We expect that our esteemed friend eureka forbes will take suitable action as per provision of amc and will arrange to replace the consumable (Candles) and will remove other defects as required.

i purchase Genus DX in the month of Feb 2019 and from the date of installation i got the below complaints repeatedly
1. Observed Leakage
2. Water level not increases beyond 1 pointer
3. Technician not attending within 48 Hrs.

    Customer code : [protected], Name : ASRAF ALI MULLICK, Howrah, AMC period from 25/8/18 to 24/8/19, contact receipt no.[protected]. The technician of service provider at Howrah stated that payment of consumables is to be made ( the candle).
    The technician attended today on 15/04/19 after lodging complaint. Problem is " overflowing the tank over the purifier, warmer water and odd sound during running of it."
    I have installed the Aquagurd in the year 2013 and AMC continued since that year. Requesting to replace the consumables i.e., candles free of cost as per provision of AMC.

    We bought an Aquaguard hot and cold machine from your deal universal pure water solutions, Bangalore last year. Machine keeps breaking down every few days. Now the technician also doesn't respond to our calls. Terrible service.
    Machine is sitting idle. Tried calling Aquaguard Customer care. No response.

    Dealer also doesn't answer phone calls.

      CIDCO had purchased a water filter having maintenance period up to[protected]. Now, filter is not working properly at the time of summer. CIDCO staff have been suffered for getting cool & good water since last week.

      You are requested to make arrangement for repairing / maintaining the filter and send a helper to repair it. Necessary charges will be paid by CIDCO after successfully repairing.

        I had taken an three year amc for aquagaurd old model st2000 in october 2018, only one service at the time of amc renewal was done, since then our almost away from our home at lucknow. I requested to company for refund of at least two year amc amount for which service is not possible as house is locked almost. First the customer care department had not taken care. After so many written complaints, they turn and one official taken note for refund and assured me. Now i received a call another official saying that there is no such policy of refund of amc. When i said to him give me a reply in writing and i will complain in consumer forum, he said ok i will see. My only submission is that when a reputed company like eureka frobes is keeping the money without services, how it is possible.
        I request for refund of my money.

            I have purchased eureka forbes water purifier and got only 1 service in 2 years...
            What the hell is this i lost my 20000 for this purifier.. Please don't purchase any product from eureka forbes as you will not get any after sales service.
            I am going to file a case against them to consumer forum which will waste my money and time but there is no option left for me as i tried my level best to get the service from them but they are #..

              Hi eureka team,

              Sub : eureka technician vijaya arya b. S. Damaged (Water flooding in my houe) my aqua sure nano ro based on service request -[protected].

              Based on service request-[protected] on 7th apr'19, today at 12.45 pm ist eureka technician vijaya arya b. S. Visited my house. After his service, water leaking continuously in my hose, looks to me he damaged aquagaurd due to which water leaking. After noticing issue tried to reach technician vijaya arya, but he is not responding my request.

              After failed to go any response, 3 times tried to reach customer care for earliest resolution today as water flooded into my house (Aquaguard not usable condition), even after multiple reaching only new complain id - [protected] created but so far no response from any one for issue resolution.

              Looking forward your immediate resolution.

                I purchased aquaguard invisipure ro water purifier last year and recently renewed the amc for 12months. Last week one of lower container of water purifier got cracked and suddenly entire water start leaking on the floor. I complained to the customer care and raised online complaint, and after so many follow ups finally after 4days one of the technician came to my house. He said that body broke due to pressure of water flow, i would like to understand is that a design issue as its really not convincing to ro body cracked due to water pressure. However i asked him to replace the container and get new one from store for which he said will take 4more days, however i am still waiting. Today again i see another container broke from bottom, and i would like to ask eureka why this is happening. Also when we as consumer trust on the brand seeing such thing will actually made us think that have we purchased a right product. With this incident definitely i will never ever going to buy any eureka products in future. Also i would request company to take corrective action and help me getting this fixed.

                  Ref ticket no. [protected]. No one attended even after so many calls and follow ups. I registered complaint on 29th march. Today is 12th april. They promise to attend in 24-48 hrs. Already 15 days passed. I have called them on 5 occasions and they always said they will attend by tomorrow noon or 2 pm next day. But no response. They did not even call me from their side. I have escalated also thrice. But no response.
                  Now when i call they say they can connect my call to a senior and they will put me on hold for 10-15 mins. Then they will say, senior is busy and keep holding u unless u wait and disconnect. No one has attended till date.

                    I renewed my service in dec 2018 with a validity of 02 years. There was a service due in the month of april. Service delivery person is calling from last three weekend and promising that he will come and leaving my weekend work i will wait for the service person and finally he never receive calls after promising that he is coming for the service.

                    Poor service from eureka after the payment. If the cant delivery the service as agreed then shouldn't take our money.

                    Again this quarter service was delayed and from last two weeks this service boy told he will come this Saturday phone no[protected] and when i called him today he says he cant come.. i have paid for two years service and this is how your service boy talks.. if you cant service why do you take money from customers??

                      There amc is not clear to them itself.
                      I have reviva reverse ro system which i am using since quite long and renewing amc from last 4-5 years.

                      This is first time i heard that my outer filter (I did not purchase from outside and comes with the system only) is not cover under amc. It never happened in past 4-5 years but this time they are saying different story. Even i did not see this statement in their amc document as well.

                      I confirmed with my old ro technician and he said pipes does not cover under amc but connectors cover under amc. But new technician first ask me to charge 300 for 2 mt pipe and 2 connector but later he took 200 rs.

                      When i confirm the charges with my old technician, he said total cost should not be more than 100 or 150 so i think they have cheated me.

