    We purchased Elica Burner from Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. We gifted to our son. in Bengaluru. He had problem with back pipe and got it changed privately as he was to start his Kitchen in new house.
    He noced burners giving sound while working . He called Elica people who could not repair the defect and told him that it was a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired.
    when we visited him recently we found that it was risky to work with and some fire may break out suddenly.
    I am attaching video of the working burners. If it is a manufacturing defect the burners my be repaired by grinding or changed for safe working.

      I had my gas valves faulty. I complained a number of times but nobody is attending my complaints. Its been more than weeks. Service center is just saying technician will visit but till now I didn't get any solution. Please let me know if elica can solve my problem.

      Its my worst experience with elica and I'll not buy any product of elica from now.

        I purchased elica vetro glass top 4 burner gas stow on 17/06/2020 at amezon online. My order num[protected].from last 2 months in this stow in 4 burnurs one burner is not working properly that is the big burner in all but that is very low now so resolve my problum as soon as posible.

          This is in reference to my complaint.

          There was a burner replacement under warranty for my built in Whirlpool hobb
          No response is being given from the dealer or technician.They have already charged me the installation fee a month back and now are not even picking up my phone.

          Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                I bought an ELICA chimney an year ago it has got no complaints till now and working well.. I have asked for deep cleaning service and the service agent has done and went.. from the next day onwards it has got an issue with chimney shutter doors and it's not opening now but suction is working.. i have been registering a complaint on this since many days they had the motor for shutters doors has to be replaced but no one has come back again to resolve it .. 5 days back i again raised a complaint but no one has visited till now.. your service and response to customers is very bad dint expect this from you.. i need to raise a complaint on this with your senior manager or some higher official pls help me how to reach them and raise a complaint

                  So, I called elica customer service for kitchen hood cleaning. A lady from the service side asked me to purchase AMC which I had no idea about. She gave me details about amc, and she told me that it is available at your location. So I purchased it from their site on 24 December. So I waited for a few days hoping that I would get service, but I didn't get a call from Elica. After a few days, a technician called me and told me that you won't get the benefits of amc you have to pay for service. So I again called CS and they told me that it was available ... Total miscommunication between CS and technicians, they had totally different idea of AMC scheme. So I asked for a refund. They initially said they couldn't give a refund.I told her that I needed my money as promised, they told me that I should get service done... So I thought that I had already paid them, so I asked for a technician to visit me on 12 Jan... The technician didn't visit.I called several times but he didn't receive my call. I waited for the next day also, but he didn't come. So I asked again for a refund. Now they are saying we have started the process and you will soon receive money into your account.They didn't ask me in which account I have to get my refund into, and also they haven't given any time line initially.So, it's been almost 3 weaks since I purchased AMC and I was not given benefits of AMC, neither did I get deep cleaning nor i received my money.

                  I asked them to mail me details of what exactly is happening, I haven't got any yet.

                  They said me that you will get money within 2-3 working days, but looking into last 3 weak's experience I am not hopeful about it.We are living in 2023 it should not take so much time to give basic facility or refund money digitally.

                  This has been a worse experience. Totally unprofessional behaviour from the entire elica team.

                    I have placed a burner issue request with Elica team. Initially a technician came, got his service fees from us and left stating that the burners are going to get replaced. Now its been 15 days almost but i am getting no response from technician as well as customer service agents. I again called 2-3 days back and one CC Agent informed that product has been dispatched on 26th december, now again I called n Some Vishakha, another CC agent told me that she doesnt have any information. She didnt even listened to full issue. She was least bothered about anything on call. I have a patient at home who needs home cooked food but I am not able to cook anything on it. Nobody starting from CC agents to technicians like Shariq, Shubham and then Stock holder Deepak has any information about the issue. Kindly check the status of the complaint and revert ASAP.

                        We purchased this product on March 16th 2021 (Frist big mistake) for our new home and installed it in August and strated using it from September.

                        It's been 1 year since we are using it from installation and almost I have spent 7-8k for service (big scam from Elica). This is one of the worst hob i have ever used. Burners have so many issues (listed below each issue one by one). We have made a wrong decision in buying this hob and have to suffer until we buy any other brand product. It's disheartening that we paid 17k for product and not even able to use it for atleast 5-6 years.

