Its been 7 months
Since then till now aquaguard is not working proparly, we have registered complaint many times, care person in sangli comes and goes and avoids problem as he doesn't want to change faulty part of aquaguard so problem is not resolved, it's not giving ro water from starting day, every time i register problem and there is part which is faulty so need to chnage but care person from sangli are not resonding and giving excuse every time; we have invested 170000 and now it's of no use; aquagurd care centre should look in this matter and i have told i will complaint register at head office then also they are saying ok you can register but they are not co-operating to change part and give ro water with proper tds... If we are investing money then we suppose for worth..
If we are trusting then you should be worth..
Very disappointing
Plz guys never go for this

    I have moved from Nashik to Nagpur and have been contacting eureka forbes since last 6 days for installing aqua guard at my home. no technician has visited.

    I call the customer service everyday and get the same answer that my case has been prioritised but no one attends. when I asked them to to connect my call to a senior person they put me on hold for 15 mins every time and finally disconnect.

    in this case what should be done??

      I am writing this mail to you because i am totally disappointed with the Service provided by you. My water purifier is not operating and even after multiple calls to call center and registering complaint on your portal, nobody has taken accountability of resolving it. I am not able to store drinking water from last 6 MONTHS
      Nobody cares ! Eureca Forbes as a brand is loosing its value just because of carelessness of people working in your service department. I have purchased AMC through WEB and i am facing this issuE .

      This is pure cheating.
      I would like an immediate follow up to my mail. I am willing to take this fight for justice to the next level if need be. If possible do ring me up. The issue is this: I have been receiving calls from all junior employees from customer care .This is pure cheating.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had placed a RO installation request on 12 June over the customer care helpline (Request number [protected]) in the name of Mr Subho Ghosh. I was informed that a technician would call/visit for the installation within the next 2 days.

        After waiting for 5 days, no one even called up so I raised my first complaint on 17th June only to be told that a technician would be assigend imemdiately for the same. To my horror, the same ordeal happened on 18th June as well as today 19th June. Everytime I am told by the customer care executive that someone will be assigned but just no action is being taken. Today when I asked the executive to transfer my call to some senior person, she put my call on hold indefinitely for 10min and then the call got disconnected.

        Is this a professional service expected from a reputed organization like Eureka Forbes?

        This is so unfortunate and if immediate action is not taken, I will have to escalate this issue to the consumer court and social media, if required.

          Hello Team,

          I am writing this mail to you because i am totally disappointed with the Service provided by you.           Looking at this experience, i have decided not to buy any EF product afterwards. This is just because of service provided by you !!

            Respected Sir,

            We purchased Aquasure RO+UV+MTDS just 2 months back (4th April 2019) and it has stopped working now .

            First leakage started and now when we checked TDS of water its showing more than 200. Installation was also not done properly as water pressure is high service engineer was supposed to instal water regulator which he denied at time of installation

            We are (me and my husband) doing follow up continuously on call and emails but no service is provided by Eureka forbes Team till date.service request number provided by Eureka customer care is [protected].

              I purchased DR.AQUAGARD MAGNA NXT HD RO which is still in warranty. Register a complaint related to water quality. The tech who visited added a couple of capsules to our water tank and left.

              In the next few weeks, the water purifier didn't work. This time, they informed me that the filter's life is over and had to purchase a new one (4k) or buy AMC (5k).

              He added that a simple outdoor filter (Rs.1200) would have prevented the filter from failing soon and the filters are capable of processing only 6k liters after which the filter needs to be changed.

              What kind of service are these people offering? If they are already aware that the filters are not in great condition, why cannot they inform earlier? Why do you guys wait for the product to get very faulty that involves huge amount to fix it?

              The sales people were committed is getting the cheque but they have failed to inform me about the product's capability. Eureka people insisted on installing a wall mount stand which is not in the warranty book but made me install it for Rs.450. But now they claim that filters will not be covered under warranty.

              On top of it, the call center agents do not convey the information of the complaint to the field agents. Fields agents do not show up on time. I even have missed visits.

