I had taken a 2 years' AMC for my water purifier. I had submitted a service complaint with Eureka on 21 Dec 2023 vide complaint No : CM[protected]. Even after 3 weeks nobody has attended to my complaint. Whenever I call up customer service I get a repeated response "your complaint will be attended as early as possible". Till now I must have made at least 30 calls to Eureka customer service. Drinking water being a basic amenity, Eureka must show some urgency on customer complaint. If Eureka is continuing with such pathetic service standards, I would like to get a refund of my AMC amount. I will buy some other brand.

Request Forum's support in escalating the complaint with Eureka and get a resolution or refund of AMC charges.

    AMC was signed by Eureka Forbes Aug 7 2023 till Aug 6, 2024, the filter stopped working Dec 2023 the technician visited and said its old model cannot be repaired as spare parts not available. As per AMC it should be repaired, i said if you cannot repair kindly refund the balance amt of AMC or repair the filter . nothing is done as of today.i m being tourched so many calls and followup from my side but nothing is done.

      Product: Wet & Dry Zeal Vacuum Cleaner.
      Transit Invoice Date: 29 Nov 2023.

      Tried contacting the customer service for after sales demo to get an idea how to use the product at home; received no solution to my concern.

      Every time the customer service executive informs that their team will contact me within 4 hours, or they'll visit within 24 hours, but I get no response from them.

      I have been trying to get a solution for this issue since my product was in warranty, now my product is out of warranty and they are charging me INR 500 + for the demo.

        Firstly the product broke down after using it 3 times in period 11 months. As the product was under warranty I raised a complaint hoping for a replacement of the defective product.

        The professional visited twice.

        In the first visit which was 7 days after the complaint was registered, the professional inspected the product and mentioned that the motor needs to be replaced.
        The next visit was after 1 month after 3 escalations on the Eureka Forbes app.
        As it took more than a month for the second visit, the warranty got expired because the problem occurred in the 11th month.
        Now the professional came with the replacement motor and fixed the new part.
        At this stage, the company should have noticed that the complaint was raised during the warranty period and had to provide a pre-approval for the replacement motor. However in this case it was not done. So the professional mentioned that there is no approval for this and removed the newly fixed motor and took it back.
        After that there was no update neither from the professional nor the company (on the app).
        When reached out to the number on the app or WhatsApp, they mentioned the problem will be looked into at the earliest.
        When we try to call the professional who had given his number in case of issues, is not responding properly.

        The complaint is not yet resolved.
        It has been 3 months since the complaint was logged. The complaint is closed from the company twice without the resolution.

          I have ordered Eureka Forbes product from Flipkart on 11 November 2023.

          On the installation day, I got to know that the product did not suit my requirements. According to engineer, the purifier needs 24 Hours water supply else I have to put a machine which means additional cost. I chose to return the product and have contacted Flipkart executive first. The Flipkart executive cited that product can only be returned with authorised brand seller i.e Eureka Forbes. Hence, I contacted eureka forbes executive at [protected]. I contacted both of them before the valid return period.

          However, the issue is not resolved till date and it's been over 2 months now. I followed up with the company repeatedly over mail, customer care, twitter but to no avail. Everytime I reach out, they respond me with same templates - "your issue will be resolved at the earliest".

          This is serious harrasment to a customer who has paid the cost in full without availing any benefit from it.

            have been following up with the customer service team pertaining to address my Aquaguard leakage problem and all I have been hearing is we will resolve it as soon as possible. How soon?
            I renewed my AMC in November and I requested for Filters to be changed in December 1st week however it was after 15 days it was changed i.e. 28th December post that there is water leakage problem where water is continuously flowing out from filters which is inside of filters.

            Since than I am being told that the engineer will come but no one has addressed. I spoke to Vivek on 31st December morning i.e. today who said he was the Manager in customer support and I was told that by 1pm the engineer will come but no one has come.

            May I request to you please stop harrassing me and put me to someone who can address my issues or may I request you please take your Aquaguard back or send me the address and take this back. I'll go to another company who are empathetic.

