I am a customer of eureka forbes since i had purchased invisipre - undersink ro in august 2018. Before this i had been using kent ro for almost 11 years, without any complains. During kitchen renovation, i opted for your product.
The team from sector 16, panchkula visited my place, examined the water quality and suggested me to buy invisipure. I asked about the missing uv part in the ro, i was told by your team, that it was not required in my area, considering the water quality.
I ordered the ro online, but was delivered to me by the same dealer, and the assured gift - a wrist watch was handed over after around 4 months after repeated reminders.
There was some problem faced regarding storage of the water, the service team visited in january 2019 and told that an old machine had been installed and one of the parts was not of eureka forbes.
The tds of water reported was 30, which as per my medical knowledge is not suitable for drinking. On asking for correction, i was told that since there was no uv present, it could not be corrected.
I feel i have been cheated and following questions come to my mind.
Why was i not advised ro + uv?
Why should i be responsible for the ill deeds of a particular person, as i have been trusting eureka forbes and that person came to me representing you. (I am well aware that he has cheated many more people and has been terminated on the grounds o[censored]nethical practices).
Why should the machine not be replaced by the company, as one of your employees is responsible and you as a company are responsible for your people.
I have spent around 17, 000 rupees. If required i could have invested more. We don't buy water purifiers as grocery and no one replaces them every year.
I have kids and elderlies in the family, and if someone faces medical issues because of bad water quality, i will hold your company responsible for providing me with wrong information and wrong machine.
