Eureka forbes

I am one of the customers who is suffering from the worst after-sale service one could get in the entire world. The bad experience and pain which i went through cannot be expressed. I get to feel eureka forbes is the worst company ever to buy any product. I want people in india to know the service level before they buy any product from eureka forbes.

I had bought the euroclean steristeam product in the month of dec 2018. I used to use this product only on weekends and it stops working.

I logged a complaint ([protected]) on june 8th. There was no response from eureka forbes. We waited and waited even after multiple follow up. After raising the concerns on social media, eureka forbes returns my calls.

Jul 4, i get sms that technician will visit and he comes on 10th july and finds out the pump is not working and needs replacement. Once the technician left the premises, there is no update or call eureka forbes on the spare status.

26 jul, after multiple calls, technician comes with the wrong spare. The technician share the contact of his manager – rohit gopinath.

Rohit chose not to answer our call. After multiple attempts, we get a person name vivek venkates on the phone, who was arrogant/rude. Such a pity that eureka forbes hires such kind of people in customer service.

It has been 48 days now the product is not working. I want eureka forbes to replace the product or return my money in full.

    Hi we got to know eureka forbes in the trade fare, showcasing surveillance cameras, we got a quotation (Attached) from them on june 24 2019 and later contacted them and paid 60k and other additional charges they collected for camera fitting, currently none of the camera is working and they have not provided the entire materials for the amount paid, (Bill attached) everyday we are contacting them for service, they are not even bothered to attend the customer call and its been a month we are regularly contacting and fed up of eureka forbes, please take necessary action on them for their poor service and we need a compensation for the negative service they provided to us. Hope this is the right forum to get my issue resolved, if not the next thing is publishing eureka forbes pathetic service in all social networks.

      No technician has been able to resolve the problem of leakage of water from acquaguard nova model &no filter changed despite repeated reminders to ur service centre. I think ur service centre lacks of expert technician. Water tank isleaking from inside as told by the technician that visited long ago. Yesterday another technician visited but not able to resolve the problem &water filter also has not been changed

        My aqua guard water filter has been out of order for the last 2 days and no one to attend. I am going to take up the matter to the court for the lack luster approach by your service provider for which i had paid more than three thousand. I will never recommend any of my friend or relatives to purchase any product of euraka fobes. You again want the complaint should be of 350 words so i have go on repeating how bad your company is when it comes to providing after sales service, but when it comes to selling your representative goes on nagging for days.

          I am from surat. We ordered aquaguard online and we booked for its installation through the given helpline number. On 22/07/2019, a technician namely vipin brahmbahtt came for the installation. At that time me and my husband were at office though my parents were at home. He told that the kitchen tiles are not suitable for drilling but he will drill it at our responsibility. He has fixed the unit just above the electric plug point and it is so near that i even cannot operate the switch. I called him for this that if some leakage from pipe takes place then it will lead to accident... Even a crack in the tile has appeared... But he was not ready to listen this... He said that we are not supposed to apply our mind... We do what customer says to us...
          I want to ask the concerned authority that is this the training you give to your personnel??? How can he use such rude excuses? I want you to take some strict action against this.

          Company giving Amc for 2 years but after completing one year they forgot to change the filters, every time we have to remind them. For collection of cheque of renewal of AMC they are ringing several times. I will change the company next time.

              I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna RO+ in the year 2018. The customer code is [protected]. Everything was OK then. Recently the technician came for servicing on 20.05.2019. But after some days of servicing there was water leakage and I requested for a service again on 29.06.2019. The technician came after 01.07.2019 and did the servicing. After some days there was again some problem there was many ants in the water. I akso noticed that there are 2 wires connected with a tape only and it is visible from outside. Again I requested for a service on 18.07.2019 and the technician fixed it. I mentioned the wire problem but he said that it is normal but I haven't seen the wires are merged with a tape and visible from outside in anywhere before. I am attaching an image showing that. Now today from the evening the aquaguard is not working at all. After switching on the power indicator is showing but there is no sound and no water. We are actually running out of water for the whole night today. My point is why there is back to back problems with the machine after the first servicing on 20.05.2019. In the two months there are 3 visits already and again there is a problem. And I think this is not the last as usually. I am tired of calling for a service again and again. I am a working lady and haven't much time for all that. If you are not able to solve the problem properly please mention it. Please do not harass me anymore.