                        Burner issues:
                        1. First issue was one burner was getting orange flame and vessels getting black colour soot because of flame.
                        2. Another burner was giving very low flame.
                        3. Lighting stick was not working for one.
                        4. Burner got replaced in warranty period and we paid for stick.
                        5. Issue did not stop here. Every time the service personnel come and clean one or the other things get spoiled.
                        6. 5-6 times every other burner had issues and technician resolution last only for one week.
                        7. Last time technician changed some screw saying it is blocked and their people are not cleaning it will. Worst part is he replaced it all and said it is not authorised Elica product after changing and said he can't provide bill.
                        8. After screw is changed 2 burners is fully spoiled and all vessels get black. Other 2 burners make sound and fire is coming outside burner.

                        Elice India first you have very bad customer care center, customer service, technicians and products. Nothing is properly planned or staffs are not trained. With all this issue i am not sure how is your products getting solved in the maet?

                        We purchased this product from " N.M. Innovations, Bangalore".

                        I am not sure how are you planning to resolve the issue but i want my each and every single issue resolved without any cost. I don't mind if you replace and reinstall new hob of same model. That's the only proper solution you can provide. If this is not resolved my complaint will be in Google and your company entire history of not resolving things will be put there.

                          I brought elica 694 CT Vetro 2J(TKN Crown DT Series) on[protected] from Vedic Electronics Nizampet Hyderabad, initially 6 months it was working perfectly fine than the burners started creating issues. after 15 min of cooking the stove got very heat, I lodged the first complaint on 2nd September 2022..in next 2-3 days technician (Mr Raju (+91 [protected] along with Mr Kiran) visited and checked and closed the ticket without resolving the issue. after so many calls again Mr Kiran came to house and checked he acknowledged the problem to his manager Mr Raju he said this issue is taken care by HO, after 15-20 days i got call from customer care executive Mr Dinesh (+91 [protected]) he said he will raise a request from his side but no one came to site when I have called Mr. Dinesh he said he will call in 2 min but I didn't received call back from any executive.. surprisingly today i got call from customer executive Mr Neel (+91 [protected]) asking feedback for the issue i was surprised the issue was not attended how can they ask feedback.. and i have the call recordings all the above customer and service executives.. from yesterday i'm facing the issues with gas burners not working properly.. for your reference here is the CRM Ids:99_2917084 and 99_2882790. i want replacement or refund of my amount. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN

                            I have purchased Elica Hob (4 burner) from Vijay Sales Faridabad. I am continuously facing issue of Auto Ignition not working. Already logged complaint 5-6 times with Elica Service Center. Each time technician visits, does something and goes. The problem re-occurs within couple of day to 1 week.
                            Repeated requests to customer care to send Sr. Technician or atleast say I made a mistake of buying an un-reliable product.
                            No satisfactory response

                                It is just been 4 months with many complaints and the service guys came 4 to5 times for a temporary fix, out of 4 burners only one is working, worst product ever.
                                We would like to file this in consumer court and no response from the service team after multiple complaints.
                                I need my refund back or a replacement of this worst one.

                                    Mr name is Fernandes, I bought a new Chimney from Elica in August 22. As work in the house was not done in August, we opened the box in September when the installation person came to check on it.

                                    The front part was damaged.. They said to call the Service Centre and lodge a complaint. We did the same on October 20th and they said it will get done after Diwali.

                                    I have been following up since then but they do not respond or tell me to wait till the part comes. They say they will call back. but never a call comes back

                                    Very dissapointed with the service from Elica. Its the first time i bought an Elica product.

                                    I am still waiting for the part to come so i can install the chimney

                                      First there was problem with baffles and now the power supply is totally out.it seems there is problem with the main power pcb.Now only after about 14 months serious problems of pcb failure are happening which proves that poor quality components have been used.This is not expected of a reputed company like elica
                                      I request you to please look into this matter and ensure quality products are sold to the customers
