I have purchased electrolux microwave oven on 26th october 2008 at Nagpur. But now my microwave not functing properly. i have lodged several complaints. but till now nobody has come. kindly send the person immediately.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE, A RIP-OFF!

    The technician who was sent to the house was unable to fully diagnose the problem. We were informed that an estimate for repairs to be undertaken could only be done at the customer care company. The machine was taken, kept for a week and returned with the problems intact, an additional problem with the timer and a big fat bill.

    The bill too just gave a lumpsum amount rather than a break up for the various parts that they claimed...

    As i have bought Electrolux Maxclean Washing Machine under "product code No: 760 SXN Digitron".
    Now a fault happen in my machine and the company is not entertainning my problem as per the company norms Act they are abide to provide the service as per the needs. But Unfortunatelly since last two months i went to so many dealers but it dishearten me that the customer care is short off in this company.

    Now my last hope is the way i am mailling you and get aware you about my problem.
    Hope you will solve it as soon as posible.

      reference my earlier complaints.
      The fridge continues to make disturbing noise. As per the dealer's rep, the noise is normal after the gas refilling.
      An international brand shouldnt be having such a basic problem in their products.
      The company is yet to respond to any of my previous complaints, thus forcing me to think of other alternatives for redressal of my grievance.

        i have been trying to find out the contact number of your customer care and all the numbers you have provided in your non existant website are idiotic.You should close down the customer care and if possible even stop making products like microwave when you donot have appropriate technology for it.I would never in my life buy an electrolux product.

          This is to bring to your attention the pathetic response (or should I say, non-response) to my complaint regarding the fault in my Electrolux appliance.
          I purchased an Electrolux Refrigerator model EKP 235FF from Snehaanjali, Andheri (W), Mumbai on[protected] and have faced no problem whatsoever in the last nearly 4½ years and have been happily suggesting my friends and relatives to change to this brand when they change their refrigerator.
          The problem started when I saw water seeping out from inside from the door of my refrigerator. I made a complaint for the first time on[protected] on Electrolux Helpline number[protected] sourced from my seller and I was assured that I will get a call within 24 hours. I didn’t had a pen and paper so I couldn’t note down the complaint number but I was assured that if I provide my phone number the next time I call, I can get the complaint number. Anyways, I waited, waited and waited for 6 days but there was no response from the service department. I called up again after 6 days on[protected] and demanded to know my complaint status after giving my phone number but was shocked to learn that there is no phone number or a complaint registered against my phone number in their records. I had no choice but to make a fresh complaint to the call centre agent Poonam and took the complaint number (7A[protected] this time. Again an assurance of call within 24 hours came. I again waited, waited and waited but no call came for the next 6 days. I called up again on[protected] and demanded to know the status this time giving my complaint number but was told that the complaint has been forwarded from their end and I should have received a call from the service centre. The call center agent, Pallavi, put a reminder against my complaint again and asked me to wait for 24 hours more. I waited, waited and waited but finally got a call after 3 days from some Fridge Link Services asking me about the problem and promising to send the technician the next day.
          I would like you to know that no technician has visited us till date after more than a month from my second complaint and my refrigerator is still releasing water from the front. I don’t understand why I should be denied any paid up service if my warranty has expired or will any technician visit me only if I complain that the cooling has reduced or the compressor has developed a fault which is still under the warranty period of 5 years.
          I am very disillusioned with the Electrolux brand of service and contemplating going to consumer court for deficiency in service after the warranty period is over. I demand an immediate response to my complaint and would prefer talking to a representative from Electrolux and not some agent who doesn’t know how anyone can contact a company representative.

          Electrolux Refrigerator — no response to my complain under warranty

          REFRIGERATOR ER40 355LTS PURCHASED 0N 15.08.2007 FROM TECHNO CITY 15B SARAT
          BOSE ROAD, KOLKATA Immediately after installation water leakage observed from
          rooftop in refrigerator. Complain was made to service station at AJC Bose
          road, complain number..6558.Several visits were made by them with no positive
          result, ultimately I contacted Mr. Vijayant, cell num [protected] as told he being
          service head in kolkata.On 15th March, 2008 an engineer came and suggested
          for replacement. Again contacted Mr. Vijayant who asked to contact Mr.
          Ujjal, cell num [protected] who on contact did not responded favourably.Again on
          contacting Mr.Vijayant he reffered to somebody else and informed that the matter will
          be resolved without any delay. Further at last I contacted the service center
          on 3rd june they assured of solving the matter but till date no response. I may mention that atleast
          thousends rupees worth fruits and vegitables have been destroyed due to this
          defect. I hope on recieving this massage yr co will do the needfull.

          the said complient is 101% correct. I was also harrased by these Electrolux company. They won't attend complaints at all. please please ...don't buy electrolux products .

