I had purchased Electrolux washing machine model EW 1045 F in 2001 from Delhi. Now I am stationed at Gurgaon. It is a wonderful product. But because of poor service and non availability of spare parts it is turning as a nightmare to me. Despite several complaint (to their Service Station) and emails to company through their website NOTHING IS BEING DONE. God only can save us. Whom can we contact ? Is there any FORUM WHERE A CONSUMER CAN proceed to make these people understand the CUSTOMERS’ AGONY.
From 27th Nov., 2008 I have made more than 50 calls to their service station and lodged 3 complaint but alas! It turned out to be a farce system.
What to do.
(I) Can I complain to MRTP ?If yes, what is their site/ email ID ?
(II) Do possession of a product of a company (My Bill is misplaced) entitles a consumer to get it repaired through their service station ?
(III) Can I file a suit in consumer court (since bill is misplaced) on the basis on possession of the product for redressal of problem ?
(IV) Any NGO / Govt. agency which can intervene to force them to attend to the repair.
(V) Also if they charge as per their whims can we ask them to charge correctly ? Can company provide a rate list of the spares on line?
(VI) Can a company be forced to give a email address so that a record of complaint be held.
(VII) Electrolux has a gateway to contact them but they don’t provide any complained no nor they provide gateway for follow up. After submission of complained they say that they will conact us soon but NOTHING, NOTHING AND NOTHING!!! No phone no. of their executives to serve to the customer’s complained

I REQUEST THE GOVT OG INDIA to launch a FORUM to save us ( the Indian ) from the unethical practices adopted by these multinational companies.

    Machine is not working - the drum is not rotating (motor problem?) and "wash" does not start. A typical motor sound (moaning sound) is there but, nothing happens.

    I have logged complain to Electrolus service center on 01/10/08. One service engineer visited on 02/10/08 and said that a part has to be replaced - it will take 3 to 4 days. Since then, there is no action - I have followed up for 4 times (on 15/10, 18/10, 20/10 and 21/10), but without having any result.

      Sir, Please provide me the nearby service centre address for Electrolux Ozone Frost Free Refrigerator for rectifying my problem at Kirti Nagar. It is near Moti Nagar, Ramesh Nagar, West Delhi. Please provide me the service centre telephone and address so that I can contact them and get my problem solved. The problem is persisting for the last 15 days and I am unable to get the telephone and address near my area. Please help me at the earliest. I want only through electrolux engineers not anybody else that is why I am seeking the telephone and address of your service centres.

      I look forward to hear from you and expect a line of action and telephonic call from you in this regard.

        Sub. Unsatisfactory Servicing of Electrolux refrigerator service center.

        Ref. Electrolux refrigerator (model no. ERP 245FF) from Sreema Electronics, Cash Memo no 2472 on 17 Oct 2007

        Dear Sir,

        We have purchased Electrolux refrigerator (model no. ERP 245 FF) from Sreema Electronics on 17 Oct 2007 because of of its worldwide name and goodwill.

        1. After 6 months of purchase that is in April 08 it was first giving trouble and we called for servicing. After servicing it was run for 1-1/2 month without trouble and same problem arised.
        2. We again call (complain no 6A[protected] in mid June 08.
        3. We again call (complain no 6A[protected] dated 6.Aug 08).
        They have taken the fridge to there workshop for servicing. And in collection memo no 36 dated 12 Aug 08 it was written “Gas is Leakage”.
        4. Same thing was repeated fourth timein Sept. 08
        5. We have called yesterday (complain no. 6A[protected]. They are testing in the same way and same thing will arise again. Your sevice centre representative Mr. R. P. Sing advice us in the same way as earlier.

        Our 1 year guarantee period will expire on 17 th Oct 08.

        We are harassed after purchasing refrigerator from a well known company like Electrolux. Your Service center is delaying unnecessary to complete the guarantee period. The service center is giving trouble to us for several times.

        Please do the needful at the earliest.

