We have purchased a aquaguard water filter from eureka forbes vide my customer code no :[protected] on 20.06.19. But the filter is not working from the very first day. Though a complain has been lodged to the company but unfortunately nobody attend so far. Even now we are in doubt whether this water filter which is recommend by their representative is at all suitable for this water (Tds :336) or not. Immediately strong action to be taken either to rectify the filter or change the same which will workable for this water.

Plumber has not fitted aquaguard properly. Due to this, Water leakage happening from Wall. After raising Service Request, No Proper service has been provided till yet..

Every time call comes from mumbai. but nobody has come till now.

    Have raised on this portal sentbit on email id but did not get success hence again sending in this hopefully it will reach to the concerned department and get positive response.

    This is with regards to the service provided by Navnath (Aquaguard service engineer) in lohegaon area am not having any request number as he visited at the time of request raised by 2 years ago and further he used to come on regular basis charged Rs 3500 per year and replaced the filters and do the service twice in a year.
    This year am chasing with him from past 2 months but he is not responding the calls nor provided any alternate numbers as per the commitment any issues will be resolved. When I reached customer care they are asking to the ref number unfortunately am not having as the person was providing the service from 2 years. Now have called on customer care number and they have noted my request but still have not any request number.

    Kindly look into it as end users are facing issues and it is also impacting on the name of Dr Aquaguard. Hope will get positive response and some corrective action to be taken care especially these kind of service personnel (Navnath), his contact number for your reference [protected]/[protected].

    Hopefully tomorrow I get response from the service engineer but still am not having ref number if I need to highlight.

      Hi Team,

      I have raised a request regarding water leaking problem on 26-April-2019 request number # [protected]
      Technician came and fixed the problem but from next day again water started leaking from purifier body.
      I called the same technician stating that the issue is not fixed but even after multiple follow-up he did not come.
      I called customer care again on 25-May-2019 to report this issue and this time again new ticket created - request number # [protected]
      Technician came again and tried to fix the problem but then he made the things worst.
      After multiple failed attempt he said the problem is with Minerals Cartridge [MLE] and it is not possible to get the replacement.
      When I told him that every year I am renewing AMC then how can he say it is not possible to replace.
      Finally he said it will take 20 days to get new Minerals Cartridge.
      He removed the existing Cartridge and made a direct connection so that the purifier will run. Please see attached image for more detail.

      I followed-up with him after 20 days and said it will take 5 more days. When I called him again after 5 days, now he is not picking my phone itself.

      It's again a very unprofessional behavior by Eureka Forbes. If the AMC renewal is pending they will call you day and night to renew the AMC and once AMC is renewed they are least bothered to provide customer service.

        SUB: NEGLIGENCE BY EUREKA FORBES/ POOR QUALITY DRINKING WATER ISSUE NOT RESOLVED BY COMPANY SINCE 2 YEARS Dear Sir/ Madam, Clean, hygienic, healthy drinking water is the basic requirement of any human being. Many people in our country are deprived of this necessity. Even those who pay a good cost to companies like Eureka Forbes who claim to be "Pani ka Doctor" are still unable to enjoy the benefits of nature's gift of healthy water. We have been using their product over 10 yrs and taking Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from the company since the time of purchase, last renewed in 2017. It has been 2 years that the water TDS from the water purifier is extremely low. Raw water TDS=310 and drinking water TDS available through water purifier =17. This low TDS water is close to distilled water which is not ideal for drinking purposes as it is devoid of basic water minerals Calcium, Magnesium etc. and has a negative effect on the body- bone strength/ metabolism/ brain function/ organ disorder etc.- all this we realised lately on being prompted by our doctor and few others who got to know about the low water TDS of our drinking water. The water is tasteless, leaves no residues at all upon boiling. Our family is suffering with ailments since an year or so. We have been paying medical bills frequently for myself, husband and our daughter. God knows how much is this water with low TDS a contributor to it. We have complained about this at Eureka Forbes CC but there has been no solution. The technicians do not come with TDS meter to check water quality. They just start their work of cleaning and replacement of filter (that too when insisted upon), without checking the raw water TDS. We registered a complain regarding the poor water quality to the Company again. As per the discussion, their technicians should have changed the filter/ membrane upon checking the raw water TDS, which was the negligence on their part and for which we are suffering since last two years. Further, we got to know from their personnel that the model we have is obsolete and it would not be covered under AMC in future. This information also seems false, since we checked website and same model is visible under a different name- details attached. Till date we have not received an appropriate solution to the issue and now we are feeling that we have been cheated by the company who charged us the AMC amount, but did not provide us with the appropriate part (filter/ membrane) as per the input TDS. Untrained staff sent to attend complain, who have no idea about the issues. Technicians and Managers from such a renowned company who lie. Unnecessary harassment to the customer due to negligence and unawareness of the company representatives about product/ parts and their importance. In fact, the last representative who came to visit our residence asked us- Sir, apko kitni TDS chahiye? All we would want to request is that the company who is selling their product to the entire nation must take the responsibility to provide safe water to their consumers through their effective services, when they are charging good amount as AMC. There would be many customers who might not even be aware about the low TDS issue and would be availing services which in turn are causing harm to their own bodies. The company has a consumer base of 1.5 crore as per Wikipedia. Not less than 50% would be the customers for water purifiers. Imagine the AMC charges being paid by the customers (may be not all) and the resultant water they are getting. Imagine this kind of water being used for an infant. What are we creating, unhealthy nation right from the beginning, the reason for which might not even be known- poor unhealthy water quality? I would sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter and help resolve the concern. The company needs to take an ownership of their products and services.

