Hello, My name is Mangesh Raje. As i have purchased Electrolux Washing Machine Model No : EWS 70. Complaint No. MUM[protected] Dated : 25th May 2009 spoken with Mr Amin on Service Centre No.[protected]. The same day the representative of the company visited my place and came to conclusion that some whole part has to be changed. Executive Name: Mr Gajanan. As per his instructions i have provided the xerox copy of bill for further reference. As on date i am following up with the customer support department i am only getting the answer that the said part is not available till date. As i belive the Electrolux have a brand name in market and after completion of 10 days also there is no response from the company. As i have purchased the said washing machine buy paying a full cash amount. As per my previous Washing Machine: Brand Samsung i was very happy as i have never got in complaint by using it from last six years. I am so frustrated just to calling up your executives all the time and always getting a same answer of part not available.

I belive the higher authority will take a necessary action ASAP.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was a reliable customer of your all products and I trusted this brand before I started facing problems with your products.

    Its been long I am thinking of writing this letter to you authorities regarding my complaint about the electronic products I am using since last 3+ years.

    I have purchased the following goods from your brands from a CSD dealer, Rajat electronics, Palam in Delhi.

    1. Washing Machine (Fully automatic) - Kenstar

    2. Food Processor - Kenstar

    3. Microwave Oven - Kenstar

    4. Fridge - Electrolux

    5. T.V. - Videocon

    I have purchased the above products in Jan'2006 for my marriage. Since beginning, Feb'2006, I have faced problems with many of the products.

    1) It was started with Fridge. In Feb'2006, its compressor got damaged and I requested them to replace my fridge. They replaced my fridge with a new fridge, but it was stinking like anything. When I opened the fridge, to my surprise it was having rotten eggs & chapaties inside. How would you feel when you are a pure vegetarian and have such a unbelievable thing in your brand new product. They again replaced it with a different model. I accepted that. But only in 2 years the door started troubling. Its not getting closed properly.

    2) Then the problem hit my washing machine & food processor. They replaced the pulley in washing machine in April'2006, as it was in warranty period. I asked for replacing that machine but they refused.

    3) Then in April' 2006 my food processor had some smoking inside. The person came from the company & repaired that.

    4) I haven't opened my microwave till Feb'2009, as I was already in shock with all these damages. And I knew that it is also a damaged/duplicate one piece, so what's the purpose to see again a damage to your own products which I bought myself. I finally opened the microwave in March'2009 to use it to prepare some recepies for my child. And no wonder it damaged in just 1 months time. I lodged a complaint and as it was not in warranty period, I paid for its repairing. Its fuse & diode got damaged.

    5) It was only TV which was working fine in all this phase. I was ok that atleast one product is standing by my side in all this bad phase. But finally, in just 3 years its time came to show its reality. The display is not working. Got it repaired 2 times and again its not working. It was not in warranty period & I paid all the bills. Now just a week before I again got it repaired and as I lost the bill of previous service, I paid again.

    Now, you tell me who is wrong here. The company or dealer ?? Did dealer cheat me or the company?? When I talked to dealer, he said they delivered all the products directly form the company. They just send the orders to company & company directly deliver the products at our house. Whom should I contact now?

    You must be wondering why I came so late, while I was facing these problems since beginning. I have a reason for that. The whole things I purchased were for my marriage. I am a working lady and didn't get chance to go to the dealer. We were putting up in R.K.Puram and Palam is quite far to that place. I called up those guys and after that their number got changed. Later, I conceived and had a baby. Since then I was busy in my work & family life.

    But now when again my T.V, fridge, oven & food processor started giving problem, the all old frustration again heated up. How would you feel at your in-laws place if the things you bought are so problematic. How would you feel when you purchase all these items for your luxury & you find that they are really not luxury but making your life hell. How would you feel when you are busy in work & with your child & the things you really required to ease you are problematic.

    Do you have answers to these??? I request you to please guide me through to this phase and don't prompt me to take any legal action against the dealer or the company. Because all this made my life hell.