              Problem In Refrigerator Model DFF40

              Dear Sir,

              I had purchased one Electrolux refrigerator in Aug 2004 2 Rs. 31000.00, keeping in mind that the product will be as per the standard of the Company. The night mare has started just after 4-5 months of purchase. The lower Chamber had stopped working .When lodged the complaint to their local service center at Jalandhar, their service person came and changed heater and sensors ...After that it had became a general practice...

              I have bought one ELECTROLUX OVEN in the last year in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
              It gave trouble during the end of May, 2008. When I contacted the dealer, he requested me to handover it to their service agency "TekCare India Private Limited" located in Tirupati.
              Even after one month they are unable to repair.
              When ever contacted, their standard reply is "Megatron is not working. This Megatron is yet to be received from Hyderabad".
              Can any help me in this.

                Faulty product, service

                I purchased Electrolux Refrigerator in Nov 2006 from a local dealer. I started facing problems from January 2008 with the product as its cooling capacity weakened and soon become dysfunctional. After repeated compaints to the service centre, the fridge was finally repaired on March 17. The company attributed the delay to unavailabilty of parts - compressor and gas. We paid them 1, 400 rupees for the bad service and also got a 6 months warranty....

                I have parches a Electrolux Fully Automatic Front Loading washing machine. it was working smoothly but few month later it was not working. the problem is - After power on its not working unless a heavy blow on front door, then its work sometime. when I inform to Electrolux service center they told that " you parches a new some other companies washing machine, we will help you. Electrolux parts are not available". Is it true or parts are realy not available ?

                  I had bought an Electrolux AC 1716861 from indiatimes.com and indiatimes.com provide me a customer service number for Kolkata based Electroloux service, the number is[protected] the lady in the end is vey rude she is not willing to help, I ask her couple of times about the AC service centre she rudely said me ï don't know".
                  I had called them from Melbourne because I buy an AC for my parents now I feel like Im trapped. If this is the customer service you have your customer is not going to come back.

                  i purchased electrolux ac(1ton) two yrs ago nd facin problems fromthe same time .i also complaint at my dealer nd service centre but unable to get any service.now also am havin prolbem wit my ac regarding coolin nd i also complaint in service centre but there behaviour is realy very bad.till now m with the same prolbem coz theres some techiniqal defect nd no normal mechanic is goin lokin for the problem.someboday pls tell wat to do .. m feeling helpless

                    After buying a double door fridge in 2004 it has oflate stopped cooling, and after i lodged a complaint a company serviceman came and told me that the motor of the fan was defective and will have to be replaced.. which will cost me Rs.2350.00 and I duly paid them the amount. despite changing 3 motors ( does not look original) problem is persisting. It is of great dismay to face a problem with such a brand name as Electrolux. Any suggestions what course of action should I take?

                      Electrolux has the poorest of all sevice. I saw my washing machine was leaking. So i called their service centre ([protected]) and the other day the technician came and found the fault that the pipe was cut and he told that it would be replaced by them but it would be charged which I agreed although the machine was under warramty period but I didn't had the bills.

                      Till now I reminded their service centre 5-6 times to send the technician and to my suprise they didn't had record of previous call record. I was given new complaint no and so 3 different technicians have visited but all in vain.

                      They are unable to bring my machine in working condition. This is very pathetic that they are not providing the after sales sevice .
                      IS ANY BODY LISTENING
                      I put a complin no kol[protected] dt.14/3/2009 in the name ofMANOJ KUMAR AGARWAL for washing machine(electrolux fabriguard)for the fault of watersupply nobs, wash selecter nob is broken and washing wheel is creatin some sound by loosing its scroo.Technicion visited on 16/3/09 but he took no action on that date by saying that the part is not available at present.He charged Rs.250 for visiting for saying service charge and told me to solve this problem in two to three days, after that no action is taken till now dt11/9/09.
                      I call S.L.Enterprise(howrah) sevral time but there is no responce.

