your customer care should close down

hi,

i have been trying to find out the contact number of your customer care and all the numbers you have provided in your non existant website are idiotic.You should close down the customer care and if possible even stop making products like microwave when you donot have appropriate technology for it.I would never in my life buy an electrolux product....

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SUPPLY

The product have been supplied was complete defective & dead, when we compianed about the same & asked for replacement. The outlet asked us to contact for getting it repaired.

Repair not done

I had purchased Electrolux washing machine model EW 1045 F in 2001 from Delhi. Now I am stationed at Gurgaon. It is a wonderful product. But because of poor service and non availability of spare parts it is turning as a nightmare to me. Despite several complaint (to their Service Station) and emails to company through their website NOTHING IS BEING DONE. God only can save us. Whom can we contact ?
