Withdrawal refused by SBI bank

I have opened a ppf A/c in SBI by depositing a cheque for Rs.30,000/- deposited on 26March 1995 pass book entry is mentioned as "March26/April 4 of clearing".I have extended it once for 5 years ie total tenure now is 20 yrs.Can you tell me when it will mature? 30 percent of PF money came to me after 3 years of wait

This is Bhavesh Mehta PF account # MH/91925/62 and I was working for Connect Energy services India Private Limited in the period of July 2004 to Feb 2006. I have struggled hard to get my PF money from kandivali office since last 3 years. Finally, the PF money came to me which is only 8941 Rs. EPF AMOUNT NOT CREDITTED AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 4 MONTHS NOW

Well i have made so many times the complaint about this yet am yet to receive the answer from the EPF Office from Bangalore.
Regarding the EPF Office no one pick the phone and when u call again its alwways busy.
I have already registered my complaints here too and am also not getting the answer.
Why is that plz. Should i think u cannot answer me?

I had PF account vide account number MH/AB/22244-A/4398 ( Group -I) with SRO PF - Aurangabad, while I was working with M/S Cosmo Films Ltd - at Aurangabad from Period March 2005 to October 2007.
Now I am working with M/S Everest Industries Limited - at Nashik.
My employer given request to your office from transfer of PF & Pension fund with them.
But My PF got transfer in September-09. But...

I have submitted my form No. 13 through my employer dated 20/03/2009 for PF transfer from DL/17217/831 & DL/17217/1049 to DL/17217/1709.

I submitted my PF claim form during April 09. Its acknowldged from Pune PF office on 6/5/09.
But till date i have not received the claim I registered so many grievances in their website also.