          Oven under warranty not working

          Microwave oven purchased on 9th October, 2014 has stopped working and as it is in warranty period, it is requested to please send your engineer for its inspection and necessary action as per requirement at an earliest.

          There is a continuous leakage of water into the interior compartment of the refrigerator. The accumulating water is then dripping out.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            My Parents had brought a washingmachine on 7/9/08 from Electro Trading Corporation, Workshop Road, Kanchrapara, N-24 Pgs, North-24 Pgs, West Bengal which is termed as an authorised dealer of Electrolux company. There has been problem in its operation right from the next day of purchase.. continuos complaints had to be lodged. Lately on 4/12/08 A complaint has been lodged in the company service center regarding it problem.The concerned complaint no is KOL[protected].There has been no response from either the dealer or the company regarding the promised service.
            Will be very greatful if the problem is handled with emergency and decision taken as early as possible.

            Electrolux Semi Automatic Washing Machine — Extremely Poor Service

            I have not been able to get the problem fixed caused by loose belt (Wash Motor operates but wash tub pulsator does not spin when even small load of clothes is given). The service engineer diagonised the problem because of loose belt but neither belt has been changed nor the problem is being attended to. There are changing versions of service centre (sometimes they say service engineer is out of station, sometimes they say spare parts are not available.) I really do not know to whom I should contact so that problem can be fixed which is pending in spite of more than 10 - 15 telephonic reminders. Any official who is concerned with this may kindly take up the issue and get it solved without further delay.

            electrolux semi automatic machine — service

            I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine from Porbandar Gujarat dealer. Its spin action was not operational we complainet it to electrolux service center and somehow we managed to get it rectified but again whole machine got non functional and we again complaint it to electrolux service center ( mob no. [protected] ) on 19.02.2009 and got promise that till 21`.02.2009 machine will be ready for operation but inspite of various followups till date no service person turned down to attend it. I am sorry to say i will not prefer electrolux products in future and also advice others not to choose electrolux.

              I have purchased the freeze, a year before. Before last month it has left cooling in the lower door. Cooling of the Upper Door is ok. last one month I have repaird the same by the Hi Tech Service Ph. 31914040 vide complaint No.7p[protected] and they have change Timer and Biometal and charged Rs 1500/-. And after the week time. the same problem Start. and after server reminders and their technician visit and my last complaint no. 7p[protected] the same problem is there as the problem is not solved. When I am complainin them they are asking me for the fresh complain each time even after the same is not solved.
              Kindly arrange to solve my problem at the earliest.

                We had purchased 0.75Ton AC of Electrolux from Vijay sales for our office, for which the company offered 5years warranty for the Compressor,
                after 2 years the Compressor went faulty.
                It was reported to Vijay sales Complaint No 0810B130299, after follow up for 4 days they managed to send a person from
                Electrolux, the person said that the compressor has gone faulty & needs replacement.
                We showed papers that the compressor is warranted for 5 years so we need Free replacement for the same, he made us speak to some senior person in Electrolux (Mr. Achreakar [protected]) he said that though we give warranty for 5years we charge 2500/- for gas filling (This gas filling is done in normal market for 1000/-).
                We agreed to pay 2500/- (quite unwillingfully), he said that it will be repalced in 5 days, But even after 30Days we have not received the Compressor, calling up at vijay sales is totally waste of time, calling up at Electrolux & giving the complaint number 7G[protected] we have only reply that we are not having compressors from Aurangabad factory.

                This shows the untoward services offered by Electrolux & their officials to customers, , , advertisements os such companies are so appealing & so customer friendly, But the Services of these companies are very much disappointing & foolish.
                Common man has always this destiny they are caught by corporates in this manner.

                  I have already made complaint four days back but no response. Thats why I am doing this complaint again. My split ac is not working from May 1st week but no repair and no correspondence from company side. I am fade up there services...
                  I am also trying the No. of Balganesh But he is not pick up the phone. Every day They promised to me that Today our service boy will come. but till then nobody came.

                  Electrolux Split AC — WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE

                  I am going through a very very pathetic service experience by the company. After a lot of phones & mails to the customer care service there is no any solution of my a/c . The service engineers have visited my place 5 times.
                  They spotted the problem & said that they will come back with the new part in a day or two.
                  After that almost 2 weeks have passed & everytime I call them they say that the engineer has already left for your place. But till date nobody has come back.
                  The A/C Machine is in Open Condition on my place & daily we are wasting time to be at home after their message that they will visit.
                  I am really being harassed by the company & have decided to never buy any electrolux product ever.

