for the reimbursement of my PF amount,


I hereby inform you that, I am worked with Carnation auto India Pvt Ltd,
Cochin for the period of one year from 18/05/2009 to 30/06/2010. In my
salary slip the PF amount deducted every Month, My PF number is
DL/38696/332. I submitted my PF papers for closing the PF account which I
relived from Carnation on 30/06/2010. After 3 month, whenever I called
to office
for asking about my PF status, they informed that your PF documents
rejected due
to name mismatch with bank account after received the documents, I found
that all documents correpted by carnation people with whitener, then I
contact to office then I produced new form and full fill the procedure on
20/01/2011, after one month contact to office he said that it is processing
and will take two months. Again I called after one month and then too I
heard the same words. This has been continuing for last one year. When I
contacted my office last week they said that, we are submitting all
documents to PF Office for processing for reimbursement. I am checking in
online status P[censored]nder processing on April 2011 still. Finaly I received
the mail from carnation our formality over, directly contact PF north
Delhi Office. I'm totally frustrated and don't know what to do. I'm in
urgent need of the PF money, and Iam waiting for the same.

Referring the trail mail as below, I have been trying to know the status of my PF amount which as per the mail claims to have been dispatched from Legal and compliance team of teamlease at HDFC bank and whcih was supposed to be credited in 15 days - Its been a month (and counting), there is no status as of now.

But till date no cheque has been sent and I have not received any setllement.My surname is also mispelt in the letter as Bangopadhyay instead of Gangopadhyay.

Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

Myself Sharadkumaar Popat and I am from Rajkot. I was working with MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. at Rajkot Location for 2 years n 2 months.. I left Metlife on 30th April, 2009 and after that I started excersice to get back my Provident Fund amount.

As per procedure, after waiting period I submitted my PF withdrawal form to MetLife Head Office Banagalore on 1st October, 2009 duly filled and signed. I got mail from HR - MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. Bangalore that my pf withdrawal form sent to RPFC Bangalore on 1st December, 2009. They sent me acknowledgement too with stamp n signature from RPFO Bangalore.

I inquire about my claim through mail to ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in to know my claim status but after 4 to 5 mails I didnt got reply from there. I checked my claim status online too and its indicate that my claim received to RPFO Bangalore on 2nd December, 2009 and still is in under process.. I attached copy of that message herewith for your kind reference.

As per EMPLOYEE'S PROVIDENT FUND & MISC. ACT 1952, PROVIDENT FUND OFFICE MUST HAVE TO CLEAR ANY CLAIM WITHIN 30 DAYS TIME LIMIT.

Kindly do needful at your end as soon as possible.. Reply me whts the current status of my claim and how much time it would take ?????

Kindly take actions with responsible persons.. guide me about actions which i have to take against them.