                    I buyed Aquaguard Enhance RO on 10th June, .Installation request was placed on 21 June, and 29 June it was installed successfully. I have submitted request on 17th July regarding red light blinking on machine. Technician came and said mother board is gone and we have to get a new one.Since then he didn't showed up, calling on he said call to helpline number.I want new replacement for this defective product I have received.It is just one month, and product turned out to be defective.

                      Hello team,

                      This is about an employee of eureka forbes who cheated me badly by breaching the terms and contracts of eureka forbes.

                      I had purchased aquaguard reviva ro+uv+mtds model with sales person named girish gowda one year before.

                      Just to meet his sales targets he convinced and mentioned in note that he will provide 18 months warranty and maintenance whereas standard terms of 12 months only allowed here he breached the company terms.

                      Case:

                      Just before a month onwards purifier is not working and for service request i called aquaguard and they explained me that no such extra warranty or maintenance is allowed as per company terms and also said that fellow is completely cheated you.

                      Considering this i called the same person to check and fix the issue and here he started acting

                      That he will come tomorrow and came with technician after a week with continuous follow-up and checked the machine and said motor is not working and need to change and for that 3900+400 will charged i asked him you have provided me 18 months warranty and maintenance, but he denied and gave personal reasons then i said okay 60% i will pay kindly fix it he accepted and promised he will very next day but came after a week with technician and he said motor is working and pcb is not working! Then they just kept opened everything went away stating that tomorrow they will come and fix it. That's all,

                      I have been calling him he is telling different stories. He is again trying to cheat me that pcb will cost 3500+400 for service charges and i asked him for the bill he is denying to provide any bill and this is clearly states that he is not only cheating me and also company and he is supposed to do this at free of cost as he given bloody committed of 18 months service.

                      Even now if call him, he says that he will come today and actually he will not.

                      It's been almost a month all the things kept open did not fix the machine this really disappointed me that still such employees are working in eureka forbes.

                      In any company employee should be trust worthy and customer centric but here it is seems reverse.

                      I don't know what is the action you are going to take on such employee who broken the rules of employment contract under breach of contract of eureka forbes cheated customer and his trust on brand name of eureka forbes and aquaguard.

                      It's been almost a month it is not fixed and no water, hiring water from outside trusting every day that he will come and fix but it seems he is completely neglected customer who trusted and paid more money for the brand by trusting will receive good service.

                      I am also going to file a complaint in consumer court, i have all the necessary documents and bills.

                      Kindly call me and assist me and also save your brand name from such employee who is poison for both company and customers.

                        Following was my experience on the product & service.

                        - Product is defective - Scratches on panel, Hot water tap is bent, Cold water tap is getting stuck with tap which might break, Back grill screw is missing.

                        - Pathetic Installation - Installation was not like your service (Guy turned the heater coil on without water in it ! generating smoke & burning smell which was noticed & alerted by me. Anything could have happened)

                        - No feedback acknowledgment - Even on these complaints installation person collected my feedback on a form without any acknowledgement of issues. Asked me to continue to use the product.

                        - Customer Support Complaint - When called up support I had to introduce the product to your service person by describing every detail & he kept on keeping my call on hold which increased frustration as I was asked asked to repeat things again & again.

                        - Escalation - Tried to escalate the issue through your portal (Anu Kotian or Vinath Hegde's email id is not provided), Support case number is termed invalid when tried to escalate it (Support No provided to me is [protected])

                        With all the above experience with your premium product, I make a humble request to you to please refund my hard earned money & take back your product which is 6 hours old.

I had purchased an amc for my enhanced uv water purifier from the service guy maruti ankushrao on 05.10.2018 against a cheque (637323) payment of inr 5060.00. The cheque was cleared on 15.10.2018 against lcccms pool acnonuti (I am not sure what this is!!) although the cheque was in the name of "eureka forbes limited". I tried to check the details in my customer portal and it says no amc against my name. I had a online chat with customer care. But they told me to contact deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. I have dropped a mail and waiting for the response.

