I have a new contract signed with euroka forbes ro for 2 years in march. As a prerequisite for the contract they are supposed to install new candles. The company is refusing to do the same & actually technicians trying to “sell” these with full support from management.
This company is a. Complete fraud and now when i am asking them to cancel my contract they are refusing to pick up my phone.

    water purifier problem fault 1 showing even after servicing

    Today serviceman came to solve problem of water purifier (Which was showing fault 1 and no water was coming).
    He changed filters and pcd.
    But again it is showing same fault and water stopped coming.
    When i called serviceman and office of bhopal, they told that he can't come today he will come tomorrow. What i will do today for my drinking water?
    Poor service..!!
    I am very disappointed by eureka forbes service.br...

    I had very worst experience in eureka forbes.. Marketing and service peoples in eureka very worst in theni district tamilnadu.. All are speaking lie only... When u buy once after that they show the face.. Easily cheating in water purifier products. I ordered ro purifier but they r supplied uv motor when the installation onwards water not taste.. Now i complaint the machine no one responded.. Now am going to consumer court with bill. Plz stay away from eureka forbes products.

      Defective since 11/04/2019. First complaint no [protected] lodged on 11/04/2019. No effective response. Second complaint no [protected]. No action taken. Amc from 03/05/2018 to 02/05/2019. Not yet attended by the service provider located at tutu's tower, palarivattom, ernakulam, kerala. Few technicians came at 3 occasions and expressed inability to repair due to non availability of some parts. Further repeated phone contacts with the service provider no positive action seen

        I have registered a service request on 03/05/19 to eureka fobs through helpline number. Service request no.[protected]. So far no one came to resolve the issue. I contacted helpline number in regular interval for service. They always promise to send service person within a day. Even yesterday also i contacted helpline number in vain. Another service request no. Is [protected]. I am totally disappointed with the irresponsibility of the company. Now the vacuum cleaner became useless without service. Please resolve this problem.

          I have bought eureka forbes green ro two years back. Initially it operated well but after 3-4 months, i discovered ants floating in the storage tank. The service person just cleaned the tank and covered the lid with a plastic to avoid ants and insect enter the tank. From then it didn't created much problem. Last month servicing was done, changed all the filter candles and secured the tank with duct tape on march 31st, 2019 for rs. 1650. Today when i went to fill my bottle, the water was full of ants. I removed the tape and opened the lid to see the storage tank. To my surprise, the tank was full of red ants floating in the purified water. This is happening again and again in-spite o[censored]sing precautions like taping the tank which could be possible entrance for the ants.

          Kindly give permanent solution to this. I googled this to find some solution but it seems that it is a common problem in this product. You are requested asap with a proper solution

          Hello All, I have purchased Aquaguard Amaze model in October 22. And lately in December 2022 i noticed that the water is mucky and not clean. Since the water tank is transparent once can see something floating inside the tank. I got alarmed as i was drinking that water. I immediately called the helpline to raise the issue. After technician's visit he said that this particular model has issues and they have faced it with other customers too. He was helpful though and taped the water tank. But soon after a few days in January 2023 again the same problem persisted and i could see ants floating in the water. I raised the complaint again and the technician came back again this time he cleaned the tank and applied an even broader cello tape around the joint of the water tank. And just after a few days the problem came back again. I spoke to the technician leader of south Delhi Area and he said Sir, "you have to tape it yourself and keep it away from the ants."

          I mean if you are spending a lot of money on the water purifier and since it is supposed to be a food grade safe product it supposed to be airtight and no insect should enter the product. Could someone see that this issue is resolved permanently and i don't have to face it again and again. thanks

            I purchased a aquaguard enhance ro from vijay sales janak puri last week. I was told the installation will be done within 24-48 hours.

            It has been over 6 days and after numerous calls to the aquaguard service station number i am writing this complaint.

            This company does not deserve our money. I wish i would have bought kent ro instead.

            I have sent emails to the escalation matrix and did not received any response from them. This should tell you something about their customer service.

            All i get is multiple complaint numbers but no resolution.

              Hello,
              I had recently bought a vacuum cleaner from eureka forbes. The sales person convinced us to buy a machine named i clean. (Demo of the model we bought was not given). The next day itself the machine turned off abruptly while i was using it on the floor. So i called the sales person and he told me to open the top net and use it. I did the same yet the machine kept of turning off after every 5-6 mins. So i called the customer care and raised a complaint saying i wasn't satisfied with the product. (My complaint no was [protected]). And so as per the one month policy i asked for a refund.
              After 3-4 days the technicians arrived and kept on trying to prove us wrong. (He just turned on the machine and set a timer.) while as when i told them to use it on the sofa, the machine turned off within seconds. Yet the service guy was saying the machine is perfectly well. This is not customer service. This is rather opposite of that.
              And if this is what i have paid for then it is my kind request that i get the refund. I am not satisfied with the product at all. I don't want such kind of a vacuum cleaner.

