I have purchased eureka forbes vacuum cleaner 5 month back with 3 year warranty.
Now i have complained 4 times since 24 oct 2017 all the time company customers care executive gives me ref no. And assurance but no body came for product servicing.

The aquagard.. Classic model.. Is not working well. Only drops of water comes out. It takes 5to 6 hours to fill a small container.
It is covered under 3year amc. Now the local office is not responding since 5 months. Please arrange as quick as possible.

Please guide your persons in charge of maintenance to visit our residence qrs no 5 r 4. Professor colony. Vssut burla.. Sambalpur... Between 4pm to 8pm. To maintain...

Few weeks back my 6 months old water purifier got complaint and i registered service request, after that few days later one person came and check my aquaguard and he told me that it's adaptor got complaint need to be replaced... And he told me will come back soon after 2 days... But till now no response from him... I called him and he is saying he doesn't have that adaptor... I really fedup following up with these guys... No...

My water purifier needs servicing and the pipe is leaking. Called your toll free no. But till date no response. It is almost 3 weeks since.. I have signed service contract with your company a year ago and the technician who attended promised to check the appliance whenever there was a problem. 3 weeks ago the pipe started leaking and also the music stops suddenly and restarts,

As i have taken amc services for two years of rs. 8100.00 from aquagauard for my aquagauard reviva, but as my address change i inform to aquagauard costmer care on august 2017, for my filter change and services to new address, after that i regularly call calls aquagaurd costmer care more than 20 times & every time executive tell services will do within 2 days by aquagaua d technician. But till now i waiting for aquagauard executive or technician...

I purchased aquaguard magna hd ro+uv on 28 december 2016 by your authorised dealer in my city.. I paid 18490 for my aquaguard magna hd ro+uv.. After 8 month a green light is start burning in spite of blue i called the authorised aquaguard technician for solving the problem. I was sold the latest water purifier on october 23rd 2016 by a sales person who brought the machine himself and came and installed it. It stopped working within a week. Ever since we have been calling and complaining and no one is bothered. One guy came and checked it and said some part needs replacement which is not available. This is within the 30 day money back warranty. Please refund the amount or issue a working machine!! This is urgent!!...

We were purchased aqua sure ro+uv (Aquaguard) at arani town two years back. However last june’ 2017 we were requested service complaint at vellore regarding ro purifier not functioning. Service technician visited and replaced the membrane and charged inr. 3825 even not measured the water hardness level. As per contract receipt no.26552085 dated 25.08.2016, eureka forbes is supposed to provide maintenance service of water purifier for two years. But, they did not turn up for required service after 25.08.2016. I have contacted the said company over phone to provide service as per contract. But, still service not provided. Company is not responding properly. As such, i have been harrassed....

I bought a car air purifier (Aerogaurd fresh) on 19/10/17... Useless product.

The company website says 30 days money back policy.. After numerous visits to the dealer and a lot of phone calls to eureka forbes customer care (Which is the most useless in this country) nothing has been done.. Customer care says the dealer will take it back the dealer says speak...

My ro - acquaguard enhance, has not been maintained since more than 5 months now, unlike every 3 month mandatory service that was generally provided. I have complained on your toll-free number numerous times since, in last 1 month but to no avail. Every time i am told that the executive will contact me within 48 hours but there has been no call from anybody.

I am having a dr. Aquaguard water purfying machine which i bought for 10k - 2 years back. I am being demanded 4000 rs. For changing the candles every year or compelled to go in for an amc.

I cannot afford to such a high cost of maintainence.

Let me know where the candles are available in chennai in open market. I would like purchase and replace them myself.

Our dr. Aquaguard magna water purifier from eureka forbes is not working properly. As we are asking for refund the money back to us.

We are already asked replacement of the water purifier, but the service people are not responding to the customers and they are talking very rude and badly to the customers.

We are fed up with the service which is providing by the eureka forbes and also suggest not to go for buying...
