Last month i got a message from company that my unit is due for mandatory service on 18th november. But till today nobody have been arrived for mandatory service. Every time it is happening. I have purchased water purifier of above company model no. Dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) origa dated 14/03/2018 of rs.19490/-. This product is under warranty of one year, but company demanding for change of filter cost of rs 4000/- approx which is most unreasonable. Hi, i am writing this email after a several escalation to customer service department and service team.

This is to keep you all inform my experience after delivering the product.
Problem started after couple of months from the perchance date with the issue and based on the request made replacements (After several reminders!!)
