PF Amount not got transferred after 8 months of transfer in request

We (My present Company i.e. Cognizant Technology Solutions) have submitted my PF transfer form (Form 13) to RPFC Chennai on 11th May 2009 for getting EPF accumulations transferred from my previous employer (Satyam Computers pvt Ltd) to Cognizant Technology Solutions.

My EPF claim status is not yet clear. I applied through my ex employer SRL Ranbaxy in April 2008.My acount no. is MH/43307/1620. It has been kept pending for the last one and half years. i worked for satyam computers ltd till dec-08 and later in july-09 i have submitted my pf forms in regional pf office, hyderabad. but till now there is no responce and when ever i call them they just say month end money will be diposited in my bank account. Its been nearly four months by now still they didn't processed my pf.

Misappropriation of PF Interest Amount.

On 29/4/2008 i recd a letter from the Employees Provident Fund Office , Chennai Letter Ref No: RC/TN/Cash/Group 12/ P.I.no 255 which stated that the PF amount of 872 has been credited to my Citibank Account No [protected] .
