I had called for callcentre regarding service for my purifier.. They said that they are going to send... But they failed to do it.

Before that they suppose send their rep for service when machine was in waranty.. On that period also they failed to give service.

They just needs sales.. Not interested in giving warranty service...

Inefficient... Irresponsible people

    My complaint number [protected] for water purifier filter replacement made on 19th feb 2018. And my purifier is under 2 years amc. So far there is no much progress on my service request despite it's more than a month. I have seen similar response in the past as well. Please help to register a complaint against eureka forbes for the same.in future i will not buy any product from eureka forbes.

      We have been eureka forbes avid customer for almost 20 years now with eureka forbes. We have regularly updated our water filters with the latest models and have had amc with them for periodic maintenance. We have had minimal issues in the past.

      Last year, we had water filter model innova and we were suggested to buy their latest model reviva. We bought this from eureka forbes agent, on his advice in the month of september of 2016. When we bought it, we had an amc for innova valid through 2018 for which we wanted a refund. At that time, we were told that we will get a 2 year warranty instead of one on the new reviva 50 to adjust the amc refund of innova against the new reviva.in september of 2017, a maintenance service person comes and brings an innova filter instead of for reviva 50 and we find out eureka fobes records (Or their amc people vertex) have not been updated with our new model reviva. After about a month of fighting and arguing, they update the documents after we send a copy of all the documents from our end and accepted that we have reviva 50. Now the new issue is they will not agree that the warranty is for 2 years asking us to sign up for a new amc for reviva 50. We have been fighting and arguing with no solution. After a prolonged argument and mails, we got our reiva 50 filter replaced in january 2017 but we dont have any response for extending either our warranty to 2 years or amc contract for our reviva 50 which should be valid till september 2018.

      I am a tax paying senior citizen of 83 years old. I am extremely upset about the whole unpleasant ordeal and would either like my money reimbursed to me or extend amc for reviva 50 to september 2018. There is no response from eureka forbes neither phone call nor email. After about 6 months of mails and fights with no indication of any return of my money or adjustment to amc, i am lodging an official complaint against them in this consumer forum. I hope something comes out of this. Thanks.

        We bought the product in the month of september. We had done three continuous service within 6 months. Our product is not working. The service engineer had checked and informed us the fault inside the magna ro purifier product. Itz already 10 days got over. The product is not working. We had called the customer service. I had contacted them twice. They had promised that they ll be coming on last week. But no response. I m not satisfied with their service. Please take it back. We are disappointed.

          This is my 3rd complaint and really very unhappy being loyal customer of eureka forbs, i am thinking to go for another company for water purifier as product bought is only giving me pain and have to spend extra money to get water from out side. Machine has stopped working third time after replacement of the machine and components twice.

          1st complaint number [protected] : machine started indicating the red sign and stopped purifying the water, i had to buy water from out side spent lots of money. Eventually machine was replaced.

          2nd complaint number i am not able to find: faced same problem no water. Bought water from out side till filters were replaced by eureka forbs

          3rd complaint number: [protected]: i do not have water at home. Machine has stopped working since 3 days. I have to buy water from out side. Technician just visited and found the same old problem.

          I have spend 19000 to buy this machine and on top of i have been spending 2 to 3 thousand on getting water from outside quarterly.

          Please replace this machine immediately with another model which is hassle free or reimburse my complete money+ money spent on water so i can buy another machine from another company.

          Need immidiate solution!

                This mail is to complaint against the worst service centre of aquaguard service provider apex service center.

                Complaint details: we have registered our complaint for repairing the tap of our aquaguard ro water purifier to apex service centre customer care no [protected] on 7th march. They have sent the technician mr. Jagjeet singh on 8th march at 8 pm in the night and while repairing the tap he damaged the sensor of ro and charged us rs.950/- and committed us that he will provide the sensor on 9th march at 12:30 pm noon and since then he did not picked up the phone.

                When we called the apex service centre to inform the same about mr. Jagjeet singh they said they will provide the service by 5 pm on 9th march. We waited till evening and then again we called the apex service center customer care told us that no technician has come, they said technician have forgot to carry the sensor and it is our (Customer) mistake and technician will come on 10th march by 12.30 pm. On 10th march when we called the customer care, they behaved (Ms. Anjali and ms. Simran) miserably with us over the call and then handovered the phone to manager phone no.[protected] he asked me to send the address and said that our problem will be resolved and i have messaged him the address instantly. But again no response and no technician have come on 10th march also.

                Today 11th march 2018 its 12 pm noon after doing many calls to their customer care mr. Sandeep, ms anjali, ms simran and manager ([protected]) no one is answering our call and problem still not resolved.

                We would like to appeal to company that kindly refund us the money rs.16000/- and take your ro back. We would not like to continue with such pathetic and worst service of aquaguard ro.

                    I gave eureka forbes trendy vacuum cleaner at your service center located at h-ii/97 sector c lda colony kanpur road lucknow for change of its motor. After replacement of motor it tripped frequently even when motor is cold.
                    I submitted my vacuum cleaner for rectification back to service dealer.
                    The vacuum cleaner is being offered to me with its thermostat bypassed. I am not ready to accept in this position. I told them to replace thermostat if defective but the service dealer is reluctant to replace.
                    Kindly look into and get my vacuum cleaner attended properly.

