refund of amc contract for dr. aquaguard

I paid rs. 5020.00 for amc contract on 27 january, 2018.in two days their executive came and tell me to replace pump. Pump will charge rs.3500.00 extra. I said i don't want to pay it. I don't want to replace my pump. So please refund my amc money. Guys denying refund. Please help me get the refund. It's my right to pay for pump. They are actually forcing me by not refunding my money to pay extra for pump. There is no possibility of my water...

Since aug-2017 eureka forbes were not able resolve the re-installation request for the aquavasure expert ro water purifier system. With multiple calls to customer care support, only end up getting false promises. I had requested for the reinstallation and fixing water purifier issue, they could not find a time to reinstall and fix the water leaking/over flow issue.

Disgusting support system from eureka forbs.in spite of repeated calls to customer care, they were not able to complete the re-installation work. Since we moved to the new house, we are forced to buy bottle water inspire of having ro purifier system.
This is my final effort before disposing aquasure expert ro system my our house.
We had taken amc, they could fix the minimal request. Now we started getting sms for amc renewal from aquavasure/ eureka forbs.
I don’t know what say for this kind of shabby customer support. I am appealing eureka forbs to refund my amc and product paid rs 18500/-, vide bill no : 40581.
Enough is enough of waiting.

Typo update...
Even with the valid AMC, they couldn't fix the minimal request. Now we started getting SMS for AMC renewal from Eureka Forbes.

Hello,

since Aug-2017,
1. the purifier was not working/unable to use due to lack of customer service
2. wastage of AMC renew purchase ( of Rs 4850/, 20th June to 19-June-2018 )
3. portable water purchase charges since Aug-2017

what are your options to fix the above pains ? Con you confirm.

no one had contacted inspite of reaching Eureka forbs in this form... what kind of post sales support can be expected from Eureka forbs... if the issue is not fixed in by 5th Feb, i would need to reach out for legal wing of consumer care.

    I have made a purchase of aquaguard magna in the year 2015 and made the payment in full cash. See the attached pics.

    I keep getting reminder calls asking for payment. It seems that the guy who had installed the product has pocketed the money and submitted fake cheques on my behalf.

    I have responded politely more than a 50 times but my patience is going away. Please investigate and reprimand guys from your end and resolve this at the earliest. Pic of bills attached for reference.

      For the last 6 months i have been trying to get my water filter fitted with new pump from your local dealer mp electric sagar. All my efforts proved futile. The dealer says nre pumps are not supplied bythe company. The services provided by the dealer and your company are hopelessly poor. It is really shameful that the customers are being fooled by the dealer.in spite of my personal visits, telephonic reminders, no response is forthcoming. I will never purchase your products and trying to persuade other prospective borrowers to not purchase any products of your company.

        I am from hyderabad, and very much dissatisfied with the service provided on my request. The technician was very unprofessional and behaved rudly with my elders (Parents),. I would like to escalate and request to take appropriate action against the technician

        He was unable professional, behaved rudly and was not having proper skills. I don't know why such an unprofessional and in technical guys are appointed and spoiling the brand name of aquaguard.

        He was even not able to drill holes in to the wall to fill the filter bowl.

          Hi all,

          I would like to share my horrible experience with eureka forbes, i actually bought eureka forbes (Dr. Aqua guard magna) on 4th sep last year and in the same month i have found that the there is a water supply issue and got the complaint logged for the same as a person visited and did his duty and went, couple of days later the same issue was again found. I just want to know if these companies are there to give us best products or they are there to cheat and fraud people around. If there is any possible way to get my money back or any other solution.

            I am mahendar from coimbatore, we have been using aquaguard water purifier from eureka forbes from the past 10 years with compulsory amc system during installation.

            We were asked to change new water purifier even to old one was working good, as they escape from amc service or replacement constraint.
            Unfortunately our new water purifier (With amc of 3200)
            Is not working, water is coming very slow, and it tooks 45 minutes to fill in one pot. Now the problem is

            We are not able to contact right person from local /or customer service number mentioned in internet is either not working or they says as false number.

            As the awareness to all aquaguard user, please be informed that don't make any amc unless to find exact address of service location,
            I say product is good but service point of view, cheating and fradness

            Now, we believe your network, only thing is lack of communication somewhere
            Anyhow thanks onceagain for your action and we expect your further support always with end users please.
            Mridul Roy one of the executives from your company has cheated me of over 10, 000/- claiming my machine is damaged and needs to be replaced. My regular service guy from same company came checked and found it alright. This kind of fraudulent behavior is unacceptable from the company

                I have purchased the aqau gaurd superb in 12 dec 2017 in noida reliance digital. The cost was 17459.00. It was not working after few days.
                Till now three engineer from reliance digital had come to fix it. But they all failed to fix it.
                The fourth engineer from aqua guard had come and inspected the water purifier. He told to us that filter was not working properly.
                There is a need to change the filter. He told me that it would take two days to replace the filter. After few hour, the engineer called me and said that the reliance digital denied to replace the filter they want me to pay the filter price.

