Dear Sir,

PF reference ; DL/9065 Employee no.1269 Name : Vikrant Kapoor

PF claim was submitted on March 2009. No settlement has been received yet. Made three online complaints on their website, no feedback or reply. Would you like to know the status of my claim. I saw (your cliam is submitted on[protected] on your website but this month i can't see anything.

Almost 7 months since I submitted my claim haven't get a clue of what happening with my claim.

This is really unprofessional and unacceptable . The PF money id supposed to support the employees when they shift/ resign/retire from their job, Request you to please do the needful

Dear Sir,

My pf account is with faridabad.no. is HR/11492/2573.
I applied for withdrawl in oct.2008, In jan 2009 i my cheques from PF office bounced due to bank problems .
No. of cheques were 332065 & 343562 . of amount Rs25462/- & Rs12394/- resp.
I re-applied in May2009
Second time i got only one cheque 041245 of SBI. on[protected].
My cheque of amount Rs12394. is still pending.

I have called up in PF office several times.
also files complaint in Public Grievance forum CEPFO/E/2009/10977.

But still no action is being taken.
I am not getting my own money from last one year.
I am frustated. Please help.

Hello Sir/Madam,
My father got retired on 09 - nov - 2007. The PF pension is not yet sanctioned. How many days they still need to do the same. I have sent a mail regarding this and unfortunately, I didnt receive any reply from the concerned officer. Please consider my complaint seriously.

I am maintaining a Public Provident Fund (PPF) account with COIMBATORE MAIN POST OFFICE. 641001. I wanted to deposit a cheque drawn on a Nationalised Bank in Coimbatore in my favour in the PPF a/c. The counter official refused to accept the cheque telling that the cheque has to be in favour of THE POST MASTER AND NOT IN MY OWN NAME.

Please enlighten me whether you have any rule that the cheques to be deposited in PPF a/c has to be in favour of THE POST MASTER.

If the counter official is not correct in refusing to accept the cheque, please advise him sitably.

I left Dr. Reddy's Foundation, Somajiguda, Hyderabad in the month of March 2009. My documents for PF claim were forwarded to PF Department Hyderabad on 24 July 2009. Where i was told it will take 40 days to settle my case. but it is now more then 60 days yet I have not received my PF amount.

You are requested to look in to the matter for early perusal.

I have opened a ppf A/c in SBI by depositing a cheque for Rs.30,000/- deposited on 26March 1995 pass book entry is mentioned as "March26/April 4 of clearing".I have extended it once for 5 years ie total tenure now is 20 yrs.Can you tell me when it will mature? My PPF account is with Santacruz West branch, Mumbai 400054(branch code 01183). I applied for withdrawal on[protected].I was told that as per rules I can not withdraw wherewas my previous withdrawal was on 26 April 2006, i.e. more than 3 years ago. I am in urgent need of money.Please advise why am I refused the withdrawal.

I also hold another HUF PPF account with SBI in the same branch. This was opened in March 1995, Can I close the account now and get the entire proceeds as on date.

I tried reaching that office numbers too and the person who picks the call says “Wrong Number”. I request you to look into this as it is urgency.

This is Bhavesh Mehta PF account # MH/91925/62 and I was working for Connect Energy services India Private Limited in the period of July 2004 to Feb 2006. I have struggled hard to get my PF money from kandivali office since last 3 years. Finally, the PF money came to me which is only 8941 Rs. All my colleagues (PF account # MH/91925/61 or 63) have got their full payments which are close to 25000.
A sum of roughly 15000 including the interest rates till date has been siphoned off from my account by some CORRUPT PF officers. Right now my company stands closed but does it give them the right to EAT INTO MY MONEY.

I was working with bajaj allainz life insurance co ltd, indore branch, my emp code no 77837, i have submit my regisnation on date of 29 april 2008, and i have submited p f. withdrawal form no 10, and form no 19 to bajaj allainz company on date 14 april 2009, bajaj allainz life insurance co. ltd also submited my pf withdrawal form to p.f. dept, pune on date of 30 june 2009, but till date i have not recieve withdrawal amount, when i talk to bajaj allainz comapany then he say i am not responsible about that, and when i talk to p. f office then no responce, kindly give advise me about this, and help me for withdrwal my p.f amount.

Well i have made so many times the complaint about this yet am yet to receive the answer from the EPF Office from Bangalore.
Regarding the EPF Office no one pick the phone and when u call again its alwways busy.
I have already registered my complaints here too and am also not getting the answer.
Why is that plz. Should i think u cannot answer me?
Accordint to the comany official the cheque is ready for depeosting and i have not got it till date?
Please guide me what to do next?

I -Raju Ramkrishna, worked as Software Engg with S1 services pvt ltd pune (Est Code - 120725) from 1st Aug 2005 to 30th Sep 2008.I had applied for refund case wef 15th April 2009 to Paysquare - the organization that handles PF process for S1 services pvt ltd. I have been in touch with the executives of paysquare - who i believe was in touch with the PF department regarding my case and every time i call them up i get a new ridiculous reason .And I cannot find my status updated in the PF official website as well.

This has become a big pain for me , the organization which was supposed to take care of welfare of the employees has become , sorry to say, a tool for harassment.Events like this really brings a bad name to the organization and I hope some good will prevail and i will be refunded of my rightful money ASAP.

I had PF account vide account number MH/AB/22244-A/4398 ( Group -I) with SRO PF - Aurangabad, while I was working with M/S Cosmo Films Ltd - at Aurangabad from Period March 2005 to October 2007.
Now I am working with M/S Everest Industries Limited - at Nashik.
My employer given request to your office from transfer of PF & Pension fund with them.
But My PF got transfer in September-09. But Pension Fund not transfered till now.
Sir, Please update me whether it got transfered / When it will be transfered?
So many times I tryed to get your office over phone, but unfortunately nobody is there to help me out with details.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Munish Kesharwani, use to work for Wilco International Systems Pvt Ltd and then shifted to Bangalore to work for Tavant Technologies India Pvt Ltd. I requested transfer of accumulations on my PF account number KN/34284/28 (which is maintained in EPFO Bommanahalli Bangalore) on November 2003 from PF account number AP/HY/35709/39. I am told that the PF Amount has been transferred to Bangalore however the same has not been affected in my PF Account citing lack of Annexure K document. I requested PF Office Hyderabad (which maintained my previous PF account) to issue a copy of Annexure K, enabling the transfer & accumulation to my PF Account. PF Office Hyderabad said that they've resent the Annexure K. However PF Office Bangalore continues to maintain the status that they've not yet received annexure K.
What should be the next step? I request your help, guidance and suggestion please.

I have submitted my form No. 13 through my employer dated 20/03/2009 for PF transfer from DL/17217/831 & DL/17217/1049 to DL/17217/1709.

But the Status of my claim shown on EPFO web site Under Process for only one account No. 1049 while there is no information about 831 a/c.from last 6 months .

I have tried over phone and mail- ro.delhi.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in and ro.delhi.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in but no reply.