    I had purchased a 325 lt Double Door, in the lower part of the fridge ice is getting deposited. We have complaint twice and a part has been changed but the problem remains the same.The call centre no in not contactable. Even the dealer from whom we had purchased Super Electronics - Vikaspuri New delhi is unable to help guide.What is the use of such a product.

    I fully agree with the above complaint. We bought a Kenstar TV which started having problems within 7 months of purchase. The TV is still in the validity period . We raised a complaint which was attended by the service center guy and on observation they told us that they will replace the TV with a Videocon TV. Its been more than 2 months now but nothing has happend.We have contacted the following people till date. These people are incharge for bangalore.

    Its my Humble request DO NOT BUY ANY KENSTAR PRODUCTS. They have the WORST CUSTOMER CARE in the World. The products will give problem with the warranty period but you will not get any service for the same.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY buying KENSTAR PRODUCTS.
    my microwawe is not working. i think it may be foulty .
    Sir, I had purchased a fridge from Electrolux on 03.6.2012 and due to fully out of order I had make a complain on 27.10.2012 vide complain no EKOL[protected] but unfortunately till date no action taken from the company after several request to company as well as dealer from whom I had purchased.
    Sir, please help me in this horrible situation for which I have already lost my prestige in my family and society and facing mental harassment for the day to day heavy loss occurred for the faulty fridge from family.
    So, you are requested to help me in such a bad condition facing from early morning to late night due to purchased a fridge from a cheater company like ELECTROLUX.

      We have been facing a problem with our Elertrolux-Kelvinator Ozone refrigerator from the past few days.Deep fridge section of my refrigerator is working properly but the other half is not working at all, i.e. no cooling at all in the fridge section.I complained at the customer care number around 15 days back and a service man also came from their side but as he was not having the required part that time, he asked us to get that part and said he would come and replace that part.Since then we have been calling that person and he replies that i'll be coming today, tomorrow...the same reply everyday.But still that man hasn't appeared.After getting so much bothered we again complained two days back and this time another man came and said i'd not work on this refrigerator as it is a Electrolux product and he was a service man from Kelvinator.What the nonsense was that???If Electrolux Kelvinator is one company now then why couldn't he work on our product.??? and even if our refrigerator is a Electrolux Kelvinator product, then why???
      After taking too much trouble, dialing the customer service number 20 times a day we get connected, and still not getting the proper response and service.Till date my refrigerator is in a non working condition.

      I regret to inform that I bought Kelvinator Refrigerator in 2006 with a view of reputed Company and durability, but your local dealer Max Electronics, Bagalkot (Karnataka), after several calls also he did not care to receive the complaint and attended the repairs. After one year of purchase, I found door defect and informed him, but he did not solve it. Since many days cooling is not getting done and now refrigerator is not useful. Please look into the matter and do the needful immdtly.

      Electrolux — Unsatisfied with the Customer Service

      I had purchased a refrigerator from "Next Retail India Ltd, Next New Aundh, Aundh, Pune - 421007" with Bill No 01197, dated 16.01.2010, Product Code "REF-EKL-280LT-EDL284-PCM,FF-EG". The product came with a scratch in the Side Bottle Tray and person have delivered the product with confirmation that the tray will be replaced with in a week. When contacted after a week, they asked when the complaint was launched and found that the complaint has to be placed with the Company and no one has done it. After conitnuous followups, technician came and verified and informed that a complaint has been launched and it will be replaced with in 15 days. When again contacted, the complaint has been closed with a note that part is not available and a new complaint has been launched and still now it is pending.

      Now a new problem is that colling is not working and it has become a show piece. I am really repenting "why did i purchase an electrolux product and that to from NEXT. Is there any one to resolve the issue.
      Dear Sir/Madam,

      This is to inform you that, I had purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator KSP204, INVOICE NO. 646 on 17 Feb-11, from Electro Cottage 40, Sheo charan lal road, Laxaman Bazar, Allahabad, after a month it stop functioning, I have made a complaint to the company in their toll free phone number [protected] on 12th may '11, as my Kelvinator refrigerator is not functioning. No any service representative attended the problem against the complaint. I got a message from company service centre Mr. NAZER ([protected]) will attend complaint number VAR[protected] within 48 hours.

