Sir
My employer has submitted my claim and was received in month of August.
My Emplyer code is 4210 office is in Shillong and my employee code is 146.
It is not yet received in 4 months.

To Whom It May Concern,

I joined IBM India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore in September 2006 and i was opened with a new PF account (KN/BN/19214/045322). At that time of joining IBM, I gave a Form 13 for PF transfer from my previous employer (QPro Infotech Ltd, Chennai. TN/48699/269 (later renamed as E-Edit Solutions)).

I did not receive any confirmation stating the successfullness of the transfer for 3 years. I received the PF Statements for the year[protected] and[protected], in November 2009 from IBM. The statements which i received shows that the account (KN/BN/19214/045322) has been started from a 0 balance, which means the transfer has not happened.

I have sent a written letter to The Assistant PF Commissioner (Accounts), EPFO Regional Office, in Bangalore and in Chennai. BUT WITH NO RESPONSE.

I had been to the EPFO office in person to Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Bangalore, BUT THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS PATHETIC. Finally, I was told to check with the EPFO Chennai, as the records here doesn't show about any transfer.

I would like to know the status of this transfer ? If the transfer is not initiated, then pls provide me a confirmation to go ahead and close the account, as it has been 3 years now since the account is non operational.

I would like to close the TN/48699/269 and take back my HARD EARNED money. Please help me with this regard.

I had applied for a PF transfer from my previous employer in August 2008. Its 1.5 years now and I did not receive any acnkoledgements whether the PF was transferred or not. I dont have any information on the status of my PF account both previous and current. My PF account details are as under.

Previous PF A/C number: AP/HY/44271/001443
Current PF A/C number: KN/34817/443

Please let me know if the PF transfer was successful. Also what is my PF balance in the current PF account.

My PF account number is KN/BN/23900/393. I worked with a company(Nous Infosystems) for three years & left the org mid 2006. I submitted an application for withdrawal (to be deposited directly to my bank account) around August 2009, and got the acknowledgement from PF office.
After one month, I got the application returned to my residential address and I was asked to produce an affidavit stating the reason I did not withdraw the amount within the last three years. I spent 400 Rs plus time and effort to get it done & again submitted to the PF office.
Some days back, again the EPFO returned the application to me stating that the account had already been settled with a cheque payment. The checque number was mentioned (no bank or payee info) and the check was dated 10/03/08. Definitely I never applied for any withdrawal till Aug 09, and wonder how the entire amount could be settled without my knowledge. Now the transfer is in status quo and I am running around to find the cause.
Also I had made enquiries to the office 2-3 times in between, they said that it will take 2-3 weeks longer to get the money directly deposited to my bank.
Shall I do a FIR?
Any response is appreciated.

I was the Deputy Area Manager of Bajaj Allianz from 01/7/2006 to11/01/2008. My pf no is MH/34020/22210.I had given appliaction to withdraw the amount from my pf to the hr of Bajaj. They have informed that they have submitted the forms to puna provident fund office on july/17/2009.They further informed me that the amount will be credited to my account by november, so far the amout is not credited to my bank accout. when i contacted them they futher said me to mail the matter to the pf commissioner. i did the same,but there is no response from his office and they are not picking the phone. i kindly request you to credit my pf account to my bank account.MY EPF NO MH/34020/22210.


Eventhough i send repeated mails to pf commissioner pune, he is not responding throuhg mails. when i tried to contact to contact them through phone, they are not picking the phone.pls help me to credit the same to my bank accout.

GRIEVANCE

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my P.F. Account has been transferred from Siliguri to Salt Lake Kolkata in the year 2006. But surprisingly, in my P.F. slip issued by your office 2006-07 depicts zero amount in opening balance.
Further, in the 2007-08 , the opening balance are only the closing balance of 2006-07 only.
With reference to my complaint made on 23rd Sept, 2008, I had received a letter from Mr. R.K.Mishra, Asstt P.F. Commissioner (A/Cs Gr 34 ) who had assured me that “ transfer amount would be effected at the time of preparation of Annual Accounts for the year 2007-08 based on Annexure-K received from Sub-regional Office Siliguri and that will be exhibited in F/23 for the year 2007-08” ( letter enclosed)
Now, I am very scared whether at all my hard-earned money have been siphoned or not and whether I will receive the continuity or any breakage in the service period. After receiving receipt for the year 2007-08, I feel either Asst.P.F.Commissioner does not know what he is given in writing or the dept. is misleading me to misappropriate my money.

