    This is to whom so ever it may concern,

    This email intends to file a formal complaint against one of your CUSTOMER support agent name “ Raju Kumar “ who seems literally from a illiterate background, doesn’t have any sense of CUSTOMER handling or understanding english, moreover he is more talented to insult the CUSTOMERs by hanging up & arguing with existing CUSTOMER.

    I have an issue with my existing elica brass built in hob and I have contacted your HELPLINE number in order for some resolution. I rang your toll free number[protected].
    These illiterate guy name raju answered the call, this entire conversation is highly recommended to investigate & understand the way he has handled the call. His actions/words are so disgraceful for me & forced me to write this email.

    He literally doesn’t understand english, thats why he asked me to repeat my name 10 times, he tested my patience, then still finally ended with “BOBY SOURI instead of Bobby John “

    Secondly he asked me about my address, it took almost 15 mins for him to understand my address and that too even after helping him by word to word along with spelling.

    He again failed to understand me & wrote “ A801 Radhe Pipeline instead of A801 Radhe Skyline. “

    He instead argued with me once I have lost my temper, I literally felt like he is being so sarcastic as if he doesn't give a ### if I raise my voice or be abusive. He doesn’t give a ### about his job.

    I have asked him to reverify the details, the number to make sure he did everything correctly, he strongly obligated and asked me to come again with the details,

    ARE YOU SERIOUSLY HIRING THESE KINDA PEOPLE ?? I WILL BE TALKING THIS MATTER AHEAD & WILL BE PUBLISHING ON SOCIAL PLATFORMS.

    These kinda people are threat for your company’s reputation, they only care about their pay checks, but not about company’s future, these illiterate peoples wont understand your brand value and would tarnish your reputation very shortly. I was told that the guy was from noida branch ( for your reference )

    This guy made me do all this, because he disrespected me and I am going to make him famous for his work,

      I had purchased stove in nov 2019. Out of 3, 2 burners are already not working in span of 1.5 years..Some persons from disha service center (authorised service center of elica) had come 4 times and every time there engineers said different things and still the issue is not resolved..i am chasing them since 4 months now. Firstly I would like to specifically mention that this service center people are just fooling customer by charging more money for the product which is already under warranty. He had at first instance told me that burners are chargeable and i will have to pay INR 2600 instead of informing me that it is part of warranty. Thereafter, when vijay sales person told me specifically that it is under warranty of 5 years, I again approached him and had asked him to change the burner ...second time his engineer told me that both base also not working and it will cost you INR 3500. I had specifically asked him to give me the burners of my stove size which is under warranty and not bother himself about the base. Just because he realised he is not getting any charges in this, he closed the service request without intimating me. Pathetic experience with elica...I am cordinating since 4 months since my issue is not resolved. People beware of purchasing elica products. Its not worth at all.

        I purchased elica table top stove on 31st August. Was installed by technician on 1st September.
        I had trouble with one knob. Asked for technician. He attended said valve knob to be replaced. Then after long wait 2 technician came replace valve cork.
        But now there gas leakage.
        They tried two times. Finally for safety I stopped them. Sent back
        Sorry to say but untrained personal are being, also unprofessional personal.
        Call center also useless.
        Very poor after sales services.

        Sorry I don't trust elica technician so did the job privately with other professionals.
        Even I am ready to sell my stove even less price if any one ready to buy.
        I had Faber stove no trouble whatsoever. Also the technician were sound and professional.

          HOB - Worst service and quality.

          I had purchased Elica Hob, Chimney and In-built Micro-oven exactly an year ago. There was lot of problems on Hob from the day 1 till today. I have raised complaints ‘n’ number of times, each time they send their technician who just provide provide solution for time being again after couple of days the problem continues to happen.           Hello Team its been 2 months now i have raised complaint to elica people for my chimney . sound level is like a generator of that chimney . you can hear the sound even if you are standing 20ft away from it . elica people is not giving me any solution . i am repeatedly following up but no response or resolution from their end . their technician have visited me 2 times and both technicians confirmed its a fault in product model and this needs to be replaced . even i got call from customer care that my chimney will be replaced but no one came till now . i request you to take this up on serious note and help me get the resolution for same

            I registered a complaint with Elica on the 8th of Oct. 2021 till now no one contacted or visited for repair. On calling every time, the customer care person is saying " I Will mention it in the ticket and they will contact you".

            This is the worst service I am seeing with such a big and named product company.

            Very disappointed with Elica.

                I have raised a service request on 3-Oct and till now no one contacted or visited for repair.
                On calling everytime, the customer care person is saying "I will mention in the ticket and they will contact you".

                This a worst service i am seeing with such a big and named product company.

                Very disappointed with Elica.

                  I have purchased Elica auto clean chimney in Apr'21. Auto clean option is not working since start. Raised tickets multiple times and even after multiple follow ups with customer care, they could not arrange any service technician in 3 months, It is such a pathetic experience while following up since ages just for a technician visit. They are literally looting the customers and do not care at all once they purchased the products.

                      I was purchased a four-burner Whirlpool Hobtop in the month of July 2021, and I have facing an auto-ignition issue from day one when the service engineer installed it in my home.

                      After that I have 7 times complained about my issue and every time the service engineer failed to resolved my issue. This is not acceptable whereas this is an emergency case. So, I need proper action on that else I need to go with a legal way. Please let me know your action on this urgent case.

                          I bought this product a few months back.My burners r not working very low flame also the stands have rusted .Shame on your company for making such a bad product.inspite of so many complains there is no replacement done.The service engineers are also helpless! They say the product needs to be replaced by the company. I AM so upset with the quality of both the product chimney as well as the stove.its hardly months. Please treat this feedback on priority basis.

                            I bough elica chimney from amazon. It’s just 3 months and now i facing oil leakage issue in that. I called customer care for that and raised a complaint there on 30 September 2021 and today is 07 October but till that time no visit or call from technician and I’m calling daily to customer care of elica. They daily told me that our technician will visit in 24 hours but it’s more than 6 days no one visited. My elica complaint number - CRM ID- 99_2076253

                              I am complaining about my faulty Chimney.

                              My Elica Chimney was got faulty (dead) in the month of August 2021, after complain of 15 days it was resolved.
                              Again after 15 days my chimney got faulty (dead), i am calling daily to Customer Care but problem is not resolved yet....

                              The hob was purchased about 3 years back but at that time also for installation the company took more than 2 weeks to install on the pretex of it being festival period. The top of the burner has collapsed due to thin metal used to make the burner. Now more than 1 1/2 month back a complaint was registered but no one comes to solve the complaint. Instead ever 15 to 20 days the call to confirm how the service of the non-existant repair person was. On informing that noone has turned up a promise is made but never fulfilled.

                                  I purchased elica hob recently from elica Showroom and get it installed at my new home a week ago ...but when an authorized technition installs and check for its functionality..he found it was not working ...he said like my job is to install only the product...if it is not working then other technition has to visit the site...I am checking with elica Showroom executive they are not responding properly from 1 week ...since 10 years I'm using elica but now I feel like i made a mistake by trusting this brand again

                                    I am requesting elica hyderBad ind.to look into my chemney noise prob. But no one is turned up from last 4months. Warranty may expire in a couple of months. I never saw such worst service people and product in my life.
                                    When you can't provide the service it's better to shut down the products. Don't put customers in troble.