      Today is 04th June whole summer session is going to change into rainy and no one from company's side has attended the complaint. In the mean time I have talked to their customer care many times. All the time customer care executives told the same thing that my complaint will be attended very shortly.

      I am making this complaint to you as no one from the company is listening my grievance properly. Please look into this matter urgently. For any kind of information feel free to contact me through my email id or mobile no. which are given below.

        We had an electrical oven fire on March 18, 2009 and had Electrolux send an adjuster to our home on April 20, 2009. They decided that we were to be issued a check for the amount of our oven. They have been stating that the check is in the mail for the last 3 weeks. I have faxed receipts and documentation. My family and I have been without an oven for 77 days. This is unacceptable and I feel like Electrolux truly doesn't care. We have not heard anything from the person handling our file # and I have left voicemail for her with no calls back. The insurance adjuster claims that there have been vacations etc... and that is why we haven't received our check. We've missed holiday dinners, birthday dinners and daily meals because of this incredible inconvenience. I can't begin to know what more this problem has costs us. We are all out of patience. This is the level of their customer service...TERRIBLE!

          I bought one electrolux refrigirator .Just 18 months back i had replaced my refrigirator heater as there was some fault. It cost me Rs 4800/- for the service. Now again that heater is not working and they are asking for Rs 3800/- .They should maintain some quality in their product and services.How many times will i pay like this. In 18 months how can i pay Rs8600/- for the same part and same defect.Instead i can by a new refrigirator. Why do this people give quality assurance when they dont provide.
          Please help me out.

            HI

            I purchased a 235 lts. capacity model number : ERL-245FF

            From last year, i am facing problem with trays installed in it for keeping goods inside.
            All the trays & even side rack in door .. all are cracked & some are broken in two pieces now..
            All of them gone by own.. even in freezer tray are now start cracking..
            I have seen this first time in my life ... like trays can crack by own like this in any fridge..
            Another problem, it gives countinous water drops from freezer to lower door trays, which creates problem as all things goes wet kept inside in doors.
            So I would like to complain to Electrolux customer care but they said, "this model is no more in production so no service can happen now.. "
            What does this mean... If they sold a product then they must give after sales service atleast when it is in warranty period, how can they deny...

            please help me to get it serviced.

              I bought an eletrolux refridgerator on 24th december 2007.After using it for few months, the door stardted giving problems when it was still within warrenty.I lodged a complain to the electrolux service station and was assured that it will be done in few days.It's been almost 8 months now and nothing has been done, the fridge in no more under warrenty period, though the complaint was lodged well within the warrenty period.I am a retired person and cant afford to take too much trouble, but am in a helpless situation.This type of filthy customer service is absolutely unprofessional.

                We had purchased the Electrolux Refrigerator in the year 2007.

                The company had not provided any demo of the product nor there has been any post sales service.Now, when we contact them they say that you as customer had to give us request for the demo, company do not send any one for the same. Now we would charge for teh service (Rs. 250/-) per visit.

                We had received a call from the Electrolux company(some lady0, asking us the details of the purchase & confirming that they would send someone for the DEMO, but no one came for the same.

                Kindly suggest what should be done, as we feel cheated as customer for not receiving the service that was meant for us.

                  Re: Deficiency of service & breach of contract.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I bought a refrigerator on the 27th of March, 2005. It is an Electrolux 320L Oxymax deluxe. I bought it from Dawar International Electronics Pvt. Ltd in Gurgaon.
                  It gave me good service up till the 22nd of April 2009. On the 23rd of April, I registered a complaint with the customer care #[protected]. The complaint # for that complaint is – GUR[protected]. An engineer visited the site and declared the compressor was not working and gave us an estimate of getting a replacement under warranty. We agreed and he said he would be back with the replacement compressor on the 25th.
                  It has been more than one month. We have made numerous phone calls, talked to many customer care executives at[protected], some supervisors, registered complaints online – sending emails to your customer care site, and we have had no further communication or more importantly any action with this regard.
                  I will be forced to take action and write to numerous newspapers, as well as, soon file litigation for “deficiency of service & breach of contract”. I really do not have any options left but to sue you for the damages. In the midst of summer we are having to do without a refrigerator that is under warranty with no action or communication from you. It has been over one month, and we shall soon have to buy a new refrigerator because of your company’s callous unprofessional attitudes towards service.
                  If you are able to get this work done on an emergency and priority basis asap, I will be mollified, and will defer any such actions.
                  Hoping for immediate service and action,

