I have an active AMC of 3 years from Eureka Forbes for their purifier but hey are not attending despite 10 reminders on phone calls, WhatsApp as well as emails and despite raising it to their grievance officers.

    I paid Rs 599 for one time maintenance of our water purifier on Feb 18, 2024.

    I followed up with few calls to send in the representative, I was assured in all calls that someone will visit shortly.

    However, no one visited so far after so many days.

    It is really a disgusting service on your part, I demand immediate solution to my problem.

      I wanted to share this harrowing experience I am having with Eureka Forbes Ltd aquaguard water purifiers.

      I recently requested for a service of my water purifier and change of filter candles as they were due by calling the customer care of Eureka Forbes. As usual they made me opt for an AMC plan for faster and better service. I went ahead and subscribed for the GOLD AMC they were offering.

      Post this I first raised the service request (SR) on April 8th 2024 [CM[protected]] through their App and had to escalate it atleast twice by calling the customer care as they were not even assigning my case to any technician. Eventually after repeated calls wonder what happened and I saw my SR was moved to closed status.
      I had to call the customer care again and raise another SR [CM[protected]] on April 16th 2024. This time they assigned it to some technician. But then the technician said I had to wait for 4-5 days as they did not have inventory for the new filters. Though frustrating I decided to wait patiently.

      Now its been more than 2 weeks and I still dont have anyone visiting my place and helping me to change the filters.

      I have been repeatedly dropping emails, calling customer care but everytime I receive the same standard template responses back from them.

      Not only I have been duped of the AMC money but I literally feel harassed now with the kind of treatment I have received after repeated customer care calls and emails.

      I really regret my decision to buy a Eureka Forbes Ltd product and on top of it subscribe to their AMC plan. Really pathetic service. Scamsters!!!

        I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue with my water purifier tap and the unsatisfactory service experience I have encountered.

        Despite being covered under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), my water purifier tap has ceased to function properly. Despite multiple complaints, the service person assigned to address this issue has not taken the necessary steps to replace the tap as per the terms of the contract.

        As a loyal customer who values the quality and reliability o[censored]reka Forbes products and services, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention and resolution to this matter. I rely on my water purifier for safe and clean drinking water, and the current situation is causing inconvenience and frustration.

        I kindly request your immediate intervention to rectify this issue. I expect the tap to be replaced promptly, as per the terms of the AMC agreement. Additionally, I urge you to review your service procedures to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.

          I bought aquaguard water purifier 5 yrs back on 2017. now am hving live AMC worth4, 499. valid till dec 24. i raised service request in december 23 after putting AMC, they made me waited 3 months for replacement of motor. now again PCB board problem in purifier. on 15 april24 i raised service request but it still didnt resolved. they even took any further action to solve issue.
          everytime they r giving poor service. it making me so frustration .

            Hello, we have an active AMC on our RO+ UV filter (cust id: [protected]). The AMC was renewed recently. About one and a half weeks back the water filter stoppped working, so we raised a complaint with Eureka forbes customer care (complaint id: CM[protected]. A technician visited but was unable to resolve the issue. Customer care repeatedly says thet a technician will visit us but now almost 2 weeks since we raised this issue, it has not been resolved with no clarity from the company or customer care.

            We are seriously considering legal options given the non performance of AMC and that we have almost 2 more years to go in the AMC.
            Requesting company management to pls refund AMC value for remainder of the AMC.

              We bought a new Aquaguard RO water purifier (11 february 2024), upon installation, we observed that the water flow from the tap was very slow.
              We raised the request on 20th feb 2024 (Service Request no.
              CM[protected], and soon we came to know, that the tap needed to be changed. The technician assured me that he would return with the new tap which he didnt, soon he stopped picking our calls, he gave us office number as well, they assured us that they have received the mail of new tap and soon the person will come for replacement, which never happened. Every person has been giving us false promise and lying to our face. we then started calling customer care, we reached various service heads who listened to our plight and the very conveniently disconnected he call. This has been happening ever since. Once a service head by the name Ankit assured us that the technician will come the next day, we left all out chores and waited for that man, who never showed up. we again tried reaching Ankit, now he said we will get a call within 48 hours, (WO[protected], which we never received. We dropped a mail as well, on 21st March, but received an automated mail (Ticket no.[protected] and nothing else that too on 23rd March. We have then on 7th April asked them to take their RO back (CM[protected] since it is practically impossible to continue using this RO in such state, and yet to receive a response. It is high time now, I demand compensation for the immense mental harassment that they have caused and take their defective RO back and give me my refund as well. Never expected such pathetic service from such a big company. they are cheating and lying to us on our face, this is completely unacceptable.

