I bought this machine in march 18. A service person came for mandatory service. He sugessted for two years amc costing 9300 which is more than fifty percent of original cost of the machine. My customer id is [protected]. Purchase date 18.03.2017. We reused amc. The machine which was working very well before service stopped after service. There was no waste water discharge. Whatever little water we got was hot. I was asked to review service online and i gave a complaint and rated it poor. The system flashed a message that a service person will come within 2 hours. But nobody turned up even after 24 hours

      Product is under amc.in order to reduce the problem and spare part cost service engineer suggested me to install external filters. Just after installation the following problems has arose.
      1. Every time there is a leakage in the machine either from the fitting or from the machine.
      2. 5 times requested and attended by the service engineer.
      3. Last evening we observed a water spray from syringe line from the outer filters. When checked found the case is cracked.
      4. This is the third instance of such incident, am really fade up with these nuisances.
      5. The kitchen area getting unhygienic from the leakages.
      Considering all these it seems i am being cheated with substandard items by the company.
      Pl support else i will know the door from where i can get the redressal.

        I have bought dr. Aqua from eureca vadodara.
        1. They have not given me gift on buy like wrist watch and gold vauchar as per schem.
        2. The carbon cartridge leakage within 3 months, we dont know how much carbon had been drunk by us, and charge 900 rs after purchase of dr. Aqua of 15000 rs,
        3. As per box there is uv but physically not available.
        4. The biggeast problem is ro generating noise and after comoplain the customer care told it is normal.

          I had registered a complaint regarding servicing of water purifier. Service engineer visit the site and said filter is choked and replaced it with in 2-3 days. But till now there is no progress only enquiry is going on telephone. Complaint was registered on 23 feb. And also i was mailed on company. Complaint number is [protected]. Please doz some needful every day they are just called me and aks me that filter is repaired or not but no one is coming. I are irritating now for there service.             Hi, i’ve purchased dr aerogurd 300 on 19th of feb, the sales guy brought 2 units instead of one and under false promises of discount and 30 days return& refund guarantee. I’m not happy with the product (It is useless) and i’ve been asking the sale guy and eureka forbs coustomer care for refund since 20th of feb. Each time they say 48 hours time and now it’s over 40 days still they r saying it will be done only after 15th of april. As a customer i demand an immediate solution and refund of my money.

              I had bought dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) origa vide their cinvoice no[protected] dated 25/11/17. Gstin no of the supplier is 19aaace5767f1zh. Within few days of purchase of this product it stopped functioning. After logging a complain they sent their technicians who inspected their product and corrected it. But few days afterward the same problem occurred. This time when contacted the company technicians, they came and changed some parts and corrected the issue but not for long. Again the problem started hampering water supply. Within 45 days of the product i had to call their customer service for the third time.
              The team of technician again inspected the product and told that the problem lies with the circuit and chips and they need to take the product to their repair shop and in the interim i have to drink unfiltered water. Finding no other option i agreed to their suggestion and requested them to re-install my old aquaguard machine.
              I also came to know from the market that the said product was found defective and the company has stopped manufacturing it.
              In this connection my humble queries are:
              Why a brand new product has to be serviced thrice within two month of purchase?
              Why has not it been replaced with new defect free product?
              Why such a reputed company has not called back all the product already sold when they learnt that the product was genetically defective and refunded the money to the buyer or adjusted otherwise by supplying another defect free product of the same brand?

                I had lodged a request for servicing of ro (Reviva) on march 13, 2018 under request no-[protected] and several follow up calls request no-[protected] and [protected] (March 31, 2018). But to my surprise no one has come for the service of the ro machine so far despite several calls to the company. Besides, the call centre of the company does not give contact no of the senior officials looking after customer grievances.. Is the company forget his customers after selling the product. The service is very poor and made a mistake to buy such product.

                    I am writing to complain about dr. Aquaguard ro purifier provided by your company.
                    The product is requires service very frequently and being within warranty i am asked to pay charges of ₹3000/- for membrane and ₹1200/- for outer cylinder.
                    I am highly dissatisfied with the service and reached the customer care innnumberable times with no effective response.
                    Thence i had to stop the payment of monthly emis and company offered to take the machine without any refund.
                    Further i am being threatened by the company executive to sued for non payment of emis.

                      Some drops of water are trickling down my purifier, water dispensing is very slow and it's also displaying some indication like recheck the cartridge.
                      The agent visited our house cleaned the cartridge re-inserted it in and went off, without even saying that it has started working or not.

                        Logging complaint again and again on customer care of aquaguard pissed me off. The technician came and said PCB is not working while there was a problem with the cable still I didn't get any resolution. I keep trying calling Mr. Nitin Sood ([protected]) for resolution but he sometimes not pick the call or says that I need to complain again about the part.

