Sub: Pending Settlement of Pension component of my PF (A/c MH/45434/2675)
Sir,
This is with reference to the settlement of the pension component of
my Provident Fund due from my service with Aptech Limited from 13th
June 05 to 16th May 08. My PF A/c no. is MH/45434/2675.
An amount was transferred from PF Deptt. vide cheque no. 65910,
to my bank account on 30th January 09. However I understand from the
HR Manager at Aptech Ltd. Mumbai HO (Mr. Mitesh Pandoria), that the
processed amount did not include the pension component of my PF.
Mitesh informed me in February 09 that the above transferred amount
did not include the Pension Component, as my Application for
withdrawal of the pension component (Form 10), was returned back by
EPFO Kandivili, because it had accidentally got separated from my
other PF papers and did not reach the concerned PF Officer as "one
bunch", at the time of processing.
Mr. Mitesh Pandoria confirmed to me that he did resubmit the
withdrawal application for settlement of my pending pension component,
along with all relevant documents, at EPFO Kandivili, on 10th February
09.
I have been following up regularly over the last 8 months now, through Mitesh,
as well as directly with PRO office of EPFO Kandivili, but I only get to hear
that my application is "in process"..
I have also submitted a follow-up letter dated: 6th October 09, to EPFO Kandivali,
Mumbai, via Registered Post, but I have not received any response so far.
Sir, I would be grateful if you could personally look into this and facilitate an
early settlement/transfer of my pending PF-Pension amount.
Looking forward to an expedious settlement.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Vishal Dar (Cell: [protected])