                        This is to inform you that I have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator from Vikrant Electronic, Near Raj Cinema, Gurgaon on 23/10/2004 Model: 270 L, S.No. - 43200Z38 it stopped working on 28/4/2008.                         Electrolux-Washing Machine — complaint for not attending after sale service on request too

                        I had purchased a Elecrolux Washing Machine from M/S Arvee Sales Corporations. Lajpat Nagar New Delhi. We launched a comlaint on dated 8.11.2007
                        The complaint was attended by a Electrolux representative who told us that a part of the above faulty washing machine needs to get replaced and left the machine opned by assurimng us to attend immediately but still we are in wait and no one has come to attend the complaint on repeated phone calls from our side.

                        Complaint : Electrolux Bali, Indonesia - service center - poor service

                        Mid March 2008 did we buy a Microwave Electrolux with type number EMS2840S in Denpasar, Bali, Electric Center, shop tel. +62.361.255.080

                        Untill February 2009 didn’t we have any complaint about the machine but suddenly he stopped turning. We called, they didn’t want to come over, we had to bring him to the place where they can repair them somewhere 20km away from here. We don’t have a car so after many telephone calls, they picked him up with a motorbike and after 1 week we had him back …. Repaired. We had to pay US$ 18 but we didn’t do it because it was still in the period of guarantee. Strange storey. We especially bought an Electrolux because thought the service should be better than other brands.

                        A few weeks later, end March 2009, he stopped again, the same problem. I called, they came and took out the previous motor. My husband was also watching and saw the ‘new motor’ from the reparation in February was just an old repaired motor, so we understood why he was broken again … you can imagine we were very disappointed … the technician took the broken motor with him because we didn’t want he should take our Microwave again with him on the motorbike with the risk that he came back totally destroyed ….

                        I called and called and called, almost every day. My contact person is KRISTINA, in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, lucky that she speaks English … tel. +62.361.264.901
                        She said the new motor was ordered … we waited again…. It became early May, so abt 5-6 weeks after the 2nd problem had started and she said that she was very sorry but the technician ordered 2 times the wrong motor in Jakarta…. Of course not a very good thing to do of him, lucky she admitted his stupidity … I asked her to give us a brand new Microwave because 5-6 weeks without a microwave is not what we want of course !!
                        She promised us to bring a second hand so we could use a microwave again. They should come on the Saturday the 2nd of May at 5pm. We came back home 4pm to be sure be at home but you can guess … nobody came … after I did call the Monday, they were bringing a second hand on the Tuesday, same type but, and maybe I better make a picture, he is dirty and also when we opened him there was a smell in it, so bad we even couldn’t put him in our kitchen, it is really impossible. We are Europeans and like very clean things, the machine they were bringing here was totally the opposite … very very poor service again !!!

                        Now, it’s 15 May 2009, I almost call them every day, have spend a huge amount on telephone bills already, the motor is still not arrived, she think now that he is arriving in Bali abt. 20May …
                        Sorry but I can’t accept a thing like this !!! It’s a small, simple motor !! … why all the problems around it ??? We can’t understand a company like Electrolux, famous in the world, can give a service like that !! I already said to all friends and relatives never to buy anything of Electrolux because the service in Bali is nothing !!

                        That’s why, Wednesday 13 May 2009 I asked her again (same like 1 week before) to bring a brand new Microwave, they can pick up our previous machine, no problem, if they want to sell it, repair it, …. It doesn’t matter but we insist to receive a new one … it’s the least Electrolux can do …
                        Kristina should call me back Wednesday evening but it’s now Friday and …. Guess what … no telephone call of course !!

                        We hope you, as contactperson for Electrolux, can help us to solve out the problem. The guarantee in Europe and the guarantee in Asia seems to be 100% different … maybe better to buy a cheap brand and throw him away when broken … we are desperate for the moment, please help us ….

                        The refrigerator in under warranty & when cooling problem happened then we called Electrolux cust care. After 2 days an engineer visited & found its not my problem another engineer will come. Next day another engineer filled the gas & charged for same around 1270 Rs. in under warranty fridge. But after half an hour the same problem found & complaint again.

                        The same pattern happened, once an engineer comes & rectify that its not my problem. Next day another engineer comes and said we will take it to our service center & return you very soon. After another 5 days the fridge took away when we continue complained. Then 17 days passed out & no update by service centre so we called & asked the status.