                      Dear sir,
                      I have purchased wet&dry vacume cleaner from eureka forbes at about 4 years back. Since there was much noise i made a service requeste. My request was registered and given reference no.[protected].
                      With regard to my service request no. [protected], they sent technician one mr. Prabhu and he has attended the complaint. He replaced vacuum cleaner motor and assumed that the cable auto winding in will be attended with in two or three days and collected check for both (Rs.4280/-). But he didn't turned up again. After that i called him several times over the phone[protected]. But every time he went on with false assurances that he will attend it with in two three days. At same time he has not given proper receipt for i paid. Now his phone number also not working.
                      At this juncture l request you to look in to this and take appropriate action against concern persons and see my pending problem to be solved and thus render justice

                          I am very much surprised how my complaint no.[protected] dated 20-feb-18 has been closed without resolving the problem & a new request [protected] for the same un-resolved problem has been registered on 7-mar-18.

                          I have just now discussed with mr. Kaushal (Customer care no. [protected]) who connected my call to mr. Ganesh rawat (Regional service head) tried to get the reason for cancelling my request but no one could reply to my queries.

                          After rigorous follow-ups now service engineer mr. Mukesh now visited at 4.30 am.

                          Request for your reply to the following issues & default in providing timely quality services for which we have entered into amc.

                          1. What are the penalties on the company for defaulting the contract terms & not providing proper services to customer.
                          2. It was confirmed by the customer care team on my mobile that tomorrow at 10am, service engineer will visit
                          3. Since visit was planned for tomorrow, how without any intimation & without an appointment, the said engineer has visited?
                          4. Now, the switch which he has brought for replacement is not compatible to our accu guard model
                          5. How, incorrect part has been sent for replacement?
                          6. The service engineer never brings the service card to refer the earlier complaint mentioned by us & still remain un-resolved
                          7. What is the mechanisms / process for tracking whether the earlier reported problems have been resolved & the reason for its pendency.
                          8. The low sound of buzzer problem is pending for the last 2 years, why the same has not been resolved?

                          I tried to escalate the issue on your portal but against both service request showing “your ticket is no longer valid”

                            We have complain many times on call as well as on their website for the issue not recivig water. But none of any body is solvng the issue their engineer visited 2 times & saying they have not recive parts from company will get resolved in 1- day all the time repeating same. I have logged complain on 22nd feb today is 7th till not solved please help to make resolve the issue & should tke strict action againstsuch companies.

                              I have purchased, eureka forbes superb model water purifier in june - july from paytm, the product is in warranty period. The service light indication is on every after 15 days since i purchased, after complaining still the problem not solved, even create a new problem of water leakage from the machine. Repetition of the same problem in new machine is not acceptable.

                                I have purchased one dr. Aquaguard megna hd ro (Nxt) on 18.12.2017 from your divisional sales office at kolkata through your sales representative mr. Mridul kanti roy.. At that time, my old aquaguard i-nova had 3 years amc (December 2016 to december 2019) with your company. The sales representative initially told me that amc charge of residual 2 years will be paid back to me. Accordingly i handed over a cheque for rs.16190 to him for the new one and he issued a quotation to me. When i asked about the refund of 2 years amc charge, he told me that 2 years amc will be extended after 1 year warranty of the new aquaguard and a document in this regard will be send to me by post within 15 days. He had taken away the amc document for processing. Unfortunately till today i have not received the document. I have taked to him over phone for several times. Everytime he was telling that the document has been processed and will be send to me within 2-3 days.

                                I have not received any document pertaining to 2 years residual amc. Since last 15 days, when i called to [protected] and [protected], i have been told that it has been despatched on 20.02.2018 and i shall get it within 2 — 3 days. Very very unfortunate and non professional service given to the customers.

                                Today, after long persuation, they have mailed me a document entending 3 months warranty in stead of extension of 2 years amc. It is rediculous that this people do not know the differnece between 3 months warranty and 2 years amc. Worthless service is being rendered by kolkata office of eureka forbes. Their marketing strategy is only to make the customers fool and sale the product. They should either give me 2 years amc benefit or refund me the amc charge paid by me.

                                  Akhand pratap singh is a fraud and neither did eureka forbes inform us about this. This man duped us with the contract of 4.5k you guys suck. Akhand sent his technician to my house for the service and all that the guy did was he took out the filter from the aquaguard, rinsed it and put the same thing back again while they are supposed to be replacing it with a brand new filter. Is this the kind of service that is to be given to customers? Is this how you dupe customers? You guys will rott in hell. Shameless characters.

                                    I have purchased aquaguard in nov 2017 and installed. in Dec 2017 purifier not working after complaining in customer care 2 month later in feb 2018 person came and told membrum is damage and have to replace and charge will be 2500/- if i have to pay this mucg amount in one month from the date of purchased then why purchase this auqaguard for payment of every month 2500 and what thing include in guarantee.

                                      I purchased two air purifiers from you in the month of february-2018 & started using them only w. E. F. 18.02.2018. For the last ten days light indicating filter life in the scpr-700 is continuously blinking. I complained to your local aligarh agent who sent some person who cleaned the filters & said then after few hours of working blinking will stop. But even after regular use of the air purifier the blinking has not stopped. I again complained but nobody bothered to come & set it right.
                                      Kindly do the needful to repair the filters of the purifier or replace it.

                                        we bought this product 5 months back, but no one has come to install the product, we ve called the customer care many times...Every time they tell us, "sir we will be installing in 24 hrs"

                                        2.6years back we purchased aquaguard crystal uv+ from there till now no one has come for servicing the same. I had called customer care for the same long back but no response till today. My contact no has bern changed i dont remember which no i had given at tome of purchase. Please send some one immediately
