My product amc is being done on february 2019 but till august no technician will be visited on my door step. This is suppose to be very negligence. After a long time yesterday on 23/08/2019 a surprising technician visit my door step at last a technician will visit my door step. I have drunk dirty water till last six months so far. I am in a big trouble.

    Respected madam/sir,

    My aqua guard (Ro) is not operational since from last six (06) days, technician mr devram sambhaji khandare visited my house on 19th aug 2019, he said adapter is not working and at present it is not available, it will come in two to three days time, then we will put it, the aqua guard will be operational.

    Six days has been passed nothing has been done, and here my whole family is suffering without drinking water, for drinking water we have to beg to other houses and other family friends.

    I have done the amc also for two yrs w. E. F. 28th feb 2019, after doing amc my self and my family is suffering lot, then what is use of doing amc, so don't try to fool public in the name of amc. You send your technician today itself and made my aqua guard operational at the earliest. I don't want my family should suffer any more in this regard.

    Now, my humble request to you, please expedite my service request at the earliest and my aqua guard (Ro) operational today itself.

      I have a water filter from Eureka Forbes and have an AMC. I renewed my AMC on 13 August 2019 and have called their customer care more than 10 times to follow up for mandatory service. Though they have promised to send someone to look after my case, no one has turned up yet.

      Before the AMC expired I got so many reminders and calls from Eureka Forbes reminding me to renew it. Now the service technician allotted to me is not answering my calls and the customer care executives keep apologizing and promising to send someone. I have even threatened to go legal and they are not bothered.

      Very unprofessional and lack of respect for customers.

        We have complaint against eureka forbes. We had done a complaint on toll free number and we recieved a message from them that there technician will come and sort out the issue. But we did not recieve any satisfactory answer from their side. We have called them so many times, but they did not resolve the issue. We have taken annual maintenance contract but they are saying frommlast few months that they dont hve the parts. Alredy we have paid so much of amount. Our complaint number is [protected].

          I bought eureka aquaguard superb on 14th aug and on the same day i requested for installation, i got a message that their worker will come within 2 days but till now no one has came. I even call the worker but he is also procrastinating saying i will come, not at all good. Even i called to their customer care number but even they could not do anything. I had spent enough for this aquaguard but i don't think eureka forbes care for their customers after they had sold their product. I think that i shouldn't had bought this aquaguard.

            Hi, we received the aqua guard couple of days before and received an sms regarding the person assigned for installation. Had a discussion with that person and confirmed the time that the person will attend by 12 pm today. But there is no response from that assigned person today, tried reaching him couple of times and he is not picking the call. If the person is not able to attend atleast i should have been updated with information. Why should you guys assign an irresponsible person who does not have a common decency atleast to inform us, if he is not able to make it?

              Last serviced on[protected] and paid 8500/- towards 2 years Amc to Raju Enterprises authorised franchise for Eurekaforbes Ltd.

              Since last 10 days water purifier is not working and has been calling the engineer since then but not attended the repair.

              We have been using local available water and family members got sick. Need justice in this regard. Never expected such service from Eurekaforbes Ltd.

                I have purchased one water purified from eureka forbes uv+ and accordingly i took amc on 2017 with contract receipt no. 27783276 dt.29/04/2017 for three years. But after getting amc in 2018 they came for change on october 2018 but after that no body visited and also in 2019 no body has visited yet. It means how eureka forbes people cheating the customer in the name of amc.

                I want strict action should be taken as they are taking money in the name of amc but doing nothing. So all concerned should be careful about eureka forbes product.

                I have not received any communication neither any service from eureka Forbes.
                I made a complaint on 8th. No one has come since then. My water purifier is not working. Got repaired from your executive dipesh 4 days before 8 th. N paid rs 3000. It sparked n collapsed again. There is no redressal. Iv been calling day in n out. Plz help

                    Hi,

                    My parents live in pune and we recently installed eureka forbes water purifier at home which is under warranty. Suddenly it is malfunctioned and my parents raised customer complain calling they consumer helpline. Service request number is [protected].

                    Following is message received for the complain.

                    "dear friend. Your service request no. Is [protected]. Our technician will pay you a visit within the next 2 working days to attend to your request"

                    It has been two days and my parents who are senior citizens and resides in apartment called multiple times to their customer care number and every time they are hearing same thing "technician will come at 4pm" but no one showed up so far.

                    I would like eureka forbes to understand trouble faced by senior citizen because of their worst customer care service. Requesting your support for the same.

