Dear Sir, Subsequent to your mail, your service engineer visited our place and clicked a few pictures after checking the unit. He did verbally admit that it is a manufacturing defect. Today I got a call from Mr.Sudhir Area Manager that one more person will come and inspect?? Now I am completely exhausted and feel that you are not serious enough to resolve my issue. Can you conclusively confirm the following? a) On which day you will replace the unit? b) Compensate for the damages to the wall. c) Compensate for the harassment, inconvenience, and discomfiture due to Nonfunctioning o[censored]nit. The door glass and handle got broken in shipment. I wanted the same to be repaired or replaced. 4 months have passed since I reported the matter online as well as on phone to customer care and no action has been taken.

Have exhausted the extended warranty few months back. The PCB is not giving proper beep machine stops after tub fills with water, manually start again it performs but fails to drain water and stops .Mechanic says PCB to be replaced but part not available in market.Model Elita plus 6.2 kg Electrolux. Please help at the earliest.
Since installation of AC there has been water leaking from the indoor unit. I called Vijay sales who sent a technician SAJAR – who said that the leakage is due to low gas! The AC was installed on 19th June! So if the gas level is not up to the mark it is shocking. He said he will come again the next day to fill gas. But there was no information from him. When I called Vijay sales again. They said they will be sending a senior technician to check. Ram Vilas who was the senior technician checked and said that there is no issue with the gas and he waited for an hour or so and during that time there was no leakage. He left and within 15 mintues water starting leaking again. Whe he came the next morning he did see the leakage and cleaned the unit and said now there will be no issues. But again in the night after an hour there was leakage again. And this has been every day.
Vijay sales does not want to take any ownership in this case and Electrolux is even worse. The ASI who spoke to me says he will send another technician to CHECK!!! Three technicians have checked so far and still he wants another investigation. I DO NOT AGREE to this. Either you replace this faulty unit or refund the whole amount+ compensation for the inconvenience!
