Within 6 months glass Was broken suddenly without any touch.Now company want to replace the glass instead of giving new one .why the glass quality is so cheap.The services provided to customers also not good For installation they charged.

    Worst service to customer for cheating them, I have purchased product on Dec 2019 now my sigri is not working and I called toll free number they said you have to pay Rs.425 as visit charges + if any part not in warrantY for that also u have to pay. Never ever to purchase elica sigri hopeless

      We had launched a complaint few days back on our faulty dish washer, to which there has been no resolution.
      It appears the Chandigarh (India) Service Support section headed Mr Harpreet appears disinterested in the job they have been assigned, as inspite if a call from the New Delhi office, they have refused to respond.
      This is a matter of great concern to us now, as we are thinking of changing our dish washer, in spite of the losses we may suffer. Additionally, all costumers in North India, who are reviewing this chan of mails, will surely opt for another brand, as we intend.
      We certainly expect a more professional response from a the reputed international Elica brand - which should include suitable follow up action on the defaulting service personnel.

        I purchased AMC service on 5.12.2020 for my HOB service amounting to Rs 2950, CRM ID-1617452 in the name of Anagha Patil. I was promised 4 services for my HOB in one year but I received only 2 services (1 on 5.12.2020 i.e. at the start and one more somewhere in July) that too after repeated follow up. Now my AMC period is over still nobody turned up even after my repeated calls and follow up. I received a message 2 days back stating " Register call log no. 2210909" and "Your CRM ID is[protected]" but nobody turned up.
        My service provider Mr Rajendra, (Mob no. [protected]) is not even picking up my call nor responding to my messages. I am feeling cheated. Please arrange for remaining HOB services as promised at the earliest and also to extend my AMC period.

          Our dish washer is making a noise and not cleaning properly. The response from India Head Office has been to provide a complaint number (CRM id 99_2198805 dated 30 Nov 2021).
          However, the response from the Chandigarh Service Centre Office has been extremely poor and the complaint stands unresolved, with arrogant answers when contacted on phone.
          Please see that the complaint is addressed on priority and the service personnel at Chandigarh are made accountable as it brings bad name to a reputed company like Elica.

            My hobtop burner rings get corrosion very fast within 2 years o[censored]se. We can barely use. After multiple call to elica customer care service no technician is calling or visiting us to fix this. We have complained about this 3 -4 times now.

              Hi,

              Few weeks ago I raised a complaint about my gas hub repair issue and elica customer care assigned a service center.
              After repeated follow up technician from TMS cooking gas services arrived at home to solve the problem and he changed few inner parts and charged 1850rs from us and a day after I observed the issue occurred again and I contacted service center assigned by elica again and they assured me that technician will visit again and resolve the issue .They didn't show up after repeated follow up and when I tried to contact elica customer care they said they will talk to technician and get back to me. I did not get any response from Elica customer care center[protected].Whenever I tried to reach them they disconnect the call .we bought many appliances from Elica.Here onwards I won't suggest any one to buy elica products as their customer service is very bad.

                My name is Ravi and I purchased Elica built-in hop (CLASSIC MFC 4B 60 MT) on 27th January 2020. The product has a lifetime warranty but the burners 2-year warranty. I have registered a service request for the below 2 issues on 9th Nov 2021 and till now service has not yet been done. Several times I am calling customer care and registering complaints and no progress and no technician coming. Yesterday again registered a complaint (#99_2199244). Still have no clue about it. Every time I registered a complaint I am getting the below SMS message, without any call from your end.
                "Dear Customer we are closing your case since u have postponed your appt date. Pl. Sms "Elica service to [protected] to retag the case"
                Complaints while registering case:1. 4 burners are damaged and the flame comes from under the burners and also flame going inside the hub.2. ignition is not working for 1 burner.

                    Hey Elica India, please come and pick your garbage chimney from my home because you guys are just fooling your CUSTOMERs.
                    your product is worst ever product of my life and even more worst service by your company. After installation when your product stopped working your technician telling me to install earthing plant/system in my house, that means I need to dismantle my house and install proper earthing plant/system to run this ###/pathetic and worst ever appliance of my house.
                    So I have some questions can you please answer it because your CC executive telling me to do whatever but we cannot help without earthing plant/system.
                    Q1-Why they have not told me to install earthing plant/system at the time of installation?
                    Q2-Why they are fooling CUSTOMER now?
                    Q3-Is your TAT for service is 2 Months ? because they always come after 2 Months after rigorous follow-ups?
                    Q4-Is this pathetic product is universal unique and different than my other 20+ appliances which are perfectly working at my home?
                    Q5-Did they bear the cost of my house re-construction after earthing plant/system installation?
                    Please revert because your CUSTOMER service is not answerable to me now

                      I purchased New ELICA Cooktop 773 CT Vetra from Chrome store located in Select City Walk mall, New Delhi on 7th Nov 2021. It got installed two weeks later. 3 days back when I was using it in kitchen its glass blasted. The glass pieces spread all over in the kitchen. I too got hit in the face. Thankfully there was no damage. But It is serious issue that they are selling such faulty products. And in spite of the seriousness of this compliant the customer care department is least interested. They have issued a customer care number 99_2182023 but are not treating this with any seriousness. Had it been in any developed country they would have been taken to a court of law and they would have paid huge penalty. -

                        I bought Elica Hob in 2019. There were multiple issues which was addressed by me to Elica customer care. However the review is about current experience.
                        Within 2 years Hob's burner got damaged and I got it replaced before the warranty period laps. After 7 months again Hob's burner got damaged so I called Elica's Mumbai representative who then visited my home. They also realized both the burners which were replaced by them are damaged and it is risky to use it. I had told Sachin (Mumbai representative) already that the product is out of warranty and the replacement you did couldn't work even for 7 months, at that time he said we will take care of it and now they are saying the product is out of warranty and denying for the replacement of burners. Burner of this hob is very expensive in this budget one can easily purchase new Gas stove. As a customer, I genuinely would like to give a review about the product, it's 100% a waste of money product. I use hob for only 2 hours maximum in a day and keep it clean. If it can't even last for 3-4 years and is that delicate. That means it's not useful for any house. You need to understand your product to improve the quality of it and by then it's sells. Otherwise, Elica's customer market will be one time purchasers who may not want to purchase or suggest it to others for future purchase.