                        Again I did complaint and talked to Lopamudra she said that it will get resolve but still I didn't get any response from your team. Today again I contacted your customer care number they said it will be resolved today and I will get a call from the technician, but I didn't get any call.

                        I am fed up completely by paying Rs 10, 000 as your EMC and getting no service no water since 12th March 2018.

                        Hope someone will resolve my query after mailing this to an upper department.

                          I registered one complaint on 23.03.2018. My purifier is under amc.
                          Nobody have contacted me to repair my water purifer. I am using three

                            I have purchased rent-a-machine in the year 2015 from eureka forbes. All pd cheques have been debited in my bank account. Suddenly phone calls keep coming that some cheque was dishonored. I rechecked and send my bank statement to all officials in delhi team.

                            I sent my complaint to mumbai office too but got no reply.

                            I received numerous threatening phone calls from the legal team. I sent my bank statement to all persons but got no relief. At last, i paid rs. 1750 on 27/3/2018 under immense pressure from the legal team.

                            This is nothing but harassment of loyal and law-abiding customer.

                            I have decided to stop using services of this company. I hope company's officials will take appropriate action against concerned delhi team officials.

                            Even though all payments are cleared and we have a proof of NOC from Eureka Forbes, Madan Lal associates are acting too worried and harrasing on phone repeatedly.

                              The sales person took complete payment from me, but the installation is not being done even after 3 days. I called her and asked many times, but each time she says it will be done. When i called their helpline, i was told that i am supposed to register an installation request. I told them i did not know that as the salesperson did not inform me about the need to do so.

                                I purchased euroclean ace vacuum cleaner 10 years back and it is just lying unused after my initial use for 1 year waiting for dust bags. I have made several complaints and calls to customer care but no response.

                                I have seen some priya and anita who are responding to some of the customer complaints. Could you please arrange a dust bag for my euroclean ace?

                                Not to reiterate, the bag cost should be reasonable and not beyond it justification.

                                  It has been three months since i raised a request to update our amc and change filters. There has been no correspondence ever since. No one has come from the company to do the service. The customer care is not responding all they do is take service request. Service technicians try and fraud customers by giving private services. Company should shut down if they are not able to manage their services.

                                    Hi,
                                    After the first extension and the mandatory servicing, the water leakage problem. You are sending technician who has absolutely no clue about what us going on. My kitchen is flooded. My wife is pregnant. Who is responsible if something happens to her?

                                      This is regarding my eureka water purifier which we have with our flat amenities. Before one month warranty expired for servicing of the same purifier which we not aware when we received servicing call. One day i received call from eureka servicing guy & told me that he will come for servicing saturday & after that instead saturday he was visited my flat day before fortunately my husband at home, servicing guy directly start his work & change filter & do something with purifier & asked for service charges rs 1600 to my husband as warranty expired. My husband asked me is you aware abt such servicing while u received call i said no since guy only told me that its service call, till then as we not received warranty card from builder hence unaware abt it. My husband told him that how can you behave like this without informing anything change filter for purifier open it after warranty period we are not going to change just now, we will discuss with other flat member & let u know keep purifier as it is. As servicing guy not informed abt paid services over ph & at home also we unable to trust him & ask keep our purifier as its was. After that two days filter was ok we fill water. Third day filter unable to wok. Hence we contact that guy as we found contact no. He suggest to raise complaint to customer care accordingly i did & one new guy came as i explain him happened thing he was too rude while talking to me & lie that i am the same guy that day & debut too much with me. I told him not to debut with me chk filter & find out whats the problem then he told me purifier pcb was faulty need to change. I told him your company service guy only handle it how in such short period part was damaged he said may be due to water leakage i asked ur service guy fir it only that day we not touch it. He was too rude & ask for charges he told part was rs 1500. & give me one lady no. To discuss thing. I contact that lady in sales department named patil she asked me to renew our service for two or more than that three year only then we abt to replace you pcb free cost otherwise you need to pay 1500. Overall this is the way to customer with heavy charges though fault on eureka servicing department side. Very bad services please provide solution for my problem

                                        Its almost a year since I have been using Aquaguard, (Dr.Aquaguard, Magna HD RO+UV NXT)
                                        My product is still under warranty.
                                        Immediately after the regular servicing, (March 13 2018)when the unit was switched on ..it started giving some problems..The technician disconnected the unit and said that it had developed some electrical problems and that he would fix it the next day ..My water filter had been lying idle since then.
                                        Repeated complaints have not helped.
                                        I have called the customer care multiple times and lodged a complaint, have escalated the complaint but to no avail.I have called the technician, the area service manager, sales manager ..etc etc.. I have made over 100 calls ..no one is taking ownership to resolve this issue...they keep giving me different phone numbers and keep passing the buck ..no avail..How do I get this issue solved
