I have been trying to source the replacement filter bag assembly for my trendy steel filter bag for the last 3 months but to no vail. Have contacted service guys n number of times and they keep on giving somebody else's number to contact. This has been going on and on. Finally made a complaint to the office some sales guy (Supposedly) said service team was not available and he would ensure somebody contacts me today. It's been 10 days now. I think i must have spent more on calls than the actual cost of the filter bag. Somebody says you will have to pick it from the service centre somebody says it is available at an address near ours but the flat was locked on visiting it 3...😡😡😡
Really think i would have to scrap my vaccum cleaner for a pathetic filter bag. I though eureka forbes thrived on its service capability. But my experience so far has been so bad... That i would recommend everyone not to use their products. Imagine for a filter bag their service team in not able to provide clear directions... Have just given up now on this...

    I will call you helpline no then we say educative visit in 2 days full month we say educative visit in 2 days. I will spend 40$ per day for water can. Your educative visit in 12/2/18.he say you give me 700$ For extra charges. I will not pay the charges. He damage my product.
    Then I will call him he say you are mad why are purchase a product from stoped company. He use a abuse languages.he say aap mera kuch nahi kar sakte Nani company jo aapse hota he Vo Kat lo.

        We purchased dr magna - ro+uv nxt. Barring a no.[protected] on 5-2-17. First free service was provided on 24-8-17 and 2 nd free service was scheduled on or before 5-2-18. Everything was fine until today, my machine was well and good. But the real problem started when the service man called us (Stating that there is a casual check up) and came on 12-2-18 and on opening the machine he said that our filters were damaged and needed to be replaced. And also stated that it will cost 5220/-. Before this check up my mission was in good condition. After his touch my mission has completely stopped working. I think that the service man did on purpose.
        I never thought that a highly reputed company like eureka forbes would decieve us. Is it justifiable to say that we drank 18000/ rs of water in an year and now that we should pay 5000/- more to get water from my machine. From yesterday on wards we are drinking water by boiling it. I seriously want eureka forbes to respond, or should we proceed legally.

          I have purchased one dr. Aquaguard megna hd ro (Nxt) on 18.12.2017 from your divisional sales office at kolkata through your sales representative mr. Mridul kanti roy.. At that time, my old aquaguard i-nova had 3 years amc (December 2016 to december 2019) with your company. The sales representative initially told me that amc charge of residual 2 years will be paid back to me. Accordingly i handed over a cheque for rs.16190 to him for the new one and he issued a quotation to me. When i asked about the refund of 2 years amc charge, he told me that 2 years amc will be extended after 1 year warranty of the new aquaguard and a document in this regard will be send to me by post within 15 days. He also assured me that a aquaguard cover will be provided to me. Unfortunately till today i have not received any document and cover. Meanwhile, i have taked to him over phone for several times. Everytime he is telling that the document has been processed and will be send to me and the cover is not available.

          I have not received any document pertaining to 2 years residual AMC. Since last 15 days, when I called to [protected] and [protected], I have been told that It has been despatched and I shall get it within 2--3 days. Very very unfortunate and non professional service given to the customers.

          Today, after long persuation, they have mailed me a document entending 3 months warranty in stead of extension of 2 years AMC. It is rediculous that this people do not know the differnece between 3 months warranty and 2 years AMC. Worthless service is being rendered by Kolkata office of Eureka Forbes. Their marketing strategy is only to make the customers fool and sale the product.

            The service is pathetic. The serviceman came twice for the same problem & didnt even solve the problem. The problem with my filter was "end of life indication". I called for 1st time, he went away washing the filters. The problem was still persisting. I called 2nd time. Again the problem persisits. And serviceman doesnt come in allocated time. I said come in 10am-12pm. He comes in the evening when my father is the only person at home & he doesnt get whats the problem & how to check whether its solved or not. What kind of # is this? Not expected from such big brand like eureka forbes.

            Our water purifier is under AMC from 31/03/2017 to 30/03/2019 .
            Till now no technician had come to our house for machine repair.

