PF Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…

We are confused if we asked the management they are telling us till what date we paid that amount only that share only you will get, So please help us in this matter we middle class family we are depending in the amount to run the family if that amount comes it will help us to spend our sons college admission fees this year. Fund Slip not received to Employees since 10 years

I am working in Madina Engineering college in Computer Science department since last 10 yrs. The employees Provident fund contribution is also deposited at the PF Kadapa Office as the P.F. code of our College is from Kadapa Office.
Working in this College since 10 yrs I have not received the Provident Fund Slip to verify and check my provident fund status. I have asked several times to the College personnel and accounts department they are saying that they are making follow up with the Provident fund Office but there is no response thus i have myself tried to contact the Kadapa regional provident fund office but I to did not get any feedback neither could know any status of my Provident fund status.

Not only me but all the employees of the College are struggling with the same issued and are worried whether their P.F. is properly paid and deposited or not. P.F. office being the employees safeguard they themselves are guilty for the malfunctioning and not properly responding. Pls. suggest the action to be taken against the beaurocrats and get our provident fund slip in time.

I K.Madhava Nath Worked in Spear Logistics pvt ltd and left in the month of Nov-2010 and submitted PF forms to Mr.Ravindar Chavan and informed. But in the month of June 22nd .2011 I received letter from PF office to saying that your account is locked but my account is regular till date. EPFO Kandivali — EPF TRANSFER

I've applied for EPF transfer from my previous company M/s AFCONS to M/s ESSAR (Regional Office(RO) Bandra to Regional office Kandivali).Accordingly M/s AFCONS wrote to RO Kandivali for EPF transfer on 01.11.10.Till date RO kandivali not replied on the issue after several reminders.

Really it is very sad to say that i have not received my PF amount. My form has been submitted in Dec 09. Its almost 100 days now. My pf account no is MH/30945/0689.
But dont know whats happening in the EPFO Pune office.

Employees Provident Fund Organization Complaints

PF closed But didn't get money even after 2years
I am Balam Singh Rawat. I was worked with a company called "Chhabara Silk and Saries", New Delhi .

I resigned from there and thus given application for Closure of PF Account on 2004 in
But I didn't get the Money till now.

My PF Account Number is DL-17642/112. please do the needfull

I am looking no one is helping me, I have visit many times, but all the employeers are not get to ready to listen me, I have thrusted to visit many times.

So please sir could u suggest me, whether i have to process next another step for my money
U have asked for all the documents, and i have show all that proved, and letter also,
ur eompyeere are sending me sometime Lakxmi nagar and sometime Wazir pur, so what i have to do

Once again i m requesting u please find out where is the problems, why i have not get my money till now
