Hi Puja, was this issue resolved? Just a curiosity to know as I face the same issue now. How long did they take to help you resolve this?
While trying to make payment, the web page got stuck and I had to try again for repayment. But on trying to re-login the below error message is getting displayed.

Error message: The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

It would be really helpful if you could help me resolve this at the earliest.

Hello Team,

My payment was not completed as i got the OTP from NPS very late, i am unable to go to the payment section again. It says issue with payment gateway should be resolved. It has been 24 hrs but i get the same message. Please help.
