Below mail sent to Eureka Forbes customer care on 05-Apr-18. Still didn't get proper details and updates.

Dear All,

I had very bad experience about Eureka Forbes services.

I have reviewed lot of Water purifier, finally i have decided to purchase Eureka Forbes Aqua guard product. Then inquired your official site, after that your sales person (Janakaran) called me and explained purifier details also he told some offer is going on (your will get 4 water bottle and life time free service) product original rate is 19990/- due to offer product rate is 19490/-. Then finally purchased Aqua Guard Magna HD RO+UV On[protected]. and[protected] morning that sales person came to my home around 8:00am and collected 19490/- money from me and he given order/purchased copy and I asked installation details he said our service person will reach you shortly (at max. 2 hours), also I asked offer for 4 water bottle and life time free service confirmation letter and original bills & warranty card, he said you will get from post within 4 working days.

After that i have waited up to 10:30Am, no one came, then i started to call sale person Janakaran, he didn't pick my calls (Refer attached call status) so many times i tried to reach he didn't pick my calls and my mother also tried so may times...and finally service person came at around 5:00pm and installed the product. And 8:00PM we have a issue on product (Some water leakage) then i tried sale person, but he didn't pick then i called service person and he came around 11:30am on[protected] and serviced, after that problem resolved. i will make a compliant for your sale person Janakaran. That's why i said i had very bad experience about Eureka Forbes.due to this experience now i am thinking to refer Eureka Forbes to my friends, relatives etc...

Finally he told 4 water bottle and life time free service confirmation letter and original bills & warranty card will get within 4 working days. But still i didn't get those items, So far 14days gone...again i don't want to call the sale person to get it this documents... So today i tried Pallavaram branch office number, but those numbers also not worked getting engage tone...now i am escalating this to Service & customer care officers. I strongly believe will get some good responses from your side.

mainly i didn't get Original Bills and rest of things... i want to know when i will get those document.

    In the previous servicing visit of the service engineer it was shown to Shailesh (engineer) that FUNGUS is forming in the water tank of the Eureka Forbes.
    Shailesh is a very good service engineer(Courteous and prompt)

    In the second servicing visit today after a month again the fungus formation was found.

    this is serious and can be a serious health hazard.
    I have endorsed the remarks in the servicing card today.

    Eureka Forbes to kindly advice necessary action forthwith.

      Hi sir,
      We bought the product in the month of sep 2017. The product was working fine for three months. It started giving problems from the third month. We are doing service each month for cleaning the filter. There was some problem in the product in the fourth month. After several calls made to customer service, the service engineer came and fixed the issue temporarily. The product main component is replaced in three months time. We had made several complaints to the customer service. When we contacted them they are not helping to reliving their senior coordinates number. They are not responding on refunding the process. Please help us in resolving the issue.

        I have given complaint multiple times that machine is not working. I have bought a new machine aquagaurd geneus and it stopped working. Machine is still in warranty period. Despite giving multiple complaints to the call centre, no one visited till date. They keep raising the escalation but it is of no use. Aquagaurd response and services are very bad in gurugram despite the expensive product and also service cost is very high

        Seriously, same case is happening with me.
        Not sure why but Eurekaforbes after sales services are pathetic.
        For demo / pre-sale they are very prompt, but when it comes to after-sales.. its like banging your head against wall.

        I need to understand how can we file a consumer complaint, which actually can make some affect on these guys and they should respect the consumer rights.

          I am running after u people to gssistance regarding dealership from last more than three monthes, but its so disappointed that it seems there is no one left on ua side to guide and let know.

          I have talked to more than four executives from your side but none was able to assist me properly or resolve my query.
          Its again been a pure disappointment on ua part.
          And now the reason is given that the complaint is too short, what does that mean,

          I am so upset with EUREKA FORBES that I am NOT going to Deal with this Organisation post this in Future.

            We have a corporate office at ahmedabad, we have purchased a vacuum cleaner of your company which delivered to us on 23rd march. the sales person Mr. Hardik said that he will give us a demo on how to operate the equipment but the service of demonstration not provided yet by your side, we have called Mr. Hardik for many times regarding this but he did not respond well and keeps on postponing the delivery of service for demo. we hope you will kindly take action regarding this matter.

