Euraka forbes "aquagaurad" installed just three months back is advised replacement by the technician (Mahesh) who came to attend the complaint. Aqua is not giving proper discharge — one bottle (One ltrs) takes 10 minutes to fill it.

Is that the performance level of eureka??

It was ok till now.
We are, as a customer, not at all convinced.
Is there someone in eureka to attend??

    I am very much frustrated about aqusure maxima 4000 product. Servicing is very bad, cartiage is not working even in warranty and you have to pay for this cartiage in warranty period. Other parts of this product is not avilable. I went 3-4 times of part of product and every time they told me part will come soon. So, why this product is avilable in market.

      I had purchased the dr. Aquguard's magna hd ro+uv.
      Now the product warranty is finished and still waiting for service person to attain the service which was due after one year completion.
      I think i did mistek by purchasing wrong product.
      2 months back whicle warranty was on, the person visited my house as a service person from our local kamothe aqua guard service centre and told my wife that filter are not good. We asked him to replace it as m/c is in warranty.
      The service person and service center head and sales person said no to replace the filter cartridges a& asked us to buy amc. How come we will have to buy amc before warranty is over and the peoples ran out from home and never attained us back.
      Is this is the way this company works and gives target to your service team to buy more and more amc 's and don't support the customer.
      Do you think let customer go to hell.
      Never expected such utter nonsense n behavior of such kind.

      Please take immediate action, and support customer.

        I brought a product from dealer and i got fitted at home.. They charged 300 rupees for fitting.. And with in three days it got repaired.. Motor did not work i called customer care, after two days technician visited my house and replaced the product after a week i got another complaint they replaced nosel.. After week i got another complaint.. With in a month i got four complaints.. For the fourth complaint i am waiting for past 15 days no one responded till now.. When i called they are raising the complaint and they are closing simple with out visiting my house.. I am am compatly fed up multiple complaints and not responding by eureka forbes.. I am planning go consumer complaint and i will file case on eureka for worst process agenist to customers

              My aquasure nano ro water purifier stopped functioning after buying amc contract of 6k rupees for 2 yrs soon after 1 yr of product purchase warranty got expired. The first yr product worked perfectly well. They replaced the filter candle in first yr warranty. Looking at this i purchased 1 more purifier for my father in law house. Soon after buying the amc for 2 yrs in 2016 march the product literally stopped working as it should. Numerous complaints and service requests with the company has been raised to rectify the problem. Service eng visits my home, checks the product and says some part has to be replaced and it is not currently available. Then he would not turn up or answer the call whatsoever. Again i have to raise another complaint but the same issue with the engineer. Once i got it escalated to highest possible and got the product serviced finally which worked for less than 1 month. The same issue occured. Now it has been 1yr and 9months completed in 2yrs amc contract without the product working. Nearly about 25 service reqs and complaints raised with no improvements. Finally after waiting for 1yr and 9months i am now demanding for full refund of the 2yrs contract paid and the unfit product amt for which i could not get the product working for least 1 month in 2yrs period. After demanding the refund now they want to service the product. I paid literally 30 rupees everyday for 1yr and 9 months to get the drinking water as this product is useless. I want the amc amt + amt paid for water everyday for 1yr and 9months. Request to get this issue resolved satisfactorily. I would never like to do businees with them whatsoever.

              Eureka Forbes AquaSure product is the worst and the service offered by Eureka Forbes is worst and cannot be accepted. They do not have customer service experience. Once the product is serviced they never bother to check if the product is working properly after the service. They are only looking at making money. My 2 years of AMC contract was valid only for 3 months as stated in this complaint and the product was never serviced or repaired properly to bring it into working status. They want money stating AMC but never provide service. I never thought of Eureka Forbes providing such a horrible customer experience. I would never suggest Eureka Forbes to anybody. I have removed 2 Eureka Forbes products in my home and would never like to be be a customer for Eureka Forbes again. I am happy without using RO water now. It has given me better health.