              The service is not satisfactory. The call center agents do not follow up the cases and cascade the info to the field agents. I was promised a call back from escalated backend team(16th June'19) which I'm yet to receive. The cases are being closed (Request id [protected]) without confirmation.

              I will accept a replacement of the device or new filter installation (no charges) or refund.

              Hi Priya,

              I received a call from the escalation team and I had to explain the whole thing again. The lady kept insisting that the warranty does not cover the filters and RO's filters need to be replaced after every year.

              She was asking for the details of the sales guy so that she could punish him (her words). I wonder how Eureka Forbes does not maintain a track of who sold the device. Apparently, they can handle only service requests and not issues caused at the time of sales.

              When I told her that the device did not even process 4K ltrs of water, she mocked that I wouldn't know the water usage of my people at home. She finally added that even if the issue is escalated, posted on the social network, an issue taken to consumer court, they will work as per the policy.

              Apparently, customer success is not their policy. I still have an RO which does not work for over 2 months now and I paid 18k for this.

              Customer care really does not care about the end users. Escalation team talks about policies and does not consider the fact that they sold a faulty device.

              I need a replacement of the filters without any charges or a refund.

                The Aqua guard Magna ( RO+UV+NXT) stopped working exactly after one year of Purchase.

                I have not even consumed 100L and engineer forcing me to change filter which cost me Rs 4500/-.

                When the product was bought, the sales man clearly told that after 6000L of water consumption only the filter need to be changed. I was out of station and not even used the machine for 1000L . why should change the filter. Why they stopped exactly after one year.

                This is pure cheating.

                This looks like defective product was delivered to me.
                This is pure cheating.
                I am very very disappointing with Aquagurad and the service provided. NO one listening or caring for their customer.
                There is way to escalate to higher level. I am fade up with the service.

                Service Request [protected] logged, escalated multiple times. No result. Called customer care several times, they also raised internal complain.. No result.

                Hope some one from top management will look into this.

                  I purchased the Eureka Forbes ENHANCE model on 7/6/19. I was told that it is going to be installed within 2days. Next day I received a msg that one person has been assigned with the task of installation. During the day I called the person 10-12 times but he didn't receive the call. Now it is 11th day the water filter is lying uninstalled at my house. Whenever I contacted the customer care one person used to promise me to send one technician to install it by that very day but in vain. Anyway it has now become a regular task for me to call the technician and customer care service to get my Aquagaurd installed. After some time the technician also switch off his mobile every day. And from customer care same reply I am getting that it will be done as soon as possible. I am really fed up.Service request no [protected]

                    I am a proud owner of a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner for the past six years, now my instrument is not doing her job due to a small spare (consumable) for which I am trying in Chennai for the past one years, all the service centers I visited are attending to my request and acting, and sending me back empty handed as they could not go through .
                    I need a rubber boot connecting the instrument with the suction hose, I am ready to buy the whole hose assembly. if the boot not available separately.

                    It stops after 10-12 minutes of its function. We are to await for more than thirty minutes for its re functioning. AMC had been done in its actual period but the service agent could not trace the reason. We get it difficult to get water in sufficient quantity.

We also had a word with one of their senior named sanjiv choudhary he asked us that it will be done but still there is no action taken.

                      I bought the water filter on 8th June. I have been opening tickets for installation. one engineer called me to fix and appointment and promised me to come next day. Next day he did not show up I tried calling him but no answer. I opened another call finally another engineer showed up without the pressure gauge which he promised. Then he promised me to come next day for installation or pressure gauage. Today I called him again but no answer. I can't even escalate the call on the aqua guard website as the ticket number are no longer valid. He did not even fill the warranty card. I am not sure what to do.

