    I am using Elica cooktop from 2 years but my burner got damaged and i have registered complaint several times after a long time a man came with half parts of the burner even took servicecharge without doing service of it. Its been 6 months till now my problem is not resolved. Its really upset to see such poor service of elica.
    I even tried calling delhi but no one responds. Your burner quality is really poor just like your service i would never recommend anyone to buy your product.
    Kindly respond and resolve my problem as soon as possible

      I brought elica cooktop and to be honest I am totally not satisfied with the operation of the cook top. It’s second time that I’m complaining about the auto ignition. Even last time I complained (its from Day 1 just before the installation) and I’m facing it again and again. I stopped using auto ignition feature. It hardly works for 15 days even after get resolved. And from last 2 months I stopped using it because I know it will not work properly. I purchased other products too of elica. I request you to please provide me solution. As far as Elica is not upto my mark. And if this issue didn’t resolve then I will never purchase any product from elica and ask others to do the same.

        From the date of installation the product has not worked 100%. we have given complaint number of times but no use. elica service is worst. they dont know how to resolve the issues. its been 1 year but my issue is not resolved. they dont even respond to the complaints. i have given complaint in consumer forum then they responded but no use as i said they dont know how to repair.

                My inbuilt oven is not working and a complaint was made to the Elica customer care on 18-2-22. Even after 5 days it is not repaired. Also they are not willing to disclose the details of the technician who will be visiting for repair. This is required so that no unauthorised person will visit for repair of an electrical item. This is a very important safety issue as it may lead to fire if it is repaired by an unauthorised person. In spite of mentioning all this the Elica customer care is not giving the details of the technician. The oven has not been repaired even after 5 days. It is an inbuilt oven and so I can’t get any other brand as replacement also as it will spoil the look of the kitchen . Kindly redress my grievance as Elica is least responsive . I have been calling them up almost daily. Every day they assure that technician will come . So far no one has come . There should be some accountability

                    Hi,
                    Elica cooktop started leaking and raised numerous complaints. After numerous complaints done and calling multiple time there was no readdresal on the issue. I am not sure as per government norms Gas leakage is serious consern and has to be addressed withing 2 hours. This shows negligence on the side of Elica and questions their integrity to be in a market which can endanger human life. Complaint Raised to elica : Thank you for calling Elica India.                       Hi,

                      I had purchased AMC for the chimney on 03/02/2021 by paying Rs. 1770 . At the time of payment they confirmed this AMC includes 3 services and the same was found in the contract paper as well, but now they are denying saying that this AMC includes only 2 service and that is already covered . But as per AMC plans that Elica has there are no such contract for 2 services it is all 3 services. During the time of my purchase the AMC cost was 1770 and now it's renewed which they are not ready to agree and denying to give 3rd service now .

                        I have raised a service request to provide oil collector for Elica Chimney 20 days ago, however, I have not yet got any responses till now. Request you to look into it on an urgent basis as I am not able to use the chimney at all.

                        The model of the chimney is 6 years old and is out of warranty. I have attached the bill for the model number. The address is

                        Request you to look into it on an urgent basis. The approach of the service person as well the customer service is pathetic. They do not provide any resolution or timeline by when the issue will be resolved. The chimney is useless without oil collector. I am not able to use it. It is my biggest to buy an elica chimney where customer service is so pathetic. My chimney is out of warranty. I have sent an email to customer care with the receipt that has the model number. I have no response from them. Request you to help me get the oil collector so that the chimney can be used.

                          Hi All,

                          I am writing this email with super frustration. We had a power surge in our house as a result my Elica Chimney stopped working. Booked service from Elica and tech visited our house and told Motor and motherboard have gone due to power surge. Said motor has 10 years warranty where he said will claim and replace the motor and I have to bear the cost motherboard. I agreed. It was happened on 8th Dec 21 . Now I am at Feb 22. No response from the tech or his agency simply blaming not received the replacement from Head office. Called support twice every one apologizing but still no response. When I asked for manager agent hung up on me. I am completely lost trust and respect on Elica and I would not recommend this company and products to any of my family and friends. I swear.
                          Planning to throw the chimney to garbage.
                          I am going to defame this company in all my social networking sites.

                            Third time low flame issue on Elica gas stove within a year

                            What type of gas stove have u given to me ? This is the third time that my gas stove is facing the same problem of low flame.