                We've been delayed our aquaguard amc service for our ro water purifier, we bought a couple of years back in trichy. Service provider promised us to get our purifier fixed by saturday (30/12/17), not to mention we've been left with the nonfunctional purifier for over a week now. We are not satisfied with the service provider who are finding it hard to keep their words in connection to the service we deserve. Our service provider is located at kumbakonam and we're residing at aduturai at present. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                  The dust bag in our tendy nano model of eureka forbes vacuum cleaner damaged while using the vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner is within the warranty period. We called the customer care of eureka forbes. They said they have registered the complaint and will attend within 48 hours, the complaint no was [protected] on 15/12/2017. No service persons came within 48 hours, and even after waiting for 1 week. We called again on 23/12/2017 the call center person said the previous complaint was closed but he does not know the reason and said he will register a new complaint and gave us a new complaint no [protected] and asked us to wait for 48 hours. We waited for more than a week and no service person came to rectify the problem. We called again on 29/12/2017 the call center person said they have closed the complaint and he has no idea also he asked us buy the dust bag on our own from a shop near a place ponnamalle. On top of everything they are saying they will not provide service for trendy nano model vacuum cleaner and they will provide service for only higher edge models which they never said us while buying this model.
                  Eureka forbes people are very nice when they are selling something and when it comes to service point of view of the products they show their cheapest real face.
                  The customer service no is not a toll free one and for every call - each minute we are losing rs 1.50 paise.
                  We have lost more than rs 100 for calling the customer care without any remedy. Though the product is within the warranty period there is no service and replacement of spare parts. Very very ashamed of buying such cheap products from cheap brands.

                      I am using a water purifier named aquasure from aquagaurd (Model-prime, uv+uf). Last month i have changed the filter tube and added one more fiter tube to the device with the help of one of your authorized technician, since then it is not working.
                      I have tried to contact the technician but they are not responding.
                      Kindly look into the issue and send someone to repair the water purifier at the earliest.

                        I am meena devi, take water purifier from 2012. Eureka forbes employee came my home and take contract from me to service 2 years free from 29/03/2016 to 28/03/2018 and take charge 2700 rs for contract. I have take and paid.
                        But presently my water purifier is not working and i always contact eureka forbes office but eureka forbes not provide me services and not take any action on my complain.

                        So i request you please submit t my complain against eureka forbes.

                          An employee named dhruva sardar along with a colleague of his visited our house in kolkata for water testing. We have 3 eureka forbes machines installed at our house. He showed us that one of our machines are not working properly by testing with a water meter. He showed us that the tap water meter reading read 021 and filter water read 022. He told us that the filter is not working at all and anything might happen if we drink this water.
                          Then i went upstairs filled up two glasses one with tap water and other with filtered water without him knowing. We informed him that both are filter water from different filters and requested i'm to check it. The meter reading for the filtered water came as 128 and for the tap water it came as 132. When i informed him that the 132 was tap water he said that how can he doesn't believe and started arguing angrily. I asked him to accompany me upstairs and check it again but he still refused to do so. I asked him for his id card he showed it on his mobile which it did not have a picture. I asked for a copy for his id copy, he replied "you don't pay me so i'm not going to give it". Your equipment had no proof of calibration either. Is this how you sale your products?? By mis informing your clients? How can you even employ these kind of people? Plz investigate and respond. If the machine was faulty why did you accept and amc renewal?

                          The problem with indian side of service . the aim is always how one can dupe a client, hoping the person has no idea how things work. In short just wish to make money out of ignorance of their clients. But in one case the company service provider was caught by his horns. This is a very common occurrence.

                          Not only with this Co. I've seen the serviceman will make a deal out of other issues with connivance of store parts for their own benefit illegally.

                          The dishonest culture of our forks can't be denied. We all at one time or the other did have such experience.