                    Electrolux Split A/C — Very Poor Service

                    I am going through a very very pathetic service experience by the company. After a lot of phones & mails to the customer care service there is no any solution of my a/c . The service engeeners have visited my place 4 times, everytime they are researching a new fault & then disappear, after that new team come & research again. The A/C Machine is in Open Condition on my place & daily we are waisting time to be at home after their message that they will visit.

                    We have purchased an Electrolux split AC on 18.02.2008 in NEXT Electronics, malkajigiri, Hyderabad. Suddenly on 23.05.2009, it stopped functioning. We have contacted the toll free no. [protected] which is located at Bangalore and registered our complaint (complaint no.Hyd [protected] on behalf of Anitha). But no response till we contacted again on 28.05.2009. On 28.05.2009 evening people from hyderabad service centre contacted us and enquired about the status of the AC and they have(two muslim youth by name Jahangir (mobile no.[protected]) turned up at our house at 16.00 hrs and taken away one chip set and motor and promised us to be back in two days. Sir, four days have passed but to no avail. We could not catch him even on his mobile since his mobile is switched off. We did not expect such a poor response from Electrolux(Videocon Co).Really we got punishment in the hands of Electrolux Co. in the ever hottest summer in Hyderabad.

                    We purchased one Electrolux washing machine (Model Alpha care EWT553MEW0 in Kolkata on March 12, 2007. The washing machine is of a very poor standard of quality, we have had trouble with it from the world go. In the span of 2 years we have had 5 service people come and check the washing machine out. On September 03, a service person came to make another check of the machine after repeated complaints and gave me as estimate of Rs.3, 500 to have the machine fixed (no grarantee after the work). The washing machine in particular, when spinning rattles so much that it feels like is will come apart at any wash cycle. We have decided to drop it off at a garbage dump sometime soon and purchase a replacement ...no Electrolux.

                    On March 12, 2007, along with the washing machine, we purchased a Electrolux Refrigerator ERP245. Today, September 1, the refrigerator stopped cooling. The same service person who checked our washing machine also checked the fridge. The estimate given to us for repairs is around Rs.1, 500 to Rs.3, 000 because apparently the gas has leaked and needs a refill and most probably some coil much be damaged and will need replacement. We have not decided if we would like to go a head with the repairs.

                    Will I ever in my life purchase any Electrolux product...ABSoLUTELY A BIG NO. Will I ever talk to friends and neighbors about the bad service and poor product quality of Electrolux washing machine and refrigerator. ...ABSOLUTELY A BIG YES.

