Provident Fund — PF Claim not settled

Hi,

I have submitted my Provident Fund form duly filled to Regional PF Commissioner Office, Mumbai on 30.03.2009 for final settlement of PF Claim. Three months already passed but the same is not yet settled (since the last employer is not signing the PF Claim form). My PF account no. is MH/40341/04.

I was personnel visited your office on 11.09.2010 and meet PRO and Accounts Section but they are not answer properly. Simply they told we have not received the any communication from Chennai office regarding Cancellation of Scheme Certificate No.23318 (Chenni PF No.TN/23840/23) ref. SL.No.2. I immediately called Chennai PF office pension section over phone Mr. Swamy Nathan, ( who deal my case in Chennai) and he clarified the dispatch of original Scheme Certificate. Then your accounts section personnel’s confirmed to me for receipt of the same by orally and he assured the pension will send within a month to me. But I have not received my pension even after 2month.



I am leaving Small Village faraway from Chennai so I am unable to visit your office every time and it is more expensive for me. Hence I send my brother to your office he is living near by Coimbatore. He visited your office several times and met PRO and Accounts section and I personally telephone to your office several times but I am not received pension or any positive reply from your end.



As on date 2 years and 5 months pass away but till date I have not received my widow pension or any correspondence from your end for delay of my pension.





I request the Honb’le Asst. Commissioner may kindly consider my prayer and settle my pension immediately.

EPFO — provident fund not yet received

Dear Madam/Sir
Request you to please help in withdrawing my PF accumulation (DL/19961/4548) and help in getting it released.
I am writing to you after trying hard with PF dept to get my PF transfer as nothing has happened.
I was employed with Citi Financial Consumer finance India Ltd from 21st Nov 05 till 31st Aug 08. My PF no was DL/19961/4548.
On 1st Sep 08 i joined HDFC Bank and My new pf no was T0817X (HDFC Bank ltd covered employees provident fund trust)
HDFC Bank has applied for transfer of previous accumulated PF fund but even after contnuous followup the amount never got transfered for the reasons we are not aware of.
Now i have even left my job with HDFC Bank on 31st March 10 and am clue less about my funds.
Now request you to please guide how to go about in getting the amount withdrawn lying in pf acc no DL/19961/4548.
I had also sent a PF widrawl form but the same got rejected with reason the it has already been applied by HDFC Bank for transfer. But till today it was not transfered.
Please help now and guide what need to be done

I the undersigned applied for Pf withdrawl in the month of July 2010. Whereas already 8 months passed and I have not received my PF settlement amount. I need the money in priorty basis as due to some family health problem.

To following pension A/C at RPFC, Kolkata

WB/15008/MCP/4836

On enquiry from RPFC, Jaipur I got information that FPF A/C has been transferred in the month of Feb-2006 to RPFC as per attached photo.

I request you to kindly look into the matter of transfer of FPF and confirm whether account is transferred to RPFC, Kolkata.

I had applied for EPF transfer from Raipur EPFO to Bhubaneswar EPFO. After some time in 2007 I received a letter from EPFO Raipur mentioning that EPF has been transferred to Bhubaneswar with cheque details of Rs. 1,00,009/-.
On receiving the yearly statement of PF , I found that this amount has not been included in my account . Even after several follow ups the same has not been done.

I had applied to transfer my EPF from Himachap predesh EPF Account No HP/11754/145
to Delhi EPF Account No DL/14950/360 from 2005

When I checked my Delhi EPF Account. I have found that fund have not been transfered from Himachal predesh(Shimla) EPF to Delhi EPF account.

But amount has not been credit to my Delhi EPF account.