                I have booked a slot for the servicing of my RO filter on 13 Apr 2024 through a toll free number. I recd a call from your technician the same day who promised me that the complaint would be resorted in next 72 hrs, however, despite my several calls i just got a false assurance. mobile number of the technincian is as follows -

                Keeping your poor services in mind I am forced to discontinue the services of your product and at the same time I will not recommend the same to any one in future.

                    The Water Purifier has not been working for more than 45 days. The product is under AMC.
                    After multiple complaints through phone and emails. No proper resolution was provided by the company's customer care and service provider.
                    When I last spoke to a customer care person (Sushmita) today. Her words" We can not provide any resolution, you have to wait and adjust at your end"
                    Please review my calls with customer care for proper resolution. She said we are helpless and cannot provide any resolution. You are free to file a legal complaint.

                    Product details are as follows.
                    Product Name: Dr AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV NXT (EA)
                    Serial No:[protected]

                    I would like to mention here that it is really mental harassment for customers. I am spending my daily time writing emails and calling customer care everyday.

                    Also, every day, I have to purchase unhealthy water from the market, which may cost too much for me. Also causes health issues like throat inspection, etc.

                    No one is able to resolve my issues.
                    Machine Cost is 20000 Rs.
                    AMC Cost: 5699 Rs.
                    Water Expenditure every day 200 RS (Till Date around 7000 Rs)

                    Why does a customer always have to suffer? Who will pay the lawyer fee? Spending too much time and money.

                    Please suggest what to do? Now I am going to publish all these on social media platforms, consumer court wherever possible.

                      Its been more than a week i have been asking eureka fobes to repair the purifier as it has an issue with water leakage but no one is coming to repair. This is second time i am facing this issue the came last time but didn’t fixed it. But this time they are not even acknowledging the complaint. I have been asking them to solve this issue but they are not responding. I would request to kindly help in this matter.

                        My experience with Eureka Forbes over the last 24 hours has been an absolute annoyance. Have been dealing with a bunch o[censored]nadulterated idiots from some outsourced contact centre who neither have the basic courtesy to recognise a customer nor have an understanding of what the customer is complaining about.  They also have the audacity to say that they cannot escalate a complaint having failed in their commitments 4 times over in a day. 
                        Their own Contact Centre IVRS and web site says, book a service appointment in 3 seconds.  Just that, it only books and does not fulfill.  I have booked a service appointment 3 times over between yesterday and today thanks to a bunch of morons managing your contact centre.  I have waited the whole of Sunday for a 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and later in the evening appointment with no one even showing the courtesy to even call me back.  Their contact center also seems to take pride in not allowing an escalation to a higher level which could step in.  Or may be, there is none, for all you know.  Let the customer suffer.

                        I have paid Rs. 8, 500 for what they are calling as Genuine AMC Gold valid till April 2026. Having paid this, their contact centre does not even have the ability to recognise the customer or the service ticket and force me to raise multiple service requests on the premise that my earlier ticket raised on their own app that they are promoting so extensively, is not registered with them, although I can see all the service tickets on the app.

                        I want an immediate refund of my payment (not 7 days later, IMMEDIATE) if they can't stand by what they commit.  It is a classic case of gross deficiency in service and mis-selling.

                          I am using aquaguard water purifier in my home, If any issue happened in warranty period, will inform to customer care. Then engineer will come from nearby authorised service center to rectify the issue. Last year warranty expired. Authorized service person called me for long days for renewal AMC. I skipped for some days because AMC amount 9500/- was high, i told to negotiate. After some days he called me to renewal AMC for Rs 7500/- on 04.04.2022 . I accept the same. Payment done through gpay. They didn't gave invoice. now i faced an issue in my purifier, i complained to customercare, they said machine out of warranty you have to pay for attend the issue, i tsaid i was already AMC reneweled, they said AMC not updated in our system. kindly look into this matter & do the needful.

