Myself Suklatithi Gangopadhyay, Address: 9/63, Netaji Nagar, Kolkata-92 had received a letter on 19.12.2010 from Provident Fund Organisation saying that cheque No 453427 dated 23.08.2010 against P.F. Account No. MH/93453/101 for final P.F. settlement has been sent to The Manager, State Bank of India, Barrackpore Anandapuri branch, Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal to credit in my bank acc. no.[protected]....But I was surprised to see that my surname has been spelt wrong in the letter..instead of Gangopadhyay , Bangopadhyay had been typed. I checked with SBI that the cheque amount has not been credited in my account due to spelling mistake in my surname.
Please look into this matter at your earliest because my last working day with the organisation...VagadGurukul International School, Sakwar, District Thane was 10.4.2010 and already 7 months are over....still I didnot receive my P.F. money.

- A remarkable noxious, outrage and outré Company (above no: i & ii) towards employees, our Society and omen for the Government rules - regulations / Laws and Stipulation and an expert of sharper, fraudulent & fabricator.

Further, I appeal to expedite & keep them both above Company’s on pressure and to release the P.F. & others as claimed at the earliest possible date, as my health is very much at stake & deteoriating and need money for the necessary treatment.

I have sent you all documents/evidence in Annexure: 4 in my first prayer dated. July 15, 2010; of my resignation & released order in relate to my employment with them for necessary stern, severe, straf & subdue against them both for exorbitant delay in processing & release of PF accumulation and others as claimed and their noxious attitude.

My 90% of PF accumulation amount has transferred from my Previous Employer: EPCOS – Kalyani & from your Barrackpore PF Office.

Dear Sir,
With due respect, I am to say that about 45 days passed and till date I have not received any reply exclusively from you. I was expected that you will reply directly & personally intervene my appeal as a courteous manner – and as you are one of the eminent Industrialist, because our relation in between you & me was and still Employer & Employee and my issue is so simple that no question of fear or not to be afraid of or frightened of were there.

You should know what’s happening in your Office at 12th. Floor – Industry House, there are a terrible & monstrous environment is running.

In between this period, all at once, one of your lawyer appears and has sent a letter to me on behalf of KSPF on the following comments without any assurance of payment of claims or payment date and as well as accounts statement sheet thereof – that:-

1. Denied all the truths / facts & figures / Office Circular & Issued documents,
2. Submitted claims ( full & final settlement) are false,

I do not know your lawyer’s background, but will he be legally denied all of your issued Office Documents / Circular?? And what right he had disrespected your Office & you??. Then for better understanding, please go thro’ your lawyer’s all correspondences / writings to me in various & different occasion for last about One and half years continuation of my claims. Tons of bull-sheet he has made during last one & half years, and gradually & ultimately he has brought down your name & fame both in the Society / Market.

However, please explain category wise regarding false claims, as your lawyer has uttered in his letter. I challenge your lawyer to prove “what is false & where it is”. Has he guts & courage to accept the challenge??. If so then please explain immediately in detailed manner.

What & where it is false Claims? You have to explain in detailed manner:-

1. Are : My Appointment, my Salary, Arrears, P.L, Bonus, Conveyance, Medical, LTC,?
2. My Resignation & its acceptance and all related submitted documents / Claims?
3. My Form 16 of IT of 2008-09? EPF 10C Pension Certificate?
4. My P.F:which has transferred from my previous employer? It is not yours.
5. My others payment: which based on Company’s Office Circular and company’s long practice of the sales promotional matters.
6. Which are false?? Please explain with appropriate authenticity..

Each & every documents in original have submitted in your Office more than thrice in time.
And most importantly, what my personal employment file reflects? Is there any piece of negative or black spot is there till my last date of working?? Please explain.

If so, then please answer & explain with authenticity with each points. If not, why & what reasons you have Harassed me and blocked my claims for last about 18 months times?

Not only me, you have also blocked purportedly Form 16 of IT of 2008-09, and EPF & PF which is Govt. matters / issue & transferred from my previous employer. Which is very serious in nature.

Finally, and once again, I would appeal you please clear my dues / claims with specific assurance & date immediately and before that you send me all accounts statement in relate to my final settlement for my consent & verification.

After, finalization of accounts claims sheet, then I will visit your office, because you have not responded at all on my given schedule.
I personally request your good self to intervene immediately the burning issues of the enclosed claims

My Ex-employer(IBM) submitted my PF-WITHDRAWL form 2months back to PF office(EPFO, SRO, K.R. Puram ) yet i didnt receive any sort of amount.

They are not lifting the call intentionally, if the attend they are saying they were very Busy.

The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner EPFO Kandivali sent cheque No. 6920243 and 471733 of Rs. 8529 and Rs. 3857 respectively to the Manager, Punjab National Bank, Tirath Nagar, Jhandewala Extension. But the said Bank did not receive the cheques.The correct address of the Bank is Punjab National Bank, Branch Paharganj, Paharganj Chowk, DB Gupta Road, new Delhi 110055 and my account number is [protected] in name of Rekha Chug. Even though two letters dated 15/2/2010 and 15/3/2010 are sent to The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, EPFO, regional office, Kandivali W Mumbai Plot No. 222, Sector 3, Charkop Road, Kandivali West Mumbai 400 067, no reply is received. They are not sending the cheques to proper address. I have not received the said amount in spite of reminders. The phone number written on their official letter is not accessible. Please initiate RTI application against Employee Provident Fund to get the relevant information
Please use the information to start a PIL in SC on the lines of Food wastage during storage

SC will provide the direction to streamline the govt organization.

It's really pathetic that every private and govt employee uses Employee Provident Fund, but it's not reformed to be proactive

1. Please check the web site http://www.epfbng.kar.nic.in/index.asp. Login to see till which year your deposited amount shows up. There are companies which are covered only till Mar 2008. A whopping delay of 32 months. Unthinkable !! It's the biggest wonder of the world. This fact shows the Employee Provident Fund is not capable to handle hundreds of crores of customer. Then goverment is answerable. What's there action plan. We need a PIL for the same

2. Look at the number of PF transfer complaints. All because of the capacity constraints of the organization

3. The pension amounts that are deducted are not showed up in the web site. It needs to show the accumulation yearly/monthly

4. For most of the middle class employees, this is the life earning. They could not afford to keep this out of there sight. They needed to check. monitor, plan and use the same for running there life litterraly hand to mouth. This is affecting all the working citizens. Government should wake up on the same and be proactive to the customers, Just as we see from the banks and post offices

myself rajeev mine PF no KN/35501/1055 i'd applied for PF on 13 sept 2010 almost 4 months completed i haven't received the amount when i went to collect the details about krpuran PF office there was no response from lower authority to higher authority finally by arguing that i need mine PF amount details then i got a response by saying that there was an mistake in u r a/c no and cheque has returned but when i demand to see my application form a/c no was correct...... if they do irresponsibly work like this .........already we have waited for almost 5-6 months i dont know if i apply again i dont know will i get mine PF amount or not i m in doubted because i have seen so many people wondering daily since 1 years and more to get there PF amount mine amount is less but what about others.........pls take legal action about this i hope will solve this problem as soon as possible.
