My customer id is [protected]. I have purchased aquaguard geneus water purifier on 25/02/2017. So my amc should end on 24/02/2018. But when an executive visited my place for service on november 2017 and told me that november is the last date of my warranty i have purchased an amc from him for one year i. E november 2017 to november 2018. He gave me the contract receipt. A new service guy came for service in feb 2018 and told me that my contract is expired. So i showed him my contract copy. But what happened is the customer code when i purchased the product is different from the cutomer code on the new contract. Because of this the service guy is delaying the process of changing the filter for me. And no one is responding to my service request. Please find the attached contract copy and i request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I hope eureka forbes is a customer centric company. Please respond asap.

Complaint marked as Resolved I got calls from the customer care guys throughout the day. they assured me that the technician will attend to my request asap . the technician has come today 10/02/2018. he replaced all of my filters . the problem has been resolved . team leader mr.uday kiran(+919100233378) from manikonda branch has made this easy for me. thanks to him. the technician who attended is mr.satyanarayana (+916281279244) . thanks to him too he was quick and friendly in resolving the issue.

Updated by yashnu Hello Priya, thanks for responding. i just want to clarify something. i am not asking you people to replace the filters under warranty for free. i have bought a new amc contract for one year which states that there would be one free set of consumables. i am asking about this, hope you understood my point.
i will wait for you guys to respond to my request. i hope this gets resolved soon.
