Eurovigi customer service is terrible. Had ordered an intrusion system with cctv & alarm system. Regret that the installation team has not completed instalation even after continuous follow up with even senior manager.

Please go through my case history. I had purchased a new water purifier on the 7th of november. The installation person came 7 days after the delivery of product. Bhrath was extremely uncouth and misbehaved with my husband, on the verge of being insulting.
Post which he did not install the wayer purifier and left. No one came to install our purifier after that. I started following up from 20th onwards...
