I purchased euroclean ace vacuum cleaner 10 years back and it is just lying unused after my initial use for 1 year waiting for dust bags. I have made several complaints and calls to customer care but no response.

I have seen some priya and anita who are responding to some of the customer complaints. Could you please arrange a dust bag for my euroclean ace?

Not to reiterate, the bag cost should be reasonable and not beyond it justification.

    It has been three months since i raised a request to update our amc and change filters. There has been no correspondence ever since. No one has come from the company to do the service. The customer care is not responding all they do is take service request. Service technicians try and fraud customers by giving private services. Company should shut down if they are not able to manage their services.

      After the first extension and the mandatory servicing, the water leakage problem. You are sending technician who has absolutely no clue about what us going on. My kitchen is flooded. My wife is pregnant. Who is responsible if something happens to her?

        This is regarding my eureka water purifier which we have with our flat amenities. Before one month warranty expired for servicing of the same purifier which we not aware when we received servicing call. One day i received call from eureka servicing guy & told me that he will come for servicing saturday & after that instead saturday he was visited my flat day before fortunately my husband at home, servicing guy directly start his work & change filter & do something with purifier & asked for service charges rs 1600 to my husband as warranty expired. My husband asked me is you aware abt such servicing while u received call i said no since guy only told me that its service call, till then as we not received warranty card from builder hence unaware abt it. My husband told him that how can you behave like this without informing anything change filter for purifier open it after warranty period we are not going to change just now, we will discuss with other flat member & let u know keep purifier as it is. As servicing guy not informed abt paid services over ph & at home also we unable to trust him & ask keep our purifier as its was. After that two days filter was ok we fill water. Third day filter unable to wok. Hence we contact that guy as we found contact no. He suggest to raise complaint to customer care accordingly i did & one new guy came as i explain him happened thing he was too rude while talking to me & lie that i am the same guy that day & debut too much with me. I told him not to debut with me chk filter & find out whats the problem then he told me purifier pcb was faulty need to change. I told him your company service guy only handle it how in such short period part was damaged he said may be due to water leakage i asked ur service guy fir it only that day we not touch it. He was too rude & ask for charges he told part was rs 1500. & give me one lady no. To discuss thing. I contact that lady in sales department named patil she asked me to renew our service for two or more than that three year only then we abt to replace you pcb free cost otherwise you need to pay 1500. Overall this is the way to customer with heavy charges though fault on eureka servicing department side. Very bad services please provide solution for my problem

          Its almost a year since I have been using Aquaguard, (Dr.Aquaguard, Magna HD RO+UV NXT)
          My product is still under warranty.
          Immediately after the regular servicing, (March 13 2018)when the unit was switched on ..it started giving some problems..The technician disconnected the unit and said that it had developed some electrical problems and that he would fix it the next day ..My water filter had been lying idle since then.
          Repeated complaints have not helped.
          I have called the customer care multiple times and lodged a complaint, have escalated the complaint but to no avail.I have called the technician, the area service manager, sales manager ..etc etc.. I have made over 100 calls ..no one is taking ownership to resolve this issue...they keep giving me different phone numbers and keep passing the buck ..no avail..How do I get this issue solved

            re-installation of water purifier as i have shifted to a new address.

            I had requested your office to re-install my water purifier to my new address on 19th march. The next day i got a call from ernakulam informing me that the technician will visit my residence the following day which did not happen. I was also told that the charge for re-installing is rs 500 to which i agreed. Yesterday i received a call from the technician himself from ernakulam informing that he will start from there on...

            I have purchased one super clean vacuum cleaner from lulu mall, ernakulam having serial no. 109232 on[protected]. After two weeks i have plugged the same for using and within a minute a foul smell emerged followed by smoke. The unit was not working. I informed your the same top the customer care unit on[protected]. I informed the same to the lulu mall also and they assured that the defective unit will be replaced. After two days some authorized from eureka forbes come and collected the unit and so far no response. I informed the said person that i do not want a defective unit repaired since i have paid full amount and i do not want a second hand repaired unit for my use. I am already using your big vacuum cleaner and water purifier for the last two years. The complaint no. Obtained from the customer care is mn 80404446 dated[protected]. Please give me a new unit.