                            I ordered a water purifier of eureka forbes which was delivered to us on 28th november, 2017 and i requested (Request no:- [protected]) for the installation on 1st december and then after that i called them 6-7 times but nobody visited us. My father is 60 years old man and has to buy water from outside water suppliers and lift the 20 litre bottle which is not good for his health and our warranty period of the purifier is also passing day by day without any use. So i request the concerned authority to please look into the matter as early as possible.

                            I have purchased new water purifier on 19/10/17 after enquiry as well as assurance that old machine will be taken back and Rs. 500.00 will be given discount but till date after making mail many times there is no response . I have made call but every time only assurance was given .

                              On december 24, 2017, i contacted eureka forbes customer care with a problem related to my ef water purifier. I was told that a technician would visit my residence the same day at 2 pm. At the said time when the technician did not turn up, i called up eureka forbes again only to be told that the technician will be there in half an hour. At 5 pm when the technician wasn't still at my residence, i called up eureka forbes again to be told that the technician will be there in an hour and resolve my query. When the technician finally did not visit on december 24, i called up eureka forbes to be told that now its beyond the time-limit and hence the technician will not visit. I have been calling up since the morning only to be given false hopes again and again and again. And every time, the customer service executives kept on telling me that we are escalating your request on the highest priority and your issue will be resolved soon. They kept on saying that your concerns have been recorded and that they have apparently asked the service engineer to call me half an hour before entering my house. Since 2pm i waited for the engineer to visit my residence. However, no one visited and i had a very important appointment at 5pm which i had to miss as a result of the false and fake claims given by the customer service executives. It seems as if the engineer was the customer and i was made a scapegoat. When i asked one of the customer service executives to transfer the call to a senior, she put my call on hold for a few seconds and informed that the senior is busy. On the next call when i asked for a senior, this time the customer service executive replied that there wasn't any senior ever at the service centre. Also throughout my interactions with the customer service executives, i was told that i will be getting emails of my conversations and updates from the customer service executives. However, till now i haven't received even a single email. On top of it the customer service executives kept on promising me timelines after timelines only to be not met. Literally felt as if i am. Begging for their attention while they're having peanuts at their will. Is this what eureka forbes' customer care is all about? Ef wasted my entire time, made me miss an important appointment and more than that, my water purifier issue hasn't been resolved till now.
                              Now if i'm trying to raise and escalate the issue to the ef ombudsman, the website is giving an error saying that the ticket no [protected] is no longer valid.

                                Pathetic customer service, guys, beware of this company, i purchased a euroclean iclean model which was found to be a faulty piece. The power cord just keeps going in without pressing any button and we are unable to use it. The sales man named vanniya kumar was all good till we bought it, he even promised to give a travel bag as part of some offer, only once he attended my call and i told him this problem, from then he stopped taking my calls and even cut my calls. I called from another number and blasted them but he says he is someone else. Another guy (Giridharan) who came with him says he left the organization. Bunch of #.
                                Called everyone (Sales guy, group leader (Manoj) and manager (Prem) here in chennai office but all of them seem to be frauds that just keep giving phone to some other person for managing something and then do not care. I raised a complaint 2 times with your customer care. 1st time the call centre executive by the name priya did not even take the complaint and no complaint number was generated. 2nd time the complaint was registered and complaint number is [protected], one guy who was like a school kid came and saw and took pictures of the machine and told us he needs to check with his manager, and that’s it no one even bothered after that.

                                It’s been 2 months and no one has come, the machine is just lying around. I am thinking of approaching consumer court if it’s not getting resolved by next week.

                                I had taken a 3 year contract for my water purifier from Eureka Forbes, but there is no service provided since last 1 year. Now when the contract is coming to an end, I am getting calls to renew the contract. The Engineer visited immediately on expiry date and charged for the service provided saying that my contract is not valid.

