Non service under annual maintenance contract complaint

After sending you repeated reminders. Your executive had visited but he was unaware of the nature of complain. (Where 2 yrs AMC done with Eureka forbes but sad to say “Unable to delivery service for a period of 1 Yrs 2 months.”
After addressing my problem, he informed me to visit eureka forbes office for renewal of contract.
I therefore request you issue me the new AMC contract for service period deprived by me....

not working

sir,
i purchased alaram securtiy system, customer number is 2184 for past 20 days it is not working, i given a complaint to chennai office through phone more than 20 times, but no respond is there, then i call to the service engineer e. muthukumar but nothing happend, Iam regret to say that no proper sevice is given by company after sales.
so i request to do the need full. This was supplied through Mr. gajendran.M customer...

Pathetic service after sales

Eureka Forbes Aqua guard folks are real stupid. Ones they sale product they are done with their job. Customer has to go here and there to get the service. Their service franchisees are real !!!.
I have purchased Water Purified last year in the month of July 2007 which includes two free services. including changing of carbon and Candle-Filter.
I have received first service after 10...

Customer care

Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers...

deficiency in service

I am using borewell water.On 7th Oct 2007 i installed Aquaguard classic-e boiling.Before that i asked them to check the supplied water in their lab and provide proper arrangements accordingly.Even after repeated request to the salesman nothing has been done.

Appliance is not working

Hi,

Please improve on your service .....since last 5 Months I am following up with EUREKA FORBES HELPLINE for My (Aquaguard i-Nova) Service request. 4 to 5 month's back I had registered one complaints (L****), Till date no one has attended the complaint. When today again phoned HELPLINE (4th time called HELPLINE since last 4 to 5 Monts). Today they assigned new URGENT complaint no (L****).

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the continued negligence regarding my service complaint raised on 24th June. It has now been over two months, and despite multiple follow-ups, technician has contacted us, and no action has been taken. This level of disregard is unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in your customer service operations.
Furthermore, our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) was paid for in December, yet no filter changes have been made, and the system continues to display incorrect service information. This is not only a breach of contract but also a clear case of service denial despite payment.
Given the prolonged delay and lack of resolution, I now demand the following:
• Immediate refund of the AMC amount paid in December, as services have not been rendered
• Details of the last technician who visited our premises, including name, contact number, and service ID
• Immediate assignment of a qualified technician to complete the overdue AMC and resolve the filter issue (if you still intend to honor the contract)
• Correction of service records in your system to reflect accurate information
If these actions are not taken within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer grievance forums, social media platforms, and legal channels. I will not hesitate to pursue every available avenue to hold your company accountable.

    My name is Ramu, and I am writing to express my frustration regarding an unresolved issue with my Aqua Regal purifier.

    Approximately three months ago, I paid for the Gold MNC plan after being advised by your team that it was required before any service could be arranged. Despite this payment, no technician has visited my home to repair the purifier. I initially raised a ticket to change the filter of my Regal Aqua purifier, which is urgently needed.

    I’ve been receiving repeated follow-up calls asking if a technician has visited, but no one has come to my residence yet. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and I feel let down by the lack of action after making the payment.

    I kindly request that a technician be arranged immediately to address the issue and complete the filter replacement as part of the Gold MNC plan.

    This delay has been a horrible experience and I hope your team takes swift action to resolve it.

      Complaint Regarding Unresolved AMC Service for AQUAGUARD-CRYSTAL-NXT-RO+UV+MTDS

      I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewal for my water purifier (Model: AQUAGUARD-CRYSTAL-NXT-RO+UV+MTDS), renewed on June 4, 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, the promised service — specifically the reinstallation of filters — has not been completed.

      The technician assigned to this service, Shameem Gulam Nabi Ansari (Mobile:[protected], has not responded to my calls. I have been contacting customer support daily since June 4, but there has been no resolution — only assurances that my complaint is being escalated.

