I have send PF transfer request with form 13 from my kolhapur account KOL/103176/971 to my vapi account SR/VAP/0047439/000/22 . Now i received following message :

This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number SROVP/E/2013/00145.
It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
Rs.22398/- has already been transferred to RPFC, Pune vide cheque no.181314 dtd.28/08/2012. The cheque is already cleared on 03/09/2012.You are requested to contact RPFC, Pune for further information.

I dont have any account in Pune, I am staying in Mumbai.

Please help me.

    Dear Team,
    I have requested PF office through my old organisation to trasnfer the balance to my new account on 01 jul 2010.
    But the PF office is saying that they have sent the cheque on[protected] to new organisation.
    My new organisation is claiming that cheque transfer is stopped during that period and only NEFT.
    Hence asked to send the copy of Annexure -K.

    But PF office is silent to send the same and not giving any responce to that.

      I am an ex-employee with Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore and my details for your reference as follows:

      PF No: KN/35038/9552 (Number as provided in my payslips),

      8/Oct 2012:
      Since I did not receive my dues, I personally visited EPFO, SRO, Bommasandra. The concerned dept did a name search in a physical register and confirmed that the funds have been instead disbursed to a person named Maclaine Rodrigues, who's PF is actually KN/35038/9452. So there was an error during entry in the system. They took my contact details promising to investigate and get back with an update; but unfortunately did not do so. I have thereafter tried contacting Mr. Muthuselvan, PRO Dept but he does not respond.

      My grievance has been registered in EPFiGMS vide Registration number SRBOM/E/2012/04692 and has been sent to:

          Hi,
          my name is noel khemchand mahida.And i have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on April 26th 2011 to the EPF Office, South Delhi.I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account.

          I have tried calling the EPF Office, south delhi on the phone number provided, but un-able to reach anyone on those numbers provided.

          My PF number is DL/31954/48

            PF settlements made by my previous employer Accenture Services Pvt Ltd to EPFO have still not reached me. It is 4 years 2 months since the transfer request is made. The PF amount is stuck at EPFO Bandra and I have no means of reaching it. I raised an RTI and even after one month there is no response.
            I am running out of options to get my PF amount.Please advice.

            EPFO,Bandra — Pf Not Received

            I pankaj Dwivedi, worked with Bharat Serums & vaccines .my PF no-MH/8709/2577.I applied for withdrawing My PF of this account.I was told that 2 cheques dated 1558 were sent to HDFC, Mohali but my bank adress was not found & it returned
            1) Cheque No- 959554 (Rs 6539)
            2) Cheque No -922813 (Rs 14609)
            I contacted My organisation they told me to directly contact pro of EPFO, thane.PRO Mr Mamulkar told me to contact at cash section (022-[protected] ), but even trying for many days the no .was not getting the desired extension.(phone was getting disconnected)
            Then i was told by PRO to send the letter directly.
            Then after 2 months i was told to come personally & submitt the complain directly at thane office.

            I am at mohali(Punjab) & its not possible for me to come to mumbai.Its very long time.Kindly do the needfull to settle my amount.

                      We are on Lay Off since 2006 and in today's Times of India dt. 4th March,2013 it says Dormant Providend Fund accounts are not entitled to get interest. We have not resigned, not moved to another company but under LAY OFF our cases are still in the court so where do we stand?e stand to loose more than Rs.50K per annum. Also I have to receive my Pension since August last where do I stand regarding this as well since I still have 2 yrs to retire. As per the rule I am still employed by the Company but Lay Off was called and Company has not settled our dues as case is still in Court.

                        I have filled my PF form in November 2010 along with my resignation form at that time they said it will get credit in 45 days, But since last 2 years i did not received the amount in my account, every time by calling my organization they say me to contact PF office in Kandivali,Bhvishya Nidhi Bhavan,But when i call nobody picks up the phone. I gave them a cancel cheque from my account which is still active but there is no credit from their end,Today when i checked i came to know that my PF settlement has rejected with this status, and i don't know to which address they have dispatched letter to me

                        PF — Settlement recieved but not the PF amount

                        Hello,

                        I was working in Accenture and left the company on 30th Apr 2008, meanwhile i withdrawn my PF.