                  Electrolux AC — worst service

                  i have purchased electrolux 1.5 tonn ac 8 months back day 1 compressor failed however they replaced within 1 day after 8 months i got sensor board problem i made a compalint to service centre on 2 nd aug 2010 even after 50 days problem was not rectified and worst response from the customare care executives .so plz anybody who read this message my sincere request is dont go for elctrolux ac nearly i made 1000 calls to different people like service manager, technical team, locak service provider, shop ownwer, customer exectives no body responded in a proper manner.

                    I am a senior citizen and I had purchased the above described Refrigerator on 14 April 2008.From the May itself the machine is not working propoerly. I had lodged the complian couple of times but it has get the machine worked for just coule of days every time . I callup dealer and the company official every other days. Present status is that my machine is not working at all and so far there is no soulution of my poblem.Finaly after my continiuos followup with the dealer and the company offocials for the solution of compliain, I am looking at you for your help. The machine deliverred to me is defective which is not expected from the company of your standard. Due to shut down of machine, we are are facing severe problems and this your can understabnd when we have total 11 family members including 3 child and two senior citizen.

                      I have already registered the complaint with Electrolux service centre at [protected] vide no 5A[protected] for replacement of vegetable basket on 2/11/2008, the person came and asked for cash of Rs 600, we offer them payment by cheque but he didnot agree, although he promised to come back with the vegetable basket but till date nobody came. I tried to talk to Mr.Subhash of the Radha refrigeration on [protected] and again reiterated that please send the basket and take money but to no avail.
                      Is anybody listening to whom we should complaint.

                        I have purchased a Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerator 245 ltr. at Rs.14290/- from M/s.Tirupati Sankalp Retailers Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara on 24.12.2004 vide their Invoice No.4414/2004-05. The warranty period of the compressor is upto December, 2009.

                        1. When the refrigerator stopped cooling on 7.2.2008, complaint lodged with M/s.Uday Refrigeration, Vadodara. They charged Rs.2170/- for gas charging, cooling coil & transport vide their cash receipt No.723 dtd.13.2.2008.
                        2. Again the refrigerator stopped working on 1.9.08 and again they charged Rs.1920/- for gas charging, drier, transportation, relay etc.
                        3. Again on 15.9.08 we detected water leakage from back of the refrigerator for the first time. The complaint was attended by M/s.Uday Refrigeration.
                        4. The leakage of water problem has become a daily routine and a complaint was lodged with M/s.Uday, whose man visited us on 12.11.08 in response to my complaint No.7Q[protected] given by your Ahmedabaad agent. The man again sought money for repair of water leakage. The leakage of water started only after the first and second repair by the agency i.e. M/s.Uday Refrigeration. In fact though the compressor was to be replaced as per warranty norms, they did not replace the compressor and instead repaired and gave it to us.

                        In view of the above, kindly help me to get the replacement of compressor and also to stop leakage of water problem at the earliest. Alternately I would like to get new refrigerator from the manufacturer in place of this sick one which is always giving me lot of trouble and the service agency is not all cooperating.

                        Attitude of Service centers towards creating a loyalty base for kelvinator products is unsatisfactory. They should rather open THUG CENTERS to fleece company through its costomers, so that they do not buy product of the same company again.