                            Last time a technician from BIG enterprises had come and he did repair, through the flames were not up to the mark, I agreed to continue with it (I mentioned this on the service report) but today again the same problem of extremely low flame has arised for the third time in last two months.                             I am Ravi shanker, staying in Malad, Mumbai. I had purchased an ELICA HOB, Model Elica BitInHob ClasicFlxi FB MFC 4B 70MT 221567 from Croma, Infinity Mall, Malad west.
                            Purchase details: Invoice no. SLA[protected], Amount paid: 34000/-

                            We started using the HOB . After 5-6days o[censored]se, we noticed discolouration of all burners and black coat started disappearing and becoming like iron burner. Even the Brass portions are showing discoloration and
                            dents. It is looking as if it is 5-10 year old HOB. It looks pathetic and difficult to imagine that an international company like ELICA will
                            provide such cheap Quality product for 34000/- rupees.

                            My old HOB was fantastic and used for almost 6-7years, even after that we never noticed such thing's after so many years o[censored]se.
                            I called elica customer care they completely denied to help us, giving such illogical reasoning. After so many calls I even talked with manager name Nikita,
                            She is talking so illogical, that one can’t even imagine, she is asking us to read company website before purchasing any elica product, and to read the brochure which provided after purchasing the product. She simply denied to help us. This is a worst service I ever seen with such a illogical reasoning.
                            I am busy in either writing or calling to them for any help. This is just a mental harassment of customer.
                            These products are so bad that a 34k product and worth even not for penny. I have lost peace of mind because of this. Also this is my new home ... all products are new and look great except this scrap ELICA hob which many of my family friends and relatives have seen and were surprised how ELICA is cheating poor customers.
                            This is our hard earn money which we cannot allow to go waste on a wasteful product.
                            Please, look into the matter and return our money so that we can purchase other good Quality and company hob.

                            I hope government, will help us to get justice and ELICA will be punished...for mental harassment of customer and for looting customer.
                            Here is some photos of my 5-6 days used hob and the stickers were company promoting or claiming to give 5 years warranty in glass, burner, valve “without any” term and conditions applied. Everyone can see clearly.. there is no where written about coat or terms and conditions. Just written warranty of 5 year. They are simply looting people.

                              I registered for cooking range servicing and the technician done servicing very badly, the oven of cooking range was good before servicing but after the servicing it is not working . I tried to contact customer service but they are just disconnecting the call it is very pathetic.

                                I had purchased Elica 4 burner gas stove from Kohinoor Electronics, Santacruz west on 9th Feb 2021. From last 1 month I am facing an issue wherein two burners (BIG and MEDIUM) were'nt burning (extremely low flame) hence registered a complaint with Kohinoor on 10th Jan 2022. They forwarded my complaint to glen gas services. A technician named Anil visited my place and repaired the stove on 18th Jan 2022. But since last 2 days again the flames have reduced and I am facing the same problem, I registered my complaint with Glen Gas services yesterday and they were supposed to send some senior technician to my place for checking but no one turned up. I have also registered my complaint with Anand of Kohinoor Electronics. My warranty of the gas stove will expire on 9th Feb. I feel cheated and have lost faith in the brand. I need replacement of the product or refund as I don't want to go through this problem repeatedly nor do I have the time to keep following up with your gas agency. Please provide replacement during the warranty period. Attached invoice FYR.

                                  Purchased Elica 4 burner hob in Oct 2019. Hob functioned for some time and started giving problems. Got it serviced 3 to 4 time every time with payment of at least 1000 Rs. This time they said to replaced burners for 5000 Rs. Previously had Kalf hob which lasted for 12 years without much of trouble or service. But this one after paying more than 38000 Rs not functioned well for even one year. When complained, no much of help. In my option the product is not fit for Indian kitchen and need to tested and banned

                                    I purchased the Elica Glass 4 Burner Auto Ignition Gas Stove (Patio ICT 469 BLK AI S) in 2019 and it says that it has 7 years warranty on the glass top
                                    It was busted last month and since then trying to contact the elica service to get it replaced but the service executive is saying that it only have only 1 year warranty and I have to pay glass charges as well.

                                      No problem is that that we purchased to Elica chimney one anomaly sensor Chimney and the other one is Island chimney. I just came to know that you charge Rs.1770 for cleaning the chimney whether it is a normal one or an island one this is so not done. Secondly when the whole world is going through Covid since to 2 1/2 years you haven’t extended any of the warranty. When like for two years nobody was allowed to come inside the house because of this Covid how can you not extend the warranty of people who have purchased your chimney in 2020 October December? This is like elica is simply doing a fraud or is a fraud. The customer is nothing for elica!