                        Most humbly I beg to put forth my complain. I have purchased a water purifier from Anandamela, an electronic shop, at Bardhama, WB on 15.09.2019, Since purchase till date i, e, 13.06.2019 thrice it has developed trouble. On every call Eureka Forbes service engineer attended and did something to the unit, the machine was on for few days and again collapsed with vibration. Since This is third time, I demanded for replacement of the total unit against manufacturing defect. To my utter surprise the executive on behalf of Eureka Forbes denied on the ground that if the machine run for 15 days, then the machine is alright. He insisted for replacing my original parts with a repaired one. On my denial he added that in warranty system company replaces with repaired one and we can not demand for fresh piece. My question is can I have my water purifier replaced, Should I allow to replace original parts with repaired parts.

                          I have complained abou my water purifier on 11 th on june 2019. They assured me that service technician will visit me at 3pm on that very day .                             Greetings! I would like bring to your notice how an employee on servicing duty for RO products from Eureka Forbes has troubled us with his behavior and despite repeated complaints on phone and lengthy conversations with one Mr Prakash whose phone number is [protected]. Mr Vikas promised us yesterday that he will keep us informed about the status quo of our complaint and look into getting our RO repaired.
                            However he has failed to keep us informed us and does not pick his phone up. Our RO is not in order since more than a week. Though, Mr Vikas has told me that he has taken my complaint against a Eureka Forbes employee whose name is Hritik and forwarded it to his seniors.

                            However since we have not received any message so far from the company, I wish to bring the following to your notice (all these details have been narrated to My Vikas, who says that he has been pulling up Hritik for his actions):