                Aquaguard representative (Regional manager noida tarun) told me that i could n’t able to anything as you have purchased from reliance digital.
                The reliance digital will replace the filter. Aquagaurd is customer company i cann’t do anything.

                I am tired of contacting both to resolve my problem, last option left for to reach consumer court if the issue is not resolved.
                Requesting all of you to share this post on your wall so that people should avoid buying anything from these fraud companies.

                The aquagaurd engineer visited earlier told that sensor is not working proper. The sensor is not replaced. The whole filter is need to replace because of sensor.. Please quote this same to the aquaguard company.

                    We have purchased vacuum cleaner on 15th june'17
                    I started troubling us around 1st week of october'17 (Very poor sucking)
                    We approached customer care and executive visited our place and examined and said cap button should be replaced.
                    From then on one visited to replace the part or to solve the sucking problem
                    We have approached customer care 6 times so far but no use every time they take complaint but no one approach us.
                    And also we have escalated the issue to our customer care executive ms. Anu kotian. But didn't get any reply.
                    We have called to the ombudsman for a solution at
                    +[protected] but the number is not valid.
                    We have stopped using that vacuum cleaner.
                    We are requesting concerned authorities to look into this issue and provide a solution or refund the money we have paid for this vacuum cleaner.

                          The reviva ro product which we bought had few issues. We registered a complaint. The first thing the service technician who came to attend the case said to my mother-in-law (Who is 50 + yrs) is that they cannot service the product as they do not know about the product. The attitude was very rude and annoying.

                          Tried to follow-up with them multiple times to get it resolved but to no avail. Even i contacted their escalation department. Nothing done so fat to correct the problem.

                          Please provide necessary help as the product is still in warranty and will be expired in may 2018.

                            I purchased dr aquaguard water purifier online for installation in my house at sector 126 mohali as per advice of local sales crew positioned at mohali. The product that i purchased was dr aquaguards magna nxt. During the time of purchase i was assured that the water purifier would be replaced in case there was any malfunction with the unit. Subsequently the same assurance was given by the installation crew when the unit was installed on 14 jul 17.in less that a month the pcb of the unit malfunctioned and we stopped getting water. After lodging the complaint the unit was not replaced, however, the failure was rectified by replacement of pcb. On 15 jan 18 a service engineer visited our house for service since the unit is under warranty cover of one year. After service the unit again stopped functioning. A service engineer on next day intimated us that the pcb has stopped functioning and therefore the unit is not working. Since then the unit is not working. The company has not rectified the unit till date stating that pcb is not available. Thereafter, we requested the company to replace the unit however, the company has neither repaired nor replaced the unit. Multiple calls to the company is of no avail and we are left to arrange potable water on a daily basis.

                              Purchase in oct 2015. They take cash payment of 500 and said that you have to pay 10 emi of 1769/-, they start ecs from my account from april 2016 and there ecs follow every 3-4 month why i pay 10 emi in 3-4 years and they take cash from my side to close account but they didn't close it and they said we take you to court.. Poor services offered by them there are more than 10 person in my office handle these situations...

I have been following rajesh from secundrabad circle who has sold this to me. Than his manager chandrasekhar reddy and than his boss rafi. It is a night mare for me for last 2 and half months to call them every alternate day to get the system installed.

                                  I made a complaint for the above water filter on 11/1/2018 and the complaint no. Is [protected], sorry to state the same has not been attended till now. A technician came and checked the machine and said some part has to be replaced and that he is arranging for it. But nothing has happened since then. The sad part is that no one is giving us the status of the complaint and when it is going to be attended, i spoke to one mr. Shrijitsu of the service division and he promised to get back to me but neither did he call back nor does he answer my call. I find this totally unacceptable. How such a reputed company like yours can tolerate such irresponsible behaviour. If you have a reason kindly let me know.
                                  Kindly note my machine is under amc.
                                  Kindly arrange to get this complaint attended at the earliest and oblige.

                                  I have bought your product Aquaguard enhance on 09 Dec 17 and have made several requests/ complaints for the installation of the same but no one has turned up till now. Abysmal and ridiculous service you are providing, higly dissatified with your services.
                                  Your products are not worthy of any recommendations anywhere

                                    I have been following and calling your people since 5 days. And there is technique named sadiqpasha with mobile number [protected]) have been calling and asking problem and address but not visiting my home.

                                    I had called [protected] service center and even they spoke rudely. This is regular thing which I receive from ur technician and customercare.

                                      Eureka forbes customer service is very bad, they are looting money, whenever we call them for service, they will come and suggest as to change filters and if we say it's recently changed, they will make us to scare by telling, "uv bulb will blast"...

                                      I have brought aquaguard 3 years back, i have changed filters 3 times and other compete parts as well.

                                      Today the tap was broken, they auquaguard representative came, he fixed the issue and created other problem - he is asked us to change filters again..

                                      Now i decided to put auquaguard dabba to dustbin...

                                      Installed today on 19/01/2018 at about 4 pm. Water storage tank not yet filled completely. Also there is constant abnormal sound. Sometimes the purifier becomes silent. Suspecting the pump problem inside. The sales person came at 8 pm, but could not solve the problem. Hence payment not done yet.
