Eureka Forbes service is quite disappointing
-i regd complaint 10 days ago, srn no [protected]
-no one called or came
-house has 24x 7 residents at home
- i called n spoke to tech Dombale in pune as recd sns he will come
- he said "is busy, will visit last Thursday "- no show till date
- regd another complaint 3 days back
- they shockingly failed to have my AMC in records- server crash or agency...

I have purchased a aquaguard from talcher. I am doing amc always. Till now I have done an amc for 2 years. But i am shifting my house from talcher to bhubaneswar. I have several times reminded the local aquaguard office to change my filters etc. As per norms of the company. But no body listen to me.

I have raised any complaint regarding blinking of service LED for my water purifier aquaguard genius. then the technician came and told that he will fix the issue, and also asked me to go for 1 Year AMC. if you get the AMC will fix the issue and you will get 3 servicing for 1 year free. based on that i registered for the AMC with the payment of R. 4970/-. after that he verified the purifier machine and told me some parts needs to be replaced...

Sir, we had purchased an aquaguard from eureka forbes on april 23rd 2016.in the month of december, we encountered an incident with the purifier, that the filter stopped filtering the water. The product was under warranty period, but the company refused to exchange the product for a new one. Instead, i had to buy an external filter for the aqua-guard for rs.2500/-. Today, 16th april 2017, again, there is a problem with the water purifier....

I have purchased dr. Aquaguard classic from eureka fobes, my customer number is : [protected], they have given me bill only for inr 8990 but they have taken inr 9490 from me. The mrp sticker paste on the product is also for inr 8990. When i call to their call center they said that by mistake it has happen and they suppose to refund the amount charged extra, the product purchased on dt 3rd nov 2016 from that day i am chasing for the refund...

Eureka Forbes is not able to provide service on the product under service warrenty. I have extended the water purifier service warrenty by paying extra money for 2 years which will expire post November 16. but
Eureka is not providing service now and when ever I call getting answer some one will visit but this is happening from last week.
Its look like they are cheating and company is waiting to expire the service warranty....

Not responding to complaints, and didn't visit for periodical servicing even after 6 months, which is to be done for every 6 months for which we paid service charge.we need immediate service for aqua guard as soon as possible, that is candle cleaning and carbon replacement and to attend other problems if any.