                I have purchase the product Aquaguard ENH RO+UV in Ranchi and Further renewed my service contract (no.[protected] for 02 years till 15.02.2018 having Customer Code: [protected]. Following are the issue:
                1. Contract includes replacement of filters two times but they replaced only once.
                2. During this period they don't check machine as compulsory visit.
                3. I have transferred the machine to Kanpur, UP in October'2017 with my updated address of Kanpur but after so many calls, mails and talked at highest level the machine got installed after one and half month (in the month of NOV-2017).
                4. I have told them extend my AMC period for this lapsed one and half month because of their fault, then they agreed to extend it. As there is no online system where I can check the status of my current AMC, I have also assumed that my AMC got extended.
                5. After installation, I have lodged a complaint was logged in the month of NOV-DEC'2017 but technician didn't replaced my pending filter.
                6. Latest I have logged a complaint on 27.02.2018 ( having complaint no. [protected]) and asked them to replace my pending filter, then I got a reply from Kanpur centre that they have any record and asking me transferred my account details to Kanpur Centre which they must have being a part of Eureka Forbes (PAN INDIA Presence)
                7. Now they are delaying the process and Customer Care email id and Contact no. are not solving my problem. Still my one filter is pending to be replaced and they are telling that my contract has expired on 25.02.2018.

                I am completely fed up with the Service Contract (Amounting Rs. 8600) and irresponsible behaviour of Eureka Forbes, therefore following are my request.
                a) I want my complete money to be refunded (Rs. 8600) and impose reasonable penalty on Eureka Forbes for Breach of Contract.
                OR
                b) Replace my pending filter and continue my service till 30.03.2018.

                  We have entered service contract with your company vide contract receipt no.0041688 dated[protected] for the period from[protected] to[protected]. For the purpose your executive viz., ramesh chari visited my home and opened the unit and replaced with candles and at the same time he removed one connecter from within the unit which draws water from tap to the unit. At that time i brought to his notice that he is taking out connecter and keeping it in his bag but he bluffed me that he has not done so and has lied. And he left. After that within short time the unit is leaking. Immediately we contacted him over phone and conveyed for which he told us he would come and rectify the same. But he has not come even after more than 100 calls from our end. Similarly your mr. Gunakar also has not come evenafter several calls.

                    I dileep in march 2016 he told me machine would be installed by next day due to delay in your process i had told him to cancel my order and return my check when he denied i have stopped all my cheque which i gave him and inform him about that also i had informed to mr rajneesh mishra about that who was sales head of aashiana region, lucknow. He told me your cheque will returned by post from delhi with in one month. I never received any machine by your company. When i received call from your company to repay i was shocked that you are still sending my cheque in clearing. I told your accountant mr shukla about that. He said to me dont worry you will receive your cheque soon and matter would be sort out soon. When i did not get any attention by your staff finally on 13 feb 2017 i had submitted a letter about this matter in account department. But no action has been taken for long time. I have meat your staff in may or june and december also. Without any enquiry your company send me notice by your advocade to pay rs 9360. Was it a result of jealousy by your staff because i am using another company water purifier.

                    I had bring RO purifier.After 6months i have paid service charges Rs. 7k.

                    Since 2 weeks the technician is confirming that he will come. I had wasted my time 3 times in waiting for such cheap person.

                    I had logged telephone complaint then also there is no response.

                    I had purchased Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD UV (NXT) Model serial no : [protected] DT 27/12/2017 Ref invoice no :[protected], From the day of the purchase till now I am facing the water leaking problem from the above water storage, I had made several complaint regarding this, but the complaint has not been rectified .