                          Thank you Priya and the team to work towards the resolution. Please note that my original customer id mentioned above in the complaint was changed to a different customer id when this AMC in complaint was purchased. Hence, the confusion created and made me to register the complaint. Eureka Forbes must inform the customer in such changes. Also, another feedback about online access to the customer portal - Eureka must enable the customer to log in through their customer id instead of mobile number. And also the data must be accurate in the portal.

                            On[protected] i renewed my amc for 3 years for my water purifier (Model: total gold nova) and the block and candle were changed on[protected]. This year the annual service date should have fallen due in june. But your sms dated 29 may ’19 informed me that the servicing is due in july instead of june.
                            Till[protected], no technician turned up for servicing, nor did i receive any call in this regard.
                            So, on[protected] i rang up at[protected], which is not a toll-free number, from two of my mobile numbers with the facility of low-rate / unlimited calls. Surprisingly, the calls were not responded. Then as i rang up from my registered mobile the call was answered, but the attending lady forced me to answer to her queries like my name, address, email no., registered mobile nos,, purifier model name etc. All this seemed to be unwanted as i called from my registered mobile. Finally, she said a technician would visit my house shortly.
                            This prolonged call resulted in a charge of rs. 9.88 to me
                            This leads me to believe that:
                            1. You have deliberately blocked the mobile numbers with free / low-rate calls
                            2. You have trained your customer care staffs to somehow prolong the talk-time costing much
                            3. You must have some arrangement with the concerned mobile service provider who might share a part of the revenue earned in this process
                            4. This is the only reason why a company of your standing is not maintaining a toll-free number
                            5. This is certainly an unscrupulous practice deserving an immediate stop to it.

                              Very worst product ever had.
                              I purchased eureka forbes jazz on march 17th and it has 1 year warranty.
                              I have used only twice. From july 7th till today i am raising complaint. No one is responsive. It is not working. Sometimes it will not start and sometimes it will never stop.
                              I called 8 times to customer care and they always keep my call on hold saying they will escalate and i have waiting for almost 30min holding in the line.
                              Now they sent a technician and he tells it cant be repaired. So who is responsible for this. I lost my money for the dummy product which costed me 4500/-. I need refund as the product is still under warranty.

                              It is such a waste of time from 10 days to raise a complaint.

                                I am p. V. Thomas, retired additional superintendent of police, tamilnadu police service, residing at plot no 40, peter street, golden george nagar, nerkundram, chennai 600107. I have been a regular customer of eureka forbes for more that a decade purchasing different products. I had purchased a reviva ro water purifier. Subsequently on[protected], i purchased a new on through exchange - 2000 through your franchisee venus ro system, no. 103/2 lake view road, 4th street, postal colony, west mambalam, chennai - 600033. Then i took a amc for a 2 year period from[protected] to[protected] by paying rs. 7950/-. I was promised regular service of the reviva ro every 4 months. As noted in the contract receipt. But so far only one service was done and in spite of repeated phone calls, there was poor response from the franchisee. I am shocked at the poor service from a reputed company as yours.
                                I request that immediate action be taken for providing the free services of my revivia ro as per the amc.

                                  Aquaguard मशीन का कम्प्लेन १३th जुलाई २०१९ को किया था किंतु अभी तक टेक्निशन मशीन ठीक नहीं किया है । आज ४ दिन हो गया है । technician द्वारा हमेंशा कहा जाता है कि २ से ३ दिन में विज़िट करूँगा। पता नहीं २ से ३ दिन कब तक आएगा।
                                  युरीका Forbes का द्वारा बहुत ख़राब सर्विस दिया जाता है । मुझे पता रहता तो शायद में eureka फ़ॉर्ब्ज़ का वॉटर purifier मशीन नहीं लेता।
                                  मैं सभी दोस्तों को eureka फ़ॉर्ब्ज़ का सामान ख़रीदने से मना कर दूँगा।