              I (Customer id : [protected]) bought an aquaguard magna hd ro + uv (Nxt) [protected] (Item code – gwpddrmru10000) on 03/05/2017. The cost of the product was rs. 18490/- (Eighteen thousand four hundred ninety) and it was with one year warrantee/ guarantee. The sales person was digendra singha[protected]. So far the product was found defective for 3 times and experts from eureka forbes came all the three times and repaired it but no result till now. It is still giving us problem. As the product was defective (Which they also agreed, as they could not repair it on three occasions), i asked them to replace the product with a new one but they are not responding. The person who was handling the complaint is mr. Pramod sarkar (Mobile no. [protected]). So i hereby lodge a complaint against them and ask the honorable court to take necessary action.

              Two of your employees viz. Tirtha Nath Das (Emp. Code 9075205) and Bubul Ali (Emp. Code 9099000) came on 12th February 2018 without any expert technician and could not solve the problem. They left saying that they will come with the expert technician on 14th February to solve the problem. But so far nobody from your side visited. Is this your service. First of all you have given a defective product (as after fourth try you could not solve it) and secondly you are reluctant to replace the product. What is this? Hope you will replace it at the earliest otherwise the court will take legal action.

                The technician who came to just reinstall the purifier again came today in my absence and collected rs.1000 from my mother replacing one cartridge and telling that if it is leaking you can lodge the complaint and concerned technician will come and he is not the one who is assigned to replace the cartridges. Why did he try to meddle with the cartridges when he is not assigned to do so?

                  My house is loyal aquaguard customer for last couple of decades. Every 5 to 6 years, we replace the aquaguard purifier with newer model from aquaguard.
                  But these days, i am feeling like throwing out this aquaguard purifier out and replacing it with another brand...

                  Because this "aquaguard total infiniti" is not not working for last couple of months.

                  Main problem : your service center can close the complaint, without actually doing any work.
                  The right way would be - the customer should get a call from service center and only then the call center should close the complaint.

                    We have requested for re-installation service at new address and the technician has damaged a cartridge which is not usable now. He is asking us to pay for the new one which is costing rs. 2400. He was unnecessarily advising to replace all the cartridges worth more than rs.4000. Telling us that he will get the cartridges later, he was trying to collect the money.

                      My customer id is [protected]. I have purchased aquaguard geneus water purifier on 25/02/2017. So my amc should end on 24/02/2018. But when an executive visited my place for service on november 2017 and told me that november is the last date of my warranty i have purchased an amc from him for one year i. E november 2017 to november 2018. He gave me the contract receipt. A new service guy came for service in feb 2018 and told me that my contract is expired. So i showed him my contract copy. But what happened is the customer code when i purchased the product is different from the cutomer code on the new contract. Because of this the service guy is delaying the process of changing the filter for me. And no one is responding to my service request. Please find the attached contract copy and i request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I hope eureka forbes is a customer centric company. Please respond asap.

                      I got calls from the customer care guys throughout the day. they assured me that the technician will attend to my request asap . the technician has come today 10/02/2018. he replaced all of my filters . the problem has been resolved . team leader mr.uday kiran(+919100233378) from manikonda branch has made this easy for me. thanks to him. the technician who attended is mr.satyanarayana (+916281279244) . thanks to him too he was quick and friendly in resolving the issue.                         I have purchased aquaguard enhance (Ro+uv+tds), during the warranty period i have received a call from customer care - eureka forbes on october 2017 (Tentative date) service due as warranty was about of expire next month. I have confirmed to scheduled visit of service engineer. Service engineer has visited my place & suggested to replace the filter cartage, he has committed 1 year replacement warranty on these filters.

                        Now the water lick age has been observed from the water filter. I was registered the complaints on 03rd of feb with customer care centre & requested them to share the area service head contact nos. To reslove the matter.
                        Customer care has provided the contact details as mr. Pravin kor (Pravin kor eureka)- mobile no. [protected]. I have contacted above nos. Was responded by ms. Suchita (Eureka forbes), i has explained her the matter with greater details. He has again advised to contact mr. Ganesh as area service supervisor (Bhandup/ andheri, east (Mumbai) area.
                        Even after escalating the matter to ganesh & anil trilodkar matter has not been resolved.
                        I would like to escalate the matter to senior management (Md/ ceo) of eureka forbes with request to take appropriate action on above case.