      To date, no technician has visited, and I have not received any official communication regarding the service timeline.

      I am requesting immediate action on this matter. Continued inaction will compel me to seek legal recourse, including filing a police complaint.

      Please treat this complaint as urgent and ensure the necessary service is provided without further delay.

        A person(technician) named Hemanth A (Ph #[protected]) came for purifier service. he just cleaned the box. when asked to change the filter kit as per the AMC agreement (valid till 13-Junw-2025), he gave a wrong reason and lied saying the validity is only till 15-may-2025 and left the premises.
        Then I sent an email to "[protected]@eurekaforbes.com" with all details, I received a response saying the issue will be addressed soon and they created another service request to attend the issue between 8PM and 9 PM, but no one ever reached me or acknowledged the request. eventually they assigned to same person.

        I was waiting till afternoon on Friday taking work from home option from office to attend this personally. but no one ever turned back. I made an attempt to reach out to customer care over phone, they assured th.t the person will attend this issue immediately. Then I saw an option in mobile app of "Eureka forbes" to call the technician from the app itself. but that person did disconnect my calls but when he attended the call, he was so rude and adamant, and he told me to again call the call center and complain. he said he will verify the date again and abruptly disconnected my call.

        The eureka forbes should provide better and easy way to reach out to customer care and should be prompt enough to resolve complaints.

        I am finding it too harassing and tiring exercise to get the service done for their devices.

        Is this a fit case to go to consumer court on technician and service provider as i have spent too many hours from busy schedule to just attend this one thing.

          We have recently moved into our new home in Kothrud & I have raised a Service request to re-install my Aqua Guard water purifier on 23 May 2025. Request no. CM[protected]. It's been 5 days now and I am still waiting for the device to be installed. I have already called the customer call centre 5 times.
          details of call requests as below:
          1 st Call 24- May:[protected]
          2nd Call:[protected]
          3rd call :[protected]
          4rth call:[protected]
          5th call was on 27th May around 7:55pm.

          Every time I called, the customer care officer only apologize for inconvenience and make promises to resolve the issue at the earliest. On the 4rth call yesterday morning a technician was assigned with a promise that the technician will complete the job yesterday (27May2025 by end of his shift 08:00pm). However, the technician never turned up for the installation.

          I have also told the customer care officers that we are ending up buying water on daily basis.

          It has been really frustrating dealing with this situation and lack of professionalism and customer focus on behalf of Eureka Forbes.

          Incidentally the builder of our new home, has provided us with a Kent UV+UF water purifier but I have declined to install it informing the builder that I want to continue with Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard.

          I have been using Eureka Forbes Aquaguard for the last 25 years and this is the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE in terms of customer service from Eureka Forbes

          This is after signing up for AMC every year.

          Can someone please let me know when my request will be resolved.

          If Eureka Forbes is not interested in completing the service they should be please let us know so that we can plan accordingly

              I have bought eureka Forbes quick clean DX vaccum cleaner on 9th of may from Amazon. I got some issues like huge sparks inside and burning smell, I have called coustomer service many a times but till now same answer that today technician will visit. But till now no one has contacted me or no technician visited. Even if I write to them getting same response that they will respond as soon as early. But till now no response.

                  After using Aquaguard Ro water purifier for more than an year I called up their customer support as nobody came for a service. I was sold AMC plan and a service request was generated for the RO service on 13th May 2025 and was given a timeslot on 14th May 2025.
                  Since then I have been just calling them and sending emails but all I get to hear is we are looking into this matter and it will be resolved in 24 hours.

                  Today it is 19th May 2025 and nobody has come yet.

                    I have purchased Robotic Vacuum cleaner from Eureka fobes, post that it was not working properly, and they have replaced it.But now its not at all moving.

                    The same has been raised with the customer care, Grievance officer but no response from them.

                    When we tried to reach the customer care they are using abusive words.