                        Surprisingly one lady picks the phone & demanded some amount for solving the problem. I said everything was fine except gas problem (which i paid in advance) then why another charge you are asking about. She clearly replied, we'll not deliver your refrigerator if you not pay for it.

                        This service center is located in Dwarka name of Pearl care (Ph. [protected]) & showing the hooligan behavior and no coordination. Please help in the same.

I have called may time to your customer executive, they have informed me that some body will attend your call within evening or 2 hour but no one as attended till today. Some time executive provided me with service center number for enquire regarding status but that number doesn't. Today morning[protected] i have called again your customer representative have informed that your call have been canceled when i ask for reason they told me that you have logged two complain that's why. But i have never logged two complain. I want to know how they can close a call without solving. So please look into this issue on priority and solve the issue.

                        The Washing machine E860DWH-CLS purchased by me pn 18 Aug 2012 from TMC Kukatpally, Hyderabad with two years warranty and one year extended warranty.
                        The machine was not taking load and a complaint was lodged on 29.12.2012. under EHYD[protected]. A mechanic attended the complaint and said that a part has to be replaced. He came back on 12 Jan 2012 with a component and replaced. Still the machine was not taking load. The mechanic said that there is a requirement to change the drive belt and that he would be replacing the next day. But till date he did not replace the same. The machine is lying open since 29.12.2012 and we are facing great hard ship. If you cannot repair the machine, at least replace the machine since it is only 3 months old. I have been lodging complaint with the customer care daily since 13.01.2013 and daily they have been saying that the machine will be repaired with in 24 hours but none turns up. How long will this go on. Give us a solution else as a last resort we will be filing the case with Consumer Court next week.
                        2. Reputation of a company will be their after sales service which is not monitored at your end. Please do take some urgent action before it is too late.

We complained immediately after the same repair that the AC was not performing satisfactorily and the service technician came after 15 days for the third time but could not do any thing. as .It is having several defects on its thermostat as the compressor stays on for 5 minutes and off for 40 minutes, inadequate gas resulting in very poor cooling ie less than an one ton AC .It reported that it is not a 1.5 Ton AC as mentioned in your bill .It gives the effect of less than an one Ton AC.

                          Please refer to the following message regarding non receive of the Assured Festive Gift as published in the leading newspaper in Kolkata, India.

                          In this connection, On 05.11.07, I had purchased one no. 1 Ton split type Air Conditioner (model: 12SCRLA1) from Technocity, 15B, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata 700020 for Rs.18, 900.00 against Technocity's quotation no. nil dated 18.10.2007. However, after a lapse of 2 years till date, I have not received 51 pcs. Stainless steel dinner set or similar type festive assured gifts as published in the leading news paper at KOLKATA.

                          My 1.5 ton Electrolux AC is Out of Order since 16.05.2009 and it is very painful to write that the company is shameless and their employees are to punish the customer to the extent they can do.

Finally, last month, due to some electrical problem, the front panel PCB went out of order. When I contacted the service centre, they could not provide the alternate, saying that the company did not provide the PCB. Is it true or false. If true, where shall I go from here; if false, what shall I do for the wrong informaton?

                          I had purchased an Electrolux washing machine model turbo on dated: 15.07.2007 from one of your Ghaziabad dealer (Home appliances) which is known as Rishabh Electronics.

                          Washing macine was working fine till the 12 June 2009 when it had stopped working. I logged a complaint at your call centre dated 12 June '09 complaint no. GHA[protected] for which the engineer visited my place from your service centre in Ghaziabad named ELECTROMECH Engineers. He confirmed that WASH MOTOR is BURNT in the machine, WHICH SHALL BE CHANGED NEXT DAY.NO ONE CAME TO ME NEXT DAY. ON 15.06.2009 I AGAIN CONTACTED YOUR CONSUMER CELL, THEY INFORMED ME THAT YOUR MACHINE HAS BEEN REPAIRED. I AGAIN logged THE COMPLAINT AS COMPLAINT NO: GHA[protected]. TILL DATE YOUR SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE MAKING ME FOOL. ON 24.06.2009 when i call up your call centre I did't get any positive reply and same was the case with your service centre.

