Irresponsible pondicherry head incharge mr. Kumar, their motive is only to sale their product, they not bother about the customer satisfaction, very cleverly speaking to me, i purchased the product from one of their branch, they not even showed demo, after paid my full amount, 15290 (Vacuum cleaner only after delivery they showed the demo, i checked within 1 hr of delivery i am not satisfied with the suction power worth for 15290. So, i called helpline intimated the product return and refund they accept, after my 6 th call they informed to their team to check the issue, they called and told me we are not accept your product return, i don't know why they have different policy for direct sale and online sale, they are telling silly reasons, please help me how to return their product, i need refund, very poor approach, service to customer.