                      Dear sir,

                      I have taken amc on 29.05.2017 for 2 years for my sensa water purifier and paid rs. 8630/-. Contract receipt no. 27765727 was issued to me on 20.05.17. They were supposed to provide regular service for cleaning etc (No service from last two quarters). I raised service request in feb., 2018 and after that i have reminded them 7 times. Every time customer support team says request will be attended in 24 hours but no action. Escalation mechanism is poor. Their servic is extremely poor. I will never buy eureka forbes product.

                        We have purchased this product on may 2017. After purchasing within a month it got blocked requested for a service. We called customer care they came told your overhead tank is not that height from which pressure is not coming hence it has blocked this was the reason given. So we though it might be. Again the same problem came within 15 days now again they told same also told to put one extra filter outside so that it will not block. This repeated for 6 months we lost our patience and shouted on service person. Now he is telling some motor inside has problem and will bring motor went. After two days another person came and told he is new to service and told motor is ok. Something he did and told now it is ok. But immediately after he went service request light again came. Immediately we called him but he is not responding. We complied to customer care again and again for one week. But not got any response. So we complained to online consumer court. Now after 4 days they came and took our filter and told that technician will check in our service center. But there is something fishy in all these. After giving that much amount of rs.18000/- and this type of filter unit they have given. I am thinking to officially lodge a complaint. Any one plz help me.

                          Sir on 13th march i have brought a water purifier but till date it has not been installed. So i think the company is incompetent of providing service to their customer. So i would like to return my product as i is of no use. Even i made call to your executive but i got no response from them. I am extremely annoyed with this harassment. The product is for use but not for show by keeping the packet in front of everyone.

                          During July, 2017 I shifted to Mumbai at Dombivali East. I have purchased a water purifier from a sales man. His name was Dev Patil. He installed the machine and promised to hand over bills and warranty card later. Till now I didn't receive bill and warranty card and also machine gets un-operational every month.

                            on the 22nd of January I had sent you a mail with following text

                            ""The R O as defined above was under annual Maintenance contract of your company . The performance of your franchisee located in Mayur vihar phase iii has been very poor. After collecting cheque for A M C Contract they lacked sincerity and professional attitude . you check with them how many services were to be given by them as per contract and how many service they have given . Kindly verify my signatures .

                            The story will be the same again after A M C Contract money is handed over to them . During last year I had spoken to your Call centre and narrated my plight but no relief trickled down to me . To this extent you have squarely failed to honour your commitments towards your loyal customers .

                            Please let me know how you are proposing to offer me promised number of service during the contract period . thereafter only I shall go ahead with the A M C .

                            If it is possible please attach my R O With some other franchisee of your company who has better service record .""

                            you may now be able follow up my mails of 23rd of January . No action on my request was initiated by Eureka Forbes but it appears that the Franchisee of Mayur Vihar phase iii were put in operation who made my life miserable . Their only intention was to complete the formality of meeting requisite number of service which were short during the stipulated period .

                            It is extremely unfortunate that instead of initiating action against the erring franchisee eureka Forbes let loose the franchisee against me . It is indeed unfortunate . Be it so .

                            you have squarely failed to address my concerns raised in my mail dated 22nd of January . if I go for annual maintenance for the current year do I face the same embarrassing situation. The franchisee collects the cheque gets paid, Eureka Forbes collects its own share and the consumer does not get services in the period of contract.

                            Please address my concerns immediately. If you can not do it please give me mail address of your C E O or C O O so that your apathy and negligence is brought to his notice .

                            It is complaint regarding potable water on which you are sleeping and I am your captive and helpless consumer . your negligence and apathy is msiuse of your dominant position for which you are accountable .

                            Please refer to my mail dated 11.02.2018 which was acknowledged by you vide your mail dated 12.02.2018. In response to your queries i had submitted detail information vide my mail dated 12.02.2018. It is shocking to note that neither you have not acknowledged this mail nor taken any action on my complaint.

