Elica chimney

I had ordered for Elica WD TFL HAC 60 MS NERO with Installation
Kit Included Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney on 14/06/2022 through Flipkart india on paying rs. 14074.00.

I was delivered the product on 20/06/2022. After opening the package we found it is (Model no. Elica WD TBF HAC 60 MS NERO )

June 8th 2022 I looked up for Elica service provider in Bangalore and got a number from internet.(Unfortunately I don't have that number in my dialed list now)
When I called that number it looked like geninue Elica customer care number and some customer care executive spoke to me as Elica customer care executive and sent a service engineer - Shahzad with phone numbers [protected] and [protected](Ths number I paid Rs3400 for a back burner valve that this service engineer said had a leakage )
Later I came to know that he replaced a working back burner valve with a old piece from his bag.
Shahzad also suggested that front right burner valve had to be replaced and it costs Rs.3800.

Today when there was a minor blast with the small burner that Shahzad had replaced and I called him to come and replace it, he is not owning it up and also not disclosing his service center name. All I could gather was he is from some service center in white field.

    Dear sir,
    Our home chimney is not working since 3 months. I had complained to company. Before 3 months back your personnel name Krishnamurthy had come and attended. Same that day only occured same problem and immediately I had informed him. He said that don't tell to company again. I ll attend. Till now he dint attend. I am calling him he said I ll come on Monday and other day. Since 3 months he is saying like that and not attending till now. I feel worst service facility. Please inform to your personnels to attend properly.

      I bought a Elica Chimney in 2016. At the time of purchase I was told that there is 15 years of warranty for the chimney (motor). However, I have misplaced the bill of purchase and the chimney’s motor is not working.
      But if the company is not more than 12 years old when it was incorporated in India then bill should not be a problem and we should get our warranty. It’s been only 6 years since we purchased the Chimney.
      Kindly help me with this. We bought the Chimney because of good brand name and the after service you provide.

        I am using the Elica Chimney and Hob which was purchased in Oct 2019. We hardly used for an year or so as we were mostly out of station due to covid conditions in Bangalore that time. It is a 3 burner hob and two burners started showing complaint from the last few months. The flames were coming from the side of the burner and was risky to use it. I raised a request to service it and the person. Next day I got a call from the service person telling me he is coming to fix it. As I was at office, I asked him the time when he is planning to come and he confirmed he will be at home by 12.00 noon. I called him at 12.00 and he said he will be coming at 12.30.. .The kept telling he is coming till 4.00 pm and stopped disconnecting the call. After couple of days, another person called and came for service. I explained him the hob issue. He first did deep cleaning first and told me the two burners need to replaced which cost 5K+. I asked him why the burner require replacement as it is hardly two years. First reason he told was, we scrubbed on burner and it got damaged. My wife told him we never cleaned it or removed it from the hob. Then his second reason was because of spillage of milk the burner got damaged. It is true few times, the milk might have spilled. If your product is designed not to withstand that basic thing, I would say it is the product quality issue. The person who did the service, (I appreciate he did the cleaning very well) did the cleaning of Chimney and Hob, but did not fix the issue for which I raised the complaint. He charged 2700 for cleaning, but said the actual problem require replacement of burners. During the service, he removed the rubber ceiling and went without fixing it. Just after he left only I noticed this. I called him and informed him about this. He said, he already left the place and will come and replace next day, but never turned up.

        Regarding their service engineers, they does not turn up on time. Made me wait full day telling they are coming. But never showed up that day. They don't stick to time what they say. Over all it was really bad experience and regret buying your product.

          I bought an Elica glass top four burner stove From Eham digital, Thondayad, Kozhikode on 28/4/2022.The stove was installed on 1/5/22. The Technician charged 400 as installation charge, 150 as his TA charge, and 500 for civil work.
          The glass top was blasted on 29/5/22, while i eas cooking.All my cooked food became unusable.The technician attended home on 1/6//22.He advised to keep on using the brocken stove until they order a glass top. When i demanded replacement as i have no other facility to cook, he gave me one Mr.Sandreep*s phone number.He said Sandeep is the technical head.I contacted Sandeep.He started blaming me for the blast.He demanded me to accept the glass replacement.He stated that the stove was perfect, and I have to change my attitude, and he doesn't care how I respond, its my personal choice. It has been one week now. I have been buying food from shops.The service department of Elica behaves irresponsibly. They blame customers instead of checking their defective products.

                I purchased elica hub and chimney..
                The after sales service is very very bad .. whenever you give a complaint it will take minimum 15 to 20 days to rectify..
                So I strongly recommend my friends and relatives don’t go for elica products especially in Visakhapatnam..
                The service centre people are very careless here.. I don’t know the reason..