                            We live in Chankaya Puri Ministry of External Affairs Residential complex in
                            Our RO system is registered under the telephones numbers: the names Ajaneesh Kumar; Bobby Luthra Sinha
                            Our RO had begun giving a problem since May beginning this year, 2019: There was a beep coming on the screen which flashed a message:'Please change to Band D/E' .and 'Change the filter'
                            Upon my complaint to the Company wrt the non-functionality of the RO, I apprised the message being flashed on the product screen to the visiting Eureka Forbes RO mechanic, Mr. Hritik, (ph: [protected])
                            Instead of paying attention both the messages being flashed on the product screen, ie. changing the "band settings", he focused only on the other: Mr, Hritik told me to replace the entire filter set. Not only this, another person who accompanied Hritik to my residence, already and said that Eureka Forbes had sent him for looking at our complaint already bought with him the filter set and both Hritik and this person asked me to buy it at 4000INR. I asked them if the company would give me a voucher of purchase and guarantee and they said no such thing would be given as we had already registered our complaint regarding change of filter
                            Not only did Hritik and the person who came with him say that no voucher will be provided for my purchase if I do so yet it is mandatory that I buy through them and only that product which they had got along; they also refused to provide me company's official rate list of the product saying that they do not keep these as Eureka Forbes gives no ID or rate list to its service guys.
                            However I found that very strange. So in front of them, I checked the original product online and found that on a 40% discount the product would be delivered for me online. When I showed this on my computer to both Hritik and his accomplice, who was not telling us his name, but calling 'Hritik' as his 'Ustaad'...both of them changed their tune. They said I could buy this online and its fine and Hritik will come next time and the charge of the service to install the cartridges of the filter would be 200 INR/-.: That the Eureka Forbes advised him to return for installing our filter once we had purchased our own. This conversation with someone on his phone he had in my house making me believe that its a Eureka Forbes official who is directing him to do the job in 200 once its done.
                            I decided to order it online, and got the original parts for the RO at 2300 INR ! Hritik, as in good faith I had been led to believe, was contacted by me and he said that he would be coming to change the filter.
                            However despite my requests to come by in the morning before I leave for office, Hritik did not turn up and chose to sent in his 'accomplice' in my absence when only my children were at home.
                            As it happened, this accomplice changed the filter, charged my children INR 200 and left off without leaving any phone number or his name behind: I found that almost a criminal act which was not just a huge breach of security but tantamount to a huge breach of trust between me as the client and Eureka Forbes as company: How can they send people to us with no IDs or traceable phone number or even those who do not reveal their name?
                            Also, My Vikas told me that there is a delay in servicing our RO system because Mr Hritik has to leave for Patna and Eureka Forbes only relies on Hritik and so in his absence no one exists to service our residential areas in Chanakya Puri: Is that how Eureka Forbes functions????
                            Hritik is the man on whom th e needle of suspicion lies/ As i figured this out in hind sight. : Hritik has been forcingme into signing a rs.9000/- contract with Eureka Forbes, despite my repeated telling him that we did not know how long we would be staying in Delhi, or India for that matter. Even if we stay here, we will shif to an area where RO is not needed. So while I need regular service and will pay for it, I explained hiim many times, I do not need the contract and gave my valid reasons:
                            However I have to assume that either Hritik is breaking the communictaion bond between me as the client and the company as the provider of the service or the company is involved along with him in order to dupe me/clients and residents here in this MEA complex?
                            whatever it is I need an answer: Also please do not send Hritik to this complex any more. I am sure he is making use of the fact that he has been coming here since a long time, so knows the guards and gets himself and his accomplices in and plays his games: Kindly change the emplyee on record to visit this area
                            If that does not happen, I will be forced to write to the Security Establishment of the ministry and official stop the entry of this highly dangerous and risky man called Hritik.
                            The man that Hritik sent for repairs messed up the job: The next day both of them came to my house and told me that now I need to order an entire 'switch system' as the switch inside the system was not working! I found that highly suspicious and asked Hritik's accomplice to give me his name and details : Hritik told him and told me that he could not give his name and ID to me as its agaist company policy.
                            Only when I threatened the cheating duo that all our interactions are now on CCTV and that I can retrieves this footage and turn both of them to the Police did Hritik give me his accomplice's number and name. He is called Mithilesh (Phone number [protected] ) .: I found out from the security manager of the complex that both these people had signed in the register (as without that they cannot come in) but said that residents of B 26 (which is us) had called them. This is a complete lie. I or my children do not know who is the other staff who comes along with all spare parts in his bag with Hritik?
                            Please note: It was only after I told Hritik that I could have the CCTV footage taken out of this man, who was not a Eureka Forbes employ or registered to work at the complex, entering with Hritik and without permission, he agreed to tell me his name and number, which I am writing here: Mithlesh, [protected]. There are security cameras installed around the complex, and if need be the footage can still be taken out.
                            Please remember: I am requesting you to look into this matter seriously.
                            Please note: Hritik should be no longer be coming to this complex. He is a dangerous man.
                            Please trace who Mithilesh is?
                            Lastly, please do get the my RO system repaired urgently. Our residential area has saline water so its impossible to survive here without an RO in place
                            Also, I do not want a service contract with you for the time being as I am unsure where we will go or stay or not.
                            People as Hritik should not be forcing us to sign expensive contracts. Rather I want to avail of regular service and pay . Do make sure that people with traceable IDs and printed rate lists are send here. No un authorised products should be sold through the service guys.
                            After much follow up and delay of repairing my RO system, today that is June 11, 2019 an RO technician named Brij Kishore (Tel: [protected]) was sent to my house. So now we were told by this RO person from Eureka Forbes that he has no idea why the earlier batch of Eureka Forbes employees who visited our house replaced our filters set as the problem was in the motor, as per Brij Kishore's version. Since the guy landed in my house and replaced the RO parts when I was in office, he asked my children to pay an amount of Rs 5600 (INR) . The payment will be done by me tomorrow however I need to understand why I was forced rather duped into replacing my filter set when the problem was not with the filter. Now I need to cough up another 5600INR and Rs 400 more as service charges?
                            I would like an immediate follow up to my mail. I am willing to take this fight for justice to the next level if need be. If possible do ring me up. The issue is this: I have been receiving calls from all junior employees from customer care who insist that they are the only ones who can talk as the seniors have all gone on a vacation? Isn't this preposterous? Does it not indicate a foul play?

                              Eureka Forbes- Water Purifier are not giving proper service at Bhubaneswar. They are misbehaving and threatening the customers. Even their service manager is supporting his staff without taking any action. The incident happened with me very severely on 09.06.19. But the service people frequently have done this type of misbehavior since 06.06.19. The name of the service people is SRI SUSANTA ROUT, Mobile No.- [protected]. The name of the concerned Service Manager Is Mr YNANA having Mob No. [protected] of Bhubaneswar.

