I Ganesh I was worked as a SUPERVISOR in RELIANCE FRESH from the period of 06.05.2009 to 11.01.2009 after January I resigned the job and I was applied for my P F amount from 12.04.2009 then after July I asked to related HR regarding P.F he’s not responding for it.
For the last 6 months and in spite of my several reminders no action has been taken by this company HR and I have not got any results about my PF Amount from the company side. Hence please I Request ed you to collect and send to my PF amount to my Bank Account. Please get the needful done without any further loss time. I have every hope that you will take prompt action & oblige. I feel confident of receiving a favorable and helpful replay .

When I had withdrawn my PF, I had received the cheque along with a letter from PF authority, which stated, interest is yet to be calculated for this financial year which will be directly credited to bank account and advised not to close the bank account. But I have not received any interest portion till date. What should be the my next action?

EPFO Pune — About Claim

my pf accout no is MH 21652/222. I submitted PF form at 9/04/2009. Till date I have any response from epf office pune.Please take action as early as possible.

I submitted my claim last on 4th of April.
It seems they have entered incorrect account no. on the chq and till date i haven't rec'd my money nor any update from PF office.

Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to local Public information officer, EPFO, place of PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

I am an ex-employee of Neumann Systems Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. who worked there for 4 Years.
The company was regularly deducting Provident Fund (PF) from my Salary, but then it came to my notice

PF Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

As discussed, till date I have not received my PF amount, wherein the request was made in April’09. Following follow-ups were done with PF office Pune:

Again I called up on 20.Nov.09, then a gentleman said me that I should wait for another 10 days for the same.

Every time the reply I'm getting is please wait for 10 days...and If I ask please provide me with some dispatch details such as courier no., or registry no. etc. they simply say "apko bola na 10 days wait karo".

I'm really getting fed-up of the same and is raising this complaint so that I can get my hard-earned money of PF in my account.

Hope to hear a resolution of my problem.

i have Resigned from Premier Tissues India Ltd On Nov 19th 2008 and submitted my PF Withdrawal on 14th Feb 2009 though them i was based in Mumbai And Company HO is Bangalore My Pf no KN/36042/42 i have not yet received My amount and on July 2nd 2009 i personal visited Bangalore PF office they ( PF Office)have in formed it a a bogus No but i have 2 slips with me from pf office and for 4 years Company have deducted the amount .

How would i know the status and how can withdraw the amount

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Had Made An Online Reservation For A Railway Ticket From Mumbai Bandra Terminus (BDTS) To Delhi Nizamuddin (NZM) On The Train Garib Rath With PNR No.[protected] For 30/06/2009 For Mrs. Usha Aggarwal And Mr. Arjun Aggarwal. The Status Was Wl/34 And Wl/35 With The Chart Prepared.

I Had Already Sent The Passengers To The Railway Station Before The Seat Was Confirmed As The Tickets Are Usually Confirmed Only 2 Or 2.50 Hrs Prior To The Departure Of The Train. The Passengers Were Living At A Place From Where It Takes 2-3 Hours To Reach The Station. After Gathering The Above Information It Was Of No Use That I Had To Check The Status Of My Tickets Again As It Is Clearly Mentioned On The Website That There Is No Need To Check The Status Again When The Charts Have Been Prepared And It Is Void If Someone Is Travelling On The Train With A Waiting E-Ticket, So I Purchased Two Online Airline Tickets For The Same And The Passengers Had To Face A Lot Of Harassment As They First Had To Go To The Railway Station And Then To The Airport Without Any Prior Information.

I Tried To Check My Refund Status Today And I Was Shocked To Know That The Seats Are Now Confirmed. I Do Not Understand How You Can Change The Status Of The Train Once The Charts Have Been Prepared. Previously When I Checked It Showed That The Charts Are Prepared And To My Surprise The Tickets Are Confirmed Now When I Checked Again!!!!!

I Would Say That What You Did Was Completely Illegal, Which Caused Me A Lot Of Harassment Both Mentally And Monetarily.

As I Have Sent My Complaint Many Time 1/07/2009, 03/07/2009, 25/07, 03/08/2009 On [protected]@irctc.co.in But I Don’t Have Received Any Reply From Your Department.

I Request You To Please Refund My Money As Soon As Possible To Avoid Any Further Action Through Consumer Court. You Cannot Even Deny The Above Facts As Everything Is Online And Would Be Stored In Your Computer As Well.

Iworked with Asahi India Glass Ltd. Taloja Maharashtra. I retired from service on
07/04/2006. My account number is MH/96533/318.

As I had not completed 10 years of service I am not entitled for Family pension.
I am entitled for withdrawal only.

My contribution alone comes to Rs50207 whereas the Vashi PF office refunded only Rs45710.
I have written letters to my company as well as to PF Commissioner Vashi in this regard . However there is no response.

I request your good self to help me in this respect.