              I have purchased a product dr aquaguard classic + on 30th mar 18 from your sales representative named raghav and vishwanath who are from sanjaynagar bangalore branch. I was been assured that the product will be delivered by 1st or 2nd april 18. I have made payment through my credit card for rs.10190.

              To my surprise no one contacted me until i tried to contact vishwanath on 5th april. However he was of no help as he asked me to contact raghav (+91 [protected]) for the product. I tried reaching him however there was no answer, hence i tried contacting[protected] sanjay nagar branch. Some one answered and after telling him the story he told by 6th i will get the product. However he provided me no of his manager mohan (+91 [protected]) in case i don't get the product.

              I have waited till sat 7th april however i did not get the product so i contacted mr mohan. I again told him the story and he also assured me that i will get the product by monday morning that is today. However the story repeats. I have not received any call or product from mr. Mohan as promised.

              9th april 18 i got reply from deepa that a complaint is raised and someone will come to my premises and address my concern.

              However no one came nor i received a call so i replied to the mail and i got reply with open service request number[protected] and follow-up request number is [protected].

              However next 24 again no one visited nor i received call. Again i replied to mail and i got 1 more follwoup request no[protected].

              Again till 11th april i did not get any call so i tried to escalate further to anu kotian and her email is not available in eureka forbes site as it gives error 404. However i found her email from your site and i have mailed her but yet no response.

              Its been 15 days and eureka forbes have mu money and they have not delivered my order not they are bothered to call me. I am thinking to file a police complaint against sales representative and eureka forbes for this fraud.

              Hello Anit,

              No one seems to be working in your company as I have have written so many mails to your company including the CEO and Head of customer service nothing seems to be working.

              This issue is unchanged. I have not been addressed by any of you. I feel so ignored.

              As I told you I need the product along with compensation for failure in the service or i will have to take the legal way.

              Kindly let me know if you will help or should I get help legally.

                My consumer id [protected]. Located at kolkata, alipore. Product model en ro. Brought in the year 2013. Till now on an average we have paid rs.15000/- as services contract. Again the new contract demands rs.5500/- for annual renewal.
                Is this fair? On top of this says we will have to pay extra if the contract is not renewed before[protected].
                We request the manufacturer to scale down the annual contract to a reasonable level. This is almost one third of the cost of a new purifier.

                Defective and non function product has been received on January 2018 and put complaint for replacing it still after 3 months product has been nor replace or refund a money.
                eureka forbes had apolicy of replacement still sales team leader from Ahmadabad arvind modi nodal officer ronak patel and sales team head subodh mishra.

                    I have made several complaints even since i bought ro from eurekaforbes. It has been leaking and stops working every 2-3 weeks. Every complaint was escalated to noida head etc. Each of these guys assured me for correcting the fault. Obviously it was a blatant lie every time, and same issue keep on reoccurring every few weeks.

                    Recently i registered a complaint ([protected]) on march 25. Till april 10 no one called or one attended, despite several reminders in the system. Obviously each of noida head etc were spoken to several times during this open complaint. Suddenly miracle happened on april 10, and complaint was closed in the system without anyone attending it or calling me. My ro still leaks.

                    I'm not sure is this miracle of closing complaint is magic of one of noida head etc or that of eureka forbes. I'll be calling a local mechanic to fix my leaking ro after several weeks of wait and hundreds of false promises.

                    I'm looking for replacement or money back.

                      Complaint Nos.[protected] dt 22-03-18,[protected] dt 27-03-18, [protected] dt 31-03-18, [protected] dt 04-04-18 have already been registered(messages received from company) but no technician ever visited for rectification of defect. When customer care is approached on toll free number everytime they intimate that Complaint has been resolved . After persuing the matter with them spending atleast 15-20 minutes, they allot a new service request number promising that technician will visit within next two working days But that does not happen, Companies local sales/ service personal have also been approached number of times without any positive result.

                        I received a vacuum cleaner of health pro model on jan 2018 first week and i have found it defective. I had put a complain and ask sales team to replace it but still today date of april 10 2018 they are saying product is not available. Eureka forbes has a policy to replace the product or return the money but sales team and nodal officer at ahmadabad branch are not interested and harassing the customer

                          We buy your product - aquaguard classic plus from sales representative named
                          Meganathan contact-[protected].
                          Invoice no[protected]

                          The below document was attached to the product - aquaguard classic plus
                          It says the product was charged to me as rs.9690, (Proof is the pdf file named - new doc[protected].

