I have submitted my PF withdrawal form application on June 2009.My account number is KN/16573/13492.I have not recived the amount till and iam not able to tarck the status also as the Pf helpline is always enagaged.

This is very unfortunate the CITI Bnak people are after the customre at the time of giving them credit card and thereafter they are left on the mercy of the unseen ghosts (ON ROUTENE BUSY PHONE NUMBERS ).
I am credit card holder with No.[protected] for past 10 years. I have purchased one item of the amountof Rs.2445/ and dropped a cheque in the box put up in CA market Salt Lake Kolkata. Cheque No. was 395159 SBI, Chowranghee. Last date of payment was 11.6.2008. While updating my bank pass book I found that this cheques has not been debited .Accordingly, I have informed the SBI, Bank for stopping the payment today .However your citi phone officer could not help me trace out this cheque, when I contacted at 12.30 pm on 17.6.2008 rather she suggested to get this cheque cancelled and drop a new one.
Its very in convenient CITI bank has not kept drop boxes afterasking customer .If they cant keep a track of the cheques then why they are making us fool? Stop this practice andcome out with some foolproof system.
It has caused me great inconvenience and therefore, I wish to surrender your card forth with.

Providend Fund Pune Office — PF Transfer

Employees Provident Fund Office Pune — Monthly pension not received

My monthly pension has not been received for the last 5 months, Jan to May 2009. Requirement of Live Certificate and Certificate of Non-Remarriage has been met by me.

PF office Hyderabad and Tambaram — My PF amount not transferred for 3 years

Dear Sir,

I have initiated transfer of my Existing PFs accounts when i joined covansys on 13-Nov-2006.

My existing accounts are with PF office Hyderabad and account numbers are

AP/23034/20605 - Satyam computers
AP/44340/483 - Kenexa technologies

Covansys has initiated the transfers with the PF office Tamabaram on 20-Feb-2007.
As per tambaram office they are stil waiting for the response from PF office hyderabad.
I tried ringing hyderabad PF office but in vain.

Also i called satyam computers and asked the status of the PF account with them.
As per satyam computers they have not got any requests till now.


Also can you please let me know when PF office tambaram submiited the requests to PF office Hyderabad.

Please let me know the status of my case and guide me what should i do now

But I have not received any cheque in my Bank Account till date
what happens my both cheque ? What I WILL Do?

provident fund office -golibar maidan — no proper help

This is regarding my PF. money. The Pf office is unnecessarily harassing me. In 1990 to 92 I was a employee of Aquapharm Chemicals Co.pvt.ltd.bhosari, pune. I left the job as my husband got transferred to Bhopal. As I had got married in 91 I had submitted the necessary affidavits to the company. later when i came in 1997 to pune i was asked to again fill the form, again prepare an indemnity bond and get a proof of my marraige which as per sikh marriages we did not have then.but i tried to submit the necessary documents to them. but nothing happened in 97 so when i now returned again to pune in 2007 i have been trying again to get my pf. the pf office says my claim has been rejected and send back to the company. It has been written on the form that the claim has been settled in 97. since I have gone to the pf office golibar maidan nearly 4-5 times but each time they say the same thing . I have not received my money yet. i really dont know what to do. As it is my hard earned money and as it is of my first job it has great value for me. but the pf office people are not at all co-operating or guiding properly as to what is to be done. Pleasehelp me in this matter.

PF office - Pune has informed that if you are requesting a transfer from a trust account to the RPFC office -- transfer request form (form 13) is not forwarded to a Trust by them. They only request for a transfer of Pension fund.

Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.

i want to transfer my pf A/C UP/1860-BC75283 from Hindalco industris ltd (unit birla copper dahej) Aditya birla group transfer to Adani power ltd pf office Ahmadabad (Gujarat)

MY EPF a/c no. KN/BN/18543/9908, i have worked in IGate, Chennai starting from[protected] to[protected], due to personal problem i have been resigned from the company on[protected], I have submitted my final withdrawal of EPS claim along with Form 10c and relevant documents on[protected], my employer was forwarded the application on[protected] to EPFO, K.R Puram, Bangalore for further process of my claim. so many months were over still i have not received the claim. Many times i enquiry EPFO, office simply they are telling that your application is under process.Kindly look in to the matter and clear my final withdrawal of EPS claim immediatly.

i fully agree as the attitude of the entire sro's or ro's of Bangalore is very callous. I have written n number of mails for the status of my PF submitted in the KR Puram branch, but they do not bother to revert at all. The heights is the land line number of the EPFC (I) is out of order for almost more than a month. and the other numbers keep ringing. I am keen to know what the employees or as a matter of fact the EPFC's are being paid for, when they neither are responsible enough to respond to the mails or pick up the phones. My advice is to remove all the mail id's mentioned in the Bangalore / CVO ( HO ) EPF govt websites and also remove all the contacts of the personnel, so that at least the frustration levels of the PF claimants comes down.

It seems only the RTI is the way out or forward to get the responses from the Bangalore EPF department. My claim in Gujarat EPF was dispursed in a span of less than a month and i got proper smses on my cell as to the processing and disbursement of my cheques. Only once i wrote to the EPF Gujarat and they were very prompt and professional in responding as well as keeping me updated on the statusof my claim, with no follow up from my end.

EPFSRO R K Puram seems to be very casual and highly irresponsible SRO, very sadly i have to metion this.

I Am submitted my claim form in hyderabad sub regional office in jan 5th 2010

form was rejected due last working day . again I am submitted my claim form in hyderabad sub regional of pf . still now no status in pf website it showing your claim still received in this office .

My self C M Nair. I am ex employee of Themis Ditributors P ltd.
Indore.Head office located at Mumbai. inthe Name of M/s. TDPL.
I resigining in that organisation for the year 2007. also I submitted
my P f settlement forms to P f Department asper rules My resigning in after the next two months..

But almost now completed in three years.But I did not received my
pf settlement amount of even date.So Please look in to the matter
and now which status in the above. My service for this organisation during Yr (1992 to 2007) My P F A/c No is: MH/9110/493.

Onceagain I request you to please consider my above requests and
give the response reply.

Kindly submit the fresh form.
She as has promised that PF will process within 60 working days, but still know there in know updates on status. If enquired about that there telling that contact with Delhi PF office. EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND — Non receipt of PF

Ref : KN/PF/ACCTS/CASH/1025 DATED 29-03-08

On the said date a cheque numbering .023345 amounting Rs.3875/- drawn on SBI was forwarded to ICICI Bank, Ballygunge Branch, Kolkata with a copy to me.The bank was advised to credit my account with the procceds of the cheque.After repeated follow ups with the bank they confirmed they have neither received the letter nor any such cheque.I have intimated the same to the PF office bangalore in the month of august 2008.Since then the matter is unresolved.

What's the point in having the money deposited in EPF if we can't get the same in 2 years?

Provident Fund Transfer — Non-receipt of cheque

I applied through my current employer for transfer of provident fund and pension amount. However my employer has told that they have not received the cheque till now. System is showing that cheque has been send long back. This matter related to PF Office, bandra, no body pick the landline no. given on site.

My name is B.Balajee and i had been working with United Bank of India.my employee no is 33534. I resigned from the bank on[protected]. I Had completed all the relieving formalities and filled up my PF form while leaving. I was promised that i will receive my PF within a span of 4 months and the amount would be credited to my account, but till date it has not happened. Sir, it is not only the amount, but i am also losing my interest portion on the same.

Its my humble request to you to consider my case, as I have mailed even the banks CMD thrice but there has been no response from their end. Kindly do the needful.