THIS CAN BE VERIFIED FROM MR. ROMIT CHAUDHRY OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, KARAMPURA, DELHI. I DON'T REMEMBER HOW MANY TIMES MOTORS OF WASHER AND SPINNER WERE CHANGED. THE GEAR-BOX WHEN LEAKED WAS REPLACED BY A CHINA MADE ONE WHICH AGAIN LEAKED SOME TIME IN SEPTEMBER END AND RESULTED IN BURNING OF MOTOR. AS PER BILL THE TWO-YEAR WARRANTY WAS TO END ON 3RD OF OCTOBER. WHEN THE TOLL-FREE NUMBER WAS TRIED FOR LODGING THE COMPLAINT ON OCT. 2, PERHAPS DUE TO A NATIONAL HOLIDAY, NO ONE RESPONDED. THEREAFTER WHENEVER THIS NUMBER WAS TRIED, THE EXECUTIVES INFORMED THAT THE SYSTEM IS BEING UPGRADED AND COMPLAINT CANNOT BE REGISTERED. THEY ADVICED TO CALL LATER. FINALLY, I SUCCEEDED IN LODING MY LONG PENDING COMPLAINT ON OCT. 11 VIDE COMPLAINT NO.5AO-[protected]. I WAS PROMISED THAT WITHIN 24 HOURS SOME ONE WILL VISIT US. NO ONE TURNED UP. WE WERE PROVIDED WRONG INFORMATION REGARDING THE AREA SERVICE PROVIDERS. SOME ONE GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF MR. RK VIJ ([protected]). HE WAS OF NO HELP. THEN SEVERAL PEOPLE AT PEARL HOME CARE, DABRI AREA, WERE CONTACTED BUT NO ONE ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT AS THEY HAD NOT BEEN FORWARDED OUR COMPLAINT BY THE CENTRAL COMPLAINT SERVICE PEOPLE. AFTER WAITING FOR A MONTH, WHEN I AGAIN TRIED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER, THE SYSTEM WAS NON-FUNCTIONAL DUE TO THIS BEING UPGRADED. TWICE THE CALL CENTRE PEOPLE TOLD ME TO TRY AGAIN AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS. SOME TIME IN THE AFTERNOON, I SUCCEEDED IN LODGING THE COMPLAINT AND GAVE MY EXPERIENCE SINCE OCT. 2 LAST MONTH INCLUDING THE LAST MONTHS COMPLAINT NUMBER. THE NEW COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 5A[protected]. THIS TIME AGAIN I WAS PROMISED THAT THE MECHANIC FROM THE COMPANY WILL VISIT US WITHIN 24 HOURS. FINDING NO RESPONSE FOR A COMPLAINT PENDING FOR OVER A MONTH, I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO HAVE THE DEFECTED PARTS REPLACED WITH THE ORIGINAL ELECTROLUX PARTS BY PAYING A HEFTY PRICE OF OVER RS.1500/- THE CHINESE MADE GEARBOX OF YELLOWISH COLOUR WHICH LEAKED AND GOT THE SPINNER MOTOR BURNT, WAS REPLACED WITH AN ORIGINAL KOREAN GEARBOX NOW BEING FITTED IN ELECTROLUX MACHINES. THE MOTOR TOO HAS BEEN REPLACED. BOTH THE ORIGINAL PARTS ARE IN MY POCESSION. I WAS SO FED UP WITH THE NON-RESPONSE OF MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS THAT, I HAD TO TALK TO MR. KK PANDEY, HEAD OF ELECTROLUX'S SERVICE DIVISION, MOBILE NO.[protected], AT HIS HOME TOWN AT PATNA AS HE WAS ON LEAVE. HE ADVICED ME TO CONTACT MR. SANJAY JAITLY, SERVICE MANAGER, [protected], [protected]. HE SUGGESTED TO TALK TO ROMIT CHAUDHRY. FINALLY MR DP GUPTA: [protected] CHANGED MOTOR ON 14.5.08 WHICH AGAIN BURNT NEXT DAY AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THERE IS NO RESPOSIBLE IN YOUR ORGANISATION WHO CAN GO THROUGH THE TRAUMA I HAD BEEN COMPELLED TO UNDERGO DUE TO REPEATED NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF PEOPLE INCHARGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                          I REQUEST THIS COMPANY TO EITHER TAKE BACK THE MACHINE AND PAY ME THE AMOUNT ORIGINALLY SPENT.                             I had purchased a washing machine(Electrolux Alpha Care F.Auto 5.5 Kg) from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. on 24.09.2008. Few days after the machine was delivered, the executives from the company service centre came in for a routine demonstration and after a thorough check-up, declared the machine non-functional, as there was a major problem with the motor. I immeciately lodged a complaint with the dealer and demanded a replacement of the machine with a new one of the identical model. On 07.11.2008 I was informed by the dealer that the company has refused to give me a replacement and now I am left with no other option than to buy a machine of a different make from the dealer.
                            As a customer I personally feel deeply hurt by the treatment dished out by both Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd and Electrolux Company.

                            I have registered a complaint regarding Electrolx washing machine on 1st december. The complaint number is 9A[protected]. It is still not attended. I had to call the service centre and the reply that I was given that someone had called the number on 2nd December (at 1.30pm) but there was no reply. While booking the complaint itself, I had specially requested that any contact that has to be done had to be after 5pm. The person at the service centre was also rude. I have called the call centre more than 7 times. Every time I am promised fast action. God knows what speed they are targetting.
                            This is very true, that this company has no standard over services. As company may be possible true to provide service, but their employees are not responding to customers positively. As practical reason to understand the problem and to give the satisfactory resolution by taking prompt action is the introduction of SERVICE, which I think Electrolux service team does'nt know. Company should take proper actions looking the customer complaint and react positively. As selling the produce is not one time relationship with customer, after that regular relationship and brand assurance is always to be commited.

