I had purchased Elica 4 burner gas stove from Kohinoor Electronics, Santacruz west on 9th Feb 2021. From last 1 month I am facing an issue wherein two burners (BIG and MEDIUM) were'nt burning (extremely low flame) hence registered a complaint with Kohinoor on 10th Jan 2022. They forwarded my complaint to glen gas services. A technician named Anil visited my place and repaired the stove on 18th Jan 2022. But since last 2 days again the flames have reduced and I am facing the same problem, I registered my complaint with Glen Gas services yesterday and they were supposed to send some senior technician to my place for checking but no one turned up. I have also registered my complaint with Anand of Kohinoor Electronics. My warranty of the gas stove will expire on 9th Feb. I feel cheated and have lost faith in the brand. I need replacement of the product or refund as I don't want to go through this problem repeatedly nor do I have the time to keep following up with your gas agency. Please provide replacement during the warranty period. Attached invoice FYR.

    Purchased Elica 4 burner hob in Oct 2019. Hob functioned for some time and started giving problems. Got it serviced 3 to 4 time every time with payment of at least 1000 Rs. This time they said to replaced burners for 5000 Rs. Previously had Kalf hob which lasted for 12 years without much of trouble or service. But this one after paying more than 38000 Rs not functioned well for even one year. When complained, no much of help. In my option the product is not fit for Indian kitchen and need to tested and banned

      I purchased the Elica Glass 4 Burner Auto Ignition Gas Stove (Patio ICT 469 BLK AI S) in 2019 and it says that it has 7 years warranty on the glass top
      It was busted last month and since then trying to contact the elica service to get it replaced but the service executive is saying that it only have only 1 year warranty and I have to pay glass charges as well.

        No problem is that that we purchased to Elica chimney one anomaly sensor Chimney and the other one is Island chimney. I just came to know that you charge Rs.1770 for cleaning the chimney whether it is a normal one or an island one this is so not done. Secondly when the whole world is going through Covid since to 2 1/2 years you haven’t extended any of the warranty. When like for two years nobody was allowed to come inside the house because of this Covid how can you not extend the warranty of people who have purchased your chimney in 2020 October December? This is like elica is simply doing a fraud or is a fraud. The customer is nothing for elica!

              Worst experience. I bought a chimney 3 and built in hob of 4 burner 3 years ago from Darshan Hardware, Rajouri Garden, Delhi . But it was my biggest mistake to go with Elica. A smart technician named Ram Dass, who doesn't even know the difference between PNG and LPG, came to my house for installation. We are suffering till today what was done by that technician. I called customer care again. Now they are saying that this model has become very old, its spare parts are no longer available. All its burners will be replaced and one will cost 1730/-. Along with technician visit charge 413/+18% GST will be applicable. And they will not have any guarantee either. I won't recommend anyone to buy elica products. Very horrible and expensive experience.After using products, i am sure that Elica's standard is totally different from a international company.

                  We purchased Elica Chimney in Oct ‘21 and the hydraulic motor hasn’t been functioning since. After complaining, technicians visited number of times to fix, and finally took the Hydraulic motor and even the PCB board of the chimney to be repaired! It’s a new one so defect shouldn’t be there and if there is, should be fixed with new spare parts instead of repairing the existing one.
                  It’s been over a week now and still no update! Total lack of co-ordination between teams and service! I am not able to cook all types of food in the kitchen since weeks and they aren’t bothered to speed up with getting back and fixing it.

                    I have booked chimney complaint in april may 2021, they had change motor after 3 months but after 2 days whole chimney stops working, I again booked complain but despite clear information provided by me they booked complain for stove . So I again booked complain, the service person came and taken back faulty part with assertions that he will come after getting ok one. There are after no one visited and whenever I booked complain, all were closed without contacting me. So it is very sad performance by a company which is to be world number one in chimney.

                      Hi we bought hob in Dec 21, since then there is problem with the product. Everything engineer cone and replaces one or the other part in the product.
                      When asked to change the entire product as many of the original parts already changed, so their reply is "arre ab yeh thek hogaya hai"

                      Request pls look into the this and resolve as soon as possible.

                          I got my 1 year old Elica Hob serviced yesterday and was charged 8K for repairs and replacements. A Hob that was purchased at under 30k needed parts to be replaced within 1 year speaks volumes of the product quality. Secondly the technician was not transparent with the pricing. There was no official product pricing catalogue. After a bill of 8k I was told there was a gas leak and the valve costing 4K needs to be replaced. And since I refused a safety valve was changed for 500. I’m still wondering if all the replacements / repair were legit or I was cheated. Payment was requested for without a bill and later provided only after I insisted. The technician wanted to take back all the damaged parts with him, which was also weird. Overall I’m very displeased with the job quality and mainly the service quality. Never will I buy an Elica product again.

                            One service personnel came to service my stove and hood today.replaced few parts for Rs.350/-.He asked for Rs.850/- for hood service and Rs.700/- for stove service.Overall total service charge for single visit Rs.1550/- for replacing parts worth Rs.350/-

                            This is highly expensive.Don't cheat your customers, please.Your customers are real brand builders and mouth to mouth publicity is the top marketing

                            Otherwise god will not forgive.You people will suffer your future.

                              I have purchased elica cooking hob and chimney in the month of February 2021. I had registered a complaint regarding my cooking hob and the problem resolved after a month. But I had the same issue immediately after a week from service. Again I registered my complaint which is not responded till date. Along with that my chimney is not working, registered complaint for that too. It's been more than a month no response from the local dealer and with elica customer care. Can anyone respond in this regards, would like to register a complaint in consumer services forum.

                                  From my opinion - After purchase, service, parts are very expensive. Elica gas stove is not fit / suitable for indian style cooking. there should not be any spilling on stove, otherwise burner gets damaged. Go for indian brands - easy to maintain, and parts are relatively less expensive.