                          Elecrolux AC's servicing network in Hyderabad is Pathetic. We purchased 3 Electrolux AC's from Shah Electronics, R. P. Road on his assurance that servicing will never be a problem.But to our dismay we found they have almost no servicing network.
                          All complaints to their call centre and local area incharge fall on deaf ears.
                          We do not reccomend these AC's since the products they are manufacturing are not without complaints and they do not have efficient servicing network to support their low quality products.
                          Our experince with company and their AC's is very bad and suggest all readers to please consider the above aspects before bringing a headache to your home or office.

                          Its agreeable that in spite of repeated reminders not only in AC but for all products the service provided is appalling. The refirigartor bought only few months back which is supposed to have some years of warranty on the compressor has not been attended to.A complaint had been lodged at the local office of the company which was not attended to. After a few days when we tried to cross check the response it was found that the number has been disconnected may be due to non payment of bills.

                          Electrolux window Air Conditioner — BAd quality product

                          I had bought a Electrolux Window aircon 1.5 ton on 20.6.09. But to my utter surprise the Installation person sent by the sales dealer did not keep the slope of the AC properly and, my room was filled with water the next day morning, and the foul smell started coming form the AC from the next day onwards, after repeated followups, with the sales Distributor, the distributor replaced teh units, becuase as per the distributor the Compalint was lodged and the Electrolux service guys, did not bother to attend the complaint for more than a week . Now after aboutr a month yesterady morning, found out that again the AC stopped functioning, and when the servivce engineer reached, he reported that the AC has had a Gas leak, and these will have to checked for the leakage and recitified at their workshop, which will take at least 3 days, as they are so busy attending others complait and cannot attend to this problem earlier to this .

                          I asked teh service Manager to provide a Standby unit, as within a period of 2 months, this is a problem due to manufacturing quality defects and not due to any customer mishandling, as a right i supose i should get at least this service for the quality of the product sold to me, else should cpmpensate me suitably.
                          I purchased electrolux washing machine on15/08/07 fm NEXT shop in Mumbai.For the last one year There is leakage in the drain pipe and the company is unable to rectify the problem as the required spare is not available in the market.I am saddled with leaking washing machine which is unuseable.
                          Has anyone taken any legal action? What is the procedure?

                          i totally agree the services of electrolux are pathetic and absolutely downgraded. After 1 month they have returned the motor saying that we cannot get it replaced it is not available. There is no repair work but the part has to be replaced. The blower motor of the internal body is not working the said motor was taken from my premises and now has been returned in worst condition.                           When I bought the product, 5 front grills are broken. Your service men assure me that they will provide full support from their end and they will replace my broken front grills with new .After15 days I launch a complain in your service centre complain no KOL[protected] dated 07.05.09.campany service men inspected my machine and they promised me that it will solved within a week. After that once again I launch another complain 29/05/2009 complain no KOL[protected].After that one service man name Rahim (ph no [protected]) come down my place and taken my 5 broken grills. But no result. After waiting for a long time I launch another complain 12/06/09 KOL[protected], service men came and inspected. But they do nothing After that I launch complain on.4/09/09 and 11/02/2010.But no proper cooperation from your end. I am really in a frasted mood. I want to know that do you provide any kind of assurance about your product, because from last one year I am suffering. I heard lot many things about your company but now I am sure you people provide false statement to your customer.                           I live in Gurgaon. I have three electrolux window ac's in my house. The cooling has not been satisfactory at all. Now one of the A/c's stopped cooling. I contacted cutomer care, and they sent a person after 2 days. He inspected the A/c and said that Gas has to be filled and that he would be back tomorrow to do so at a cost of Rs.1500 and Rs.250 towards service charges. Since then it has been a week now and they still haven't shown up inspite of repeated promises over the telephone. So once again I registered a complaint about this with the customer care and informed them that I have a called a pvt company to come and fix my problem. This is the worst A/c that I have ever come across and the poorest customer service. I hope that people will not buy any electrolux product after reading this comment, because its just not worth all the trouble.
                          They do not understand whats all about customer satisfaction.
                          I have a fully automatic washing machine. Its sparingly used and kept in store. Now I tried to re-install and found not working. Called up Toll free Number [protected] on 14 th September 2010, wide compliant number AHM [protected]. As per them, technician will attend the call within 48 hrs. None has attended the compliant within the time frame, contacting them again, assured of forwarding a reminder enabling technician to attend. This morning, 18 th September, we contacted again, but no positive reply, came to know that there is only two technicians and they are in Pune right now attending training.
                          What a disaster? Will this company survive in this competitive market?. Useless brand having no business ethics.

