Employee Provident Fund — I did not get my EPF

This is in connection with the PF amount as it is not credited to my account and the application for the same was submitted on 20/05/2009. So till August,2009 I used to check status on website http://www.epfosurat.com and it was showing the balance is remaining. But now website is showing there is no balance. I also didn’t get any deposit in my bank account.

The Form was filled second time on 20/05/2009. Earlier it was submitted on 30/10/2008. So total two times I submitted form for my provident fund. For assurance I also attached my signed passport copy and my bank account details copy but still I don’t know what doubts was raised and I didn’t know and was not informed why my form rejected or it was rejected or not.
Status till date: No balance found.

In this matter epfo should issue suitable guidlines to MR.Gaurav through Estt. as Estt. never provide suitable guidlines to the workers and hence unnecessary complains made by workers against epfo.

I have not received my PF amount evenafter a decade of submission of the application form for the with drawal of my P.F. amount. My P.F. Number MH/90900/6106. I am really frustrated above this. PF Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.

sir, I want to detail about how withdrawal PF amount and when, which document submit to u idont know about, so pls give me suggetion about that.

My PF was held with Employee Provident Fund, Gurgaon, Haryana -122002 till March 2007. My PF no is HR/25375/996.I have been transferred to Haldwani (UA) in same organization & now I quit my company and joined a new company. Did u filled Form 13 with proper information and given to your new company HR dept.
If you have given to them, then please approach your HR dept. and ask for the covering letter and the subimission date of Form 13 to EPF office. After collecting both the details then approach EPF office Public Relation Officer, they will help you.

PF Transfer
My name: R.THAMILSELVAN, Emplyee No: T01410, Old Company : Ford India Pvt Ltd., Location :mm nagar-chennai.
My PF was held with Employee Provident Fund, Tambaram, Chennai -45. My PF no is TN/36898/2408.
I quit my company and joined a new company (TATA Motors -Ahemadabad). From the new company, I initiated PF transfer. My new PF no is :BR/5/801354. My new employer initiated the PF transfer on 11 months back. But my new employer still now didnt get any response from Employee provident Fund, Tambaram.
when i Contact the same, they are not responding properly.

I also have similar kind of problem with my PF account.I was working with M/s E4E.I left the company in Feb 2006. Till date I have submitted the PF form 3 times.However no communication in regards to this from PF office or from E4E. It was later found that the application was submitted by my office on the 31st december2009 and I, received my acknowledgement number. I, enquired with my office for the reason why my application was processed late, the information I, received from my office was that the PF office did not accept any applications due to year ending and pending work.
I, have checked the website to know the status of my claim but, your website is updated only on 04/01/2010, how good is that. I, Mathurthi Sankara Rao worked in the LOVE LOCK & LEWES SERVICES PVT LTD. Since 22nd December 1995 to 12th Jan’ 2009. I have resigned to my job due to the closure of ABN AMRO Bank Contract operations at Hyderabad Branch.

Love Lock & Lewes Services Pvt Limited was taken over by iSmart Global Services Pvt. Ltd which is a group of ZOOM DEVELOPERS Pvt Ltd in the month of August 2006.

I have not so far received my E.P.F, Gratuity, Bonus and Pension certificate. In the meantime I came to understand that the iSmart Global Services Pvt, Ltd was closed some branch like Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other cities, without informing any thing about the payment of my EPF, GRATUITY, Pension certificate and Bonus. So I have sent my application regarding my EPF, Pension Certificate, Gratuity and Bonus to the Zoom Developers Pvt ltd, Mumbai office. on 12th jan 2009. But nothing has so far been done. I am sending daily mails to Mr Shankar Kulakarni, He is working in Zoom Developers Pvt Ltd as a HR Vice President. He is not given any proper information. He was promised many date for settle the dues. But they are not settle my Dues. Till date I don’t know what the EPF balance.
So I have given a Legal Notice to the Zoom Developers Pvt Ltd. Two days back Mr Shankar Kulakarni call to me he said you given legal notice, it will go to process 6 or 7 months. He is confused to me. If you want PF amount you can directly apply the PF office he is talking like that.


Again my PF and other related documents have been send to Mr, .Sudarshan. in Bangalore. After following up with Mr Shankar G Kulkarni and Mr. T.Sudarshan have been submitted in Bangalore PF office on 01.12.2009.

The Matter has been mailed to Mr.Shankar G Kulkarni, Mr.Agarwal, Mr.Saneep Soni S, Mr.Sharad Kabra, Mr. Sudarshan (as Zoom Developers pvt Ltd, etherized staff Bangalore and Mumbai Branch) has been resigned from the organization who had submitted the PF and other documents at Bangalore PF office, Till now, either reply tomy mail nor call has been received.

From 17 – march 2009, the same follow ups has been made with Shankar Kulkarni, HR-VP-(ZOOP DEVELOPERS PVT LTD – MUMBAI – HE IS A NUMBER ONE CHEATER)Mr.Sandeep Soni- President Zoom Developers pvt ltd Mumbai, Rajesh Mittal, Accts Manager-Zoom Developers Pvt ltd Mumbai, Rajesh Kumar-Accts Executive, Mr Shankar Pillai – Admin Zoom Developers Pvt Ltd, Mumbai but in vain, according to zoom developers pvt ltd. The earlier management Mr Ramesh, President and all the other VP’s has swalloed the entire PF amount to the tune of 6 crores, which the PF has been maintained by them as a TRUST without depositing the amount at Bangalore PF Office.

In this present scenario, I had received the PF AMOUNT of Rs.11, 600/- for the actual amount of bellow mentioned funds break up

Now, who will take responsible ……….Only God is aware,

Ms groups private employment service located in vaishnavi nagar near vasan eye care hosur is a fraud job consultancy. When i applied for a job there, they told that u will get a telephonic interview from Robert bosch first and then personal interview. I got the telephonic interview and for personal interview they asked me to pay 30000. I said i will pay after joining the job.. But they said thecompany hr is asking money now.. Then i paid it.. I Left the below mentioned organisation on 2nd jan'09 and applied for refund of my provident fund in March'09 through the office of Iprocess located at Sector 34, Chandigarh.Thereafter i was told that i-process office has closed its branch in Chandigarh.I started following the New Delhi branch.After eight months of struggle on 26th january2010 i somehow managed to find out that some documents are pending from my side.
I completed all the pending formalities and send the documents on 07/03/2010 through registered post.The reciept of same was comfirmed through telephonic communication with Mr Radha Krishan.He told me that my docs will soon be processed and now I've to follow the HR SERVICES.He gave me landline no.[protected]

But since that day I use to call upon the above mentioned no. almost everyday but no one ever answered.The phone was probably incidently picked up by Madam Deepika in April2010 who told me that my case is under processing and will be resolved within maximum time of 15days.Till today no one in the HR DEPARTMENT ever picked up my phone again. The worse thing on their part is that I have put several reminders through email and I've never got a single reply.It seems that they do not bother about the pending cases or probably the department has lost my file.If it is so they should atleast inform the concerned person who is waiting for their replies.

Dear Sir, this is my humble request to kindly solve my case as soon as possible as i'm going through great financial crisis and i'm desperately in need of money

Kindly take up the matter with the concerned person and revert at the earliest.I shall be very thankful to you.

Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.
