My name is Ravi and I purchased Elica built-in hop (CLASSIC MFC 4B 60 MT) on 27th January 2020. The product has a lifetime warranty but the burners 2-year warranty. I have registered a service request for the below 2 issues on 9th Nov 2021 and till now service has not yet been done. Several times I am calling customer care and registering complaints and no progress and no technician coming. Yesterday again registered a complaint (#99_2199244)....

We have registered a complaint after chimney stopped working...A person called as technician..then we called him again that he said he would come that day..but responded yet...It has been 1week... pathetic customer care...Why you people give the contract to these type of lazy fellows...

Hey Elica India, please come and pick your garbage chimney from my home because you guys are just fooling your CUSTOMERs.
your product is worst ever product of my life and even more worst service by your company. After installation when your product stopped working your technician telling me to install earthing plant/system in my house, that means I need to dismantle my house and install proper earthing plant/system to run this ###/pathetic...

I purchased New ELICA Cooktop 773 CT Vetra from Chrome store located in Select City Walk mall, New Delhi on 7th Nov 2021. It got installed two weeks later. 3 days back when I was using it in kitchen its glass blasted. The glass pieces spread all over in the kitchen. I too got hit in the face. I bought Elica Hob in 2019. There were multiple issues which was addressed by me to Elica customer care. However the review is about current experience.
Within 2 years Hob's burner got damaged and I got it replaced before the warranty period laps. After 7 months again Hob's burner got damaged so I called Elica's Mumbai representative who then visited my home. They also realized both the burners which were replaced by them are damaged...

While using the elica chimney, the oil is not getting collected in its allocated container instead its getting float all over the chimney and drips to the stove....

I bought Elica Silent version of Chimney (Worth Rs 17000/-) purchased in Nov, 2017.

Its both LED went dim, hence I got installed 2 new LEDs worth Rs 650/- each on 27 Sept, 2021 from Elica authored technician.
Now both LED, one LED has gone dim within 25 days and another in 31 days. I followed-up with technician and Elica customer care to replace the faulty LED with new one but they are denying saying that Chimney is...

Ignitor is not working.. Whenever there is power cut one of the ignitor stops working... This is the second time we are registering complain....

Our elica glass hob shattered today while cooking. Luckily none got hurt. This was very scary and disappointing. The hob was bought only on 2017.
Raised a complaint with elica.CRM ID is 99_2151387. Very disappointed with the brand...

Stove is not working properly. General maintenance is required and the stove has 3 burner but they are not working properly.
Please make sure to provide your service and take a fast action on my complaint.

We purchased an elica gas stove from AS enterprises Jaipur. It never works properly. And when AS enterprises was called for service, the burner further stopped working. When AS enterprises was contacted again, they gave a hopeless response.
Poor service by elica and AS enterprises.
Elica needs to ensure better service....

I had purchased stove in nov 2019. Out of 3, 2 burners are already not working in span of 1.5 years..Some persons from disha service center (authorised service center of elica) had come 4 times and every time there engineers said different things and still the issue is not resolved..i am chasing them since 4 months now. I purchased elica table top stove on 31st August. Was installed by technician on 1st September.
I had trouble with one knob. Asked for technician. He attended said valve knob to be replaced. Then after long wait 2 technician came replace valve cork.
But now there gas leakage.