                                  We purchased 2ro from csd on 16/12/17 mr sachin parihar ph [protected]at csd till now the same product not installed on 20/12/17 one mr danish khan ph [protected] came to my house after many ph calls
                                  He informed that this ro not working without boater and the cost of same is 2700 for which we have not inform earlier
                                  For this issue we send so many mails on your site and also talk to customer care mumbai and delhi but till date no any solution done from your side

                                    As a part of warranty, there were two services promised, one 6 months from the data of purchase and another 12 months from the date of purchase. Eureka forbes service person had come down for servicing in sep 2017 (Last service as a part of warranty). After the service he guaranteed that everything was working well, filters are cleaned, all parts in good shape, nothing needs replacement.

                                    It is just two month now out of warranty and the product has stopped working. It does not give out purified water. I had raised a complaint on the same in dec 1st week, eureka forbes service person came down on 19th dec 2017. After inspecting the product he says i) filters are not cleaned, needs to be changed ii) water pump is gone iii) product is leaking from inside, needs some parts to be changed. All of this will attract another rs 8000 to fix all problems. He also mentioned that the leakage problem does not look a recent one, the product was not serviced correctly.

                                    When enquired about what work was done during previous service while the product was under warranty, neither the service person nor the area manager has details. They simply say we do not know what was the product serviced from when under warranty, without amc you will have to pay rs 8000 as the repair cost.

                                    I am being cheated me by not servicing the product correctly, harassed me for signing up for maintenance. It is not ethical for a company like eureka forbes to not service the product correctly when under maintenance. Two months after maintenance the product breaks down and need more than 50% of the product cost to repair it. After being loyal to aquaguard for more than 15 years, i trusted them for buying a costly water purifier during their launch, now they have betrayed me.

                                    During the warranty period the sales person advised for regular service, every time coming down and marketing amc. They never serviced the product correctly. Now, before i sign up for amc, i expect aquaguard to fix all the components that are under warranty.

                                      Hello sir plz help. Me i have purchase a d. R aquagard_eureka forbes and tha seller i asked to have any discount for this product so it will tells tha tha actull price of meachine is 15890 and you will give and meachine of water filter and i will give u byback rs500 so i will agree amd after few days i my meachine is not working properly amd i will comlaine tha plz check whats problum is there tha service man will come and check and there was on pcb and this meachine is only install 3 days and it will creating problum so i will say plz change this meachine or refund my money and thy will not agree and say i will repaire it bt i will talk kabeer (He is a sell which was sell tha meachine) seaniour mrs. Panday he was salved my problum after then i will call mrs kabeer and tells that came and take tha byback meachine and give my 500rs he will not came and after 2 day i will go on his office and give tha meachine mrs kabeer was no except tha meachine and tells tha you will give ro which was working but mrs kabeez was no tell that time that you will give working condition ro bt he will no take and i will say mrs kabeer ok you will cancel my byback becoz i have no more meachine and so he will no agree and i my bill there was 15390 and i will say you will give tha bill of 15890 ge will no agree and i will contact tha seaniour of mrs afroz he will agree tha i will manage 15890rs bill bt and i will give it my 15390rs bill and i will wate 1 weak it will no give my bill and today 1 moths a go he will no attend my call and no. Give my bill
                                      So. Plz help me to give my bill or refund my money and take it meachine as per reagarding plz help sir, maam plz help to resolve my problum.

                                        I'm a serving indian airforce personnel purchased a water purifer in csd canteen vizag and gave the address and contact details during purchase. Till date the purifier was not installed. I called ur service centre 7 times but ended with false promises. Today at 9.30 pm i got a call from vijayawada, a. P service centre stating since my home is a bit farer they can't come and i was asked to carry the ro to vijayawada for installation (Ridiculous isn't it)... My address vill - pedda komira, gampallagudem mandal, krishna district, andhra pradesh - 521403... Plz do some thing... I'm really upset with the service o[censored]r company...