                    Electrolux — Poor service back up and no responce from the company

                    i am using electrolux semi automatic washing machin purchased 3 years back. Durin ghtese 3 years it work perfectly for not more than 1 year. rest every time it was non functional or having some or other defect in it. Now for last more than 1 year its water drain knob is broken and is not working at all. i have registered more than 5 complaints and every time one of their service engineer visited to me and said the part has to be replace. The parts have to be ordered to the company and they should receive the same from company. it is noe more than 1 year still they are giving the said feedback that company has not yet provided the spares required and they ae still waiting for the same. If company is not able to provide the spares of the equipment manufactured bythem only and not able to give any feedback on the same, then the electrolux company has no respect towards its customers. i will like to appeal to all the people for not to purchase any equipment of eletrolux from the market. they are very poor in providing services to customers.
                    I entirely agree with the report. I entered into a six year maintenance agreement with M/s Power Cooling Solutions for servicing the Electrolux 1.5 Ton AC by making a one-time payment of Rs. 3306/-at the time of purchase itself. Service from the franchisee stopped during 2008 and after a lot of effort the service was resumed by one M/s Neo Micro Systems, 38, Jatin Das Road, Kolkata- 700029, who apparently is a sister concern of M/s Power Cooling. The last service was provided on 9/11/2009. Thereafter, this service provider seems to have vanished and is not reachable over any phone or mobile. The plea that was earlier taken was that M/s Electrolux no longer exists and has been taken over by M/s Videocon and hence the service provider is no longer liable to provide any service. The dealer, M/s Great Eastern Appliances, Kolkata, who had encouraged the proposal of going into the service contract is not also wanting to take any responsibility.
                    Can you suggest any remedy. The service contract is due to expire on 5/2/2012.

                    I am also a victim of Electrolux split A/c, 1 ton. It started giving complaint of less cooling after 6 months from the date of purchase. Lodged complaint with the supplier. They took the A/c for repair and did not turn up for refitting. I then lodged a complaint with the customer care cell. After 22 days I brought back the A/c from thew supplier under my own arrangement and got fitted by the technicians of service agency. Thereafter it again started giving the same problem of less cooling. Every time they come and fill the gas. It went on for number of times. Finally I disagreed with repeated gas filling without any permanent solution and asked for replacement of the unit or refund.

                    As they keep silent on the issue, I had finally decided to file a petition with the Customer Complaint Redressal Forum.

                    I advise public not to buy their product as the quality of product and after sale service are very poor in my experience.

                      This is regarding my 1.5Ton Ac, there is alot of water leakage from the bottom left hand side and the top.I called your service men, who came and checked it and told me that a tray needs to be fixed at the bottom, when i asked them why they can't do it they said that the company has to do it. I fail to understand that if it is the company's duty do get it fixed why dint the service men themselves do it since they had come from your company service station. I request you to please send someone at the earliest and get the tray fixed to avoid further concequences.
                      I had purchased tht AC from M/S Kohinoor, Lamington Rd., Mumbai on the 7th of October, 2008, it is a W1.5Ton Electrolux Ac, Tax Invoice No.-204311, VAT TIN No.-[protected]V, CST TIN No.-[protected]C.

                        I would like to draw your attention towards the plight of consumer in the hands of your customer care centre. I had purchased Electrolux refrigerator 275 ltrs (Sr. No.[protected] from M/s Sunview Electronics vide receipt no. 3154 dtd. 26.08.04.

                        The refrigerator started giving problem in refrigeration and as being under warranty a formal complaint was lodged vide complaint number DEL [protected] dtd. 19th April’09. Some engineer from Volcare (your authorized service franchise) visited and informed that the compressor needs gas filling and we were charged Rs.1438/- and issued receipt bearing numbr 05/478 dtd. 20.04.09. The so called repair work could not last even a day and next day morning we observed that fridge was not working.

                        Again the complaint was lodged with complaint number DEL [protected] and this time we were informed that compressor is not working hence require replacement. Since it was under warranty we were assured that it would be replaced but really unfortunate that after lot of follow-up and complaining again with same complaint number DEL [protected] the same was changed only after week or ten days to last for few hours.

                        Since then we are struggling and living under the mercy of your organization pleading/requesting people to rectify the problem as in this weather all perishable items like vegetables, fruits, milk etc gets spoiled daily and we are incurring losses on account of this.

                        It is thus requested that you please not only return an amount of Rs.1438/- which was charged due to wrong diagnosis of the problem but also either arrange to rectify the problem in another by latest by 23rd or arrange to replace the refrigerator without any further delay.

                        I am sure you would appreciate our agony of experiencing summers without refrigerator and no one being really bothered about our plight. Looking forward for prompt and favourable response.