                          Electrolux is the most lousiest Company that I came across.

                          I myself have a washing machine bought three years back. Model Fabriguard Classic Plus EWS70.

                          The Dryer lid got broken. I registered my complaint on 21st Aug 2010 on their Service Helpline Complaint No. MUM [protected] & it was after many follow ups that their service engineer came.

                          He took the visiting charges of Rs.280/- and went off by saying that within a week the lid would be replaced. I have been constantly following up with them. They gave me false assurance that the work would be done and I would not have any further complaints.

                          Today their representative tells me that the machine has become obsolete and that Electrolux has stopped the production of that particular model and no spare parts is available.

                          What kind of a bull Company is this... leaving the customer mid way. Either they get my machine repaired or give me a new machine in exchange. As the fault of not providing the spare parts is of the Company.

                          I am thoroughly disgusted by the Companies attitude towards its cusotmers. If no action is taken..it leaves me with no choice but to file a case against them in the Consumer Court. And negatively publicise its products.

                          I had booked a complaint for Fridge not cooling on the 18th of May 2011. On 19th one junior person came and did some tinkering and went away though I knew it looks like gas problem! On the 20th he came again and said looks like gas problem and some senior will come to fill up gas on the 21st. I got a call from the person who was to come on the 20th confirming that he will come on 21st. But nobody has turned up for the last 3 days! It is hot and no fridge!!                           I also purchased 1.5 Window AC of Electrolux on the belief of dealer. I thought I have made a great mistake. There is no cooling of Electrolux AC. I request all the Indian/World people not to buy this kind of below standard AC.The sevice provided by the company is also very very very poor.

                          I am also very much disappointed by After Sales Service of Electrolux A/C. Company hardly have any service network in India. Company have taken for granted to the customers.
                          ELECTROLUX is worst of all in the context of maintenance. The whole agency keeps on promising without keeping their promises. They are glib liers and do not realize the pathos of consumer. For example, take my case: My Fabriguard Premium 5.5kg top loading washing machine of ELECTROLUX is down since 29-10-11 and remains as it was in spite of their promises. I ADVISE EVERYBODY: NEVER GO FOR ELECTROLUX BRAND OF MACHINES.

                            I have been pursuing complaints lodged with Electrolux India's service providers at Delhi for over two weeks now. The first complaint was made on 05.09.2008 - Complaint No.5A[protected]. A technician visited the home and just said the door of the oven is broken and needs to be replaced which would take few days. On verifying with the service provider on 08.09.2008, it was informed that the service provider's area of operation had been changed and a new complaint with Electrolux India would have to be lodged. Accordingly, a fresh complaint - No.5A[protected] was lodged on 08.09.2008 and another technician from the new service provider visited on 13.09.2008 and again said the door needed a replacement. Today, it is 24.09.2008 and there is yet to be a response from the service provider or company. The service provider still maintains that the door from Electrolux has not been made available and therefore it would take more time. Meanwhile, the Microwave oven is lying unused now for over 20 days which has caused quite an inconvenience to the family.

                            The service of Electrolux India is quite pathetic. I would recommend nobody buys any product of Electrolux whose service provision is appalling.