              I own an Acquaguad Water Filter since 2015. I have also taken AMC from the company. I got a call from a call center last week for service visit and a person posing to be authorized technician visited my place and changed the filter. He mentioned that AMC has expired during May 23. He renewed the same for yrs and charged 9200 including service charge. However, after the visit I relapsed that AMC is valid till Aug 24 and hence I am victim of fraudulent AMC. The invoice is also fake in the name of Eureka Forbes

                I have raised a complaint on 18th Dec 23, and the complaint number is CM[protected], the purifier is very slow and blinking red light.

                but no response till now, even after calling and escalating the issue, till now not even got any response from them.
                customer service is pathetic. Even after raising multiple service requests, the technician didn't come to resolve the problem.

                  I have purchased RO from Eureka forbes and it started getting leak few days before. I raised a complain through their website (Ref complain number: WOIN[protected]) on 24th December, 2023 . Inspite of sevarel calls there is no resolution till date. I have already taken their AMC but there is no use.

                  They always saying that, they are going to ecelate the issue but there is no responce from them or service provider.
                  Meanwhile my family got sick due to contaminated water.

                      i have complained 4-5 days back and no services recieved yet and today i recieved mail for feedback for services which i havent recieved .. your ahmedabad sales and service teams are notorius . this product is faulty and i request you for refund for my product . you have the worst services i ever came accross and i dont want to continue with this product. looking at your brand unable to give services . Request you to refund me on immediate basis

                          My complaint # CM[protected] and despite numerous attempts since Dec 6, my complaint has not been resolved. The supervisor on the customer service number refused to talk with me. My AquaGuard was purchased in July 2022, but stopped working on Dec 6 2023. The customer service is of no help. I have sent an email to the ceo, Anu Kotian and other senior staff. No response. Will approach Consumer Court if necessary

                            My customer id of Eureka Forbes is [protected]. My complaint no. is CM[protected]. I purchased the water purifier last July. My water purifier stopped working since Dec 6. Despite numerous complaints at their registered p customer service number nothing has been done. We will approach the Consumer Court if needed. They have not responded to my complaints and when I asked to speak with the senior representative, the senior refused to come on the phone.

                              I purchased AMC and booked the service request for servicing of my water purifier. Surprisingly, service request sitting in same status from last 5 days and no one contacted on my cell. Escalated issue via multiple channels but these guys are not bothering about customer and giving false promises. It's a fraud scam where they're collecting money from consumer in the name of AMC and giving NO service!!! Pathetic experience

                                I have purchased a water softener model no. AWS C2500 DX on 30.10.2023 under invoice no.[protected] and the same was installed 2.11.2023.                                 We bought an eureka forbes air purifier for asthma patient, at the time of delivery the sales agent convinced us to buy a water purifier also. he checked our kitchen and suggest aquaguard nova uv+uf. when the technician came to remove our old filter and apply the new filter, the filter did not even fit in our kitchen. we called the sales agent and he said return and refund has been initiated and will be completed after after 40 days. after 2 weeks he stopped picking our calls. then i checked online and found out that return period is only 30 days. when i called national consumer care i found out no return was initiated, thats when i initiated return process .since then i've been calling every week about updates, but it is always the same answer we've put your request on priority . its been 2 months since i initiated return process, still nothing has happened yet. it is an unopened and unused aquaguard.

                                am planning to go to district consumer disputes redressal forum as its been 3 moths from the date of order and almost 2 months 15 days from return complaint.
                                sincere advice for prospective customers : dont buy anything from eureka forbes as they will only be soft spoken till you buy the goods and complete the payment. after that you find out their true nature, they are very arrogant and will not even acknowledge the complaint.

                                    Requesting you to appoint new technician for service.

                                      Vacuum cleaner not working since it was purchased

                                      Purchased vaccum cleaner in Jan 23. It's not working since it was purchased. It's under warranty period. Complaint raised a number of times but company closed the complaint without attending the same.After feedback they call and again register the complaint but it is again closed without attending. This goes on repeatedly. This is vicious circle. I am fed up and feeling very harrassed. Please take necessary action against the company...
