We purchased Dr. Aquaguard just 2 months back and observed that water was not filling up. We called up the Executive. He sent an Engineer who said Motherboard is gone. We called him multiple times to follow up on the issue. But no response from him. We decided to escalate on it and called the Customer care where the SR was registered and closed though the issue was not resolved.

Xpert ro systems (Eureka forbes franchise business partner) on 24-05-18 and product is installed on same day itself, while checking the tds level it shows between 250 to 300 ppm. I had purchased dr. Aquaguard magna hd green ro water purifier from eureka forbes aquaguard. Being in bangalore, the service was provided and installed last year in the month of sept 2016.

I have raised any complaint regarding blinking of service LED for my water purifier aquaguard genius. then the technician came and told that he will fix the issue, and also asked me to go for 1 Year AMC. if you get the AMC will fix the issue and you will get 3 servicing for 1 year free. based on that i registered for the AMC with the payment of R. 4970/-. after that he verified the purifier machine and told me some parts needs to be replaced...

Sir, we had purchased an aquaguard from eureka forbes on april 23rd 2016.in the month of december, we encountered an incident with the purifier, that the filter stopped filtering the water. The product was under warranty period, but the company refused to exchange the product for a new one. Instead, i had to buy an external filter for the aqua-guard for rs.2500/-. I have purchased dr. Aquaguard classic from eureka fobes, my customer number is : [protected], they have given me bill only for inr 8990 but they have taken inr 9490 from me. The mrp sticker paste on the product is also for inr 8990.
