I have entered into amc for two years in 2018. The amc expires in 2020. I get regular messages on service update to my cell no [protected]. Later i receive a msg that the service is completed. The contact details provided are always out of order. My water purifier wasnt serviced for the past 15 months. I have to fight with a service man and get it done last month after 15 months of contract. Today i recd a msg that the service is due and later now another msg that it is completed. Kindly look into the matter and advise them to do regular service in time. I have paid more than 8000 as amc fee.

    Dear sir,
    We gives amc to eureka forbes of our ro sytem. As per conditions he will take care of ro system for one year. And will change one set of membrane and filter. But after changing this set our ro is not working from day first. We gives them feedback about membrane not working, but now they says that we change membrane as our condition, but our machine is still not ok than how we will say that you change ok membrane. Now they are denied about changing new membrane.
    This is our request to solve this problem.

      Dear sir /madam
      I poornima s kori ordered for a euroclean wd x2 which was delivered on 20/12/2018 mr raju claimed as manager & sales person mr anjannappa. N. Employee id 09107240 as mentioned in the bill, while delivery they had agreed to give the accessories which were short while delivery and the same has been given in writing the
      With reference to the above i fee very sorry to express that inspite of calling frequently there is no response every time i call mr raju sales manager he says that i will inform to mr anjannappa sales person if i call mr anjannappa he says that he will come today and he never turn up, in my work schedule if i forget, they also do not respond after a long follow up in called your customer care center after that also no response.
      Called your coustomer care and insisted to give me the ticket no on 22/3/2019 i got the complaint no [protected] on 28/3/2019 i received a call from [protected] and promised the matter will be resolved with in 24 hrs. Nothing happened inspite of regular follow up to your coustomer care. So i again call your coustomer care & registered one more complaint on 22/4/2019 tickets no [protected] with in 24 hours i received a call from the the same no that is [protected] he said the problem will resolve with in this evening till now no action has been taken. Again i had to call your coustomer care on 29/4/2019, no response, again i called coustomer care on 1/5/2019 tickets no [protected] no response, called coustomer care on 3/5/2019 no response
      I am really upset eureka forbes is such a reputed company’s system works like this
      I once again request you to please resolve the issue and if i do not get any response i will be forced to nock the legal action & publish in public domain. The accessories may not cost me much but i want to make sure that eureka forbes company works like this

        Dear sir
        I have eureka forbes water ro (Roviva). I have been taken amc from 28 12 18 to 27 11 19. Initially they replaced filter set 04nos. Pump and act to dc adopter. Within two days water leak observed, they have attempted but not rectified. Yesterday they again have replaced the actor to dc adopt or. After one day service again ro is dead.
        I think that they are using repaired spares thus service quality is not upto the mark. Original ac to dc adopter was performed satisfactory up to 10 years.
        Please review the problem and issue instructions to service provider for using only company products.

          I have purchased the above purifier from mohapatra enterprises of dillip kumar mohaptra. It is not working anymore in 20 days o[censored]se. When we asked to mr. Dillip regarding this damaged product, he ignored us and postpone the date for replace or repair. Intentionally he sold this old / damage product to us.

          Kindly take an legal action against the concern company or that retailer. I also share his no. (Dillip - [protected]) and bill of the product.

            I raised request on may 3rd to re-install the eureka forbes to my newly shifted house... After four days when i checked the status no one is aware of it. Then after serious escalation and waiting in the call for 30 mins, they told that it has been assigned to wrong service center. Then they said it has been re-assigned and it will be done today. At the end of day no one has responded, again called and they put me to the escalation team again after 30 mins the same answer it. After two days now also the same status..

            Now i am writing this complaint as i dont have any other options..

              I had placed an order for "euroclean" and issued a cheque no - 252554 for rs 10, 690 on 15.09.2018 on account of sale against so [protected]. The cheque was realized for payment to eureka on 17.09.2018. The material was not delivered even a month of realization of the amount. Therefore, i claimed for the refund. On repeated requests made to the madras office, there has been no response till date and i also lodged complaint with the customer care. I have been mailing to the customer care from 15th october 2018 and i have still not received my refund amount with interest. My ticket number - [protected]. It's been more than six months from the date of registering the complaint, the customer care responds "we are working on it. We have escalated your request. Our concerned team will get in touch with you as soon as possible." every single time i send an e-mail to them claiming for the refund, this is the standard reply from the customer care. Today, it is 8th of may 2019 and i have still not received my amount of rs 10, 690. How long will the management work for refunding my amount of rs 10, 690? Dose it take more than six months to refund the amount? I would never suggest any of you to buy products from eureka forbes. They don't value the customers and they are interested in making money by fooling the customers.

              I have claimed for the refund amount of Rs 10, 690 + interest. I have been receiving unnecessary phone calls from Eureka Forbes( contact number[protected] bribing me to get a new model of " euroclean" in place of the refund amount. I have been answering phone calls from Eureka Forbes time and again who ask about the complaint details but are not processing my request for the refund amount. I have given my customer ID and the information regarding the refund amount. Instead of processing the refund amount, they just keep asking the same information from different phone numbers.I don't find a positive sign regarding the refund amount. The company officials lack professional ethics. They don't even know how to communicate to a customer despite having the fault on their side.