                            I had also bad experience using Electrolux Kelvinator Washing Machine, product code : W/M 760SX LUXURY RED 6KG [protected] DATE OF PURCHASE 16/05/02. since after usage of around 1 year, Motor was replaced under warrenty, drier was worst in usage, one need to hold the machine while putting on drier mode due to it's heavy vibrations. otherwise it will not work.

                            Problem was never company had provided regular service, there was no regular service center locations, it was every time changed. MAXSHIELD ASSURANCE printed broucher I am having 7 years Assurance ( 2 YEARS WARRENTY & 5 YEARS SERVICE ASSURANCE, but still company employees does'nt know what is maxshield. )

                            Now I have got a manufacturing defect -- that is drier is broken with a loud volume like a blast while on usage at my residence. There is a big hole in drier and from there one can see the motor. It's the worst quality, I had informed to local service team, which is now responsible in VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES, they replied nothing will happen, though they had collected second copy of my purchase invoice. I think this people don't want to give resolutions knowingly.

                            One should never try to use such products which companies are not replying such cases.

But tilll now no action taken from their side.Your customer care staff as well as their senior staff behaves very rudely and give no answer. If i call in morning, they say to call in afternoon and vice versa.                               I have purchesed a Electrlux microven (17 liters) on Dec-07 but the motor which rotates the table top is not functionaning now.. I lodged the complain to the call center on 19th Sep-08. But it is almost 2 months the case is pending with them. The service center persons are telling me the part is not available now. They need 2 days, 3 days, 1 week..Whenver i am calling they are throwing the same words.. I am toatally frustated with this. I dont know how long I have to wait. or what to do now? Or if I need a replacement of the product then whom to contact?? Please help..

                              Electrolux Micro Oven — Magnetron stopped working.

                              Complain No: 6A[protected] dt. 30.06.2008.

                              I live in Kolkata and purchased the machine on February ' 2006.

                              About Microwave stopped working. They visited and and said Magnetron got dammaged and need to be replaced. The Magnetron is within Warranty period and replacement is free of cost.
                              But till then they are only saying Magnetron is out of stock.

                              In any case is it possible for such a reputed company does not have a single magnetron in whole city ?
                              And even if it is not there then can't it be brought from factory? Is it the nature of service we expect from such a reputed company?

                                Iam having a Kelvinator Electrolux refrigerator Model 220 Litre Electra . The door of the freezer compartment got broken while trying to open it. I have been unable to get replacement of the freezer compartment door inspite of contacting the authorized service agents and was advised to go another refrigerator spare parts dealer who told me that he had contacted the company and that the freezer door for this model will not be available anywhere as the company has stopped manufacturing this model of refrigerator. Please advise me as to where I can get the freezer compartment door or arrange for sending it to me I will pay for the same including postage charges.                                   microwave purchased on 14/02/07 by m/s mahadev electonics dlf city phase-1 gurgaon.microwave stopped working in aug'08 .a complaint was made to m/s mahadev electronics who forwarded the complaint to electrolux complaint centre.2 days later a technician came n checked the oven n promised to come next day with necessary spares but he never came back till date.we on our own tried to contact the electrolux authorised service centre on given no in the book for gurgaon[protected]/[protected] but no response on these no.after a great difficulty we got a no[protected] to register the complaints which was registerded wide no 5-s[protected].till date ie.31oct08 this is not attended inspite of reminders every 2nd day.i m really disgusted with this type of aftersales servise by a reputed company like electrolux which is known worldwide for its products.i will be the last person to recomend the name to anyone to buy its products.

                                    We have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator from one of outlet of Next Retails.

                                    The product have been supplied was complete defective & dead, when we compianed about the same & asked for replacement. The outlet asked us to contact for getting it repaired.
                                    I am trying to contact to company at published number on their site, but no avail. The number given by the company is not available & I am here really surprised to see it that being world & leader number 1 company, how they can be so irresponsible.

                                    Anyway now I am not able to get the replacement & also contact to company.

                                    I had purchased Electrolux refrigerator Model No.ETB 2400P on 25-03-09 which is not working properly as it should be from the very beginning .
                                    Once I had complained you on this matter the complain no. was PT79A14100, the
                                    part was changed but again after 1 week the part is again not working (PCB Dead) the new complain no. is PT79C03017 .
                                    and All the body of the refrigerator are being
                                    RUSTED, there are PATCHES all around the body of the fridge. It is troubling me a lot.
                                    I’m fully dissatisfied by your fridge & your service .Within 1 year guarantee period this is the poorest condition of your fridge what will happen
                                    after the guarantee? After one year? now i‘ll not let the machanic to repair
                                    the part. I need a new refrigerator.