                              In this regard, I have also given mail to the customer service station of Eureka to Madam DEEPA.

                              I have already provided the AMC certificate where everything is available. There is no faith on the service people provided by the Eureka Forbes - aquaguard water purifier. The service provided by aquaguard is from 3rd party & the Eureka forbes -aquaguard has no control on the 3rd party. The service agency has no fear for the law of land. Till now the matter is pending. They are only lingering the matter. Hope you can understand the situation of a customer. Very poor service by aquaguard at bhubaneswar.

                                Ordered vacuum cleaner WDX2 online on 5th June. Sales guy promised same day delivery. System was down. No order created. No response to date for online complaints and request to cancel order. Managed to track senior sales officer after 2 days. Got delivery on 10th. Never ever buy eureka forbes products. they are only interested in generating the sales. after that even for delivery it is almost impossible to get any response from the company and you have no idea what happened to your money. it has been the most horrible experience of buying online to date for me and i am a person who buys stuff regularly online. even if issues crop up, the online company has always responded and helped resolve this issue. if i had not been able to get the senior sales officer number through another office (though they were very hesitant to give it to me and i had to talk and talk and talk before they gave it), i am sure that nothing would even have happened to date

                                also I find that the product is an utter waste of money. i used it today with the blower function. the tube came out and does not fit back in! this is the first day i used it and already it is not working. it also makes so much noise that the neighbors are complaining! when the sales guy came for the initial demo before buying they said there were so many attachments and so many things that could be done...now that i have bought it, none of those functions seems to be able to be done as per what the same sales guy says...what a lie and what an inferior product that is hyped and sold...i would actually prefer to return the product

                                  We r having a RO Duo water purifier at our home 207 First floor, Dayanand Vihar, Delhi 110092.. The AMC was renewed on 14.5.19 for a period of two years. Mr. Anesh Sharma your technician had taken cash payment of Rs 8650.00. He told us that he did not have the consumables at that time and that he would replace them with a day or two. After that he has not turned up. We have made him several calls. Every time he promises that he will come next day, but he has not turned up till 11.06.2019.
                                  You are requested to
                                  1. Send some other technician immediately with necessary consumables.
                                  2. When I called the help line today morning, I was told that our AMC had expired and not renewed. Whereas Mr. Anesh had collected cash wide Receipt Number 809. 0119347 dated 14.5.19. It appears he has not deposited the amount of Rs. 8650/- with the company
                                  3. This gentleman, Mr. Anesh has been harassing us in the past also. He never attends the complaint in time. We had complained to M/S Happy Services to change this person but that service provider has also not helped us.
                                  4. Necessary action may be taken against him and we should be spared from harassment.

                                    FYI, more than 08-09 Times I made call at [protected] to rectify my number which is wrongly updated by your employees, but to vain.
                                    After Sale no one ever came for after sale service, which is pathetic and above all they have registered someone else number on my product which caused further issue and hurdle for me. Even the customer care person are unable to trace the details. Please go through the details and do the needful.                                       I am a Senior Citizen & MR Sarat Sahoo Divisonal Manager Noida, smartly convinced me to purchase one set of Video Door Phone & 2 nos of Electrical Locks with a promise of free installations of both the items during the month of March on the pretext since it is a closing month, he would gain sales & make up for the sales shortfalls.

                                      Till date, installation work of the lock, to be operated from two locations, is pending. My repeated humble submissions & request have not resulted in any action so far. At last he advised Mr Cherrian, to look into the case & close it.

                                      Mr Cherrian is again not concerned with the issue & he does not pick up the call even .

                                      In view of all the above, is it the way Eureka has started working & the only aim is to Cheat the innocent & helpless Senior Citizen

                                      Considering all the facts as mentioned above, it is brought to your knowledge with a confidence that there would be some one in the Organization who is there to ensure that the Brand Image is maintained & the people deliver as promised
