Hi,

I am unable to transfer my PF amount deposited by my previous company American MegaTrends India Pvt Ltd. in Provident Fund Organization,Chennai to my current company "McAfee Software India Pvt. Ltd." provident fund. The cause of rejection of form 13 as submitted by me is:

date of leaving contribution reflected beyond 11-12.Please clarify.

The details of claim id is :Claim ID : TNMAS[protected]
Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.

I left my previous company on 17th Feb 2012 and the relieve letter mentions the same date still I am facing this issue.

Can anyone help me that how can I retrieve my PF amount accumulated.

Request for PF transfer submission was done aroud 2 yrs.
And from the source it is showing settled from around 6 months. But at destination (Andhra Pradesh) still showing under process

I'm student,worked for an organization and later on left it and got the required thing done.Got the PF form but unfortunately after tedious work my Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN[protected] has been rejected and still I have not received any written letter for it. I have drafted and forwarded the below mentioned mail to the higher authority for reply,I need your guidance on what I can do to get my handwork price back but no reply from them.

I have applied for transfer of my providend fund from epfo Karnal to epfo Gorakhpur in 2007.I have received a letter in 2010 regarding transfer of pf from epfo Karnal. Amount sent by epfo Karnal was not credited in to my personnel pf acount no up/201/2293 till now.When I contected to epfo gorakhpur then concern person told me that Annexure K copy was not sent by pf office Karnal. so please do needful.

I am Dhruv Rana. And My PF A/c No is PF NO : AP/HY/56070/87343 in Hyderabad PF office. As i have applied for my PF amount withdrawal in Oct'12.
My form was received in PF office on 3rd Nov'12. On 5th Jan'13 I received my first payment in my bank A/c.On 7th Jan I called up in PF Office[protected] & 27555602 there a lady told me that your second cheque is under process and this amount will be credited...

I have submitted my EPS withdrawal form in DEC 2011 but till date i have not received my EPS, my EPS no is MH/18796/163761 and my claim id is MHBAN[protected],I tried to contact them through telephone but no one is picking phone and also I have done six to seven mail's for the same but no one is responding,I am attaching mail for your refernce.

Please help me for the same because this is almost one year old.

Dear Sir,

I’m Anand Ballabh Tiwari, I have checked my PF withdrawal status in EPFO site and It looks my ASR form rejected due to some reason/rejection letter has been dispatched, but I have not received it yet and I’m not able to send them other form because I don't know the actual reason why PF office reject my ASR form, while investigating the same they suggest me to get register your query in EPFO grievance portal...

My name is J. Vivek Aditya living in Ooty. My PF account no. is TN/CBE/56547/131 and my PF claim form was submitted by my employer to the EPFO, Coimbatore on 30th October 2012. Its nearly two months and i have not received my claim amount yet. Also please note, my employer has sent all together 4 PF claim forms 4 members including mine and all other 3 members except me got their claim deposited in their respective accounts by end November 2012.

Please let me know my claim status as soon as possible.

EPFO Bandra office tried to attempt my PF settlement a/c number MH/ BAN/ 0014556/ 000/ 0003285 via NEFT transaction dated 15th July, 2012 to my Citibank a/c.

The bank states that they have returned the amount to the beneficiary bank for the reason "beneficiary name differs".

Since then, there has been no deposit of my PF amount to my bank, despite having sent out a letter authorized by my previous organisation.

Sadly, the online status of my PF a/c shows as settled, however that is not the case.

I seem to be loosing trust in this governmental social security system, as I see loosing my hard earned money.

More so it is impossible to get in touch with any EPFO personnel as the phones keep ringing without any response.

Please help me in getting my PF amount which has now been stuck for 6 months now.

I am Ramesh Gupta, I have checked my PF withdrawal status quite a time back. It looks like my PF form has been rejcted due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispached to my address . I have not recived it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why PF office reject my form .

Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was , because of that they reject my form.?

Hi,

I have submitted the forms for PF withdrawal for my PF account - MHBAN[protected], through my previous employer (Accenture) and it's been a year since they submitted the forms to concerned PF office. From past 10 months the status on http://epfoservices.in/claim_status.php?officename=BANDRAMUMBAI-I is showing as
Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.

Till now neither me nor my employer received any rejection form. I have raised grievance complaint, written several mails and called up on the phone number no answer at all.

How should I proceed further?

Sanchar Telesystems Ltd,802,Chiranjeev Tower,Nehru Place,New Delhi since 01 June 2010 to 31-July 2011.After i left my job i just submitted my PF settlement form to PF office Dwarka for my settlement of provident fund.At that time PF office rejected my form and as per PF office my company do not pay some of amount for year 2010.As per PF office on behalf of my company PF office do not pay my money due to short payment made by my previous company.

My PF account no. MH/45880/2046 which under Bandra PF Office. I have left my company in October 2008. In 2009 I have applied for transfer of PF to my to new company's account MH/118121/840 which was under Vashi PF Office. After September 2009, I received a letter at my residence that an amount Of Rs.36,772 has been transferred to my second PF account(MH/118121/840). I kept quite thinking that the amount is there in that account. Finally when I settle that account(MH/118121/840), I came to know that Rs.36,772 is not deposited. When I checked then I came to know that cheque not came to Vashi Office from Bandra PF Office. Then in 2010 I went to Bandra Office and gave application to cancel that cheque and credit that money to my Bandra account (MH/45880/2046) back. Then after 4 months that money redeposited my Bandra PF account (MH/45880/2046). In the month of March 2011 I again applied for settlement of my PF with withdrawal benefit and amount to be credited to my saving account. Till now I am waiting for settlement of my PF account and get my hard earned money back. Since last 4 years I have visited more than 50 times to Bandra PF Office for my hard earned money. I have even registered my grievance four times online with EPFO site but nothing is happening.

Please let me know what should I do. I need this money urgently for immediate medical assistance for my family members.

Hello Sir, I worked in Pune from Dec 2004 to Feb 2006. In 2008, I applied for PF closure but I didn't hear back anything from PF Office. I got an acknowledgment also from my Employee saying that they have submitted it on 04/12/2008. I tried many times to reach them @ [protected] but I am unable to reach them. I came to know this number by calling to [protected]

my name is rufus D'souza, my pf member ID is member ID: bgbng[protected] and my claim was submitted 1 year and 6 months back. I only see a status online on the epf site that it is being processed. Pf claims are supposed to be processed within 45 days but its been over a year with no response.

My ex company name is mphasis -an eds company, the company has headquarters in bangalore hence the pf account is also in bangalore.

I would request that you help me direct my citizen's plea for help to the concerned person.
