In request for Transfer of pension from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad, the papers were forwarded to EPFO,Ro Hyd bad vide reference AP/3495/1193 , MP.PO No : 28819 and Vizag Letter Ref 2678/PDS/2010/1609 dtd 17-08-10.Even after 3 Months I have not received any reply. In addition based on my grievance lodged under reg no :ROHBD/E/2010/03486 dtd 07/10/10 I have not been updated.
My pension is due from July 2010 onwards.

My current concern is (Laser words technologies pvt - Chennai) (25/08/2009 to 27/05/2010). My previous organization is (Affinity Express India pvt - Pune) (28/09/2006 to 28/03/2007). Last May month 2010 I had merged the both PF accounts (Chennai and Pune) and I submitted forms to Chennai PF office. All the process was done by their (Chennai) end and They are sent the forms to Pune PF office. But still I did not get my PF settlement. Kindly do the needful sir.

I have register a complaint on this web site dated[protected] after which GENESYS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION Pvt. Ltd,Mumbai had finally submitted my PF form to the PF office(as attached).Thank you very much for that.But i have not recieved the ammount yet.I have register a grievance on 08/09/2010 at http://epfigms.gov.in & received my registration no. as SROKN/E/2010/01298.When I log in using the registration no., the status is still showing “Under Examination at our level”(details attached). I have put three reminders also. No action has been taken from PF office. Every time i call on the office no. no one answers.
You are kindly requested to help me out of this trouble.

Delay in Processing Withdrawal of Provident Fund (MH/VASHI/117678/15827)

My name is Ripul Jindal & my PF account number is MH/VASHI/117678/15827.I was worked in M/s Strategic Manpower Solution Pvt Ltd(Reliance Retail Ltd) subsidry of Reliance Industries, in Patiala during[protected] to[protected].After my resignation, I submitted the PF withdrawal form duly filled from my side to Reliance HR Deptt at regional office Mohali dated 19.07.2010.After that I call many times Reliance Hr Deptt(Mr. Rajiv Mishra [protected])for withdrawal form & he reply that form submitted. After this I regularly visit the EPFO portal in which i can see the PF status, every time I get only one msg is that your claim not received by this office, I also try to contact vashi people through phone, but nobody is responding including your PRO and I done it through mail & reply from your part was please mentioned correct PF Account No. I did not know which side is wrong or right but the fact is that I am abandoning from my simplest right. I am expecting better support this time(after passing almost 4 months from my side) to give my PF Amount to My designated Saving Account of SBOP, Tripuri Town Patiala.

I had applied for pf widthrawl around 2 month back through Speed post (whether speed post no. EH[protected] IN). Still I have not recieved any information.

This concerns the inordinate and unjustified delay on the part of one Mr Jagadeesh, the case worker involved in my provident claim, in moving my file.

I first applied for Provident fund redemption on 25 January 2010. I had been given to understand that the matter would not take more than about three months at the most. I give below the specific details pertaining to my case:

On 19th July this year, I approached Mr Jagadeesh with a status query regarding my application. He searched high and low among a heap of files. Then he started giving me excuses regarding the file, although it was abundantly clear that he had carelessly misplaced the file. He ended up by asking me to re-apply.

I went to Oracle office again and filled in a new form, reapplying again on 21/07/2010. Mr Jagadeesh now started giving personal reasons as excuses and asked me to bear with him and promised to get me the funds in one month.

I approached him again in October, but he seemed to be on leave very frequently. On 3rd October, I managed to meet him. He searched for the file again and managed to finally get hold of it. He had not processed it at all, during the past three months or so.

Again, he tried to give me false assurances by saying that he would get it processed in one week. I have been calling him and he does not reply to my calls.

I am a family man with a wife and son support and these are my hard earned funds. We, the ordinary middle class people deserve to be treated better by functionaries who merely sit over files and cannot be bothered to put in a hard day’s honest labor like the rest o[censored]s.

Therefore, I request you most earnestly intervene in this matter so that the provident fund monies that have been accrued are rightfully restored to me immediately.