                        My ELECTROLUX Refrigerator Model ERP285FF showed a complaint No Cooling on 6th April 2011. I registered a complaint with the Authorized Service Center M/s TEKWINS ELECTRONICS, Chittur Road, Palakkad, The timer was not working and no gas was there in the line. They tested and brazed the pipe near compressor and recharged the gas. They charged Rs 2450/-. But after running about 8 hours it is found that there is no sufficient cooling in the freezer. After inspection the technician told that there may be leakage in the condenser portion which is concealed and they cannot do anything. Then I registered a complaint with customer care on 14th April 2011 with complaint number PCOC[protected] and till date nobody called or visited the site. When ever I call the customer care they give some promises that today they will call, tomorrow they will call like that. After repeated enquiry I got a Service Engineer in Kochi and I got a reply that if the leakage is from concealed condenser line, it is not reparable. It may be noted that the refrigerator is only 5 years old. When enquired I knew that this type of complaint is common in Electrolux Refrigerators as they use inferior quality tubes for manufacturing condenser. Also the timer damages frequently resulting heavy loss to customer.

                        SO DON’T BUY ELECTROLUX REFRIGERATORS – SHORT LIFE and POOR SERVICE

                              Dear Sir,
                              This is to report regarding the issues that I have been facing since a week. I am one of the customers who have purchased an Electrolux Air Conditioner in March, 2009 from Shaw Combines, Karkhana Secundrabad. On the 13th of May, 2009 it went out of order for which I approached the dealer on the same day. I waited for three days and found no one to fix the issue. After which I again got in touch with the dealer to hear from him that it is my luck that the AC was not functioning and has got nothing to do with him. He directed me to the Electrolux Customer Care Department and instructed to place complain there. I did the same on 15th of May, 2009. The Customer Service Department informed me that the complaint was registered on the 13th of May, 2009 and gave complain # (HYD[protected]) to me. They also informed me that the task was allotted to Venus Electronics and personnel from Venus were supposed to visit me on 15th May itself. I did not see anyone until 18th May even after constantly calling them and requesting them to come down to my place. After several reminders and finally a strong letter to the Customer Care Department they took my AC on 18th May and promised to deliver on 19th May. When I asked about the AC on 19th they informed me saying that the issue with it was fixed and they would deliver it to me by 7.00 PM. It has not been delivered till now. As a customer I feel shattered and disappointed with the dealer and the customer service. I had to conclude that they are only interested in the sales and not service of their products. I request you to consider this as a voice raised against such issues. Let this spread awareness amongst all those customers who may face such an issue now or later.and the companey should not repeat this kind of humiliation to the customers

                              I Purchase the electrolux A/C from ACE Technomark, noida.on 6th June 2009. At the time of delivery the A/c was damaged. I contacted the dealer and he promised me to change the A/C. On 8th June a Mechanic came to my house in my absence and promise to change the front grill today itself. But till date I.e 9th June noboday came to rectify the damaged A/c. No response from dealer side. i m living without A/C at this 43 Degree C . I thought Electrolux company is the most poor and irresponsible company . I have to go to the consumer court because of my mistake to purchase the posrest company of this world.I advised all the prople not to purchase electrolux.

                                  I purchased an Electrolux .75 ton Air conditioner from Croma, Malad, Mumbai on 15th April 2009 ( delivery number[protected]. It was delivered on 16th April way after the promised time and I have been waiting for Electrolux to install it for the last 5 days. All their call center agents say is that they have noted it as an emergency complaint but no technician has called so far- they have no clue when a technician will show up for installation.

                                  For a company of international repute like Electrolux this is an absolutely pathetic response. I plan to return the unit immediately if this is the support I get.