              The service person told me to call the sales guy. After calling the sales person, he said that the gst will be deducted and the rest amount will be refunded. After couple of days when i called him again he is now asking me to call the service guy. Tell me what to do now. This is not the kind of service i expected. This is too disappointing.

                  At the time of verifying about this product for purchase, their sales team has said to us, it will give 6000 Litre of water consumption once you install it, after that we have to change the filter and then again it will come around for 6000 Litre. I have bought this product from Eureka Forbes Limited (Ponnurangam Road, R.S. Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India - 641002). I have attached the Invoice for your reference.

                  Based on their feedback, we have bought the product. But after buying this Product for 20K with 1 year warranty period, within 4 months (Daily maximum we are consuming 10 Litre of Water. So in 4 Months we have consumed around 1200 Litre Maximum not more than that) we have faced the problem water get stopped from the water purifier. The service technician came and change the filter and he said "Next time this problem will not appear, sorry for the inconvenience". Again after 2 months the same problem appears, the water gets stopped almost a week back. I have raised a complaint on 07th May 2019 (My Complaint No. [protected]), still no one has sorted out this issue and they have not even come and attend the issue till now. We have almost called them for more than 20 times during this week. But in their website they have said within 24 hours they will attend the service.

                  Only one call I have attend from the service team after 4 days back from the complaint raised period. They have said to us, at the time of installation they have forget to install one pump to control the pressure, due to that reason the filter got choked. If we install that, than the problem will not appear in the future. But last time when they done the service 2 months back, they have not informed about this issue. Now in the warranty period they are asking us money to install the pump and filter (Filter cost its almost 3k). It is actually their fault and when we raised a complaint during warranty period, they are asking money to us.

                  Now 20K what I have spent it’s almost useless.

                    My name is kamal advani. I have purchased dr aquaguard classic plus model in july 2018. My machine was stopped and i requested a technician visit. A technician visited my home and check the machine and he said we need to change the filter and it will cost me around rs.1950/- but i refused to pay because i said at the time of purchase, your representative committed us to provide free 2 services and to exchange the parts including filter in 1 year warranty. He also committed to provide aquaguard protective cover and also provide the water pipe along with the machine. But he never delivered. And you surprised to know, he never delivered a invoice copy to me... I have follow up with him and he provide the invoice copy in my e-mail. I do not have original copy yet.

                    I have escalate this issue on company's tall free number and they just generate the complaint and told me you will get the response in 24 hours but i have not received any single phone call.

                    Even service center head not responding my calls.

                      Hi there,

                      I purchased a water purifier, revival nxt in the month of january 2019. Day before yesterday the power supply got disconnected and i called up the local vendor who got the unit installed at my place, he said that attender will come tomorrow to attend my problem. However next day the attendee turned up late and that too without equipment and testing tools required for the said check up process. When i talked to the vendor about the same he said that the attender will come tomorrow with the required tools. No one has attended till now. And the way the vendor and the attender spoke was totally unprofessional and was with full of disrespect. I called up the toll free number to which a service request number was assigned and still no trace of anyone attending the call. I work as a manager in state bank of india, the branch runs under my supervision and for this particular problem i have already taken two days leave. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. And i strongly request you to take necessary action against the vendor for not fulfilling the said promise and leaving the request unattended.

                        I irfan khan had purcahsed a eureka forbes aquaguard purifer last 10 days inhave been calling their hotline number for a technician to visit as the wayer leaking from the machine and considerable amount of water has been wasted due to this ibkeep get messages like the one below.

                        Dear friend. Your service request no. Is [protected]. Our technician will pay you a visit within the next 2 working days to attend to your request.
                        Now when i call ask for an answer their cuatomer support gives me other number keeps me on hold for 20mins and the call diaconnects and no response this is my second bad experience with thia cheater company last time 5 years back they did the same thing products under warranty are just not taken care of its high tome these cheaters are thought a lesson i will lodge a formal complaint after this of cheating with our local police station one of the worst companies to be operating out of india cheaters eureka have some shame

                          I have entered into amc for two years in 2018. The amc expires in 2020. I get regular messages on service update to my cell no [protected]. Later i receive a msg that the service is completed. The contact details provided are always out of order. My water purifier wasnt serviced for the past 15 months. I have to fight with a service man and get it done last month after 15 months of contract. Today i recd a msg that the service is due and later now another msg that it is completed. Kindly look into the matter and advise them to do regular service in time. I have paid more than 8000 as amc fee.

