regarding uncleared EPF since 2005

Dear Sir,

This is Ravindra Panwar & my EPF A/C no. is UP 23788/365 .

I had worked with SBMA (Shri Bhuvneshwari Mahila Ashram, Anjanisain (TG, Uttarakhand) from 1 July, 2003 to 31 May, 2005.

Now,[protected] I have received 2 checks from EPF department - 334429 (which is Rs. 1726) & 362857 (which is Rs. 2706), which is not full payments.

PF withdrawal cheque yet to be remitted to my bank account

Dear Sir/Madam,
My last employer,planmanconsultnt (india) Pvt Ltd.#86, 1st Floor, 1st Cross, 1st Block, Ward No.68 Koramangala, Bangalore.34 , had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner on 6th February 2009. The company's PF Code No. is "DL/30415/3028".

This is December 2010, and I'm yet to receive the remittance in my bank account...

EPF Transfer

Dear Sir,
I want to transfer my PF A/C from M/s Hindalco Silvassa (UT of D & NH) PF office Aditya Birla Trust Renukoot (UP) to M/s Siddhartha Tubes Shajapur (MP) PF office Ujjain (MP).
What is the procedure for the same ? The both company is not giving proper responce and not supporting. Who will be provide Form no 13 with MRS 5/10 ? Is my present employer or past employer ? Please help and guide me.

PF CLAIM
Dear Sir,

I worked with I Process India Ltd at Delhi as a Team member, i had resigned on 18 Sep. 2008 and i had completed my resignation formalities on the same day. I received my PF papers attested from i-process in the end of March-2008.My Pf Number is MH/47808/11179 and my Emp Number is C12126.

withdrawal PF A/c No:23034/45848

i submitted withdrawal documents of my P.F.on[protected],Bearing A/c No: 23034/45848 they gave acknowldgement also,at Barkathpura office, HYderabad.
till today they hann't deposited any P.F. amount. I contacted so many times,but they are not respond propely.
On 17/02/2010 i contacted by phone the number is[protected],they informed that cheque was deposisted in january-2010only.But as per my bank statement i have not...

PF not yet credited

Respected Sir / Madam,

I left TCS e-Serve Ltd (formerly known as Citi Group Global Services) in August 08. Till now, i am not able to trace the status of my PF refund. epf recievd but full payment is not recieved

SIR I HAD APPLIED FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT FOF PF ACCUMULATIONS AND WITHDRAWL BNEFIT AGAINST PF ACC NO PB/12913/324. THE TOTAL DEPOSITS(EMPLOYEE SHARE + EMPLOYER'S SHARE) IN MY ACCOUNT WAS RS-19200/- FOR THE SESSION 2007-08 AND 2008-09 WITHOUT INTERSTS. THE AMOUNT PAID TO ME WAS RS-14621/- AND RS-3740/- IE TOTAL RS-18341 INCLUDING INTERSTS. THE AMOUNT PAID IS EVEN LESS THAN THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT . KINDLY PAY THE DIFFERNCE TO ME .