                            Dear Sir / Ma'am

                            With great disappointment i would like to seek your intervention regarding the replacement or refund against the purchase of Elica Kitchen hood on 13th Mar'2021 from DRS Home Solutions, Chandapura, Bangalore. GSTIN :29AMQPR3015C120 We realized the product was defective the day when the Elicia technician visited our house on 23rd Apr'2021 to fix the hood. The hood was not getting power on as the power cord was defective. The hood was switched on with the help of computer desktop power cable available at our home. The hood was not functioning properly with poor suction and rattling noise. On contacting the dealer, I was suggested to raise complaint with the Elica Customer Service. We raised several complaints to Elica Customer Service. On every occasion a new technician used to visit and state several reasons for the poor suction and unbearable noise level. One of the reason told to us was the duct size was small and needs to increased from 4 inch duct opening to six inch duct opening. As suggested with the help of core cutting team got a new core cutting of six inch done with additional cost. Post the new core cutting being done reached out to the Elica Customer Care once again. The technician who initially fixed the hood along with another technician visited to fix the hood on 15th Aug'2021. This time the hood was making very high rattling noise including the filters were shaking. In addition to this the suction motor was not functioning smoothly and fluctuation in the speed of the motor. The technician suggested that the motor needs to be replaced. I immediately informed the dealer as well informed the Elica customer care regarding the defect in the product and should be replaced as its a new product and has not undergone wear and tear. Couple of days later I got a call from Elica customer care that they are sending technician to replace the motor. I immediately informed them that i am not interested in replacing the parts as its new product without usage and there is no wear or tear how come the parts needs replacement. Even though the product has lifetime warranty how come without usage the product needs parts replacement. However the Elica customer service insisted on the technician check the product thoroughly and fix it. Once again the Elica technician visited to check the functioning of the hood on 1st Sep'2021. He checked the functionality and himself accepted that the hood is making rattling noise similar to BMTC bus. He took video of the hood and went back stating the hood was not fixed properly. Once again the Elica customer service team reached out to me and insisted that they will have senior technician fix the suction and rattling noise issue by replacing the motor. I immediately informed them that i am not interested in repairing the product and will return the product to the dealer. The technicians visited and dismantled the entire hold by parts and replaced the motor. In spite of this the suction of the hood is very low and still makes noise at lower speed of 1. As a repeated customer of Elica I am really disappointed with the product which i have purchased now. I have undergone tremendous stress including waste of time and money. Earlier they were claiming that ygere is no replacement policy. Now Elica is claiming that we should have asked for replacement when the product was installed. Which we have been raising frim the day one. In spite of repeated complaints to the customer service help desk complaining the improper working condition of the product from the day of installation and request for replacement. We are told that there’s no replacement policy and the company technicians went on repairing the product multiple times. The dealer and area sales manager was claiming that if we had complained at the time of installation they would have replaced the product. I am not sure how the decision was made that the product is working fine by watching a video instead of manual inspection. Though the video maybe showing the product is working its making lot of noise and the suction is very poor even at high speed. We have been given different views when we approached the company about the replacement policy however if I would have purchased the product online then I could have got replacement within 10 days without any explanation. I am being fooled by giving a defective without proper quality check. The product was not switching on installation as the power cord was not working. The product is having lifetime warranty and I am not sure with this sort of customer service how I as a consumer will be treated. I purchased a high end product hoping I will get the best product but I am deceived by the company. I could have gone for a cheaper product and still could have taken care of my requirements. I request you to kindly help with refund for the product as it’s not meeting my requirement. Hoping for a early resolution as it’s long pending from Mar' 2021.

                                I bought Elica Silent version of Chimney (Worth Rs 17000/-) purchased in Nov, 2017.

                                Its both LED went dim, hence I got installed 2 new LEDs worth Rs 650/- each on 27 Sept, 2021 from Elica authored technician.
                                Now both LED, one LED has gone dim within 25 days and another in 31 days. I followed-up with technician and Elica customer care to replace the faulty LED with new one but they are denying saying that Chimney is not in warranty. But this is not the case, any new part which is installed must have certain warranty else why I will go for new part installation. Any LED we buy from market carry atleast 2 years of warranty.

                                Your technician installing sub-standard faulty product/part on an overpriced amount and also not giving warranty on top of it.
                                LEDs worth 1300/- if goes dim in a month then it is faulty product and a fraud case.

                                This is definitely not acceptable and fall in a cheating category. Please arrange a replacement of LED immediately.

                                    Our elica glass hob shattered today while cooking. Luckily none got hurt. This was very scary and disappointing. The hob was bought only on 2017.

                                      Stove is not working properly. General maintenance is required and the stove has 3 burner but they are not working properly.

                                        We purchased an elica gas stove from AS enterprises Jaipur. It never works properly. And when AS enterprises was called for service, the burner further stopped working. When AS enterprises was contacted again, they gave a hopeless response.
                                        Poor service by elica and AS enterprises.
                                        Elica needs to ensure better service.