                            We gives amc to eureka forbes of our ro sytem. As per conditions he will take care of ro system for one year. And will change one set of membrane and filter. But after changing this set our ro is not working from day first. We gives them feedback about membrane not working, but now they says that we change membrane as our condition, but our machine is still not ok than how we will say that you change ok membrane. Now they are denied about changing new membrane.

                              With reference to the above i fee very sorry to express that inspite of calling frequently there is no response every time i call mr raju sales manager he says that i will inform to mr anjannappa sales person if i call mr anjannappa he says that he will come today and he never turn up, in my work schedule if i forget, they also do not respond after a long follow up in called your customer care center after that also no response.
                              Called your coustomer care and insisted to give me the ticket no on 22/3/2019 i got the complaint no [protected] on 28/3/2019 i received a call from [protected] and promised the matter will be resolved with in 24 hrs. Nothing happened inspite of regular follow up to your coustomer care. So i again call your coustomer care & registered one more complaint on 22/4/2019 tickets no [protected] with in 24 hours i received a call from the the same no that is [protected] he said the problem will resolve with in this evening till now no action has been taken. Again i had to call your coustomer care on 29/4/2019, no response, again i called coustomer care on 1/5/2019 tickets no [protected] no response, called coustomer care on 3/5/2019 no response
                              I am really upset eureka forbes is such a reputed company’s system works like this
                              I once again request you to please resolve the issue and if i do not get any response i will be forced to nock the legal action & publish in public domain. The accessories may not cost me much but i want to make sure that eureka forbes company works like this

                                I have eureka forbes water ro (Roviva). I have been taken amc from 28 12 18 to 27 11 19. Initially they replaced filter set 04nos. Pump and act to dc adopter. Within two days water leak observed, they have attempted but not rectified. Yesterday they again have replaced the actor to dc adopt or. After one day service again ro is dead.
                                I think that they are using repaired spares thus service quality is not upto the mark. Original ac to dc adopter was performed satisfactory up to 10 years.
                                Please review the problem and issue instructions to service provider for using only company products.

                                  I have purchased the above purifier from mohapatra enterprises of dillip kumar mohaptra. It is not working anymore in 20 days o[censored]se. When we asked to mr. Dillip regarding this damaged product, he ignored us and postpone the date for replace or repair. Intentionally he sold this old / damage product to us.

                                  Kindly take an legal action against the concern company or that retailer. I also share his no. (Dillip - [protected]) and bill of the product.

                                    I raised request on may 3rd to re-install the eureka forbes to my newly shifted house... After four days when i checked the status no one is aware of it. Then after serious escalation and waiting in the call for 30 mins, they told that it has been assigned to wrong service center. Then they said it has been re-assigned and it will be done today. At the end of day no one has responded, again called and they put me to the escalation team again after 30 mins the same answer it. After two days now also the same status..

                                    Now i am writing this complaint as i dont have any other options..

                                      I had placed an order for "euroclean" and issued a cheque no - 252554 for rs 10, 690 on 15.09.2018 on account of sale against so [protected]. The cheque was realized for payment to eureka on 17.09.2018. The material was not delivered even a month of realization of the amount. Therefore, i claimed for the refund. On repeated requests made to the madras office, there has been no response till date and i also lodged complaint with the customer care. I have been mailing to the customer care from 15th october 2018 and i have still not received my refund amount with interest. My ticket number - [protected]. It's been more than six months from the date of registering the complaint, the customer care responds "we are working on it. We have escalated your request. Our concerned team will get in touch with you as soon as possible." every single time i send an e-mail to them claiming for the refund, this is the standard reply from the customer care. Today, it is 8th of may 2019 and i have still not received my amount of rs 10, 690. How long will the management work for refunding my amount of rs 10, 690? Dose it take more than six months to refund the amount? I would never suggest any of you to buy products from eureka forbes. They don't value the customers and they are interested in making money by fooling the customers.

                                      I have claimed for the refund amount of Rs 10, 690 + interest. I have been receiving unnecessary phone calls from Eureka Forbes( contact number[protected] bribing me to get a new model of " euroclean" in place of the refund amount. I have been answering phone calls from Eureka Forbes time and again who ask about the complaint details but are not processing my request for the refund amount. I have given my customer ID and the information regarding the refund amount. Instead of processing the refund amount, they just keep asking the same information from different phone numbers.I don't find a positive sign regarding the refund amount. The company officials lack professional ethics. They don't even know how to communicate to a customer despite having the fault on their side.
