Sir,

I had worked with Accenture at Bangalore in the year[protected] and resigned by Nov 2008.

At the time of my resignation, i had applied for Provident Fund withdrawal and Accenture filed my PF Withdrawal forms to the RPFC office for processing on 25-Feb-2009.

Now it’s almost 16 Months over and still I haven’t got my PF amount.

My Employee no was 10376226

PF A/c No : MH/BAN/45665/47633 GROUP NO. Corporate - 1

I have also attached the scanned copy of the acknowledgement received from the PF office and my name is reflected in Sl. No. 10.

How can i know the further status regarding my PF.? Request you to help me in regarding this.

i am joining as employee of BSNL on dated 22/4/2002.my EPF no. is CG/17447/27 .when i want to know epf account and its balance from EPF office then it shown that epf balance on 03-04 is 0000(zero) while my appointment as jto in bsnl is 22/4/2002 and epf is drawn from my salary as on the date of 22/4/2002 and my date of joining in bsnl training is[protected].kindly help me and give your valuable suggesion so that i can find my coorect epf account.

PF claim was submitted on 08-Jun-2010 at 28, Community Centre, Wazirpur Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110052.

No settlement has been received yet. Made two online complaints on their website, no feedback or reply. Would like to know the status of my claim.

Almost 2 months since I submitted my claim haven't got a clue of whats happening with my claim.

This is really unprofessional and unacceptable. The PF money is supposed to support the employees when they shift/resign/retire from their job, but it looks like the whole EPFO thing is only to support a bunch o[censored]nprofessional people working for another corrupt government department.

I was working with paxar India pvt ltd - Mumbai branch with its HO in BNG.
I resigned in jan 2008.
My pf acc is inPF bng office - peenya indl area.
i submitted pf form twice , once in Nov 2008 which was returned for sign mismatch and resubmitted in 2009.
CHQ WAS CREDITED IN FEB 2010 BUT WAS RETURNED FOR NAME MISMATCH.
FOR WHICH MY CO HAS SUBMITTED REAUTHORISATION LETTER IN MAY 17TH 2010.
I hve been following up continuously since then no response from either my co nor pf office.

plz help as i need my hard earned money badly.

Delay in refund of Provident Fund of KT Gopala krishna rao,
Submitted my application for withdrawal of Provident Fund to the appropriate authorities (Office of Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Bangalore) on 31 Apr 2010. I was an employee of RSP Architects and planners, Bangalore and submitted my application for withdrawal of PF since I left the organisation in view of my ill-health. My Provident Fund A/c no is KN//24423/374. I request that my dues are paid to me immediately. I am badly in the need of funds to pay my Daughters School fees. Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I,Rashmi Shaw having PF A/C no.MH/47242/12295 had received a letter from EPFO Mumbai dated 30/6/2008 , regarding details of final/part settlement of P.F Accumulations and Withdrawal benefit .

Neither my bank Allahabad Bank Gauri Bari Branch,Raja Dinendra Street Kolkata nor myself (Rashmi Shaw , 247/1E,A P C Road Kolkata-6) have received any cheque against the claim as mentioned in the letter.

The details of the cheques as listed is as below:-

1> Cheque No. 696886 dated 30/6/08 for Rs.3883/-(Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Three only)

2> Withdrawal Cheque No.719406 dated 30/6/08 for Rs.1426/-(One Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Six only)

The cheques are drawn on SBI,Mumbai Main Branch,Mumbai .The amount is still not creditted to my SB A/c 7803 of Allahabad Bank.

Please do the needful to get the amount clear in my A/c.

I had applied for PF withdrawal and also received the cheque but it got returned as the account was closed because i left the job.Then i applied to PF dept again for re issuing the cheque in favour of different account no.I wrote a letter regarding the change of bank account no which i got stamped and signed from my employee also and submitted the same to the PF dept and also got the acknowledgement of the receipt from their side in June'2010.I was told that i will receive the amount within a span of 3 months but since then more a year have passed but received anything from their side.
I am not even aware of the status of my re application..
i have attached all the relevant documents regarding it.

My current PF NO.MH/118121/840.I have done my final formalities with my company Tracmail AR services Vashi on 22/02/2010 and submitted my final settlement of PF form to them on that date. But till date I have not received any settlement amount. I want to know the current status for the same. Because in this same a/c my previous company's PF(PF a/c no-MH/45880/2046) amount was transferred on January 2010 of Rs.36772.I have that letter with me. So all total Rs.36772 plus current a/c PF settlement amount is due. This is a very big amount to me. So I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and let the know the claim status as soon as possible. Further I have already inquired with my Employer but they confirmed me that from their side they have already forwarded the same to PF office.

I was working in a private company ie Dynetic Products Pvt.Ltd. and resigned on 31.12.2009. I had submitted my PF claim against my Account No.TN/39959/56. Before submission formality of claims were discussed with PRO/EPFO,Chennai. After 2 months it was returned. Against we went and discussed and resubmitted along with covering letter as they told. Again it is returned. Let me know what should I do further. I am registering this complaint after 6 months.

I had applied for withdrawl of EPF during Sept 2009. My EPF account No is KN/24362/738. The on line status of claim against Receipt No 29098606 and 29098607 is being displayed as "dispatched on 27/03/2010" and "Settled" since last one month. But nothing has been received in my Bank account and there are no cheques under collection also.
Please appraise me the recent status of my claim and transfer the amount against claim settled to my bank account as early as possible.

Provident Fund Our Company was deposited in Kolkata different STATE BANK OF INDIA BRANCHES. But our Registration with Howrah Profivident Fund Office for the same tille not credited in our a/c. so, kindly advise to State Bank of India this suspense acccount to clear and without people was doing like and find for this type account arrange to credit to individual account .

My name is Depinder Kaur, I was an employee of IBM DAKSH BUISNESS PROCESS SERVICES PVT. LTD. I have left my job on 30 november 2009.

But now almost 3 months have passed and i have not recieved any amount or letter from PF office.

I worked for Systems Advisers Group Pvt Ltd for 2.5 Year, After leaving the service I decided to withdraw my Provident Fund Amount. My Company filled the form with necessary detail. and submitted to the PF deparment on 25th of FEB 2010. They Gave me the Acknowledgment of submission to follow up also. I waited for 2-3 Month, But my PF never got into my account. to my bad luck they telling that they have lost my PF form and telling me to get again new form from the company. Where can I complain about regarding this and how can I get my PF Amount. Since my old company taking its own time to give another form.

My name is Norman Wilson Francis. I was working with the company called Shell Transource Ltd.Pimpri, Pune its a BPO data process industry Head Office situated at Belapur, Mumbai. CEO Mr. Narayan Bhargava.

I resigned from the company in the year 2009 sep after that i submitted my EPF withdraw form in the month Feb 2010 but still the status is showing that they have not received My form No. MH/40088/2058. and when i asked Shell Transource ltd. they answered me that some inspection is going on from EPF office so they will take time and we have already submitted the forms to the EPF office which is situated in Thane in the month of March 2010

My Company name was Shell Transource Ltd. and when i checked it on the site of EPF it registration number(MH/40088) shows in the name of Shell Computers. Pvt. Ltd there is much difference between a Ltd and a Pvt Ltd. Company.

This is not a small issue this has to be taken seriosly by the Government Of India. i stay in Pune and how can i go to Thane to check the status of the EPF there is only a way is site of the EPFO but that is also not maintained properly by the organisation, what should a middle class famiy do if its going this way this has to taken strictly.
