Hey eureka forbes is one of d worst in relation to customer satisfaction & after sale customer support. As they don't make any follow up for complaint raised, simply direct us to agency's. Coming into my case i had taken warranty for aquagurad water purifier, but due to mandatory service we raised the complaint from then onwards d entire drama started technician came & he's not cable enough wats happened and he done something and left off, from there problem after problem has been raised after every vist of them. Due to which my unit wasn't in working conditions for the past one month.

So we call customer support every time they even cared regarding the follow up..

M chasing eureka forbes personnels for last 6 months for replacement of my broken vacuum cleaner. Which is received in same condition from company. on 16th Jan 2019 I got approval from higher autority for the same but nothing was done till now.

    We placed an order to install the security system on 28th april with the marketing guy. They came and setup the electrical work on 2nd may. Ever since they said someone will come and setup the camera. We have been waiting everyday from morning till evening but no one has come. There is no response. The customer service is extremely poor and they took the entire money upfront. I would like to get the complete refund from the company. Not sure if it is a legal company or some kind of money siphoning organization.

    No service person came after complaint. even after 10 days. Asking money even if the product is still in AMC and amc paid. The service person try to cheat me. I repeatedly complaint to customer care 3 more times. No use. Eureha forbes aquagard Try to cheat me.

      I have requested for re-installation on 13th april which was not properly taken up and then again raised a request on 19th april. After calling 10 times someone visited 30th april and installation was done in such a condition that water filter is leaking like anything for the last 6 days and there is no response. I have called more than 10 times and no response only sorry for inconvenience sir... Every time ccare ask detail and keep the call on hold for 10 min and then we will look into it but no one is visiting in spite of requesting to send on an urgent basis. I took 20 days back and still i am not able to use the filter. Sorry to say but pathetic service. I have to discontinue and buy another filter rather paying such a huge amount every year and then facing this kind of extremely poor service. Contract number [protected] placed on 13th april.         Sir i have purchased a aquaguard ro last year in aug 2018 but since jan 2019 it is not working properly (Red light showing) many times your technician came but not solutioned the problem and now it's about 15 days again showing the same problem and your technician not attending the same and this ro is under warranty period.           I have purchased a new machine from eureka forbes last month 31.03.2019 nrich and the sales man had promised to supply an accessory free of cost.

          In spite of my repeated calls, complain with the company, there is no response.

          Instead today, i have received a call from a vendor who now wants to sell that to me.

          Is it the way the salesman push the sales and never keeps his promise?

            I have purchased product namely dr. Aquagurad classic+ from your direct company through your sales executive during may 2018. One of your technicians has attended against service request no [protected] on 26 march 2019 and he said as follows: why you had selected this model and also he said that the product is only suitable for upstairs and not for ground floor? He also comments that purchase transaction of the above product from local market.
            My issues:-
            Why your sales person has supplied the unsuitable product at the time of sales? I belief that your company is focusing only sales and not for customer service and satisfactions. Since it is under warranty period, please sort out the issue with free of cost. It is my duty to inform you that your technician behaviour is very worst. Please arrange to attend the senior person to sort out my issue. I strongly believe that your technician has spoiled your company name. The same has been already informed to your customer care team. I hope you will solve this issue otherwise i am forcing to contact the ombudsman for a further solution.
            Conclusion:
            I have not yet any solution from the company. Company is waste my hard earned money by way of sale of their product.

              From last two weeks i am complaining about the water has stopped in our purifier. Every we call we talk to new person the same thing that water first slowed and then stopped coming in the purifier. We are working person and they say our service man will come today. So i take leave that day. And these is happening from last one week. And still we called day before yesterday still they are not coming.
              I think i should change the purifier now because now i think there is no other option.

                We have requested for servicing of the water purifier then they have sent a technician, after he has done the servicing he dint even give me the receipt giving me some lame excuse. After he went away we have noticed that after we have switched it off also the machine was still working and storage got enough water so the water started overflowing, then we immediately called the technician who visited my house as i had his number but he was pretty rude to me so i registered a complaint on 27 april 2019 but till today there is no response from their end and i have been calling them ever alternate day and following but dint get any right answer till date. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

                  Hi,
                  My parents has health issue. So we bought doctor plus water purifier. Currently it was not working so I contacted official service person. He suggested to buy new mother board and told that this morher board eurekaforbes won’t fix and asking for 8000. Every year we have to spend almost 6000 for this purifier and the service person force us to buy some parts every time.

                  I just asking is it the way of doing business? If you say so, i will switch to somw other product from different company and go to consumer forum.