                        on 8th april i recieved a letter saying detailing about the amount and the check number...which was taken in my name on 13/03 /2009...even after one month of check...i have not recieved the amount ...but i recieved the letter saying that PF has been settled...

                        I worked with a company in Chennai, I left that company in 31st Jan 2010 and my company directly submitted the settlement forms to PF-Office- Kandivali,mumbai on 3rd May 2010 and they also given me a copy PF office Ack.

                        I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone.

                        I also sent a registered post to them but there is no response.

                        I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

                        Please look into matter and mail me asap

                          As per my last communication at Vashi office on[protected], PF has been dispatched to my SBI A/C – [protected] on 23/Sep/2009 via Cheque no. 91284 with amount of 2784/- . Same has been confirmed with Mr. Omkarbhai,

                            Provident Fund — Provident Fund transfer Request

                            Dear Sir/Mada,

                            I am Ramesh was working in Bangalore and shifted my Carrier to Hyderabad in different organization. Since, I shifted my carrier to Hyderabad I gave a request to transfer my provident fund to Hyderabad (1 Year back). But I couldn't able to check my account balance.

                            Also, I shifted my carrier to Chennai based company and willing to give transfer account. But I don't know the status of my previous transfer request. Whether I have to give 2 transfer request or single request. If I am going to give transfer for two companies also have problem. Because my previouse company in Bangalore is closed its branch and shifted to Chennai. How Can I handle this?

                            1) Not able to View my account balance - Getting error PF number does not exist
                            2) Not able to view my Transfer request status
                            3) Not able to give a request to give transfer account to Chennai Based.

                                With reference to my EPF employee number[protected]. I have been an employee of recruitment firm Assure Consulting located at Koramangala 7th Block since 2004 and my EPF contributions began in 2005. I left the organization in May, 2011. I submitted the EPF form for complete withdrawal of funds in DEC 2011 but received a rejection SMS after a month stating that form has been rejected. But neither the office of Assure Consulting nor myself received any written letter. I have been running back and forth between EPF office in Singsandara and my office since last seven months to get matters cleared.

                                We also submitted a written complaint on 30th June 2012 in the presence of a senior officer Mr.Balasubramaniam and were told that an inspector will be dispatched to clear the paperwork. After repeated complaints I received SMS twice once on August 2012 and again on October 2012 stating Form 10C and 19 for final settlement has been submitted though after a month of both messages I received messages of rejection also. The strange issue was that I had never submitted any forms personally. Both times I got no explanation as to what more paperwork or details were required.

                                I even met Mr. Rao the Assistant PF Commissioner at Singasandra office but no help was forthcoming.

                                Now suddenly I get another SMS stating form has been submitted again for complete withdrawal which I am sure will get rejected again.

                                Please help us in this regard because I do not have a job and am badly in need of money.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I am Nilesh Rajurkar from Pune, my previous company 'Kanrad Technology,Bangalore'submitted my pf claim on 04/12/2012 (pf Acc. No.- KN/18958/659).
                                  Now online status showing me this claim has been rejected by pf office & when I checked balance of my pf account it is showing "Invalid Member_ID". Hence just want to know the exact reasons for this. I did not receive any letter regarding this up till now.                                     Transfer of PF accumulation

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This refers to my application dated 11.07.2012 for transferring my PF accumulation in my PF account no AP/PTC/30911/1942 to my new account HR/GGN/26811/376 at regional PF office Gurgaon.

                                      This is to just take to your knowledge that a cheque (cheque no. 827716) was sent to PF office Thane dated march 22, 2012 amounting Rs. 27140/-. This amount was about to be transferred from MH/12465/31974 to MH/3886/5092 (my previous employer Lupin Ltd Company's' trust To current employer Colgate-Palmolive India Ltd Company's trust), but as mentioned it was wrongly sent to PF office Thane instead of colgate trust.



                                      So, its my request to you that please take some action and let me get my dues.

                                      Sir, Im T.Venkateswarlu working in GITAM University Vizag prior to thisi worked in Industries like Pearlbeverages ltd, Hindustan Cocacola, Reliancepetro marketing pvt ltd, Reliance Retail etc where i have individual PF accounts. What is the process of changing the total PF amount to the prtesent account.