          We have bought this product last year and now there is a problem in its suction from few days. I have been calling the customer care almost 2-3 days they have been saying that they will send the executive in 24-48 hours.

            1. Service person reported to replace the filter on cost basis – in the last week of apr’19.

            2. We reported to the service manager, that the product is only 5 months old then why we need to pay for the filter, also its
            Under warranty.

            3. Service manager, stated that the life of the filter is expired and we need to pay for the filter.

            4. We highlighted that the earlier product which was in use, is still working and the sales person who visited was aware of our
            Product and its history from the date of installation with amc, why he recommended classic+ and also has not given any details
            Of the non replacement accessories of the product within the warranty period.

            5. Manager reported he will visit our premised and check the flow / silt etc….

            6. After many follow-up, only your service engg. Visited and checked the installation specs and found correct.

            7. Manager reported will report to ho and our person from ho will visit our home on[protected].

            8. After many follow-up yesterday,[protected] your engg. Visited the premised and detailed that due to silt (Dust), the life of
            Filter is gone and needs replacement.

            Feedback:
            1. From the day of implementation of the new product, every month we are forced to call your engg. “report: water flow is very slow”
             he cleans the filter and fix it back and regains the flow.
            (Ref. Our service details).

            2. Our earlier product was perfect and still running (Verify our amc details).

            3. Just for sake of sale, why this product has to be forced to the customer, without proper information.

            4. Note: we don’t switch on the device when we need water, our practice, every day morning we take a pot of water and store it.
            Which is sufficient for our daily use.

            Suggestion:
            5. We are totally not happy
             with the product.
             the method of sales done by your sales person (Recommendation to go for the new product).

            Hence we request to take back the product (Or) replace the filter foc.

                We installed their security system in 2014. It worked quite well for a few months but has stopped working since past 2-3 years. Despite complaining to everybody we could contact and mailing everywhere and also getting conformations of the receipt of our mail no body has come to visit or repair the system. Also, what is funny is - if we go to the website and put an enquiry for a new system they respond quickly. This goes on to show that they are very much interested in selling the products everywhere even at places where they cannot provide any service. But the whole point of having a security system is that it should work and the service we get in case of any unforeseen situations which threatens the security of one's home. The cost of purchase was pretty high and we have also not got any return on that cost. So would highly discourage anyone looking to buy eureka forbes security system. They had a good product but absolutely zero service which makes the system completely useless.

                  Its been 7 months
                  Since then till now aquaguard is not working properly that is we have gault faulty machine and its ro+uv+uf,, we have registered complaint many times, care person in sangli comes and goes and avoids problem as he doesn't want to change faulty part of aquaguard so problem is not resolved, it's not giving ro water from starting day, every time i register problem and there is part which is faulty so need to chnage but care person from sangli are not resonding and giving excuse every time; we have invested 170000 and now it's of no use; aquagurd care centre should look in this matter and i have told i will complaint register at head office then also they are saying ok you can register but they are not co-operating to change part and give ro water with proper tds... If we are investing money then we suppose for worth..
                  If we are trusting then you should be worth..
                  Very disappointing
                  Plz guys never go for this

                      I have moved from Nashik to Nagpur and have been contacting eureka forbes since last 6 days for installing aqua guard at my home. no technician has visited.

                      I call the customer service everyday and get the same answer that my case has been prioritised but no one attends. when I asked them to to connect my call to a senior person they put me on hold for 15 mins every time and finally disconnect.

                      in this case what should be done??