Copy of the transfer letter is being enclosed for your information please. Copies of the all PF slips received from Siliguri and two PF slip from Kolkata are also enclosed for ready reference alongwith the letter of Mr. R.K.Mishra, Asst. P.F.Commissioner.

May I, therefore, request you to be kind enough to take appropriate measures to transfer the amount including the interest and get my proper benefit with continuation in my account. Besides, you are requested to issue me a fresh receipt citing the present status of my account including the amount of money transferred from Siliguri with interest.

Dear Sir,
I am Debraj Mazumder,applied for my provident fund withdrawal during august 2008.My PF no. was DL-17492/2175 and company name was Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd.But few month back I received a letter from EPF delhi saying that my provident fund amount has been transferred to a PF account bearing the no. DL-5864/4660.
I don’t understand why it has happened when I’ve applied for withdrawal.In the year 2002 november till 2004 may I’ve worked with Whirlpool India Ltd and I’ve transferred my pf amount from DL-5864/4660 (Whirlpool India pf no.) to DL-17492/2175 (Samsung India Pvt Ltd pf no.).I want to withdraw my provident fund.
Please guide me to withdraw my provident fund money.

my PF A/c # is MH24581-A/1425(submitted at Kandivali Office) & MH24581-C/464(submitted at Bandra Office) as per company record. I resigned from service in the end of jan 2009, I had been following-up with both the offices frequently. sometimes they say that the cheque is already dispatched and shall reach u by next week and sometimes they say that your form is being sent back to the company. I had inquired at my previous company, but they informed they haven't got any PF form back from PF office.

Respected Sir,

I bring to your kind notice that my husband Late.Sri.A.Vijayarangam, UDC, expired on 24.08.2002 and I have been receiving pension. After the implementation of Sixth Pay Commission, I have not yet received the revised pension and Arrears. On my repeated request with State Bank of India, Thattanchavady, Puducherry, till date, the revised pension and arrears of revised pension have not been credited into my account. On enquiry with the bank officials, they informed that only on production of sanction order from EPF Office, they will credit the above Arrears.

Further, the SBI officials have stopped even my pre-revised pension since August payable in September, 2009 thus depriving me of my only source of living. They state that they will release my pension only on receipt of fresh orders from EPFO, RO, Chennai.

Hence I request your goodself that necessary orders may kindly be issued to credit my revised pension and the arrears arising after implementation of Sixth Pay Commission (with effect from 01.01.2006). I also understand that the balance 60% arrears of Pension have since been released by the Central Govt. Hence I once again request the Respected ACC to kindly issue directions to officials concerned to revise my Pension and to credit the 100% arrears of Pension w.e.f. 01.01.2006 at the earliest. Sir, being a pensioner and requiring more money for my medical expenses and also having other financial commitments, I find it very difficult to run my family and I hope your goodself will look into the matter personally and thus render justice.

Office are forwarded to the ex-employer on 25/03/2009 for want of certain clarifications and documents as per information received from P.F. Office through Action Status vide Public Grievance Registration No. CEPFO/E/2009/07198 dated 12/06/2009 and advised me to contract ex-employer for early resubmission of the above Forms. The ex-employer, Roadstar (India) Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., H-No. 1-90/A, Plot No. 20 & 21, R.B.I. Colony, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081, has already been resubmitted the above mentioned Forms on 5th October, 2009 duly acknowledged by P.F. Office, Hyderabad but till date my P.F. Claim is not settled. I am attaching acknowledgement of resubmission of above mentioned Forms & Action Status by EPFO