                    I have ordered Eureka Forbes Water Purifier from Tata Cliq. (Order No:[protected] Product delivery was already delayed by Tata Cliq than what was committed. But even after the delivery, product installation is not happening yet. (Service request No: [protected])

                    Have been calling Eureka Forbes from last 3 days. After spending a lot of time with Customer care team every day, they have been scheduling the installation and sharing technician contact details every day; just for me to realise that contact number is not valid (every time) and technician never visits the place for installation. Tried calling back again and then customer care representative doesn't have access to any information. They will also not share contact details of service centre!

                    When I researched on various other platforms (eg. Flipkart and Amazon) for the same product, I came to know that it is the same problem that every user is facing. After sales service of Eureka Forbes has been too pathetic for all the users. I really regret now for choosing Eureka Forbes without doing some research.

                      I have purchased vaccum cleaner on 25th april 2017 by your sales representative murugan vellore office and his mobile no.[protected]. I have paid through credit card and cash since he was informed us card not transacted correctly and asked for cash. Hence we made the payment through cash. But on next day we found the card amount also swiped from my sbi card account paid to the company again.

                      Also i informed to company accounts team but no response from them and contacted representative but he also not responding. I have sent lot of emails to them, no reply.

Though the printed mrp and the bill is for 12, 990/- the executive charged us rs 1000/- in cash and didnot provide any bill for that. When asked on why he had charged us extra he said the rate printed on the box and bill was a buy back rate and not the mrp.

                          I have logged complaint on April 14th on 15th a person was depeted from your office for servicing but the person left saying he would get the parts for replacement till date it is unattended when I called he says he is coming, nevertheless it is unattended, please do the needful as early as possible as it is not in working condition .

                              Sir, dr. Ag magna uv water purifier is working in my residence at coonoor, the nilgiris, tamilnadu. Water purifier sl. No [protected] is working under annual maintenance contract. We are using water purifier water. Recently, during rainy days my children were affected by jaundice disease. For changing cartridge, i have contact your service engineer number [protected]. No response. I have spend more money for my children. Really your product is good, so i am using continuously. But your product service is very worst. I hope you will send proper and responsible person for attending the service in future.

                                I have purchased one aquaguard water purifier model enhance ro + uv +uf on 29.03.2019 and installed on 06.04.2019. But after installation and start of the machine it started leaking from its body. I lodged one complaint and attended on 13.04.2019 and the mechanic managed to stop the leakage. But again from 22.04.2019 evening it started leaking heavily.
                                It has not crossed two weeks but started giving problem which is not a good sign. I hope the same will be attended on top priority and if repeated again then arrange to change the machine immediately.

                                  I have paid for policy which should give us a service for 2 years... But they haven't respond for our problems for free... Because they haven't uploaded my policy in a computer... So they refused to do for free... They asked us the bill which they gave... We forgot where we kept... We asked them to check in their computer... They said they have no policy in our name... Later we found that original bill in our home... So they are irresponsible and didn't uploaded my copy... So im asking them to give extension... For 2 more years... Becoz i didn't get any service for my pay... Thank u

                                    Hi team,
                                    Complaint no. [protected]. No action taken by the escalation team. I was cheated by the service technician. First service was booked on 28th of march and my aquaguard magna unit require the servicing only by cleaning the mud filter because the filteration was happening slowly. But the service engineer is changed the membrane filter and charged rs. 2925 from me by mr. Rajesh rs 2500 for membrane and rs 425 service charges. After changing the membrane filter also the filteration was happening slowly only when i asked he told me it'll become faster after 24/30 hours.

                                    Now within 10 days the unit is stopped. When mr. Anthony sagaya visited to check the unit to resolve my same issue via ticket number - [protected] then, the real issue was only cleaning the filter, without any reason the service technician is changed the membrane filter. So i was cheated by mr. Rajesh. This is fraud case. Pl resolve the issue i require my money to be refunded. Moreover all the service technician are the salesmans and desparate to sale the amc they never ever provide any solution to the customer. If you don't take the amc then they will start harrassing the customer and start cheating.

                                    Many calls to customer care and escalations attempted. The service manager in my area mr. Achyuten has threatened me. He is showing his hipocracy and behaving in rogue manner. Pl provide justice to me before i reach consumer redressal forum. This is the last trail from me. I required my money back. Thank you...

                                      I have purchased dr auqua guard geneus + last year in may 2018. And from last month i have faced some problems in this ro. On every complaint technician come and clean filter and problem was solved. Now technician said you need to change filter otherwise you will be faced this problems frequently.

                                      My aquaguard is in warranty period and technician said filter changing is not include in warranty period and you have to pay for filter.

                                      My complaint is against aquaguard company if you give such a costly product and if it doesn't work well at least 1 year.. Then what is meaning of my purchase of costly product.. And after that company give 1 year warranty and company denie to change filter in warranty period than what is meaning of that warranty period.