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I had placed a RO installation request on 12 June over the customer care helpline (Request number [protected]) in the name of Mr Subho Ghosh. I was informed that a technician would call/visit for the installation within the next 2 days.

                          After waiting for 5 days, no one even called up so I raised my first complaint on 17th June only to be told that a technician would be assigend imemdiately for the same. To my horror, the same ordeal happened on 18th June as well as today 19th June. Everytime I am told by the customer care executive that someone will be assigned but just no action is being taken. Today when I asked the executive to transfer my call to some senior person, she put my call on hold indefinitely for 10min and then the call got disconnected.

                          Is this a professional service expected from a reputed organization like Eureka Forbes?

                          This is so unfortunate and if immediate action is not taken, I will have to escalate this issue to the consumer court and social media, if required.

                              We purchased Aquasure RO+UV+MTDS just 2 months back (4th April 2019) and it has stopped working now .

                              First leakage started and now when we checked TDS of water its showing more than 200. Installation was also not done properly as water pressure is high service engineer was supposed to instal water regulator which he denied at time of installation

                                I purchased DR.AQUAGARD MAGNA NXT HD RO which is still in warranty. Register a complaint related to water quality. The tech who visited added a couple of capsules to our water tank and left.

                                In the next few weeks, the water purifier didn't work. This time, they informed me that the filter's life is over and had to purchase a new one (4k) or buy AMC (5k).

                                He added that a simple outdoor filter (Rs.1200) would have prevented the filter from failing soon and the filters are capable of processing only 6k liters after which the filter needs to be changed.

                                What kind of service are these people offering? If they are already aware that the filters are not in great condition, why cannot they inform earlier? Why do you guys wait for the product to get very faulty that involves huge amount to fix it?

                                The sales people were committed is getting the cheque but they have failed to inform me about the product's capability. Eureka people insisted on installing a wall mount stand which is not in the warranty book but made me install it for Rs.450. But now they claim that filters will not be covered under warranty.

                                On top of it, the call center agents do not convey the information of the complaint to the field agents. Fields agents do not show up on time. I even have missed visits.

                                The service is not satisfactory. The call center agents do not follow up the cases and cascade the info to the field agents. I was promised a call back from escalated backend team(16th June'19) which I'm yet to receive. The cases are being closed (Request id [protected]) without confirmation.

                                I will accept a replacement of the device or new filter installation (no charges) or refund.

                                I received a call from the escalation team and I had to explain the whole thing again. The lady kept insisting that the warranty does not cover the filters and RO's filters need to be replaced after every year.

                                She was asking for the details of the sales guy so that she could punish him (her words). I wonder how Eureka Forbes does not maintain a track of who sold the device. Apparently, they can handle only service requests and not issues caused at the time of sales.

                                When I told her that the device did not even process 4K ltrs of water, she mocked that I wouldn't know the water usage of my people at home. She finally added that even if the issue is escalated, posted on the social network, an issue taken to consumer court, they will work as per the policy.

                                Apparently, customer success is not their policy. I still have an RO which does not work for over 2 months now and I paid 18k for this.

                                Customer care really does not care about the end users. Escalation team talks about policies and does not consider the fact that they sold a faulty device.

                                I need a replacement of the filters without any charges or a refund.

                                  The Aqua guard Magna ( RO+UV+NXT) stopped working exactly after one year of Purchase.

                                  I have not even consumed 100L and engineer forcing me to change filter which cost me Rs 4500/-.

                                  When the product was bought, the sales man clearly told that after 6000L of water consumption only the filter need to be changed. I was out of station and not even used the machine for 1000L . why should change the filter. Why they stopped exactly after one year.

                                  This is pure cheating.

                                  This looks like defective product was delivered to me.
                                  This is pure cheating.
                                  I am very very disappointing with Aquagurad and the service provided. NO one listening or caring for their customer.
                                  There is way to escalate to higher level. I am fade up with the service.

                                  Hope some one from top management will look into this.

                                    I purchased the Eureka Forbes ENHANCE model on 7/6/19. I was told that it is going to be installed within 2days. Next day I received a msg that one person has been assigned with the task of installation. During the day I called the person 10-12 times but he didn't receive the call. Now it is 11th day the water filter is lying uninstalled at my house. Whenever I contacted the customer care one person used to promise me to send one technician to install it by that very day but in vain. Anyway it has now become a regular task for me to call the technician and customer care service to get my Aquagaurd installed. After some time the technician also switch off his mobile every day.                                       It stops after 10-12 minutes of its function. We are to await for more than thirty minutes for its re functioning. AMC had been done in its actual period but the service agent could not trace the reason. We get it difficult to get water in sufficient quantity.