1) I joined Arthur Andersen & Co., New Delhi in May 1996.
2) I got automatically transferred to Arthur Andersen & Associates (when the name of the company changed)
3) Resigned in year 2000.
4) Got part of the PF transferred (i.e. the money that got deposited in Arthur Andersen & Associate to my next company Max India Limited)
5) Joined Max India Limited in year 2000.
6) Company’s IT division named to Max Ateev Limited – while I was still working there
7) Kept sending forms to get Arthur Andersen & Co (balance money to be transferred to Max Ateev Ltd PF A/c), but failed.
8) Left Max Ateev Ltd, New Delhi in Nov 2003.
9) Company got dissolved.
10) Joined Fidelity Investments, Gurgaon in Nov 2003.
11) Started sending forms to RPFC, Nehru Place to withdraw money from Max India Ltd and Max Ateev Ltd’s PF. Got a part of Arthur Andersen money transferred to my next company in December 2005.
12) Left Fidelity due to emergency in Sept 2006.
13) Started sending forms to withdraw money from Max Ateev Ltd & Fidelity Investment’s PF, but failed.
14) Joined Target Sourcing Services, New Delhi in July 2008 and left in February 2009.
15) By God’s grace got Target’s PF money after 2-3 reminder forms (excluding the Interest amount) last December 2009.
16) In the interim, got Max Ateev’s money transferred to Fidelity A/c in October 2009.
17) Now, when I am checking the status with Fidelity PF last week, they are telling me– they have again lost my Form 19 & 10c and that I need to fill the same and get it deposited to RPFC Gurgaon, once again.

The amount must be roughly above Rs.2 lacs – though I do not have the exact figures.

Sir, Kindly suggest what should I do in order to get back my hard earned money.

This is regarding my PF# AP/32547/237

I have submitted my PF application form for reimbursement on Feb-2010. After this I have got information from my citi bank account said that below stated cheque details has been reverted back to PF office because of invalid A/C #.

After I had contact with PF people, (about the cheque bounced back) their said that again you have to submitt the Reauthorization form with bank details,
Hence again I have submitted Reauthorization form with my bank details on July-2010,
It has been three months over, But still I haven’t received my payment.

According to this payment delay since two months, I was keep on contacting more no of times by phone#[protected] extn-403) with PF staffs is not given proper response, and their saying that to contact with cash section, if I contact to cash section their saying that to contact with PRO, If I contact with PRO their saying that to contact with PF commissioner like that transferring the call from one department to another department.

Kindly to take this matter seriously and expediate the process for final settlement my PF money.

I have applied for Provident Fund transfer in August 2009. After more than 1 year the amount has still not been transferred. The old PF account is held in Regional PF office,Pune and my current PF account is in Kolkata.

I am Anita Negi I was working with Religare Insurance Broking Ltd my PF No is DL/34101/3759
I have submitted my PF withdrawl form in January 2010 which was first accepted by EPFO, they have send my PF Amount cheques to ICICI Bank where i have an account. But I don't know why they said cheques has returned. I had contact with my Employer about this they said just send your ASR form and soon you will get you PF in your account.
I have send my ASR form to my Employer on 1st Sept2010, and they send that form to PF office Wazirpur, Delhi south branch on 21st Sept2010.but its been more than 1 month passed and the form have not been processed.

I would really appreciate if some one can please take it up and resolve this at the earliest

Please could you forward the below complaint to the Regional PF Commissioner, Guwahati region.

It is with regret that I am writing this mail. My father 's PF account's proceeds go to the ICICI bank, Bhangagarh, Guwahati branch. He passed away in June 2008 and following that I had got the 'debit freeze' done on the account. I stay in Bangalore and my 60 year old mom is alone in Guwahati who is running from pillar to post to get the proceeds transferred to her name. The PF office in Guwahati is just opposite to the said ICICI bank. Despite submitting all the required documents, everytime we are told to submit a fresh set of documents to process the claim.

There is a certain Mr Kharkari who is employed in the PF office Guwahati who is making life hell for us. He is obstinate and unwilling to help. Probably, he is looking forward to a bribe which we won't give, whatsoever.

Please could you direct the staff to get this done asap. The details are :

Hi,

I have submitted the PF withdrawal form to Mysore PF office on 06th August.
Later it returned to my previous employer (Software Paradigms Infotech Pvt. Ltd Mysore) on sep 17th 2010 asking some clarification.,

As per SPI office logs clarified PF form is sent back to PF office on Sep 20, 2010.

Today (22-Oct-2010), I called Mysore PF office on[protected] around 11:00 AM. Operater is not giving the status update on this application. Some times she tells its been returned, and some times under process.

Later she told that she will get back me on this and disconnected the call (Without taking my contact info!).

Its been more than 2 months I have applied for this.