                            The short points are (i) Last year Eureka Forbes have not complied with contract provisions and did not offer required number of services at Flat No. 51, Ankur Apartment, Plot No. 7, I.P. Extension Narwana Road, Delhi - 110092. Large number of complaints were lodged against your franchisee. No action was taken by Eureka Forbes against the Franchisee. No reply have been received by me on this account from you.

                            (ii) I am your captive customer and i have to necessarily get the AMC renewed from you. In the prevailing circumstances of non furnishing of requisite number of services by Eureka Forbes during AMC period i wanted a written commitment from Eureka Forbes that such insincere abrogation of contract will not be done if i take a fresh AMC.

                            You have been avoiding and neglecting my complaint willingly. Kindly note that this willful negligence towards not attending to my complaint goes against Eureka Forbes squarely. Eureka Forbes will be entirely responsible for all consequences arising out of this crass negligence. I as a consumer shall have all rights under the law of land against Eureka Forbes.

                              I have called to Mr.Shinde-Pune location and but he is not coming at my home and i have took AMC for water purification machine. on 11.9.2017 to 10.9.2020 and paid fees Of Rs.4425/- .But very poor service. Please refund my amount return. OR Send me your represntive immedidately otherwise i will launch complaint again you with police station as well as grahak manch organzation.

                                I had called for callcentre regarding service for my purifier.. They said that they are going to send... But they failed to do it.

                                Before that they suppose send their rep for service when machine was in waranty.. On that period also they failed to give service.

                                They just needs sales.. Not interested in giving warranty service...

                                  My complaint number [protected] for water purifier filter replacement made on 19th feb 2018. And my purifier is under 2 years amc. So far there is no much progress on my service request despite it's more than a month. I have seen similar response in the past as well. Please help to register a complaint against eureka forbes for the same.in future i will not buy any product from eureka forbes.

                                    We have been eureka forbes avid customer for almost 20 years now with eureka forbes. We have regularly updated our water filters with the latest models and have had amc with them for periodic maintenance. We have had minimal issues in the past.

                                    Last year, we had water filter model innova and we were suggested to buy their latest model reviva. We bought this from eureka forbes agent, on his advice in the month of september of 2016. When we bought it, we had an amc for innova valid through 2018 for which we wanted a refund. At that time, we were told that we will get a 2 year warranty instead of one on the new reviva 50 to adjust the amc refund of innova against the new reviva.in september of 2017, a maintenance service person comes and brings an innova filter instead of for reviva 50 and we find out eureka fobes records (Or their amc people vertex) have not been updated with our new model reviva. After about a month of fighting and arguing, they update the documents after we send a copy of all the documents from our end and accepted that we have reviva 50. Now the new issue is they will not agree that the warranty is for 2 years asking us to sign up for a new amc for reviva 50. We have been fighting and arguing with no solution. After a prolonged argument and mails, we got our reiva 50 filter replaced in january 2017 but we dont have any response for extending either our warranty to 2 years or amc contract for our reviva 50 which should be valid till september 2018.

                                    I am a tax paying senior citizen of 83 years old. I am extremely upset about the whole unpleasant ordeal and would either like my money reimbursed to me or extend amc for reviva 50 to september 2018. There is no response from eureka forbes neither phone call nor email. After about 6 months of mails and fights with no indication of any return of my money or adjustment to amc, i am lodging an official complaint against them in this consumer forum. I hope something comes out of this. Thanks.

                                      We bought the product in the month of september. We had done three continuous service within 6 months. Our product is not working. The service engineer had checked and informed us the fault inside the magna ro purifier product. Itz already 10 days got over. The product is not working. We had called the customer service. I had contacted them twice. They had promised that they ll be coming on last week. But no response. I m not satisfied with their service. Please take it back. We are disappointed.
