Provident Fund — interest amt

When I had withdrawn my PF, I had received the cheque along with a letter from PF authority, which stated, interest is yet to be calculated for this financial year which will be directly credited to bank account and advised not to close the bank account. But I have not received any interest portion till date. What should be the my next action?

EPFO Pune — About Claim

my pf accout no is MH 21652/222. I submitted PF form at 9/04/2009. Till date I have any response from epf office pune.Please take action as early as possible.

I submitted my claim last on 4th of April.
It seems they have entered incorrect account no. on the chq and till date i haven't rec'd my money nor any update from PF office.

PF Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to local Public information officer, EPFO, place of PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

As discussed, till date I have not received my PF amount, wherein the request was made in April’09. Following follow-ups were done with PF office Pune:

• 29th Nov.2009 - First mail sent
• 4th Jan.2010 - Second reminder mail sent

But till date no clarity is there on the transit of the amount. I called up the PRO no. around 1-2 November'09; a lady executive told me that the Cheques were dispatched late and the amount would be credited by 10-15 Nov.09;

Again I called up on 20.Nov.09, then a gentleman said me that I should wait for another 10 days for the same.

Every time the reply I'm getting is please wait for 10 days...and If I ask please provide me with some dispatch details such as courier no., or registry no. etc. they simply say "apko bola na 10 days wait karo".

I'm really getting fed-up of the same and is raising this complaint so that I can get my hard-earned money of PF in my account.

Hope to hear a resolution of my problem.

i request to concerned authorities to solve my problem, as such i have not recieved any call letter or letter of approval of my post sent to the epfo for the post applied for SOCIAL SECURITY ASSISSTANT. with two hundered rupees DD. i even lost my DD xerox copies and form xerox copies i applied for and even i didn't have any proof.so how can i appear for exam. if i was not allowed to write the exam.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Had Made An Online Reservation For A Railway Ticket From Mumbai Bandra Terminus (BDTS) To Delhi Nizamuddin (NZM) On The Train Garib Rath With PNR No.[protected] For 30/06/2009 For Mrs. Usha Aggarwal And Mr. Arjun Aggarwal. The Status Was Wl/34 And Wl/35 With The Chart Prepared.

I Had Already Sent The Passengers To The Railway Station Before The Seat Was Confirmed As The Tickets Are Usually Confirmed Only 2 Or 2.50 Hrs Prior To The Departure Of The Train. The Passengers Were Living At A Place From Where It Takes 2-3 Hours To Reach The Station. After Gathering The Above Information It Was Of No Use That I Had To Check The Status Of My Tickets Again As It Is Clearly Mentioned On The Website That There Is No Need To Check The Status Again When The Charts Have Been Prepared And It Is Void If Someone Is Travelling On The Train With A Waiting E-Ticket, So I Purchased Two Online Airline Tickets For The Same And The Passengers Had To Face A Lot Of Harassment As They First Had To Go To The Railway Station And Then To The Airport Without Any Prior Information.

I Tried To Check My Refund Status Today And I Was Shocked To Know That The Seats Are Now Confirmed. I Do Not Understand How You Can Change The Status Of The Train Once The Charts Have Been Prepared. Previously When I Checked It Showed That The Charts Are Prepared And To My Surprise The Tickets Are Confirmed Now When I Checked Again!!!!!

I Would Say That What You Did Was Completely Illegal, Which Caused Me A Lot Of Harassment Both Mentally And Monetarily.

As I Have Sent My Complaint Many Time 1/07/2009, 03/07/2009, 25/07, 03/08/2009 On [protected]@irctc.co.in But I Don’t Have Received Any Reply From Your Department.
