Sub : eureka technician vijaya arya b. S. Damaged (Water flooding in my houe) my aqua sure nano ro based on service request -[protected].
Based on service request-[protected] on 7th apr'19, today at 12.45 pm ist eureka technician vijaya arya b. S. Visited my house. After his service, water leaking continuously in my hose, looks to me he damaged aquagaurd due to which water leaking. After noticing issue tried to reach technician vijaya arya, but he is not responding my request.
After failed to go any response, 3 times tried to reach customer care for earliest resolution today as water flooded into my house (Aquaguard not usable condition), even after multiple reaching only new complain id - [protected] created but so far no response from any one for issue resolution.
Looking forward your immediate resolution.
