooling stopped i contacted company they replaced the refrigerator again after six mont same proble arised once again i called the company again they replaced their product. Company has replaced the refrigerator for more than four time and the problem was not solved, They took the fridge and now they are not replacing my fridge and they are not replying for last two years My fridge is lying with company nor they have replaced nor they are refunding my money.

                                      electrolux fridge — Defective products

                                      Bought a Electrolux 280 lts Double door refrigerator in May 07. Really curse myself for choosing this product as it never worked fine.. it gowls, vibrates loud enough to scare you and makes cracking sound as if someone is throwing stones at it. Company service person came 3 times to my house & told us that it is normal operation as long as it keeps cooling properly.. heck, have a kelvinator since last 18 years and it is as quite as a flying owl & still working perfectly.. no complains till date.

                                      Finally they took the piece of junk to their service center & returned it 5 days later saying that they fixed the compressor.. just 4 months after that, it stops cooling at all. when i called them again, i was told that the compressor is bad and needs replacement. They asked me to pay for everything as the piece of junk is more than a year old now... jesus christ... guess they were just waiting for the year to get over!!!

                                      I will not advise anyone to buy any of eletrolux product, especially in India.

                                      My Electrolux refrigerator is a 340LTR frost free Dubble Door Reff. Steel. I am facing a problem regarding its cooling, from the very first week i bought it. My Refrigerator does not cool anything, the vegetables inside it get's rotten. Within 9 months the complain of my Reff. has increased to 30 or more but this refrigerator of Electrolux is just a waste of money.As being a Renound company in the field of Electric home appliances the service is too poor & also unsatisfied with product From the customer end.
