I Amlendu kumar singh had sumited form throgh dmrc[my employer] to surrender my account.But after four month i got a massege that my request was regected.I did not get any letter against it. so please look into the matter.

Plz refer to the Letter Reference No:CSD-II/SRO/Barrackpur/75112 Dated:-17.11.11 and grievance recorded Diary No:69126 dt:03.11.11,which had received at Head Office & further it has been forwarded to SRO-Barrackpur under EPF/GMS No.CEPFO/P/2011/08164 Dated:14.11.11 for necessary action from receiver's end.

The letter had further been forwarded to Addl.CPFC (CSD) for information with reference to their Diary No.2578 Dated:07.11.11.

Enclosed plz find the letter herewith.

But till date no such action has been taken care to resolve the long pending issue.

So,your kind interference will highly be appreciated.

This is further to my complain Dt:30.01.12 & further comment on 15.02.12.A letter from your Barrackpore Sub-Regional office received Vide letter No;WB/PGHS/SRG/BKP/[protected]/(01)/242 Dt:13.01.12.But Barrackpore Office has not confirmed the no transfer claim has not been received by this office till date.Enclosed plz find the letter from BKP Sub-Regional Office for your information.This is also to inform that till date not received any confirmation of EPF Transfer.Plz do the needful.

Copy of the earlier letter dt:03.01.12 has once again been furnished below :-

Provident Fund office Hyderabad — not Lifting calls

Hyderabad PF Office employees are very irresponsible they don't lift the phone call of Consumers i fed up with them. i tried many times to them but they are not responding at all continuously i tried for thee days but that three days i got the same result.. i tried on these no.[protected], 27567082,[protected], 27555602.
if possible please take an action against this issue...
its really very worst office.......

PF office Hyderabad — pf amount not yet received

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that i have applied for my pf amount. for that i have applied on 09.05.2011 the pf office in Hyderabad received and acknowledged on 12.05.2011.
when i am seeing online status it shows that under processing.it has gone more than 100 days. My account number is AP/HYD 16328/5423.
I have frustrated and depressed lot because of lacking care about to releasing peoples money. i was expecting to get earlier. still i am expecting my money now.
if it is come now it will be really helpful to me because of this month ramadan festival to me. i was expecting my money for ramalan expenses but still i am not getting.
Here Tamil nadu pf office they are releasing within 40 days but in andra very worst to release people's money.
Kindly get me my pf money. i hope it will not get further delay.kindly do my needful sir.

Provident Fund India — PF Amount not Received

Respected Sir,
Myself Pradeep Dandiyal is waiting for my Provident Fund withdrawl amount from the last two years. I had left Gullaria Chinni Mill Situated in Lakhimpur District on dated 25 April 2008. My PF account no is (UP[protected]. The Mill comes under the PF Lukhnow Branch. Branch Adress is 5 Meerabai Marg,Lakhnow,Uttar Pradesh. After filing my PF withdrawl once the cheques were issued to my state bank account, whose detail are as follows :--

EPF amount 23365 rupees and cheque no. 375090
Family pansion amount 4386 rupees and cheque no.384257

These two cheques was returned without payment in my account.
I had send a new request alongwith the bank account proof during November 2009. The person from HR department of mill MR. Srivastava had taken a bribe of One thousand rupees and now He is not responding properly.
Yet I have not received my PF amount .
Kindly help me regarding this matter.
