Interest on Provident Fund is not paid. I am at Hyderabad and the Bangalore Provident Fund has sent a cheque to my account, which only has PF contribution Amt, but not Interest Amount. To whom i have to contract.

my pf no is KN/35224/013584 and my epm. i.d. is 13664.I have worked for teamlease company from nov.2004 to apr.2006.I have submitted the form of pf withdrawal and they releasedmy pf cheque no.93053&978795 but due to name mismatch in my account i returned the cheque and send again pf re -application form to the epf banglore office on 15/07/2008 through blue dart currior pod no.is [protected] but till date i am waiting for the same. I have tried na lot of time to contact Banglore office but there is no satisfactory response from their side plz help me on this.thanks,

I have resigned from M/s Singer india ltd., on 15/09/2005. Since, then i have recevied all my other settlement from the respective company except my pension claim. Hi, my name is Justine Jes Thomas.
My company has submitted my PF application (Bangalore, Karnataka) in the PF office on 10th June 09. As per the rule I should have got the amount after 45 days. Its almost 3 months and still no updates...

Complaint registration no. CEPFO/E/2009/06406 with EFFO no action till date.

Transfer of PF accumulation from A/c No.UP/17243/1640 to my my present PF A/c No.KN 24/64454/56 is pending for more than ELEVEN YEARS in spite of repeated reminders to authorities in PF Organisation.

After four years of follow ups Cheque No.789208 dt.11.07.2003 for an amount of Rs.22892/- was issued favouring RPFC,Bangalore was returned back to RPFC,EPFO, Sub Accounts Office, Sector-20, NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh, for re-issuance in favour of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (Bangalore Complex),Provident Fund, Bangalore on 29.07.2003 since the PF is maintained by Trust.

Till date no result !!!

my EPF no is mp-in[protected], my EPF outstanding amount (from 28.08.2001 to 31.07.2007)deposited to EPF authority indore m.p by my company (employer),
From august-2007 my EPF contribution has been regular deducted from my monthly salary and has been submitted to EPF department,
and my employer has also submitted year wise details (3-A & 6-A) to EPF authority indore m.p
but i have not get any yearwise EPF slip of my EPF account.

My status as updated on online website, is that your case is under progress & you will enquire after 15 days.
I have sent three letters bt FAX to Chief provident fund commissioner( MR Joseph), Pune. Till to date no action has been taken by said office/officers
It brings a bad name to organisation & harrasment to the Employee.

I am trying to withdraw my pf since 2005 .I have send the pf forms some N number of times but I do not understand what happens to them .

I have not received any communication from the pf office. The numbers provided on the site are good for nothing nobody answers them

I really dont know if there is any system or procedure in place with government who can help me

Dear Sir,

Myself Mangal Sain Verma, NCC Ex employee no-9373, date of joining 21-02-07 & leaved on dt 31-03-09, had allotted a PF no-AP/13681/21789. I have applied for withdrawal of my provident fund in march, 09 through Noida office.I had also transferred PF amount that had deposited by my old employer M/s Bhoorathnom Construction Company thr. PF no-RJ/9714/226 for amouting Rs 86, 058/-+27050/- in our NCC allotted PF a/c on dt 25/11/08 and sent me one receipt from Regional office, Barkat Pura, Hyderabad -500027 through our HO, NCC for confirmation.

So, as per calculation my fund is i) Transferred Amount Rs 1, 13, 108=00
2 yrs of NCC a/c ii) 1st year 2x2471x12 Rs 59, 304=00
iii)2nd year 2x3530x12 Rs 84, 720=00
Total Rs 2, 57, 132=00

Amount received on 24/08/09 is (12, 935/- +99, 7460)/-ie Rs 1, 12, 681=00
Net Balance is Rs 1, 44, 451=00


Kindly do the needful to release the balance amount .