                              This is Sunil Sonarghare, have washing m/c Fabriguard model 2005 which has life time warranty, The motor for this machine was changed on 10/9/2008 against customer complaint no 8070002 after our several phone calls . But again on 16/9 the motor stopped functioning and we launched complaint # 5S[protected]. Technician came to our house and checked motor and said motor need to be replaced and after that no one turned up . Called up again next day but customer care executive (Suresh) said we need to pay labor charges to change the motor but we refuse to pay the same . Customer care executive told he will call back, again no call . When we called up yesterday 22/9 again same thing, called up today 23/9 and we were told that motor can not be changed ... Can I have some one help here, this is ridiculous that as customer we need to follow up with your company . Need urgent help,

                              this is true.not coustomer care, the service center is not giving us proper informatrion...and they r beveaving roughly with us.one mechanic who came to my house for my freez door problem, but he very rough in his beveave.he has no idea that how to behave with coustomer.
                              I HAVE PURCHASED A kelvinator Split AC 1.5 ton capacity IN july, 07 WITH A COMPRESSOR GURANTEE OF FIVE YEARSmodel no ks-181dx. NOW MY two split AC IS NOT WORKING DUE TO COMPRESSOR FAULT .THE SERVICE CENTRE IS NOW LINGER ON THE COMPLAINT BY SAYING THAT THE MODEL IS OLD WE HAVE TO TAKE THE SANTIONED FROM COMP. AUTHORITY.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have own Elctrolux split AC SPL-S14 (1.5 T) on 3-Jun-08, from Vijay Sales, Surat, Gujarat.
                                I found heavy seepage ( water leakage problem) from its
                                indoor unit. It affects the heavy leakage of water on wall.
                                After complaint, service provider has tried to repair my A/C twice but current leakage problem could not solved. They have tried to leavel the A/C to perfect horizontal position but it also not helps to stop leakage of water.
                                Following points concluded by technician from Vijay Sales, Surat.
                                1) Water drop problem is not able to solved by them.
                                2) Unit is defective and to be replaced.

                                As electrolux is very reputed product and has its reputation in market but I got the deffective piece from electrolux.

                                I request you to consider my gentle request to replace my electrolux split A/C .
                                At least i am expecting kind attention from consumer product service dept to take immediate action on my problem

                                  I purchased a microwave oven in the last week of July 2007. A minor problem was noticed before the completion of 1 year, and I made a complaint within warranty period, around middle of July 2008. Then following things happened:

                                  1. The service agency gave us a complaint no. 5591.
                                  2. They sent one person, who could not solve the problem but the oven totally stopped working.
                                  3. They took it to their workshop in the first week of August.
                                  4. Till now they have not returned the oven. We are following up on daily basis, but It appears that they are not willing to do anything on it, and they are now just avoiding us.

                                    We have purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator model 225 L super cool from M/s Era Radios Bareilly (UP) via bill number 479, book number 010, dated 4/6/08. Sir, I want to bring in your kind notice that since the day 1 when we have purchased the refrigerator, it is not working properly. Previously its cooling was not proper but its condition was getting poorer day by day and after some time, it has stoped cooling.

                                    Sir, in spite of our regular complaints to the dealer, till the time he haven't taken any concrete action to solve our complaint. We have even tried to contact with your UP zonal office & talked with them regarding this issue, but even they didn't gave us any affirmative reply.

                                    Sir, Could you please tell me that whether this is the after sale service of Kelvinator refrigerator? We have taken this refrigerator on the basis of reputation of Kelvinator in market, but I think we have done mistake.

                                    Sir, we want replacement of our refrigerator as soon as possible. Even though we are having refrigerator but we are unable to use it.

                                    kelvinator refrigerator (225 ltr) — replacing of door

                                    respected sir,
                                    i had purchased a refrigrator from new neha electronics yashoda nagar kanpur on 2/11/2007. On august 2008 there was some cracks in the door of refrigrator. i had made a complaint whose no. is 5q[protected] dt. 27/08/2008 but there was no responce so i made a second complaint whose no is 5q[protected]. engineer came to visit and said that the door would be replaced with in month and there is no problem if warranty period would be expired because my complain is before expiring period but there is no responce till now.
                                    please do something against this because i am getting deprresed. a favourable decision will oblige me.
