Provident Fund Problem

Till now I have not recieved any details.

Bouncing of cheque due to insufficient funds

I am Avishek Samaddar, I deposited the employee's provident fund check which i received from the park street ofice in calcutta (cheque no. 855471) worth Rs, 6304 in my account the account details of my Standard Chartered bank account were submitted in the PF office. This check has got returned with reason given on bank advice (exceeds arrangement). It has come first time in my notice that cheques such as provident fund too can be returned....

This is to bring to your kind attention that I, Renu Bala Gupta had been getting a monthly pension (No. CPM-1971 / CPM-7108), since 1990. But due to some 'unknown reasons', there have been consistent inconsistencies in the payment of the pensions. Myself Sharadkumaar Popat and I am from Rajkot. I was working with MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. at Rajkot Location for 2 years n 2 months.. I left Metlife on 30th April, 2009 and after that I started excersice to get back my Provident Fund amount.

I resigned from my previous job at Gundecha Education Academy in May 2009, the PF form was submitted by the school. Till date I' haven't received my PF. I sent a notice and also tried calling the PF office but it was fruitless.

MY PF not transfered under same company after 2 years

Two Years Back I have been shifted from HCL comnet to HCL Tech (Same parent company)under some company internal reason which I dont know.During this movement I got a new PF & Pension number & it was told that my old PF account will be shifted to new account.But after 2 years it is still pending .I have left HCL Tech 6 months back but because my old PF fund is not transfered to new PF account I can't withdraw it.HCL person says...

Hi this is Sandeep,I have applied for my Provident fund through my earlier company by name called Iseva System,,It has been submitted on 23rd of september 2009 to PF office.After long followup Finally they said me that cheque is ready on dt 21/12/09 and it will be credited in 2 days.But till now i have not received Cheque and they r telling me that it will take another a week to credit..And the response what we will get from the employees...

After 5 months of acknowledgment I am not able to get money

I got acknowlegemnet from PF office pune about withdrawal of my PF money. I got it in sep 2009, now it is Jan 200, Still i am unable to get the money.
Even when i call them no body picks the phone.

Can anybody tell me when can i get my money....