                  The two large burner rings have shrunken. The quality of burners we very bad. Two small burners are working perfectly fine.

                  When I approached the service center to replace burners then first of all they said you have to pay for it.
                  Then when I showed them that burners are under 5 years warranty then they agreed to replace them free of cost but only the top rings of the burner.

                  When the service guy came with the burner rings then that was not fitting in because the lower part has also deformed.

                  ***Now they are saying that I have to pay for the lower part of the burner as that is not counted in the burner.***
                  However, there is no mention of this in the warranty details.

                  A burner is the full brass part of the gas stove. If 5 years warranty is on the burner then the full burner should be replaced free of cost.

                  Please help me get by full burners replaced which is under warranty.

                    Complaint number 99_2466242
                    Elica has a policy of paid installation to avail warranty. I purchased a cooking range and got a call from Jay services ( Authorized elica service center) for paid installation. While the charges are 400 + 18% gst which is Rs. 472, the technician charged us Rs.500 ( over 5% mark up). During installation the technician dropped the product on the glass face. The product was left with a dent and the glass panel's alignment issue. The technician made this sound superficial and said that the warranty will take care of any issue. When I spoke to the customer centre i realized i was over charged and that the warranty for the product is limited. The dent will stay permanent. The company conveniently cited its no refund, no replacement policy and told me it's jay services responsibility to take care of the complaint. I purchased the product from elica, the compulsory installation is the reason my product was damaged and jay services is an elica representative, how can elica conveniently shrug off responsibility? Legally elica is obligated to provide me with a resolution because their assigned technician damaged my product. And since the above mentioned incident broke norm i believe elica should too while offering a resolution on this. Because my product is extensively damaged due to elica's fault. For all i know the product has internal damages and might result in explosion due to elica's negligence. I find the whole incident abhorrent and unprofessional. Only one of two resolutions is acceptable to me either replacement or a refund. I am prepared to approach Greivance redressal and court for a resolution.

                          I have purchased Elica stove with 3 burner model from Amazon and its upper glass has been scattered in such a dangerous way during use. I hereby attached some pictures for your reference and confirm you that I will not gonna leave you for sure for making such a disaster product.
                          I will sue a case because your product is not just bad rather it’s dangerous to life.

                            My EPBI 1060 is stopped working since 4 months the issue has not been solved yet, technician doesn't attend my call . I keep calling the technician since 4 months. The worst service experience from elica . New CRM ID Is 99_2443409 . The technician had come to home 5 days back after a very long time and took 500 as a service charge and told us that he will resolve the problem within 2 days since then he is not attending the call.

                                I purchased an Elica hob from Mumbai. After my shifting to Kolkata I'm facing some problems. I lodged a complaint for repairing. I got a call from one lady o[censored]nix Appliances asking for depositing an advance money. Meanwhile we got a message from Elica advising not to pay any advance. The lady took me in conference with a lady (Ms. Nikita) saying that she is from Elica. Ms. Nikita confirmed me that M/s Unix Appliances is the authorised service provider and advised me to pay the advance. I requested her to send the message from the official mail ID. She has sent a message (copy attached). Interestingly, below the mail the same message, not to pay advance, is written. I have not paid till date.

                                I would like to bring this to your notice. Firstly, if it is your authorised service provider, they must maintain inventory, at least for small parts, by investing their stake. I am ready for spot payment on getting my item repaired. Please stick to your principle of not to pay any advance, as i don't know Unix Appliances. Please resolve the issue.

                                  I've bought Elica Hobb & Chimney last year with no service given during warranty period. And today some agent called and said that i need to pay for further warranty period.
                                  I've raised a complaint for usual service after 6month of buying the product but no one turned up. And we understand that may be due to Jan'2022 COVID wave they must have not come. But even after thing went normal no one turned up. And without my knowledge they closed the complaint as well. I request Elica India to look into this issue.

                                  Worst after sale service experience ever. :(

                                    I purchased an oven in the month of august 2021. Due to my interior works we’re not completed I installed it in the month of December only. In the month of January oven was not working. Called for a service person from the company. He came and said some door problems. I need to buy something so will come within one week then nobody came. I called again after 2 weeks one person came and said that doors frame is broken. May be done by the one who came before. He said we will replace this and all. He also gone. Now nobody is coming and no reply from the company. I mailed them two times but no reply. After that one lady called and said we have to pay for that. I said no your service person only done that. How can I buy a new door for what he did. Now nobody is coming and I am waiting and calling them last two months

                                      I purchased gase stove in 25/10/2019 from the date of purchased I'm facing some issues but it was claimed in the warranty after the warrant got over every 3 months once I'm spending more than 1000rs for the service . I never thought theis product is such a cheap product in the market . it's a life life threatening products