                          But the the representative meganathan charged and gave acknowledge document for rs.10200 with two bills, that is one as advance before we get the product and the another bill after we received the product. (Proof file name - eureka 2000bill, 2150)

                          And to add that we received a message that i'm charged for rs.9290
                          (Proof - see the image below).

                          Also i raised the complain thorough call
                          And it was responded by eureka forbes chennai support attende named madhavi contacted us from[protected].

                          And hasn't responded to our complaint.

                          We really want an explanation why we facing fraudulent activity from the company direct outlet. Is it wrong to choose your product?

                            Bought aquaguard ro+uv an year back for 17000 rs. For last couple of weeks have been getting calls from customer care for change in amc, which costs me rs 4800/- and this would cover change in candles. But when i asked if this payment or service required to be done every year, then customer card responded with a yes.

                            This looks like an absolute cheating because these things are never told during the purchase of the item.

                            This complaint has to be filed in consumer court as well;

                              I'm facing exactly the same problems as above where amc got taken from aquacare. And now aquaguard says that they have no connection with it. The filters are all duplicate it seems. I've relied on sine company and have been drinking the so called purified water. Luckily no health issues.. So maybe the product isn't totally bad. However they should not be cheating the customers into believing on one name and getting services of another.

                                It is with deep sense of anguish and disappointment that I am forwarding this mail. My family has recently moved to Chennai and had some problems with my 3 year old water purifier. A complaint was lodged with your customer care on 29th March. The technician, Mr. Naresh Kumar, turned up on 31st March and post inspection, informed is that the motor and filters need to be replaced. He informed us that the same will cost us around RS. 7000/- and advised us that we take up an AMC for RS. 8000/- that will cover the replacement and service. He assured us that he will come over on 04th April with necessary spares. However, he has not turned up since then, and stubbornly refuses to attend calls on his mobile. After having waited for over 24 hours, a fresh complaint was lodged yesterday, and the new technician who reported, intimated my wife that he was totally unaware of the problem and would return today with necessary spares. Again, no response has been received from the new technician and he too is not attending any calls.

                                I am stunned to notice the levels to which professional ethics and integrity of your employees have fallen to. Being an officer of the Armed Forces, it is naturally a matter of shame, that this kind of professionalism is being potrayed by your employees.

                                I hope at least the senior Management of your company has a sense of basic committment and professional ethics, to deal with this faux paus, which I hope is just an exception.

                                I hope to receive some response, shortly, failing which I will be compelled to approach the Consumer Redressal Forum, against your company and staff, over case of disservice and cheating.

                                    Hello team,

                                    I had logged a complaint ([protected]) with your customer support on 1st april 2018 to fix the water purifier issue which i am facing.
                                    Still no-one contacted me to resolve the reported issue.

                                    I had called again on 3rd, 4th and 5th of april 2018 to escalate this issue with higher level, even after no response from service team.

                                    It's been 5 days my purifier went down and i am drinking tap water, which is not at all acceptable.

                                    Today i had called customer care at 9:00 am and one of your executive had committed that she is going to contact with service team and will arrange a call from service engineer within 2 working hrs.

                                    I am waiting for that call and no call came from service team till 10:00 pm.

                                    One thing i wanted to understand here, what’s wrong with you guys and why you are behaving such irresponsible fellows with your esteemed customers.

                                    I had purchased this product by looking only at the company name (Eureka), which is a known company from many years and they might have very good service to their customers.

                                    The worst service i ever seen in consumer durable. The dr. Aquaguard product was purchased by direct eureka forbes executive not with dealers. That was the biggest mistake we made.

                                    There are ample number of complaints raised in customer care and also calling the executives various times. There is no response till date.

                                    Change the tagline of the company and make it as enemy for life instead friend for life. The escalation matrix very very poor in the industry.

                                    If you guys can't solve the problem, please come and take back your worst product and i don't need single penny from you.

                                    I am highlighting this issue in social media wherever is possible and i will make none of my friends buy any product from eureka.

                                      Dear sirs, your service personnel recommended that i take a 3 year service contract for the above water purifier fro 6 2017 to 6 2020. So far only one service visit has taken place when the man could not open the purifier and clean the candles nor do anything else. Your company has been taking customers for a ride for years. Please stop this and improve your services.