                                    I had purchased a 2 door fridge as i relied on electrolux products as i am from USA and now settled in Kerala(calicut).I had gifted my old and aged parents your product on[protected] from Electrahouse, 5/1414a, Seiken arcade, East Nadakkavu, Calicut-6.For the 1st 2 yrs.the refrigerator was working fine but, as it had an door alarm buzzing noise, my parents wanted it to be stopped so they called up your service agent Master Cool Service and they sent a technicianMr.Sajesh who inspected it on 18/02/08 and said that as he dosnt know about it he wanted it to be sent to his workshop and charged my retd.and very old parents Rs.2180(gas filling+sevice charge+Evaporator knf+Drier filter Charge) the bill was paid in cash immediately as they delivered the refrigeraator only on 28/02/08.The refrigerator was not used at all after that as we had a stand by larger one.My parents trusted him and settled their money then and there itself.I had returned to my hometown on this year Jan2009 and after my visits were over and started settling down i checked the refrigerator and found it not working at all.The LCD panel that comes in front panel of the fridge was not working nor was the compressor.I immediately called the service people MASTER COOL SERVICE they were not even bothered to either answer my call they were even reluctant to send a van to pick up the refrigerator nor a technician who came after me personally going to their workshop and charged me Rs .100 for nothing just to wait and tell me that as his van had gone elsewhere will bring him and come next week.Again after one week they never got back to me but i persisted and told them that they have charged my old parents for nothing and the Refrigerator was not working and also the LCD display.They sent me a delivery van and took the refrigerator to their workshop.Now please kindly tell me one thing ARE YOU THE ORIGINAL GUYS who are and still the best in Europe are you the same guys.Because it seems different as when i visited the Service workshop they dont have a qualified person nor the service in chardge nor the owner.They dont even have a water sump to check for leaks.How could you with such a good reputation do such a thing without even inspecting award these kinds of SERVICE CENTRE as your authorised service centre.I am really surprised and am really upset.If you dont clean up this mess right today its going to create problems in your reputition.I WOULD LIKE YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER WITH A SERIOUS THOUGHT AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.I am very upset about the way things have been going under your very noses.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      This is for your kind information that I had purchased 235 liters a Electrolux refrigerator (Model No.- ERL 245FF) from your Authorized dealer M/A Pragati Steel Furniture (Mob.- [protected]) vide invoice no. – 029 dated 14/05/2005 (Xerox copy enclosed). After some time the refrigerator developed some problem and as per advice of the dealer the same was handed over to M/S Penguin Refrigeration[protected], your Authorized Service Franchisees vide job sheet no.- 149 dated 11/09/2007. There after I had made several visits to the above service centre but unfortunately no positive response was received by me. The matter was duly informed to Mr. Swapan Chowdhury- Area Service Manager (Mob. – [protected]) but he also turned a deaf to my complain. Finding knows the alternative I again visited to the Service Franchisees and demand that my original refrigerator may be return to me. To my utter dismay I was shown an old refrigerator which was totally different model from the original one. When I refused to accept the refrigerator. I was advice by your Service Franchisees either I have accept the refrigerator or nothing else. When I informed them that I had to move the consumer forum they mocked at me saying that it will be of no use and that I would have to cough out substantial some all legal charges.
                                      Thereafter I established contact with your customer care and subsequently with your Kolkata office and as per their advice I am writing this complain.
                                      I hope this complain will be treated by you in the right spirit and due corrective measures will be taken by you to avoid further harassment on my bent.

                                        I PURCHASED A ELECTROLUX 0.8 TON A/C FROM HOME SHOP 18 VIDE ORDER NO [protected]. AFTER A REPEATED PHONIC CALLS THE A/C WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 12.05.09. I RANG THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF VIDEOCON ON NUMBER [protected] AND WAS GIVEN REFERANCE NUMBER DEL[protected] AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON COMING TO FILL GAS WILL SUPPLY THE FILTER ALSO. SINCE THEN I AM REPEATEDLY CALLING THE CENTRE BUT NOONE IS COMING TO FILL THE GAS INSPITE OF PROMISES MADE BY HOME SHOP 18 THAT THE A/C WILL BE INSTALLED FREE.NOW I AM LOOKING AT THE SHOWPIECE THAT SOMEDAY SOMEONE FROM COMPANY WILL COME AND FILL THE GAS. FOR THE TIME BEING I AM ROASTED IN THR SCORCHING HEAT IN SPITE OF MAKING FULL PAYMENT. KINDLY BLACKLIST THE COS...DR.BAGATI