                      Now one more story they said outer filter cap does not cover under amc but my old technician had changed the cap under amc only sometime back.

                      There are lot of locha in their amc and statements... Now i cannot believe anyone and will stop renewing my amc from new year.

                          As my water purifier is not working well, i called to customer care to lodge a service request which is in under warranty. They told their technician will be coming in 2 days, but now it has crossed 3 weeks and no one has come. I called many times to the eureka's forbes customer care and complained many times regarding this, they use to tell the same thing but nothing has happened. Neither they didn't took any action nor acknowledged me. My entire family is facing acute crisis of drinking water because of the negligence of eureka's forbes. Is this the way you treat your own customers? You are bound to provide a free service to your products which are under warranty but you are lagging to provide, which results in suffering of customers like me, its is very unethical.
                          Now i need an action not any conversations with your customer care. Its my legal right that i can claim a free service request from you, so i just want to know when my service will be done.

                          I’m sorry for the delay of my reply... As I’m out of town, i could not reply you... My service got done by just couple of days back... I’m very glad for taking my complaint very soon and responded quick to have my service done.
                          But make sure these things should not happen with the others. I think you are well aware of the water scarcity in India... Water is the basic necessity to people, so kindly response swiftly...

                            The service representative came to service the machine as per amc but after his visit water is falling at irregular intervals. We have called him several times but he is not responding. His contact no is [protected] naming subhankar. He had changed one pipe. On 2nd day water started leaking from the pipe. He came and changed the pipe but from then water is falling at irregular intervals.

                              This has service request no; [protected] lodged with eureka forbes on[protected] whereas they had acknowledged that it will be attended shortly and at the time of booking the complaint at about 11am the call centre executive informed that it will be attended within 5 hours. We had requested for an early resolution since all india entrance exam is going on and about 500 students are struggling without water. But even after 24 hours the complaint stands un resolved

                                I purchased enhance uv+uf ltr 7 storage from “sales corner (Baroda) pvt. Ltd on 19th november, 2018, and its installed in december, 2018.
                                Its work 1.5 month properly but then after it’s in started issues.in this product water not coming and if it’s water coming then take so much to filtering.
                                Still todays above issues not clear, now a days totally water was stopped to filtering, every time technical come and the within 3-4 days again same problem arise.
                                Technical told us filter was blocked in water purifier due to dirty water coming from corporation. I want to say company that i accept that dirty water coming from corporation, but that’s why i purchase water purifier so i drink clean water.
                                I had logged service complaint on 1st april, 2019 but still problem is not resolved. Last 8 days every day i called customer case, every time they assure me within 1 days visit will be done but no any technician visit my home still to today.
                                I really irritated from eureka forbes never buy aquaguard from. Poor product & worst service provider. Also don’t recommend to any other.

                                Today again i called customer care and got the same response up to tomorrow morning your problem must be clear...

                                Last year I bought this aquaguard superb model than 2 months back i booked a service after a lot of struggle some technician came to change all filters and he broke my aquaguard body and take 4500 rs and now i m the water leaking problem from that day only

                                  I am a customer from howrah, west bengal and i purchased a vacuum cleaner in the month of november 2018. A sales man named arindam golui visited my place and literally forced me to purchase the vacuum cleaner, as at that point of time, i was very disturbed with my ailing mother. When asked he admitted that he has to meet the target of the month! Since i needed one, i purchased that and after a couple of days he came for the demo. He was in a hurry and showed me how to operate the machine with some of the attachments but not all and assured me that he will come again and show me the other options with the other attachments. This is the month of april 2019 and after repeated phone calls he did not even bother to come. At times he doesn't even bother to receive the call and even though he receives my call he says, ' ma'am i will definitely come tomorrow!' it seems to be an eternal wait! The funniest part is he visited my place for at least 6-7 times before i purchased the product. He even brought his boss along with him to motivate me. My question is if he cannot manage time then why didn't he send someone else? If this is so that a demo can be given only once, then why did he leave it incomplete on the first go? This is what eureka forbes is! They do believe 'customer is the king' but only till the time you purchase the product. Once purchased? You may read it from the beginning again!

                                    I am using enhance ro water purifier for past several years. A technician came on 30 march, 2019 to replace filters as per amc. Soon after the technician left, we noticed water leakage at the inlet to water purifier system. I called up the technician and with 2 days attempt, a temporary solution was given although leakage didn't stop.

                                    As per the technician, the installation was done wrongly, although the system was under amc since i purchased it. I even agreed to install it properly with additional kit on my own cost.

                                    But, unfortunately, that didn't happen so far. I raised a new complaint to resolve this.

                                    I don't have much confidence on eureka forbes service centre.

                                      I have done a 3 year amc for the above named product in september 2016. But no one has come for servicing since mar 2018.

                                      I have repeatedly lodged complaint through the website of eureka forbes but i have receive no response.

                                      Even earlier i had to lodge complaint everytime when servicing was due and only then a person used to come. But this time there is absolutely no response from the company. They are absolute cheats collecting money from customer in name of providing amc but giving no service.

                                        I own a euroclean wdx2 vaccum cleaner, which needs cloth dustbag, (Canvas bag) and also i visited nearest office at vivekananda circle in mysore for the same. Service people at this center intimated that they will give door delivery but after some hour they told that they dont have any stock of it, but refused to answer when the stock will come. Call center people are asking 375 rs to send the dust bag of 165 rs. It is responsibility of eureka forbes to keep the stock at its office (Promised during sales, the stock will be available at rajajinagar office). Improper response from call center and office people of vivekananda circle mysore