                        I bought A Dr.Aquaguard Magna Serail.no: [protected] on the 24/10/2016, Which clearly indicate that 2 times service free after 6 months but after which no services has been given by them. After complaining they said that we have to pay for the filter.any solution from your side.

                        I am already in touch with the Area Service head- Mr. Anil, have explained him the case properly and requested him to take the appropriate action on priority, however didn't find him interested to resolve the matter. Rather he is more interested to Sell AMC & replace the faulty product at Customers cost.

                        Therefore i sincerely request to share the details of senior management team to escalate the matter to highlight the image of Eureka Forbes among the consumers.

                            It shows that my complaint/issue has been "resolved" but it is not. I filed another complaint (Second one) several weeks ago but now there is no sign of that. This is the third time (Same issue as stated in the first complaint - water draining nonstop). Even when the filter is turned off the drain/outlet pipe doesn't stop but water comes out from the blue outlet continuously! Wasting a lot of water so i have to lock my water tap itself.

                            Can't believe this water purification product is such a hassle and calls and complaints are not responded positively. This issue has been going on since november 2017 after which i called local service provider who gave their numbers during installation to call if i face any problem with the machine but no use, they never came and said to file complaint online. I did that last month and still nothing.

                              I have requested eurekaforbes to provide new filter for product mentioned aspire uv wp for multiple times on their multiple office in ahmedabad. Even i had send photo of product and filter to their representative for ordering but no action has been taken by them till date and i am suffering like anything since pure water is basic necessities. Every time they are asking time to resolve complaints but almost three months gone without resolution.

                                The eureka forbes has send a legal notice to me dated 13th jan2018 on my customer id :-[protected], complaining for dishonuor cheque etc. Despite of having paid electronic transfers from my bank state of india asaf ali road to them and thier official do not have any record papers etc. There is no question of dis hour of cheque mentioned in the notice.
                                Good faith i have given copies of records to them. They promised they will come back with l details and square up up the outstanding.

                                Inspite of doing this, they have send legal notice. Which is
                                Kindly look into it. Also harnessing by different official from eureka instead coming with total outstanding and matching their accounts.
                                Beacuse of this i am also suffering in mental stress.

                                  After one year of aquaguard water filter purchase, the person from service provider of aquaguard from kasarwadi pune came for annual maintenance contract charing 1800 rs for a year saying there will be two candles replaced within a year. But when i called for second candle replacement in month of october 9th 2017, the person demanded for money. I said i will not pay as i have already paid for it. Then owner of the franchise said that the particular series of my aquaguard water filter is provided only one candle replacement.

                                  This was clearly a cheating. If this is the thing, why they said about 2 candle replacment at the time of amc?

                                  Please provide me the candle at no additional cost than my annual maintenance contract or let me know it can not be done.

                                  I will check what can be done from my side in order to correct my wrong decision of taking service from eureka forbes and how to give different options for the people going ahead than aquaguard.

                                    He assured toallow a discount of Rd 1000
                                    I am eligible for a gift of Travel Bag or Watch or Umbrella . We opted for

                                    Refund of Rs 500 for the accessories of old Machine
                                    He assured to give the above in three days ie by5th January.
                                    When i tried to contact him several times he delebarately cut the connection Finally he attended the call today in teh evening . In reply to my request he denied having made any such assurances and instead used filthy and abusive language.
                                    Please make necessary enquiries and also give to me assured things stated above immediately.

                                      On 17/10/2017 i have purchased your product dr. Aquaguard magna hd uv and it was installed on 19/10/17. I thank baroda office for facilitating this purchase as they explained all the nitty gritties well (Customer code: [protected], po no. & date: 3227244, 17.10.2017.
                                      However, particularly at 65, i feel bad to remind the baroda office to give me the cash incentive that they had offered and promised at the time of purchase. Such frivolous and incredible reasons are given as: (I) salary delay, (Ii) 2/3 failed attempt to call me (No missed calls found in my mobile!!, and (Iii) loss of my contact number etc.
                                      Some 15 days ago i was told to be paid in 5-6 days but it has not happened. I find this extremely dishonorable way of conducting the business and the self. Why do this? What incentive i have to return to you for next purchase of your other good products? Please look into the matter & oblige. P. M. Patel