                    I am thinking of filing a law suit in consumer court for the same.

                      I have registered for service on 16th august 2019. I received message saying that subhash babu will visit after 2 pm. However, he did not visited. I called the zonal agency owner in aligarh, mr. Manmohan, but he did not pick my phone. I feel that i have wasted 7500/- by paying for two year amc. Why does eureka forbes even has amc option when you do not have proper service centers and also i feel that you eureka forbes does not have any control over the local dealers and service providers.

                        I had purchased a water purifier (Aquaguard) in aug-2018. From then i have been chasing for a service. Twice i complained but still no response. Here is the recent request number #[protected] that i raised. Warranty also ends by 20th of aug 2019. However, no single service was done. Everytime i call customer care, they take a request but no one turns up to perform the service. Please do care for water filters. Remember that a human being is drinking the water. Eureka forbes seems to be interested only in making business. But if i fall sick due to the drinking unpurified water issue, i will file a complaint against this.

                          Purchased product on 15th october 2018 and within one week we raised a complaint that the purifier not working properly, service engineer came and saying that the product what i have bought is failed one from their products and immediately i raised the complaint to get the replace the product and they said the product is good one and fixed temporary. Meantime from last 6 months i raised complaints every month and engineer giving a temporary fixes with in next 2 days water getting to normal taste and no taste at all. I raised a complaint again one month back that they said now the candles got damaged and informed me to that they will check with the higher management and replace the same. But after 20 days they back and saying that the product is already 7 months old and cannot replace the candles, but the product warranty is 1 year.. Even on of the manager from the company talking like do what ever i can do from my end in fact he suggested me to raise a consumer grievance...

                            I have bought the aquasure from aquaguard shield ro+uv+mp+mtds 8 months in online site. Which started creating problem after 6 months. Water is getting leaked and contaminating with the drinking water.in last service, service person left screws without putting in the place. It allows the leakage water to contaminate more quickly in the drinking water. I have raised the complaint twice (Now third time) in last 2 months. They came and lied to us its in place when i am not in home.

                            I have raised complaint to fix the screws in proper place. But, they cheating the customer. We got the problem today. The motor is not running. I have raised the complaint [protected] again today.

                              Eureka forbes have sold us a defective geneus plus ro purifier. The whole family started getting sick and after testing the water the results have come back as the purified water is bacteriologicaly contaminated. I have made a claim under the 30 days money back guarantee, it has been more than 20 days and still the are giving a run around and making false promises as some one would contact me. I have made so many phone calls and send a couple of emails still no response received. Every time the response i get is someone would contact me which never seems to happen.

Your representative give the assurance for reinstall within three days. But when coming the three days. As a customer this type of service from your company unexpected.

                                This is bring to your notice that we have taken amc from your one of agency “tabshreen enterprises” and had asked to change the filters and leakage motor to mr. Rizwan. Mr rizwan has sent the service engineer who has no manners how to speak with customer and having fudged motor and filters which i believe was not at all belongs to eureka forbes. When we asked to prove that these parts are belongs to ef or not then they say i don’t know, due to which i have asked to stop service and asked to speak your official manager but he was not able to do so and till date he has not turned up for the services.

                                Request please look into the matter or i will be forced to escalate this instance to your higher official and consumer forum as well. For your reference amc receipt is attached.

                                  Since28/7/2019 I have been calling in your service centre and complaining regarding the services of my water purifier.Neither your complaint centre nor your service centre is ready to take any action. since than like a fool I am calling in your complaint centt.whith lots of embarrassment I am saying That I did a big mistake by buying your product You people are just making money buy selling products, Amc, and through your call centres even today when I called in your service centre my call was cut by your one of the employee because I was asking for their seniors number.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have bought the aquasure from aquaguard shield ro+uv+mp+mtds 8 months in online site. Which started creating problem after 6 months. Water is getting leaked and contaminating with the drinking water.in last service, service person left screws without putting in the place. It allows the leakage water to contaminate more quickly in the drinking water. I am spending money to drink the healthy water, but at last ending up with the following with customer care, service person and water can deliver person. I have raised the complaint twice in last 2 months. The product is warranty.

                                        I have purchased water purifier from reliance digital pune amanora. With the assurance of service and filter replacement, have been trying to reach both reliance and eurekaforbes but ther's no resolution to this.
                                        Reliance digital have told to check with the manufacturer, but am unable lo log complain due to error - my number not registered. Have tried doing online but there's no response.