                            I placed an order for regeneration salt for the water softener (11-March-2024) and so far, it has not been delivered. However, the order status is marked as delivered. I reached out to the customer service (18-March-2024) and they haven't even bother to act on my complaint. I escalated it to their grievance officer (26-March-2024) and there is no reply.
                            There are serious deficiencies in your customer service/accessory availability and this level of laxity is appalling.

                              I had raised my complaint on 18th March with Eureka Forbes for Water Purifier/Filter stopped working.
                              I got a call from Call center stating AMC has expired and please renew it. We renewed the AMC by next day itself and paid the money. We were informed that the Technician will come on same day and solve the problem and change the filters.
                              But no Technician has showed up, App showed Technician assigned initially but he didn't turn up and then we called him after 1 or 2 days and he said that for our model of water purifier Filter/candle is out of stock and will come in 1 or 2 days and then he will attend the call.
                              But now its been more than 2 weeks but no one has still attended to the call.
                              We have called at Call center twice and complaints about the delay but both time they had a standard answer and neither they gave the complaint no, instead said SMS will come with complaint no, but no SMS has come, neither any update on the complaint.

                              Either resolve the issue asap, or refund the money along with the cost incurred to buy water from outside since so many days.

                                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Eureka Forbes RO Membrane system that i purchased recently . Despite being in use for only two months, RO Membrane has already become chocked, which is causing significant inconvenience.
                                I also purchased AMC technician visited but no response from their side already 6 days passed. Replace with new RO Membrane otherwise give my AMC money.

                                  We have an Eureka Forbes RO at our residence in Ahmedabad. We were advised by the local service provider of Eureka forbes in Godrej Garden city Ahmedabad (Sameer) to opt for an CMC for 2 years on 15th May 2022 in which the membrane filter kit along with services will be provided free of cost. We did the same and service team changed the filter on 3rd April 2023 during their routine service visit. Now again we are facing an issue regarding change in taste of water and requested the service person to change filter from our pending membrane filter kit. Much to our surprise the service provider is saying both our kits are consumed on 3rd April 2023 and one in May 2022 (which is not done). We feel we have been cheated and our kits has been sold to some other needy customer thus exploiting the needs of the customer by this service provider. We tried to contact the customer care but they dont have any idea about the process. Half the time the online customer care support is not reachable and if reached they dont have capacity or information to support. I would request for a stringent action against these service provider and replace the kits which was not consumer by us.

                                    I have purchased AMC through the APP for my Aqua Guard Pro+ RO+UV+TDS Regulator water purifier for three years from 25th Feb 2024 to 24th February 2027.

                                    As per the Local Technician Product is an absolute, no spare, no filter replacement, and no technical support and asked me to contact customer care for a refund of AMC Amount
                                    I have been chasing for the past month to get my AMC amount to get refunded but I still didn't get a positive response or call.

                                    Sales Request raised on 21st February 2024 for AMC refund but till now no call received for processing my refund.

                                      I Purchased an Aquaguared on 23 rd March, and the product got delivered on 26/03/24. After that, we are waiting for the installation technician and there is nor response from the sales guy who took the order Mr Jayaprakash ( +[protected] and his manager Mr Thiru Siva (+[protected] response was also pathetic.
                                      THis is my first purchase with Eureka Forbes and I never expected such irresponsible behaviour from the sales person who took the order and the customer number [protected], no one answering is in auto response mode.
                                      I need the installation to happen today, else, suggest me the further course of escalation points. Else take the product back and give me the money back immediately.

                                        This request is being raised for my father’s (Late Ashok Kumar Choudhary) Eureka Forbes account in Patna.

                                        After purchasing the AMC on 12th March, no executive has visited to replace the filters and service my eureka Forbes. When they finally visited after escalation on 14th March’24 they asked me to reschedule the appointment before they could start the service as they wanted to meet their SLA. This is highly unprofessional and against the established service protocols. When I refused, they left without completing the service.
                                        After which I have written two complaints and even spoken to the customer support team but even now on 17th March’24 there has not been a single call or effort to close my request from your end. This was raised to grievance team also but no response from their end as well.

                                        Now we are not available in Patna for next 3 to 4 months. I have essentially been ripped off by the company and they are also refusing the provide the refund. No single person has contacted me to address the issue till date. I am now in Bangalore and need support to close the issue.