                                    I would like to start by saying that we are not so proud consumers of your ro system dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd uv it feels like deja vu because previous year on april 12 i was writing a similar email like this which had the same intent i. E. For you (Eureka forbes) to take your customer more seriously that what you do, because to get your attention i have write an email and i better write a bunch of them and save them in my drafts and whenever needed i just sent you with the timestamp accordingly, well lets start with this grievance in the email i sent you last year i explained how prompt you were in providing service where in this time you guys have be instant in your service but to just show that you are willing to come to your customer's door step whether their problem is getting fixed or not is the least of your concerns so lets start,

                                    We first started with issue of our filter not filling the tank at all even if leave it for more than 8 hours it would barely fill a quarter of the tank then we called you guys you send the technician he comes in says the usual there clogging in the filter i've cleared it good to go and also your annual amc is due, renewing it would be be in your benefit because if troubles you again i can come back and change the membrane (Which is like a motherboard) in the machine which makes it as good as new.

                                    In fortnight we were again back where we started we called again the same tech came and as we expected he did what he had said back then and this was probably a little over a month and half ago, so now we had new membrane and clean filters again as he seemed to find a bit of dust in it again which was bothering us again.

                                    Now we have paid close to 6k for an amc renewal so far which is still ok if the machine would function but around 35 days we face the same problem again which was 4 or may 5 days ago it totally stop cleaning the water the tank was empty even after leaving the machine turned on for more than 15 hours, we called again guess what the same technician came i am gonna stop here for a minute i don't know what kind of customer service do you have of escalation team when you see a technician coming to a place over and over again and we still are calling with grievances over and over again then are you supposed to intervene and send supervisor or take the machine in the workshop but no as if you have one tech to do it all and whose only solution is to clean the filter which he did because apparently it filter clogging that is doing again again we have over 40 houses in our block and our water supply can't be that bad because there are 39 more families who are using it and i don't think they are having issues like us with their purifiers.

                                    On his next visit about 5 days ago he again do his clean up and show its good to go and for what its worth it did work for precisely 24 hours meanwhile in these 24 hours we manged to do what we could to help clean the water supply we got water tank storage cleaned 1500 ltrs water all wiped clean because we were thinking, that maybe the problem spent 700 rupees and during these 4 to 5 days we were buying 40 rupees worth of bisleri bottles everyday which was just cherry on the top because after buying a 19k worth of purifier and adding almost 6k for an amc and after countless visits from the same technician it still wouldn't work.

                                    I need to know what should i do, if you can return my money back then please take your purifier back and give me my money back but don't send that tech guy again.

                                    First of all I'd like to tell you that the same technician came by fixed the problem I just want to see how long it stays fixed but you know the funny thing happened today which again I am thinking to escalate this morning father got a CALL ON his cell phone coz apparently the purchase is in his name so I left his cell phone number in the email, it was from Mr brijesh who very nicely asked that the problem fixed or not to which we he responded that it's been fixed and working fine for now. Brijesh(Eureka Forbes) said to save his number and to call him directly for any future distress about the purifier, now this was in the morning today funnily enough he got another call about an hour and a half ago from an unknown number and the guy on the side said he's from Eureka Forbes and he'd like to speak with me as the call was made to number that belongs to my father the only difference was that he was not asking he was ordering my father to speak with me he was rude aggressive and more so harassing in the tone when my father asked his name in reply he didn't say and not that he asked once he asked multiple times for his name but the guy Everytime refuses and keep yelling in demeaning tone disrespectful even that he wants to speak with Rahul but as I was not there which my father told him very clearly he finally hangs up the call by saying "aapse jyada bewakoof insaan nai dekha"... This is what he said and hung up.

                                    Phone no the call came from saying that he is is from Eureka Forbes is [protected], I need to know who this guy is and I want you to escalate it to whoever there is who do could something about it coz otherwise I will write another post in every social media handle every CONSUMER COMPLAINT platform and even go to authorities to get to the depth of it I am not trying to be pain in your ### but he call spoke rude to my father and said something that he shouldn't have. I would urge you to have your higher official call before the conclusion of today's business.