                Hey eureka forbes is one of d worst in relation to customer satisfaction & after sale customer support. As they don't make any follow up for complaint raised, simply direct us to agency's. Coming into my case i had taken warranty for aquagurad water purifier, but due to mandatory service we raised the complaint from then onwards d entire drama started technician came & he's not cable enough wats happened and he done something and left off, from there problem after problem has been raised after every vist of them. Due to which my unit wasn't in working conditions for the past one month.

                So we call customer support every time they even cared regarding the follow up..

                  We placed an order to install the security system on 28th april with the marketing guy. They came and setup the electrical work on 2nd may. Ever since they said someone will come and setup the camera. We have been waiting everyday from morning till evening but no one has come. There is no response. The customer service is extremely poor and they took the entire money upfront. I would like to get the complete refund from the company. Not sure if it is a legal company or some kind of money siphoning organization.

                    I have requested for re-installation on 13th april which was not properly taken up and then again raised a request on 19th april. After calling 10 times someone visited 30th april and installation was done in such a condition that water filter is leaking like anything for the last 6 days and there is no response. I have called more than 10 times and no response only sorry for inconvenience sir... Every time ccare ask detail and keep the call on hold for 10 min and then we will look into it but no one is visiting in spite of requesting to send on an urgent basis. I took 20 days back and still i am not able to use the filter. Sorry to say but pathetic service. I have to discontinue and buy another filter rather paying such a huge amount every year and then facing this kind of extremely poor service. Contract number [protected] placed on 13th april.                         I have purchased a new machine from eureka forbes last month 31.03.2019 nrich and the sales man had promised to supply an accessory free of cost.

                        In spite of my repeated calls, complain with the company, there is no response.

                        Instead today, i have received a call from a vendor who now wants to sell that to me.

                        Is it the way the salesman push the sales and never keeps his promise?

                          I have purchased product namely dr. Aquagurad classic+ from your direct company through your sales executive during may 2018. One of your technicians has attended against service request no [protected] on 26 march 2019 and he said as follows: why you had selected this model and also he said that the product is only suitable for upstairs and not for ground floor? He also comments that purchase transaction of the above product from local market.
                          My issues:-
                          Why your sales person has supplied the unsuitable product at the time of sales? I belief that your company is focusing only sales and not for customer service and satisfactions. Since it is under warranty period, please sort out the issue with free of cost. It is my duty to inform you that your technician behaviour is very worst. Please arrange to attend the senior person to sort out my issue. I strongly believe that your technician has spoiled your company name. The same has been already informed to your customer care team. I hope you will solve this issue otherwise i am forcing to contact the ombudsman for a further solution.
                          Conclusion:
                          I have not yet any solution from the company. Company is waste my hard earned money by way of sale of their product.

                            From last two weeks i am complaining about the water has stopped in our purifier. Every we call we talk to new person the same thing that water first slowed and then stopped coming in the purifier. We are working person and they say our service man will come today. So i take leave that day. And these is happening from last one week. And still we called day before yesterday still they are not coming.
                            I think i should change the purifier now because now i think there is no other option.

                              We have requested for servicing of the water purifier then they have sent a technician, after he has done the servicing he dint even give me the receipt giving me some lame excuse. After he went away we have noticed that after we have switched it off also the machine was still working and storage got enough water so the water started overflowing, then we immediately called the technician who visited my house as i had his number but he was pretty rude to me so i registered a complaint on 27 april 2019 but till today there is no response from their end and i have been calling them ever alternate day and following but dint get any right answer till date. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

                                Hi,
                                My parents has health issue. So we bought doctor plus water purifier. Currently it was not working so I contacted official service person. He suggested to buy new mother board and told that this morher board eurekaforbes won’t fix and asking for 8000. Every year we have to spend almost 6000 for this purifier and the service person force us to buy some parts every time.

                                I just asking is it the way of doing business? If you say so, i will switch to somw other product from different company and go to consumer forum.

It is really ashamed to see how you in the name of big company and assurance looting the money of common people. i work out of my country, if you want to help seriously and inspect the issue, please call my mothers mob for further clearification.

                                  I have ordered Eureka Forbes Water Purifier from Tata Cliq. (Order No:[protected] Product delivery was already delayed by Tata Cliq than what was committed. But even after the delivery, product installation is not happening yet. (Service request No: [protected])

                                  Have been calling Eureka Forbes from last 3 days. After spending a lot of time with Customer care team every day, they have been scheduling the installation and sharing technician contact details every day; just for me to realise that contact number is not valid (every time) and technician never visits the place for installation. Tried calling back again and then customer care representative doesn't have access to any information. They will also not share contact details of service centre!

                                  When I researched on various other platforms (eg. Flipkart and Amazon) for the same product, I came to know that it is the same problem that every user is facing. After sales service of Eureka Forbes has been too pathetic for all the users. I really regret now for choosing Eureka Forbes without doing some research.

                                    I have purchased vaccum cleaner on 25th april 2017 by your sales representative murugan vellore office and his mobile no.[protected]. I have paid through credit card and cash since he was informed us card not transacted correctly and asked for cash. Hence we made the payment through cash. But on next day we found the card amount also swiped from my sbi card account paid to the company again.

                                    Also i informed to company accounts team but no response from them and contacted representative but he also not responding. I have sent lot of emails to them, no reply.
